Everything was beautiful

This property was amazing. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were lovely, clean and well appointed. The views were spectacular.

The hotel clean. The kitchen was great. However, I noticed when the maid changed the sheets, she put the new sheets on the floor. I had to wash them because I didn't want to sleep on sheets that touched the floor. The mattress was not soft, and I had a hard time sleeping on it. The washer and dryer was helpful. The beach chairs were also hard, would have been nice to have softer seats. You have to pay to park everyday so be aware of that.

Absolutely beautiful stay. The place was immaculate, the staff was friendly and helpful, the food and drinks were delicious. We had an amazing time at the beach, the pool and the local restaurants. Will definitely go back. Book your trip to Marenas, you won't be disappointed!

Parking staff are very unhelpful..we arrived around 21:00 under a Heavy rain and they didn’t help us with the luggage..once I unloaded everything they asked me if we are checking in...come onnn

The hotel is in a good location with rooms overlooking the ocean and the city and it is very nice but it was not very clean. The curtains in the room are dirty, the curtain in the bathroom is torn. There were three of us but there were only two bathrobes and two slippers, there was also no bed for the sofa but only a pillow and a blanket without a sheet. The frying pan in the kitchen was old and torn, so it was impossible to use it, the toaster was broken. The cleaning lady once put wipes for removing makeup and the second time she didn't put them, also with coffee. There was also a printer with computers but there was no paper for printing. In general, it is normal but these little things spoiled the overall impression a little.

It is well known that many hotels centrally control the AC and temperature in their guest rooms—even if they claim otherwise—in order to save energy. In fact, this system is often linked to the in-room motion sensors; consequently, we experienced intense heat every single night and had to open the balcony door just to be able to sleep. The thermostat was set to 66°F, but the unit simply wouldn't kick on. Conclusion: Intense heat every night.

It was very quiet and relaxing place to stay at. Close to the beach for sure enjoyed it me and my husband .

One of the best places to stay when visiting sunny isles

We had an amazing stay at Marenas Beach Resort in Sunny Isles Beach! The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a beautiful beach view. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Parking was convenient, and the location was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel for a vacation in Miami!

I thought about this, and this resort is very nice, but there are a few bumps in the road, notably, you are paying resort prices but there's no coffee in the lobby, and you have your choice of $5 coffee at the bar or a $30 breakfast buffet, even if you do not want to eat, or have other plans. There is construction right next door, and it's awkward to go under construction awnings and up and down jerry-rigged stairs to the street. There is also a $79/daily resort fee ... but no coffee in the lobby. So there's the honest review. Very nice staff, very helpful and kind. Rooms are clean if a bit unconventional (closets "hidden", unusual shower controls). You have a nice kitchen if you're staying longer than a day or two. I wish that all resorts wouldn't do this, these days. You think you're paying one price but then you end up paying more than another place down the road that does offer amenities such as coffee. I have nothing but good to say for all staff, but the resort overall has those "nickel and dime" policies which do not say "upscale" at all.

After long discussions with front desk, new room was assigned. New room....in the middle of the night at 2:30am, got awaken by a scratching noise at the kitchen.....called security. We checked kitchen, but nothing was found. For the next 3 days everything was ok. The day before checking out, same loud scratching noise....security came and hotel manager. Under the kitchen sink we found what appears as mice droppings. Moved to a new upgraded room with a beautiful ocean view. In the late evening around 11pm called front desk and asked for a blanket and pillows - it took 1 hour and 3 more calls. Due to moving twice during the week, our check-out was extended to 4pm. At 3:55pm got the knock at the door and a cleaning crue standing by the door??? The only good part of the stay, was a bar and a restaurant. Great food and staff. I'm coming back to Miami in couple of weeks, but definitely a DIFFERENT PROPERTY.

My only complaint was house keeping missed refilling our coffee pods, toilet paper and Kleenex in the bathroom during their cleaning. Otherwise, the staff were all very friendly and very quick with any requests!

Apparently nice hotel but with some cavets, not worth the money. Pay attention to the constructions nearby. Pro: - the big room and decent view - has a pool, jacuzzi and direct beach access with sunbeds - at the time of writing there's a huge construction site just nearby, you constantly hear the sound of machines working and, when outside the hotel, an extreme smell of wet cement - the beach is not that great, full of algae and uncomfortable sand when entering the water - room wasn't cleaned properly in the bathroom, full of hair from previous guests - the beach boys are extremely arrogant, at least with white people, both when asking for towels or regarding the sunbeds - the sofa bed had a horrible sprung mattress, impossible to sleep on it, I had back pains in the morning - limited, expensive breakfast

Was so disappointed, the staff shuts the ringer off at the front desk so they don’t have to deal with complaints, then when you call them on it their rude, the room was not what we expected, the roof top was the absolute worst of it all, the paint on the floor was scraping off in huge pieces with just your shoe going across it, they haven’t done any upkeep maintenance to that rooftop in many years and it shows, the maintenance and housekeeping isn’t fixing anything that needs to be done, it doesn’t make sense to pay for maintenance men if their not actually fixing anything, would never ever make that mistake again.

Happy hour is also disappointing as it only applies in the inside bar and for drinks consumed there and nowhere else in the hotel including your room as they then charge full price so as no one seems to sit indoors isn’t really a useful perk as it’s very restrictive.

The location, the staff, and accommodations were excellent! This is more of a suggestion than a dislike. Provide gluten free options for the breakfast buffet.

next to the sea, beach service, beach bar There was construction going on next to the hotel, and we initially had a room with windows facing directly towards it. However, the staff handled the situation very professionally and offered us a larger suite on a quieter side without any issues. Thanks to that, our stay ended up being very pleasant and we were satisfied.

They don’t have bay view they have construction view and also the construction starts at 7am with a lot of noise. They don’t explain anything about the amenities no water for the guests. Don’t recommend it because they don’t disclose the noise and the view from the construction

The room was so disgusting and small. Please do not go by the pictures, major false advertising. I genuinely don’t know how it’s legal to post those when they are not at all what you get. Mold covering the bathroom, 4 inches of standing water every time you took a shower. No towels in the room after house keeping forgot to give us some. AC didn’t work and maintenance showed us a text that said “wait 5 minutes for cool.” It took 24 hours for the room to drop under 75. Pool closed at sundown IN FLORIDA on a 100 degree day but was told “the Atlantic Ocean is open 24 hours.” Yes, we knew about construction but to the level it was, was so bad. 7am drilling start time every day. They charged my card so many times that my bank started to recognize it as fraud and alerted me. I made complaints all weekend, including to Expedia and the hotel and NO ONE responded. Expedia and the hotel said they did, but not sure who they are referring to because no one spoke to us or tried getting a hold of us until it was time to “run my card” for the 11th time. No one cares about anything at this hotel. We had to ask about everything. How to park, how get towels, how to order at the restaurant. Every answer we got was different from each person. If you have kids and want them to play in the “game room,” please know that this means a ping pong table in the hot parking garage. I travel a lot for business and pleasure and if you care about anything at all, don’t stay here. Please find somewhere else.

Great stay in Miami! The staff was very professional and accommodating—they kindly moved my room away from construction noise and even upgraded me to an ocean view at no extra charge. That level of service really made a difference in my experience. I truly appreciated their effort to make my stay comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Didn't get housekeeping the first couole days

In your room a lot of things were broken ( such as bedside lamp, bathtub diverter spout, broken balcony door lock.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was unacceptable. One staff member, Diego, was especially rude and completely unhelpful. Instead of making guests feel welcome, his attitude made us feel like we were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, no one offered to assist us with our luggage, which is something you would expect from even a basic level of hospitality. The cleanliness of the hotel was also extremely poor. The shower was dirty and clearly not properly maintained, and the kitchen area was absolutely disgusting. It felt unhygienic and uncomfortable to use. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. The lack of basic customer service and cleanliness standards made this a very unpleasant experience

We had a wonderful stay at Marenas Beach Resort. The rooms was spacious and super clean. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Service at the restaurants, lobby, beach towel boy, valet parking, etc was excellent. I can't wait to go back!

The view from our suite was breathtaking taking construction noise could be heard from next door. we had a wrap around balcony and could hear and view the construction going on next door. with that being said I feel like the property should discount guest in their stay. We paid $1261 for two nights which is over priced for two days just to wake up to construction noise

That said, staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate. Pool deck is small but very nice and leads right to the beach. Beach staff is quick to help lay out chairs and umbrellas.

It’s in a nice location. We stayed there before and were looking forward to a nice stay. There is construction next door and they are also renovating their own property. They charged us 5 star hotel money for a tiny room that we could have had at motel 6, the room was on a renovating floor, it was overlooking a construction pit next door, we couldn’t even get to the room in an elevator, we had to walk with our luggage through the restaurant and carry it up 3 flights of stairs. We asked for another room, no one seemed interested in helping, and I also contacted them through their own review/survey and no one has reached out us, so I guess they don’t care. They have lost our business and reference.

I liked it’s on the beach After we booked the room we got a message they have construction next door, actually the construction was next door and in the lobby. We paid too much for this room and if we knew we gonna spend our spring break with all the noise and dust in the lobby we wouldn’t go there. Also we booked sea view but our view was partial sea view and they were vacuuming in the evening when we arrived and were so tired. The pool area is so small as well as the breakfast area.

Jacuzzi could have been cleaner and area was a bit noisy at times due to next door construction. The flat 35$ fee for parking is a bit obnoxious if you ask me considering there were a few days the car was only there for 5 hrs. Overall, it was a good stay.

Worst experience ever. They put me on the side of the construction for 4 days. They didn’t even try to Accommodate and make the stay more comfortable. The noise was non stop from 7 am to past 5 pm. All day drilling and banging.

The hotel staff was/is friendly and helpful . The restaurant is a very good choice. The downfalls are the rooms are very worn down, appliances rusty, room lighting very bad, main floor carpet fraying in livingroom and the bathroom sink backing up.

out of the elevator on our floor and the bathroom smell was unbearable. The whole floor stunk. We had to leave the room until they cleaned up whatever was still mi g up the floor. The room is very small with no full mirror. I wouldn’t go back or recommend the place.

First I just parked and was checking in with the valet guy and a person try to open my car so aggressively and told the guy please be careful with my car. The checking in there’s fees for the stay extra of the room, so you have to pay in front valet fee hotel fee and some warranty when I get in to my room it doesn’t feel like what you pay everything old walls dirty things broken and cheap the chairs looks from Rose the TV like 15 years old. The door of the bathroom opens outs on the room side and covers the thermostat instead of built a pocket door, no shampoo and body wash inside the shower, the shower curtain has a long hair on it and was broken shower has clogged drain, I took some pictures and showed them to the person in the front desk. But besides all this, around 9:30am someone knocked my door asking me what time I’m leaving!! What in world never been in a hotel like this before so bad experience I didn’t feel comfortable in what you getting for what you paying.

I booked this resort to celebrate my 30th birthday, and while Ricardo and a younger gentleman with long hair and 3 other maintenance ladies (1 Haitian and 2 Hispanophones) were amazing, most of the rest of the experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I felt judged; one staff member (a woman) at checkout repeatedly looked me up and down, making me feel like I didn't belong. When I mentioned it was my birthday to another staff member, it was completely ignored. The lack of transparency regarding costs is unacceptable. I was hit with a surprise $500 deposit and a $35/day valet fee that wasn't clearly disclosed. Most frustratingly, after being told my $175 parking total would be deducted from my deposit, the hotel double-charged my card for the parking and has yet to return the remainder of my deposit. I've called to resolve this, but no one has followed up. For the price of this resort, you'd expect at least basic communication and perhaps breakfast-not just two bottles of water and surprise charges.

Our check in was curt and we weren't sure how our stay would go... Then, I left my purse in lobby bar and ran frantically down 26 flights of stairs thinking that it would be gone and our vacation was ruined! To my delight and surprise, my purse was found by the sweet bartender who had quickly turned it in to the front desk and it was there waiting for me when I came looking for it! Since the weather was chilly during our stay we didn't venture too far...We were very impressed with your bar and restaurant staff both inside and pool side. They were professional, friendly animated and made us feel like welcomed friends. The live music was wonderful too! What started off with a shaky start, ended so beautifully that we plan to return! Thank you

Room view was great! No very clean- Saw long black hair in my shower and in the other bathroom. Has a refrigerator and microwave, which was good if you wanted to warm up leftovers or bring food in. We ask them for towels twice didn't show up, so we used the bath robe.

The rooms has an ugly carpet my room specially which it was 1902A beach front the air condition was horrible the two days we stay, the sheets s ell horrible I have to request a changes because the wasn’t clean and the carpet inside the rooms are so dirty not worse the money you pay. We report twice the air condition issues and after three time they came to fix it when we were already in bed

The room was also not clean upon arrival, with visible stains and messes on the floor. Housekeeping was frustrating as well. After we complained, we went out for the day expecting it to be properly addressed, but when we returned, the carpet still had not been vacuumed — the same dirt was still in the exact same spot. Balcony views of both the bay AND the ocean from our rooms was fantastic. The service from every department including concierge, parking attendants, front desk, and housekeeping was superb the entire time. Very accommodating from the moment we arrived until our departure. We would definitely stay here again. It’s unfortunate the amount of construction that’s going on nearby. Was hoping that at least on Sunday there wouldn’t be but it was still ongoing. It wasn’t awful. Mostly when sitting out on balcony. And it was perfect early morning and in the evenings. Construction noise is no fault of the hotel though. Absolutely recommend. Beach and pool staff were great as well!

Problem with the Valet. Attempted to steal a vehicle and had to call the police to get vehicle keys back. Resort said they had no control over valet. It made the stay very uncomfortable.

We had a nice stay. The most difficult part of the trip for us was the language barrier. Very few employees spoke English well enough to understand simple requests to our room(more towels, plastic bags etc..) also the valet parking @$35 a day was steep but we knew ahead of time the cost. What we didn’t expect was that each time we went out and the drivers had to bring up our car- we would need to tip them! There were days we went out 3 or 4 times and each time a tip was expected. Got a little annoying. The rooms were very nice and quiet. The shower curtain is in desperate need of replacing. The curtain is skimpy and water gets completely all over the floor of the bathroom! And the floor is extremely slippery when there is water all over it. Kind of dangerous!

Stay in the 2 story penthouse for 4 nights. My kids enjoyed the stay, however the rooms were dated. The rooftop had cracked and chipped floors and roof has ugly chips cracks as well. The hot tub cover was in bad shape. The washer and dryer barely worked. Pull out couch was difficult to operate. The room cleaning staff wasn't very attentive. My car rental was damaged and when I requested video of the car, the valet staff was very non-responsive. That leave me to believe that they were responsible, beware. Otherwise, it was a great trip. Polite staff and inviting staff in the lobby. The bar tender Chris was everything to my trip. He provided outstanding bar service.

when we ordered food it came cold and we waited forever, staff was great and very nice but when i had asked house keeping to come back the next day they never did and we actually didnt get house keeping anydays bc they just stopped coming, we requested towels and they took like 5 hours to come we ended up air drying bc we couldnt wait any longer or we would miss our plans, vallet was amazing

Hotel pictures are deceiving. Paid for an ocean view. Had a view of another hotel next to it. Bathroom was disgusting, cloth shower curtain. The tub had to fixed bc the water didn’t drain. Also the ac hardly worked. Had to sleep, Hot af, oh and the bedroom cable box didn’t work had to do my own troubleshooting. For sure would not want to stay again. Very much over priced with basic amenities.

This resort is beautiful! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. When we opened the door to our King Oceanfront suite it took our breath away! Wrap around balcony on the corner so we had ocean and city views. Yes there is major construction beside the property but we didn’t hear it with the doors closed and we barely heard it when we were outside. Two days they weren’t doing any construction. The only complaints I would have would be the valet takes while to get your car…and the hot tub and pool close at sunset which is 5:30 these days. With the price point and resort fees per day ($35) that sucked!

Communication is also difficult, as most of the staff—including some at the front desk—speak little to no English. Additionally, the music in the lobby is very loud; it can be heard even in the rooms on the 5th and 6th floors and plays late into the night. I have stayed at this hotel for years because the location is excellent and it has kitchen, but the gap between the price and the declining quality of the accommodation and service grows wider every year.

Overall a great place to stay, the direct access to the beach is a big benefit, all of the staff were extremely helpful. The only downside of my stay was the fact that there was construction being done on what it seems like the room right above mine, which made midday naps impossible. Besides that great stay.

1. We checked in around 230pm. Right after I recieved a call from a family member in Orlando and unfornutaley we needed to leave due to a family emergency. We had not even been there 2 hours. We booked through Expedia so we were told by the hotel that Expedia needed to call the the hotel to have the amount refunded. That call was made to the hotel by Expedia to tell the hotel to refund due to a medical emergency. The reservation manager, Christina, refused to refund the amount outright. She had no empathy, her words exactly "it is the policy, no refunds. It wouldn't have mattered if you tried to cancel 24 hours prior." I explained to her that as newlyweds we couldn't afford to lose that money and a family member needed me. Nothing I told her mattered. We ended up staying. 2. The room was small, nothing like what we expected from the advertised pictures. The door did not go all the way to the ground, so if anyone got on there hands and knees they could definetly see in our room. The balcony was dirty, and there was construction right next door. They gave 2 water bottles and never restocked the bottles. There was no ice machine and when you would like water you would have to to down to the lobby to get some from a small stand by the check in desk. 3. The pool was small, nothing like the advertised pictures. They did not offer complementary breakfast and wanted $30 a person for an all you can eat brea

They didnt give me the room that I paid for. I paid for the ocean view and they give me a bay view with out let me know before i came to the check in. But the bartender at the pool has the best service only thing that I like from the hotel.

Everything was great. The only thing was the beach setup was very crowded. The beach space is limited and seats are set in a way where there is no guest privacy.

Good hotel

We stayed in room 709 which is a one bedroom suite with partial ocean view for our anniversary. View from the balcony was excellent and you could hear the ocean all night long when the sliding glass door was open, very relaxing. Resort is right on the beach with a nice bar and pool and jacuzzi. Service and location were great and the front desk even sent up a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate! Can't wait to visit the resort again soon!

Room was beautiful and had an amazing view of the ocean. However, the a/c didn’t work in our first room and had to switch at midnight.

Our first room smelled bad so we got moved to our 2nd room. That room had a broken shower. There is no gift shop in the lobby and the outdoor area is very small. Our room was the smallest room I’ve ever had.

Welcoming staff upon check-in arrival. Upgraded from a bay view room to an ocean view suite. Small and fully furnished kitchen and main room. Bedrooms are smaller with limited lighting. Bathrooms large with tub/shower. While all mentioned rooms were clean, there were obvious stains and minor wear/tear. Staff friendly and attentive. Unfortunately no small quick-service gift shop for bottled water, side, snacks etc. you’ll have to shop for these things outside the property. The external construction was barely noticeable but there are internal renovations in progress. Beach view was lovely, but beach was riddled with seaweed. Couldn’t get in the water. Small pool but clean. You’re close to one luxury mall and 20 minutes out from Hardrock Casino. A 30 minute drive to South Beach, Art/Design District. Our friends had the penthouse. Lovely view, clean, but hot tub did not work.

Room & Noise: The front desk promised a “nice room away from construction,” yet my balcony looked directly onto the construction site. The next morning the loud noise made it impossible to enjoy the balcony. The room itself was small, the shower head was poorly designed and sprayed water everywhere, and the liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom was completely empty—a basic detail that should never be overlooked at this price point. Pool & Spa: The pool experience was equally frustrating. To get a pool or lounge chair towel you must exchange a card and return it or be charged $15—very inconvenient, and you can’t bring the towel to your room. Staff never explained that there were separate lounge chair towels, so at first I avoided the chairs thinking they were wet, only to see other guests using the towels I didn’t know were available. The sauna is tucked in a tiny closet on the third floor while the pool sits on the first, and you must walk through the parking lot to get there. No side tables by the lounge chairs, and an outdoor shower is awkwardly placed right next to the hot tub. The hotel’s design and amenities feel poorly planned and far from upscale. Considering the price, I expected comfort and thoughtful details, but instead found inconvenience at every turn. I will not return and cannot recommend this property.

Great hospitality by valet services and staff. Great ocean views but then there were awful views of long curly strings of hair left on the wall of the shower. A constant running of water from the toilet and filling of it due to a toilet flap possibly needing to be replaced. Made staff aware of the issues so a future guest does not have to go through the same thing. Once again staff were plesent and kind!

Marenas Beach Resort is nice, but the pictures online are a little tricky. The pool is much smaller than it looks and always packed, which makes it hard to use. On the positive side, the place was clean and the staff provided good service—nothing over the top, but friendly and attentive. Prices are expensive, but that’s pretty standard for the area (for example, a bottle of water was $7).

A beautiful property! I enjoyed staying here over a weekend very much, the room was clean and over all quiet. There was construction going on next door but the resort emailed me ahead of time so I was aware. The restaurant was very good and reasonable priced, breakfast was excellent with fresh pastries from a local bakery. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again.

The staff was excellent and the room was very nice and it was awsome having a small kitchen with a full size fridge. What was not nice was the size of the pool and the closeness of the beach loungers. The beach chairs were also set up to close together felt cramped. It was nice to have the life guard station close made it feel safe.

Initially, the staff hesitated to approve my complimentary upgrade. After requesting to speak with a manager, the upgrade was eventually approved. However, the manager, Jessica, was unprofessional and unaccommodating during the interaction.

We decided to rent at the beach for our morgan wallen weekend. Our room had a great view of the beach but it was small and strange and the carpet was dirty. The bar and tiki bar staff were really great and the drinks were amazing. Overall a 3+

The room & pool area were exactly as shown in the web site pictures. Our 1 bedroom 2bath balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing! I am very picky, germophobe & clean freak, and I can not say one bad thing about this room and the resort itself. It was very clean! The staff were all so nice very accommodating and just wanted to be sure all your needs were met. We will definitely be back & we highly recommend this resort.

Housekeeping was not consistent. Several times I had to call to get towels. They brought them up but took over an hour. One afternoon we were given 3 bathmatwashcloths .

The valet is so easy and everyone is so friendly. Check-in was smooth and seamless. Our bellhop was so kind. The whole property was clean and spacious. Every "issue" was addressed immediately. The drinks are a little more expensive than average prices, but nothing too crazy. The easy beach access was fantastic and the pool/beach service was great.

Front desk was very pleasant even the valet guys .Concierge was nice and helpful. I rated everything good..If you dont mind the construction sence next door it was the weekend so no workers no noise ...

My ocean view suite was nice. It had 2 full bathrooms. 2 standing showers and 1 with a tub. Came with a kitchen and stove.Everyone was nice. Only parking available is valet. Sucks you couldnt order food at least to midnight. The construction noise wasnt bad next door.at the time i went.

Great place to stay

Two things seemed terrible to me: first, that they allow people on the beach to smoke... and second, that check out is at 11 am... and at 10:50 am I was already knocking on the door for cleaning and that I had to leave quickly... I thought it was rude.

The hotel itself feels dated and could use some upgrades and a more thorough cleaning. My suite had a washer, dryer, and iron, but I had to request an ironing board—and the iron was in bad shape. The kitchen drawer handles were sticky, and during my stay the air conditioning went out. It was repaired, but the room didn’t cool down until the middle of the night. The bed was extremely firm; I personally prefer a softer, pillow-top mattress. Most of the staff didn’t speak English, and while I fully respect other languages and cultures, it made communication frustrating at times. Most guests didn’t speak English either, which is common for the North Miami area, but worth noting. On a positive note, the beach experience was excellent. Staff were attentive and quick to set up chairs and umbrellas. I do wish there had been bar staff walking around offering drinks, as that would’ve added to the experience. Great beachfront location, but I’d wait for some improvements before returning.

Extended weekend getaway to watch Inter Miami play Fc Dallas. The hotel was a hidden diamond. Beach was well maintained with excellent, attentive waitstaff. The parking staff was fast and efficient. Room was comfortable with a great view of both the ocean/beach and the bay.

This hotel has a fantastic staff. I've traveled to almost 90 countries and stayed in thousands of hotels, and I know a good hotel staff when I see one. This is one of the top 5 hotels for staff friendliness.

We had a great stay

Our stay at Marenas Beach Resort was excellent! The staff here is amazing, starting with Janier at the front desk. But actually, it started at valet with Jairo and Alvaro, then continued with our bellman Ricardo. Everyone was amazing, friendly, and accommodating. Our 2-bedroom, 3 bathroom (yes, 3 full bathrooms) suite was beautiful and the view from the wrap around balcony was too. We had two views, the ocean and the bay/city. Then on the beach Alberto G was kind and helpful, as was all the young men setting up the chairs and umbrellas. When we needed something in the room, it was immediately brought to us. They even sent up Prosecco and chocolate truffles for the birthday girl! We will definitely be returning to this resort!

This was my second stay at this resort. I was here two years ago as well. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Leo and Cristian in the bar were the best. The room was clean, it was comfortable, and I would return again.

Rooms were very clean and roomy. Construction on left side of property during week.we did have ocean view 8th floor, mostly looking at Construction with slider view. Beach was directly behind property. Lots of seaweed. Need to walk to the right about 50 feet after 12 to swim in ocean. Chairs and umbrellas are nice and staff does great to make you feel you are on vacation.

The property was ok. The huge picture behind the bed fell on the bed the second night. Somebody did come and push it back but they never returned to fix it. Which was ok as long as it didn’t fall on me when I was sleeping. Other than that no complaints.

This was a beautiful resort. Room was beautiful, food was good.

When arrived in the room my daughter was received with chocolates for her bday. The suite rooms were big, spacious, moderned with an amazing view of the bay and ocean. The pool area small but cozy with a nice bar area with great food. The beach area was very nice but chairs are set too close to each other. Food in the property was great but the breakfast took too long to get served and check in as well. Many restaurants around the area. The resort is very family oriented and is very calm. Will definetely return.
