This hotel was very nice, I loved how spacious it was. The air conditioning works very well, & it was very clean! Would stay here again.

No rags in the bathroom only towels.

Room could have been cleaner and the bed was hard. Other than that everything was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

When we arrived around 7 PM, the office at the original address was closed, and we had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to arrive. We also found out that our upgraded room was at a completely different location, which was disappointing because the original location was important to us. The room itself smelled strongly of dampness and humidity, possibly mold, which made it feel uncomfortable.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! DISGUSTING! Had to call staff for check-in. At that moment I knew the reviews were accurate. Wasn’t in the room 5 minutes and left!! DIRTY ROOM!! Call staff and he had already left property. Told him I was checking out because of the dirty room. He advised it would like him 10 minutes to return. He advised me to leave the key in the ATM machine located outside of the office and he would try to release the holds for the deposit and resort fee that was placed on my card. He was nice and apologized. Needless to say. We had to find another hotel so we ended up at the courtyard Marriott. Had to spend more money. Miles away from the beach. This place reminds me of a cheap motel 6 or something like that if you want to compare. I’m big on cleanliness. The mix reviews have to be personally based for real on how individuals live. Cause NOOOOO!!!! RUNNNNN!! VERY MISLEADING!!! I PROMISE!!! couldn’t even take pictures scared a bug or something would get on me or my luggage! Me and my friend was out of there!!!!!

Staff was very accommodating

I liked the peacefulness, staff was nice mostly Spanish spoken. I didn’t like that I got bit up by bed bug now I see why it was no button to turn ac off.

Beautiful place to stay!! The suite was super clean and had pots/pans everything needed to cook food if you wanted. They also had nice soaps and lotions in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again!

My accommodations were apartment sized. This was not the location that I stayed in. Once I checked in. I was given an alternative address at 6755 Harding, which is not near where I wanted to be. The parking was very expensive. Do not book room. 811 as there was no television reception during my entire stay.

The place has so much potential there just few things that ca be fixed such as the bathtub and the dirty collecting by the fridge. But overall okay stay. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was nice cute and clean. Room needed a dehumidifier though it was very sticky even when it was humid outside. There is NO parking and public parking is VERY limited it took us 2 hours to find a spot and was had to circle the parking lots. It was a 6 block walk to the hotel from the largest lot. We were in their second building. It was nice being close to the Publix.

My bed also had sand in the sheets. Other than those few hiccups in the beginning, everything else was great! Quiet and nice area to stay in. So close to Publix and beach access!!!

When we returned to our room around 10 PM, there was a person sitting directly outside our door. At first, we assumed she was waiting for someone in the neighboring room, but she ended up staying there all night, sleeping in the chair outside our room covered with a towel. My husband even woke up during the night to check if she had left, and she was still there. No guest should have to worry about safety issues like this while on vacation. The next morning, we found cigarettes and beer cans left outside our door, making the area feel even more neglected and dirty. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property were disappointing and did not reflect what we expected from a hotel stay. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. When I called the front desk to report the issue, the representative, Lorena, immediately asked if I had called the police instead of apologizing or showing any concern for our safety. There was no professionalism, empathy, or urgency to resolve the situation. It felt like the responsibility was being placed on us instead of hotel management handling security on their own property. This experience was unacceptable. Poor security, lack of cleanliness, and terrible customer service made this one of the worst hotel stays we have had. I would not recommend stayin

We really appreciated the fact that, room had everything you need to cook and stuff, water pressure was great, bedding clean. Good hotel that will use in the future.

The toilet seat was broken and the hotel needs to offer transportation when one will not be staying at the main property. At 10am my keys were already deactivated.

The bed sheets were dirty on one of the beds. No silverware in the kitchen. No washclothes in bathroom. Only 2 bath towels in room.

I had a very pleasant stay. My room was clean and it was very quiet. The hotel is overall good vibes and youthful. Didn't find any issues with towels or bedsheets. The front desk was very kind too

Great location and the place was clean. There are two locations however and they are about a 10-15 minute walk apart and you are not told beforehand which location you are at.

Everything was fine except the shower didn’t work very well. You either got cold water or hot water. There wasn’t any in between. Also I requested the room to cleaned and they didn’t do it. The staff was great about switching out towels though. Thanks.

The worst part of this reservation experience was Expedia. They front ended the reservation and said the total amount would be paid at the property during checkin. This turned out not to be true as my credit card was charged immediately when the reservation was made. Trying to unravel the issue with Expedia support was a joke. Thankfully the property was managed well but I recommend bypassing Expedia to make a reservation there.

This is a local experience with a little vacation vibe . Great location off to the side but connected enough through mass transit and the free trolley so you can enjoy your trip at your leisure

That said, the kitchen lacked some essentials, such as dish towels/paper towels and drinking cups. It also only had a mini fridge and small skillet for the cooktop and no oven. Was fine for our brief stay but if we had been a family looking to save some money by cooking some meals, the setup would have been pretty useless.

The staff was nice and helpful if we needed recommendations or if we need it extra toiletries placed in the room. The kids loved the pool and colorful floaters that were complementary. This is definitely the quieter side of the strip and we loved that. The room could have been a little more detailed cleaned because the glass table and the closet mirror was dirty and the floor since it tiles could have been better swept. They do have a sister hotel Oceanside hotel @ 6084 Collins Ave that gives you free cocktails hour from 5-6 pm and is a lot nicer and reasonably priced. Oceanside is closer to Miami Beach if that’s what you’re looking for.

We only stayed over one night. It was a lovely little spot with an adorable pool. Comfy and cozy. Staff was lovely! A/C was so loud but did the job!!

Not up to expectations. Bed linen, room, furniture dirty. I do not recommend it to anyone. Although the staff were polite and attentive.

Parking is bad

The staff were nice enough to let me check in early. But I had to go to a different property almost a mile away which was inconvenient because i had luggage, no car and I booked that hotel because I was attending a festival at bandshell and expected to live at the property that’s right by the festival. It would be nice if they had a shuttle service to go between properties. The property was clean and big but furniture was worn down. Once again the staff was really nice but I’d rather pay more for a smaller place that is right by the bandshell

This place is by far the worst, staff was ride and hotel was old and out of date… not only do they not hold ur bags but you check into one place and they expect you to drag your luggage 10 min to go to ur actual room. This place is horrible even if ur trying to budget you will end up spending more

Was just what we were looking for economical, close to the beach, had a clean pool, AC, convenient location close to everything we needed or wanted.

Good size of room and looks very good, a lot of towels even beach towels, toiletries. Fairy and sponge. Happy hour in 10 minutes walk from the hotel, free drinks for guest. Beach very close but mostly for nearest hotels, but we found a place without sunbeds unfortunately. Also good point 2-4minutes away big supermarket Publix a lot of good ready food When we came, we should go 10 minutes to another building with luggage after 12 hours flight. Ok, but when we came to the apartment we were liked a size an look, but... it was soo dirty. We washed all dishes it was very dirty as well. If you are not from USA you can;t call to the reception because other building don;t have it. We go back and ask for a cleaning. They did quite quick. But we spend time. Staff ( except reception in another building) doesn't speak English, all kitchenets doesn;t work, kettle don;t have, no pan, one bed always broke , was problem with wood. But the most disappointment was we didn't receive deposit back for nearly a month , only Booking helped resolve it so, just check it your account

The floors and showers in my room were incredibly dirty. Dust and dirt in all the corners of the room. Housekeeping was basically non existent. I had to continually ask for new towels or my garbage removed. They were not able to provide any towels at any time. They wanted me to wait for them to do a load of laundry at 9pm just to get one new bath towel. No elevators or staff to help with bags. The phone numbers listed online do not work and they never once answer my texts or calls to the front desk. Upon checking out, there was no one onsite and no one at front desk to assist. Beds were a very hard memory foam so not very comfortable. “Suites” don’t include any kitchenette, only a fridge and microwave and one fork/knife. Had to borrow plates from a friends standard room that had a full kitchenette including plates, cups, and hot plate. Very loud through the walls you can hear everything. Would not recommend.

The rooms are basic, pretty certain my bedframe was broken, the wifi is slow at certain times and doesnt reach well in all the room. Not ideal if youre working remotely.

Floors were cracked and broken which retains dirt and also causes a huge trip hazard. Tile popped as you walked on them. Air conditioning was very unconventional. No split unit but only a single in unit, on the floor, dirty, smelled moldy, and extremely loud room a/c. Beds were just above uncomfortable. No mini bar as advertised. 2 waters at $9 each, m&m's, a few toiletries. Other then that some people may enjoy it??

The location was perfect We were 3 and we only had 1 glass. We asked for the rest and got one more. Still not complete. The bathroom is big but no appliances or furniture to hang towels or our stuff.

I stayed in the second building, so i had to walk from the first after check in, there is parking close across the street from the second building, however i was on foot and had to walk from the first at 5am in the morning not ideal, but i wasnt aware. The room itself was spotless, separate dinning area and kitchen, large clean room and a very quiet area. I can't fault the room or facilities everything in that regard was perfect. The pool doesn't have much room around it, but this is clear in the pictures, however they do have sunbeds and theyve made the most of the little room they have. My flight was 8 hours delayed and the hotel were very accommodating given my arrival time ended up being the next day. I would recommend emailing them rather than messaging via contact tab on here tho.

The main property was a bit run down. Pool was being repaired. No luggage storage or early check in. When finally was checked in was advised I was booked into 'sister' property down the street. After a short walk we reached the sister property and I was pleasantly surprised. It was in a better state then the main property. Rooms were great.. full kitchen, living, dining very spacious, clean, with all amenities. Pool was operable and clean. Had I been assigned to the main property my review would have been entirely different.

Booked this property specifically for the location and beach access across the street, but after arriving at the hotel, and paying for parking, we were told our room was at a "sister property" 0.7 miles away and that we’d have to drive to it. 0.7 miles in Miami Beach is a totally different neighborhood. The room had clearly been flooded at some point & smelled so badly of mold that we had to buy air fresheners. You could see the mold on the baseboards. They had no other rooms available & I was unable to get a refund. I ended up sick with bronchitis due to the mold.

We stayed after a cruise - the taxi from the cruise terminal was $80 just for reference. But I took a bus from the hotel to the airport which took about an hour and cost a whole $2.25. I will definitely stay here again.

Much noisier than expected during the night. Fire alarm going off multiple times in the night. Rooms were clean enough but could have been better; seemed rushed, as we also didn’t get washcloths, hand towels. Satisfied with our one-night stay.

Bed had a large depression in it. Felt like I was rolling down hill. The room had 2 bathrooms, neither room had toilet paper in it. Had to go to the office to get A ROLL. Finally when washing my hands I found manscaping ball trimmer behind the sink bowl. I wish I could include photos.

The room linens & room 'amenities' were lacking - Room only had 1 bath towel and a bath mat initially; no other linens. Asked for more bath towels, for hand towels, and washcloths; was provided with another bath towel and washcloths but was told they didn't have hand towels, which was strange. Bed did not have a proper comforter (just a flat sheet, fuzzy blanket, and then another flat sheet on top of that) and also had another flat sheet to cover the mattress. No extra toilet paper rolls were in the bathrooms - had to go to front desk to ask. Fridge did not work.

The staff and location were great. Rei was an amazing help. Having coffee mugs in the kitchenette would have been nice.

The staff was wonderful from the beginning! Only issue was having to travel to another location for our suite with our luggage and no car. Once in our suite, everything was clean and nice! No hairdryer though and the safe wasn’t working. Everything else was fine.

The staff was wonderful from the beginning! Only issue was having to travel to another location for our suite with our luggage and no car. Once in our suite, everything was clean and nice! No hairdryer though and the safe wasn’t working. Everything else was fine.

The location was not as advertised, but like 6 blocks away. The room lacked dishes and glasses to eat and drink. There is no cheap parking nearby our location, we had to park the car several blocks away. There was a parking lot right in front of the building but they charged 10 usd an hour.

The room was not cleaned up for the second day. The kitchen facilities were not working like Owen, coffee maker etc. Also there was some one knocking the door in the mid night.

The room was very clean, plenty of space to relax. The AC worked well. There were no face clothes, and while the shower worked well, it took a minute to figure out the temperature. There was no ice on site which was just an inconvenience, but the front desk pointed us to one we could access nearby. The location was perfect and while we did not require much, the front desk was friendly and helpful.

Both rooms also had major issues: the TV in the first room only had one working channel, and the TV in the second room was broken entirely an upon entering the room, there was a strong odor that smelled like bleach and mold. After a long drive and having to walk about half a mile from the original location to the second hotel location (you check in at one spot and the your room is actually half a mile away from the location shared on the site), we attempted to call the office twice for assistance, but no one answered and there was no option to leave a voicemail. At checkout, we were told to contact Expedia. Since then, customer service has failed to follow up by phone and continues to send repetitive, generic emails claiming the case was reviewed while ignoring the actual issues. This was not the hotel or experience I originally planned, and the lack of accountability afterward has been just as disappointing as the stay itself. I would not recommend this property based on both safety concerns and poor customer service.

The first thing I noticed when I walked into the office was a strong smell of mold/mildew. The same strong smell was in our room. They offered us a different room and the smell was just as bad. The front desk suggested we “keep the ac fan on” to mask the smell. We decided to cancel our booking because the mold smell was too strong and felt hazardous for my baby to breathe. They refused to give any refunds. It would be a nice hotel if they fixed the mold problem.

Clean room and great small place if you want to just relax and be closed to the beach.

The room included a kitchen area, and everything was updated nicely. Bed was perfect memory foam. Parking is best across the street at public park 1$ per hour free after 11 and before 10 a.m. check in and out was easy.

On the second day of my stay, I discovered cockroaches in the shower and immediately reported it to the front desk. The staff member appeared unconcerned. I informed her that I am pregnant and expressed my concerns. I was told that someone would come to clean the room and that I could move rooms the following day. Neither of those things occurred. When I followed up the next day, I was told there was no record of my complaint. At that point, I chose to remain in the room, as it was clear this was a larger hotel issue rather than an isolated room problem. Over the following days, I continued to find cockroaches—first in the kitchen sink, and on the final day, surrounding my luggage, which I had intentionally placed off the floor. Since returning home, I have been extremely concerned about potentially bringing cockroaches back with me and have taken extensive precautions as a result. This is a property my family and I had planned to use regularly when visiting my sister, but we will not be returning. While I understand that cockroaches can be an issue in South Florida, the lack of concern, documentation, and follow-through by management and staff was disturbing and unacceptable.

Towel dirty and torn up stains on sheets. Elevator’s didn’t work they changed my room 3 times and still ended up with a room with no hot water. The front desk staff was rude on a FaceTime call with his friend while checking people in and out. They refused to refund me for my stay or even refund the day I checked out but the refused. Poor service on both ends. Expedia refused to refund or handle the matter.

The day of my departure I was locked out of my room 2 hours before checkout .. ( key card was turned off ). All my money ,cell phone and belongings locked inside .. no way to call for help or assistance. Not too happy ..

I’ve stayed at probably 100+ hotels since I have been alive, and I have never had a maid come in a unit only make the bed, mop the floor and then leave everything else dirty. No new towels. Didn’t wash dishes or clean plates. So weird.!

The toilet was leaking from the night we got there and we asked the staff for help, we were told that cleaners skip a day, and even when the cleaners came the third day, the water was still there and it was smelling bad. All they did was change the towels

It was overall a good experience. Staff was helpful and understanding. Staff fully bilingual and caring. It was great to be so close to so many things. The beach was a walk away, great restaurants, shops, Publix, bank, drugs stores Ect…overall it was great congratulations to the staff.

To make things worse, there were no workers on-site at the final location—not even security. At night, we tried to sleep, but two women by the pool were drinking, smoking in a non-smoking area, and laughing loudly. We called the hotel, and the only worker (who was at a completely different location) said there was no staff available to check the situation and when we made a complaint regarding the problem they told us they will call 911 for any issues.... and mind you during the day when we called, they did not answer the phone. What kind of hotel has no security or staff on-site to ensure safety? This place is a complete mess—disorganized, unprofessional, and not safe. If you want a stress-free, secure stay, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

The rooms are huge and nice. You can found parking nearby just for $1 per hour and free from 11pm-8am for free in the public parking lot. Excellent place to stay and feel the miami vibes

I find this property enjoyable. people who have booked a stay are mindful of other for as the noise level after midnight. The price was within my budget for the time I stayed.

My husband & I stayed for 4nts prior to our cruise. The room was comfy & we appreciated the "little kitchen". Bathroom was clean & it was great to have a bathtub to soak in after all the sightseeing we did. We had no problems checking in or out & the property has a pool for lounging in the sun. There's a Walgreens & CVS pharmacy right around the corner. Restaurants, sandwich shops & a fresh bakery too! The beach was a 5min walk & there's also a free trolley which heads right toward South Beach. We enjoyed our stay as we were looking for something reasonably priced & clean!

We arrived at around 11pm from the airport, and to our surprise found a note on the office door stating that their offices moved a few blocks away.. (long blocks). Luckily we had a car rental and was able to drive to the other location where the office was. But there were 2 other women that got dropped off in an uber and werent as lucky since they had a few luggages with them and would've needed to walk if I hadn't offered them a ride. After getting to the office and checking in, we were directed to a completely different property. There should be mention about this somewhere in the reservation. Also, not the same property as the pictures. Very misleading! We were disappointed.

On the positive side the location was convenient. Close to everything alls the room was spacious.

I like the area the hotel is located and the layout/design of the rooms. I would have liked certain areas to be cleaned better. Some examples are the shower curtains had mildew at the bottom. The shower head had calcium build up and I had to clean it off myself. You can also see mildew in the faucet of the bathroom. The bed where I slept had a dip in it. The mattress and the bathroom curtain needs to be replaced.

First things first, the place looked nothing like the photos. Our room had gnats flying around, broken glass under the table, and the shelves were broken in the kitchen. No one came to clean on the third day like we were promised, they just knocked and asked if we needed towels or toilet paper. The pool was very dirty as well.

Upon entering the room it smelled like old mildew. The floors were not properly clean.

i would give 1 star to hotel. it's old, 2 floor building with old fashion room, cleaning once in a week but it's ok, no problem because we didn't really need it. The biggest problem is that office was in different address and whenever I called office - nobody picked up and nobody returned my call ever. Also, NO PARKING. Parking is on pay by phone parking on the street and is expansive.

I was excited for the nostalgic feel but turned out to be several frustrations. We were dropped off at the address listed for check in specifically and then after our Lyft had left we walked to the office to check in to a notice that we had a .25 mile walk to check in with luggage. Once we checked in we had to walk back to the same building we left with all baggage. Staff offered no assistance, even when asked. Almost laughing us off. Room was nostalgic for sure with toilet and urinal and nothing like photos. Mildew smell in the room. The area was convenient but after all the frustrations, hardly made up of the initial experience. Love the area not the hotel or the service.

Brushing up on your espanol would be helpful are for not too many people speak English in and around the area. This part of the city seemed safe, clean and comfortable to visit. Only downside was my room was not cleaned or cleaned properly prior to my visit. Had to go to the local Walgreens around the corner and get cleaning supplies myself.

To make matters worse, when I requested a refund due to these unacceptable conditions, Expedia showed no accountability and refused to take responsibility. Instead, they directed me to a car rental company, which had nothing to do with my issue. The lack of care and support from Expedia was beyond frustrating. I would not recommend booking through Expedia. Their lack of transparency, poor customer service, and refusal to assist travelers in difficult situations make it clear that they do not prioritize their customers. Avoid at all costs!

Check-in was very inconvenient. We had to check-in at a whole different hotel. We walked from the original location to an other. The receptionist was extremely rude! She talked about us to her friend/co-worker in Spanish thinking we didn’t understand what she was saying about us. Since we were upset and frustrated at that point she threatened to call the police. The hotel itself was dirty and dusty! In the morning my husband was looking for an ice machine and bumped into a cleaning lady and he asked where is the ice machine (mind you they have an ice bucket in the room) she angrily said “NO NO ICE!” It seems like all the staff are frustrated and angry and management could be to blame for that but don’t take it out on your customers. I would gladly pay an additional) $100 or more for a nicer and more welcoming hotel. This will be my first and last stay at waterside hotel.

-This is NOT one hotel. This is a management company with 4 properties several blocks from each other and the one you think you are reserving you may not get when you check in. -The initial confirmation email gives you an address to check in but the office is not at this location. Very confusing. (You can only check in at one location, if you go to any of the other locations there is no office or sigh with instructions) -No check in early (well documented before reservation) but no place to store bags while waiting. -After checking in I was given keys to a property 5 blocks away. I had to walk almost 1/2 mile away with my kids and baggage to get to my room. -The rooms were great!! Very clean and recently renovated. Great location and close walking distance to the beach and lots of food. Near Miami Beach trolley. In summary, I would rent there again but not with a lot of luggage or children. Also, hopefully they fix the email confirmation with the correct address to check in.

Pay attention to check in instructions. Pain in the neck calling a second uber to from check in location to some of the rooms located offsite.

Is 2-3 blocks away from the rooms at Seaside Hotel, luckily someone watched all of our bags where we were dropped off by Lyft and walked over to wait in a long line/ too small of a reception area to wait in the AC on a hot day. Nice staff once got to them. Cute colorful pool courtyard centered around rooms. Room mostly clean but for a kitchenette missing all but one glass.

Rooms upcharged as a suite were no different then standard rooms (they all have a kitchenette). Room service is every 3 days with no option to change the date. Room had only half a roll of toilet paper, tried calling (voicemail with no response 24 hrs), tried asking housekeeping (did not speak English, told they would come by in an hour...it was too early they were just sitting outside talking and never came by) finally had to go to the office 3 blocks away and ask for a roll. Location is great. No laundry onsite but a laundramat only 1/2 a block away. Great restaurants walking distance. Close to beach and bandshell. Pool was nice. Linens were clean (as long as you didn't need more). Air conditioning worked. Kitchenette with microwave, and mini fridge as well as dishes and silverware. Hot plate was available but never used. No onsite parking. Street is mostly tagged for residents. City parking across the street requires logging in every 10 hours to pay - no full day or multi-day option.

Too much confusion with check in and building apart from one another

Property was beautiful. It was more then I thought I booked. The location was perfect to just walk to the beach or shops around the neighborhood. But their customer service could have made things better. When I called the number to the front desk no one answered. Our initial night after coming back very late, I had to send my husband to Walgreens at midnight to get toilet paper. Thankfully the store was not even a block away but its an inconvenience to buy your own toiletpaper. There wasnt even a partial roll, and we could have used more towels because they only supplied us with 2. Checking out also, you can email your check out or call them, but no one answers.

Came down for a few days for a post Valentine’s Day wedding in North Beach. The hotel was fine, but it was awkward to have to go to another hotel to check in and not know about that until I had paid for public parking across the street. Several guests has the same issue from what we saw. The room wasn’t bad. Beds were decent, everything was clean, bathroom was surprisingly good. Only issue really was they only gave one roll of toilet paper for four people for 3 days and we had to request multiple times via text for more and towels. We did get them the second day though. Besides that, tv channels were limited so kids weren’t happy at first but we hooked an HDMI to a laptop up to it and problem solved. Overall, not terrible but not great. Good area with good food options in walking distance. Parking right across the street for $1 an hour and free overnight.

Was at a diferent location, not really a 25 hour front desk as there is no front desk or the one avaolable is a few blovks away, rooms was really dirty, floors dirty, bath dirty and just not maintain well, humidity smell and overall just not as cool as in the pics. Run away!!!! Do not stay here at this hotel. For starters if you are not booked at the oceanside hotel (the sister property) you will have to walk there with all your luggage just to check in!!! The walk is 10 minutes plus!!!! The hotel has no shuttle are van services to bus you to the designated check in area, even though the hotel created the big inconvenience of having all their hotel guest walk to one building for check in! The hotel room has roaches and holes in the wall. I personally believe the roaches come from the outside and crawl through the holes to come inside the hotel room. The toilet barely flushed and the closet door and bathroom door were both broken. The pictures you see online are fake and edited the rooms look nothing like the pictures. The rooms are ran down and halfway clean!!! Then you only receive one washcloth and towel per person! On top of that during checkout, if you’re not all the way ready, they will still come into the room while you are still naked to rush you to check out!!!!!!!! I felt extremely violated!!!!!!!!!!! As stated earlier before DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! You have been warned! If I could rate this property at -50, I would!!!!

Had to walk 3 blocks with all our luggage to check in at a totally different building. They didn't inform us that they moved there office 3 blocks away. After all that we had to go to a 3rd location for our room. Will never do this again with expedia. Want our money back!!!!!!!!

Very nice room and pool!!

I had a comfortable stay. I really liked the bed and the shower, although there were empty body wash and other empty dispensers when I arrived. It was a bit of a struggle when I got there with my belongings and found out that I had to go to the next street plus blocks away to check in. It would have been good to know beforehand where the check in location was.

Canadian rating 1/10. Check in is not at hotel. Is a mile away walk with your luggage. (We walk 6 miles a day, this is a pain) When you finally find the place, without a map or dorections, they just circle an address. That may or may not be the hotel you booked and you only find out once you try to find the room. Manager said it was 'not his job' to tell people where to go or give directions, and he didnt answer the phone because he was busy'. Do not stay here or at the sister hotels. Look at other recent ratings.

I’ve stayed here before (last spring) and one of the things I liked most was that the office was staffed 24/7. Now the office is literally two blocks away. Making matters worse, they rarely answer the phone when you call. I was having problems with the tv and I literally had to walk two blocks to let them know. They said they would send someone right over so I went to dinner and walked around a bit and when I got back to the room two hours later it still wasn’t fixed and I had to walk two blocks to the office again to let them know. That said, the room was clean and fairly spacious and I do like the hotel overall and the price was great. It’s a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and it’s way less touristy and quiet than South Beach. The mini fridge routinely froze my beverages and I couldn’t find a way to turn it down so I had to remember to put things in it a few hours before going to the beach instead of overnight. Also the AC was noisy. If you’re high maintenance you probably won’t like this hotel but it’s fine if you can handle minor inconveniences. I’ll stay here again.

The area is very good, the only think bad for me its the service for this hotel, we don’t have people for answers questions, or for help, if we need something we need go a another place for it.

The room was disgustingly dirty. There were layers of grime on the floor between the beds. I took photos. The shower was filthy. The dressers had trash in them. You also find out you cannot store your luggage after checkout until your flight. Wi-Fi did not work. Shower has window to outside that the handle will not shut all the way. Stay away

The property I stayed at was great, my only issue was going to multiple locations for check in and not having staff on site. Which in the end was fine but made check in a bit complicated.

Nice hotel close to beach and shopping. Spacious room. Although there were no washrags available to us when we checked in. Limited tv channels

This hotel is owned by a larger group who have a centralized office two blocks away so check in and any issues have to be resolved there which I found inconvenient. There was also a hidden resort fee of $102. The staff were competent and doing their best despite what seemed like poor management conditions. The room itself was nice enough and clean.

Location on map owned by Waterside Hotel and suites was not the same as the actual location to check in. The check in location was hard to find and not the same as our room address. Clean and bed comfortable. The bed slats holding up mattress fell apart and had to be reassembled. Kitchen area not as described in image. No toaster. Washer out of service. Stove not working. Safe in kitchen cupboard out of service. Additional service charges added to expedia cost was charged at check in with no additional service provided. Free happy hour drinks not on premises.

Charges resort fees and does not have a front office on site of this location or parkin also doesnt offer towels for beach use, no satelite tv and a pool that is only 4 feet deep.

Happy hour was like 10 blocks away with unfriendly staff. Would not recommend

Parking was not fun, parking was 3 blocks away. Rooms were clean and nice, check in was easy once we arrived at right building but had to go to 3 buildings sites to get right one, because one in email was wrong. But would definitely stay again!

I stayed for one night and it was clean and the location was unbeatable !

Be prepared to come to the Hotel location, then find another location for the front desk, then walk 15 min with luggage to the third location, HORRIBLE!!! Nobody will help you, and you can NOT leave your luggage, if you come early!!! So BAD!!!

The parking is terrible, noisy area. Neighbor has chickens.
