We really enjoyed our stay! Great location and fun room.

The property was clean with nice and fresh scent on the hall and reception area. The room had everything including iron and smart TV with Netflix. The air conditioner worked perfectly. There was free coffee available in the morning was served on time and tasted great! I highly recommend this hotel! Perfect!

I can honestly say the owner the staff was wonderful. I got scheme at a hotel off south beach and came here. The check in is so easy and effortless. I booked late at night around 11pm and was able to self check myself in. The rooms are beautiful, parking is great, the staff I can’t say how wonderful they been during my stay I got food poisoning and had to rush to the hospital by ambulance. The owner called me and checked on me give me extra time to get my items as I got discharged. Just wonderful the staff worked with me. Highly recommended this place and it’s very affordable if you’re traveling on weekdays back and forth from work . Bed was comfortable very peaceful you can bring a whole family your in good hands and your also 5 mins away from the beach

Quiet and clean

Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Self Checkin was easy and straight forward, room was clean and well furnished, Cold AC, Hot shower, plenty of natural light, and the staff was bery responsive and attentive via text. Would definitely stay here again!!

The room was nice and there were 4 bunk beds (Full size). Enough space for 4 people in a room. The bathroom was good and clean. And the amenities were good for the price we paid for. The hotel provided is us with beach supplies. They are very accommodating. WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK AGAIN!!!

The entire self check-in process was seamless thanks to the great communication by hotel staff. The property and room were very clean and well-maintained. The beach was just a 2 minute walk and the parking was maybe 5 minute walk. AWESOME! The only two things I would say are a mini fridge and a TV, even a small 32in mounted on the wall in the room would have been excellent. With the heat and humidity in Miami, it was disappointing not to be able to keep bottles of water cold to drink while in the room. Please consider this. Overall however, my sons and I were very happy with our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff for a job well done.

Check-in was fast and simple, very helpful staff. No issues with parking and the location is perfect for South Beach! You can walk to many restaurants, bars and of course the beach!

I would definitely recommend The Fifth Hotel and I would definitely visit this property again while in South Beach. Thank you again!

É praticamente o hostel, não tem recepção, só vimos equipes de limpeza, mas achamos a acomodação boa para uma curta temporada, considerando mais de 2 pessoas, caso seja no máximo um casal, é excelente. Localização excelente, perto da Ocean Drive.

Só o cheiro quando entrei q eu achei estranho não tinha um cheiro de limpeza. Mas no geral voltaríamos!!

Property was right by the beach and not too far from restaurants! Also staff was pretty helpful! Room was comfortable and very affordable for location!

The hotel is very beautiful and comfortable. But the thing that I didn’t like is there was no microwave and mini refrigerator inside the room, it was in the lobby for everyone to use. They don’t clean the room everyday unless you don’t ask for it. But overall not a bad place to stay for no more than 3 days .

Location was quiet but close enough that we could walk to the action. Room was adorable and had its own bathroom facilities and small fridge which was all we needed because we weren’t in our room a lot. Staff were always very helpful and when we had questions, I could reach out and was answered very quickly! Would definitely stay here again! ❤️

​Here is the breakdown of why I’m currently looking for legal loopholes to stay here forever: ​The Vibe: The hotel is so clean and beautiful that I felt guilty for bringing in a single grain of sand. It’s sleek, modern, and looks like it belongs in a high-budget music video. ​The Access: Getting from the street to the room was easier than getting into sweatpants after a holiday dinner. No "Indiana Jones" puzzles or maze-like hallways to find the elevator—just pure, effortless logic. ​The Beds: I am 90% sure these beds are made of marshmallow-infused clouds. Waking up to an alarm felt like a personal insult from the universe. I considered declaring the bed its own sovereign nation and never leaving. ​Beach Luxury: Usually, going to the beach involves me looking like a pack mule, dragging chairs and umbrellas through the sand while questioning my life choices. Here? They just hand you the towels, umbrellas, and chairs. I felt like royalty; I half-expected someone to start fanning me with a palm leaf. ​The Staff: Everyone was incredibly nice. The manager was so kind and professional that I started wondering if I was accidentally related to them and just didn't know it yet. ​We are coming back for sure. Thank you for making our holiday feel like a total breeze. 10/10
