    What happened to this hotel? I traveled here several times and was great. This time was terrible. Unkept property with broken beds and doors, safety concerns with anyone getting into the hotel. The homeless and drunk people that are not guests hang on the patio often and have access to elevators. Front desk doesn’t care about nothing and also cockroaches in the rooms coming from all places. Sorry but I’m not coming back. What a shame because is a great location.

    The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the location is perfect, and despite being in the heart of all the action, I was still able to get a great night’s sleep without being disturbed by outside noise. The hotel is within walking distance of countless restaurants, shops, and attractions, and the beach is only about a two-minute walk away. One of my favorite features is the rooftop pool, which is always clean, well-maintained, and a great place to relax. I highly recommend Fairwind Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay in Miami Beach. I will definitely be returning again!

    I was very disappointed on my last day . After a long day out on Monday we came back and went to the pool . We had a great time and planned to spend our entire day on Tues relaxing by the pool. Upon our return Monday evening there was a sign stating the pool would be closed due to "maintenance " on June 9th & 10th. It was very sudden this notice was posted, no advance notice , nothing . It was very disappointing. We were told the "sister" hotel had no pool .The beach was in bad condition, so we couldn't swim .The temperature was close to 90°. This was very unfair . I doubt if we will be returning and we were returning customers . I feel for the price we pay here we can go to a better hotel . This is not good customer service . We couldn't enjoy the last day .

    The first room I got was nasty. Bugs and sand on the floor. The manager was nice enough to change my room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you’re on a tight budget. It’s just not my style. Very outdated, smaller than the pictures show and the food and drinks are priced as if this is a 4 star hotel. The front desk staff was the best experience there.

    Clean room, but the curtain only half closed and you directly face others rooms who can look right in. Ot lacks privacy. It missed the normal little things like lotion, qtips, cotton swabs…. Just the little things that make it comfortable and we’ve come to expect from basics in a hotel room.

    My experience at the Fairwind was awesome. The staff was great and they really helped me out. I had to change my travel date and they helped without any pushback and were very accommodating. I also like the rooftop pool and the bartender. I forgot her name, but she was awesome as well. They also made my checkout process very easy as I had to leave out very early. Special thanks to Paulo and the front desk staff. I will be coming back.

    Cons: Room could use some upgrades and better lighting; couldn’t figure out how to use the safe; couldn’t get the balcony door to lock properly so I felt a little nervous about that; they need to provide some type of umbrellas or cover for the pool chairs to help protect from the sun.

    Hotel has great location In of the middle of south beach close to all the restaurants and walking distance from the beach. Some areas are outdated and could use some renovations. Rooms are clean and spacious. The only concern is the safety where everyone can get to the floors with no key required to use the elevator. Especially the back elevator where you don’t need to go through the lobby. I think that should be fixed amid what’s going now days. Also no complimentary water thats a turn off too. Also valet is $40 overnight till 2:30pm. It’s good hotel over all

    The startling construction noise at 7:30 am 2/3 mornings was not good. The restaurant waitress was horrible! While the construction noise was happening next to our room i wanted to sit in the shade to read. The hostess said i could ( 9am ish) the place was empty. A very rude mean woman came and told me i couldn’t sit there. So rude about it. We were going to eat there but said no way! Took our additional money elsewhere.

    Came for a girl’s trip with my bestie and we had such a great time! The hotel is close to everything and minutes from the beach. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The hotel restaurant was such a good time as well and the drink options are awesome! Rooftop pool is on the small size and there is no shade but there is another rooftop higher up with lots of shade and tanning beds. If there was one thing they would improve on, I would say it would be nice to be able to rent umbrellas for the beach through the hotel. Overall we had a fantastic trip and can’t wait to come back!

    The only negatives were that the beds were a bit uncomfortable, and I would have loved for beach chairs to be included since a resort fee is charged. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely rent here again. Definitely recommend the garden rooms

    The location was perfect. It is connected to a restaurant that offers a discount to hotel guests. I really enjoyed the rooftop lounge area, and the pool was nice. The television remote only worked when it wanted to. Overall, nothing can really beat the location. It is a block up from the beach and a 10-minute walk to Espanola Way. There were restaurants and bars everywhere. It was close to the visitor center if you were interested in tours and such. The staff was helpful. I really only wish there were a small shelf in the shower to put my products on, but that's about it. I wanted time away to relax and the hotel was perfect for that.

    The staff was super friendly from the start. I was being able to check in at noon and they even personally walked us to the correct elevator that led to our room. I got the room with the terrace which was super cute, to have your own little terrace to lay out and tan during the day or relax with a drink during sunset. The room had everything needed minus a microwave which I wish it did. Room service is available and the food was really good, dinner time in the courtyard was quite popular especially on the weekends where they had an DJ and entertainment. They also had a pool party on weekends so do expect it to be loud and festive. It’s a block from beaches, restaurants, and the all LGBTQ+ establishments/beach. Definitely my new favorite spot in south beach

    Beach access is very close and convenient. It’s a fun place to stay in the heart of all the action without being directly on Ocean Boulevard. Unfortunately the pool closes early at 8pm and wish it would stay open until 10pm at least. The bathroom is also small with a lack of hooks or bars to hang the wet towels. We still love this hotel and have been there twice already.

    My original room was infested with small translucent spider-like insects (searched on Google and it may have been either mites or bed bugs yet to feed) My replacement room was clean. The iron didn't work. There's no microwaves on the property nor any ice machines. To obtain ice, you need to go outside to the bar. The guest elevator is separate, WITHOUT ac!! Very slow and small. I thought it was going to break each time using it and the inspection was expired by 2 months. The corridors are only the width of a person and again lacked ac. The sink is exposed within the room,leaving the "bathroom " as nothing more than a toilet closet with a shower, again the width of a person. The phone doesn't work to call the front desk. I had to call separately from my cell and hope someone answered, usually 3-4x. The towels were hard, as well as the toilet paper. This hotel reminded me more of a motel than a hotel. Location is pristine though, very walkable! The ac was cold but unable to be controlled. I wouldn't recommend.

    I did not expect my room to be incredibly small. It says sound proof rooms but you can literally hear everything from inside your room in the hall. The pictures compared to what we received was not expected at all. The windows had missing parts and the ac you can barely feel it.

    The location is very good as is the overall look of the hotel. However the room we were given for the first night of our stay was unacceptable.. The room we were given on checkin was a shoe box with two small ventilation windows above head height, it felt like a prison cell. There was no wardrobe or hanging space for clothes. The staff were embarrassed and manager was very apologetic but said the property was fully occupied that night. We were given the best room available for the second night and assistance in moving rooms, however I booked this hotel over 9 months in advance and this should not have happened. Rooms with a letter B are annexes to main rooms for family’s and should not be allocated to guests as main rooms. In addition to the room issue, the fire alarm went off at 5am on the second morning and whole hotel had to evacuate into the street in the rain. The fire crew attended and reset the alarm which then went off a further twice during the next 20 minutes.

    Very responsive staff. They were able to help in all cases. We really appreciate that when we arrived early we could leave our suitcases in storage until the room was ready, and go to the beach ourselves. Also on the last day after checking out we were able to use the hotel pool (they also gave us towels) until the evening flight. Many thanks to Romina, Liz and Yoandri! Everything was fine

    My only issue was how things were spaced out. I was in a very large king room with a balcony, which was wonderful, but there was no actual seats. Just a couch which was fine but faced a wall, not even the TV. When I needed to do a little work, I had to do it on the bed as there was no chair to sit anywhere near a table. Just the 2 small chairs on the balcony. There was plenty of space to add a chair.

    We were sold this establishment as "family-friendly". It definetly is not. The music coming from the restaurant is extremely loud until 1h30 am during the weekend and around 11h30 pm during week days. My 3 years old couldnt nap and didn't fall asleep before midnight on both nights we were there because of the music level. The pool is uncovered and the water is boiling hot. There are nowhere to get shade on the rooftop. The "crowd" is mainly adults that want to party until dawn and suround the pool completely drunk during the weekend. On the other hand, the employees were always welcoming and the premises were mostly clean (other than the pool who was very dirty).

    The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The views from the rooftop pool and Terrance were gorgeous. The pool was nice and heated. Only downfall was we called before hand to make sure they provided play pens and they confirmed yes just tell the front desk when you check in. We asked upon arrival and were told they’d bring one up, 2 hours later nothing so we called, told again they were bringing one up nothing once again. So stopped by the front desk on our way to dinner and again told they would have someone bring up right away. Returned at 830 with no play pen once again so I called the desk to be told they didn’t have play pens. So they strung us along till 9pm to finally say they didn’t have them leaving us to have to drive 30 minutes to go buy one. Wish they would’ve just said from the get go they didn’t have one so we weren’t in the position with a very cranky 2 year old and not able to put her bed till 10pm.

    Great experience in a convenient location to beaches and restaurants. The rooftop pool was a great amenity. Hookah wasn’t the best and I was charged for early check in time for 11am but they didn’t get me in a hotel room until 230pm then still charged me. I was under the impression I was going to get early check in, then front desk didn’t alert me it was ready until I came down but overall great experience hotel rooms were cleaned daily and the restaurant downstairs is a plus but expensive

    Just a block over from ocean drive. Located at 10th and Collins. It’s a bit Noisy. But you’re in south beach. Bar and restaurant on site. Oh and we got there at 10am and got a room right away. This will be my go to when cruising out of Miami.

    It was raining when I arrived. There isn’t any covered walkway to the room, so all my things including myself were soaked before I could get the room door to unlock due to the lock and handle was barely working. Once you enter the room, the door doesn’t lock well at all, so not feeling safe at all, especially with the room is accessible from outside and not where you have to go through the hotel lobby to get in the room. I tried calling the office multiple times, but no one answered. The bed isn’t soft at all, much like sleeping outdoors. I had a second night booked, but due to all this I cancelled it and left. I began to ask for a refund and the hotel declined it. hotels.com have been kind enough to offer me a voucher in its place of a refund so I’m just waiting on that to come through email.

That kind of honesty is legendary in Miami. ​The Suites are HUGE: We’re a group of three and we still have room to do a full BTS dance routine without hitting a lamp. The space is incredible. ​The Manager is the GOAT: Seriously, the best in the business. They make sure everything is perfect every single time. ​Now, about those umbrellas... ⛱️ Look, we love you guys, but the Florida sun is currently winning the fight against our skin!     The room was not what was advertised. I checked in & saw the bed frame was broken/worn, the bathroom barely fit just myself and the curtain rod was detached from the ceiling. The staff was very nice and offered an upgrade however, the upgrade would not have been available till the following day, if not booked that evening. Given that a new room was not a guarantee, I had to find another hotel for my stay.

    Shops, restaurants, beach were all close by. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Some of furnishing and carpet was dated. However bed was comfortable, blackout curtains for sleeping were great. The downside was the shower wouldn’t turn on. I had a time commitment and needed to have maintenance to fix shower. Front desk was great at unsuccessfully trying to turn it on (this occurred before maintenance was on duty). I was given clean towel and able to shower in a room that hadn’t yet been cleaned in order to get out on time. However, no financial compensation was made for the inconvenience the shower debacle caused me.

    It's 1 block away from the beach and all the fun bars/resturants. You have to pay for valet parking but it's worth it because parking is hard to come by there. The staff was amazing and super helpful! I would definitely stay here again.

    It was only a couple minutes' walk to the beach, and it was on a great street full of great restaurants and not too far from shopping.     The only thing that did work properly was the Internet. I wouldn’t stay here again. This hotel desperately needs a makeover. Just because you’re located on Collins ave doesn’t mean it’s 5 star!! Broken hotel room door, I def got a balcony room and they gave me ground level because that’s all they had, no TV service, the doors are lock key and old so mosquitos get in, I only SAW the pool and it was tiny. Took 40 mins for the hot water to work in our room would absolutely NOT STAY here again. The overnight girl told me I needed to wake up every 4 hours because she couldn’t direct me where to park overnight. The manager just blamed all the staff. What a joke and waste of over $1000 for three nights. NEVERRRRR AGAIN

    The only issue we had was with the door lock—it was a bit tricky to maneuver and you had to push the handle up in order for it to lock properly. Maintenance came extremely quickly though (within about three minutes of us calling), which we really appreciated. One thing I wish the room had was a second layer of curtains on the patio doors. If you opened the curtains to let natural light in, people outside could see directly into the room. Sheer curtains would have made it possible to have some daylight while still keeping privacy. Otherwise the room relied mostly on two lamps for lighting. The location was excellent and one of the best parts of the stay—we were able to walk pretty much everywhere. The rooftop pool was nice and the water was warm, although it was a little less impressive in person than it looked in the photos. Still, it was perfectly enjoyable. All of the front desk staff were very sweet and helpful throughout our stay. Overall we had a great trip and enjoyed our time here.

    1. Music at Sola, hotel’s restaurant, was on till midnight (and was going to continue for at least one hour more as I learned from front desk), was very loud and it woke me up. I had to call the front desk and to ask them to do something with it. Only then they turned off / made it quiet. 2. Shampoo / conditioner / soap are of very bad quality. I would recommend to bring your own products if you want to stay there.

    I never leave bad reviews but there’s always a first time. As someone who works in the hospitality industry I’m shock with the level of disrespect guests are treated in this hotel. Everyone is rude, they can’t accommodate a simple request. Take your money somewhere else where you’re treated with respect and they appreciate your business.

    The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms clean. Carpeting in hallways looked old and dirty, but room was good. The pool area looks much nicer and luxurious in the pictures. In reality it was dead with no amenities. The "pool bar" was a fold out table occasionally staffed. I went to the pool one time, as it was not fun. Location was excellent. Close to beach, close to Lincoln Rd. mall, bar's, and restaurants right outside. Location and price very worth it.

    This is a large, but modest property in sunny Miami Beach. It is NOT a fancy hotel, but it got the job done, and in some ways better than fancy hotels. It had a great location, close to Ocean Drive and all the lively restaurants, to Washington Ave a main thoroughfare with many bus stops and quickie eateries. It was really close to the beach. I liked that they give you beach towels. Our room had a king bed, a small loveseat/ couch, and a small balcony about 4' x 4'. The balcony was convenient to feel the weather outside and dry some of our clothes/ bathing suits after washing. The hotel has its own restaurant, but we didn't get a chance to go. There is a pool on the roof, but it is very small, not very deep, and there isn't a lot of space for lounge chairs. When we arrived in our room, several things were broken. The holder for shampoo/ conditioner/ soap, looked like it was falling, and so did the peg behind the bathroom door (essentially a towel hook) was also falling. Both were fixed after we reported it. The handle on the shower that controls water swung freely, so you have to be really careful with it. The original shower head had very weak pressure, but they replaced that too. Our balcony door didn't stay closed when we pulled it - we had to lock it to get it to stay. There was usually music outside, but the music was barely audible once we closed the balcony door. Definitely needs more bathroom counter space. Needs rugs on floor. Needs more space near toilet/shower.

    Location and pool Being charged bogus charges after you check out. When I called to ask why I was being charged, I was told late checkout. I said we didn't check out late, then I was told we stained the sheets. I asked for photo proof of any damages. She put me on hold for 17 minutes.     Front desk was friendly and personable. First room we were given was in bad shape and not due to housekeeping, it needs renovation. Second room was much better and also clean. In general the hotel needs updates - carpet in hallways torn, scuffs and tears in wallpaper. The staff was friendly and helpful it's clear they are working with what they got. In the end we were satisfied with the room change but wouldn't necessarily be back.

    There is no heat in the hotel working. Yesterday was 38 to 40 degree weather in in Miami and we frozen all night. The phones in the room do not work. The TV kept going out. Its close to the beach.

    Please do not stay here. This hotel was the worst experience I’ve ever had on South Beach. The valet service was a nightmare. There’s no reason it should take 30 minutes for car retrieval. The phone number to the front desk didn’t work, the food at the restaurant was obviously microwaved and frozen, housekeeping was unprofessional and the cleaning was subpar…and the room looked nothing like the pictures.

    The people at the front desk(Raquel & Fernando) are fantastic! They helped accommodate us to a quieter room. Helpful and very friendly. The room was well kept although we had no maid service the last night. Great bed as well

    The hotel staff is lovely though under-resourced left check-in wanting. The property is tired, has paper thin walls and the restaurant plays loud music day and night so I slept with my AirPods in. Upon arrival the shower did not work at all and basic amenities like coffee cups or water were lacking. They charge a $34/night resort fee and provide few amenities for that fee. A pool promising a bar for a sunset drinks was unmanned the whole time we were there (3 nights) so would prefer they raise their rates rather than surprise guests with a charge that is valueless.

    Pros: Overall good. Cons: Room 107(?), the first room on the right side of the hallway, up 6 steps (no elevator to this level) from the lobby level. It had a vent in the ceiling that was big enough for the whole hallway and lobby (4’x3’?), and it made noise at night. There was a portable ac unit in the room too. No one told to use it instead of the regular wall thermostat until I brought this to their attention at checkout. We stayed in another room across the plaza. Same thing, carry luggage up six steps. No one informed us that there was a ramp around back. We’re old people. The shade in the second room stopped working on the first try. Stuck open, bright lights all night from the parking garage across the street. P.S. The mini bar charges for K-Cups. We would probably stay here again, though. It is in a good location, a short walk to the beach and shops.

    The front desk staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful. Our room was ready early, the beds were nice and I loved my little balcony. The roof top pool must have been heated and it was so big. Walking distance from the beach and many food and souvenir options. I loved my stay here! Would definitely recommend.

    Filled out the precheck in days in advance, saying I wanted a quiet room and I didn’t care if it had the worst view in the building since I was there to work nights and would sleep during the day. was given the 2nd floor room right above the main entrance on the corner of Collins and 10th. Then confirmed a 2pm checkout with two different front desk workers the night before and the morning of, only to have the general manager knock at my door at 12 and say he had no record of that and I needed to get out right away. On top of all that the room was run down and shower head leaking into the ceiling/walls behind. Couldn’t pay me to go back

    The room is missing many essential items like a simple hook next to the shower for the towel. I had to lay it over the sink to reach it after my shower. Speaking of the sink, it does not drain properly. I had to turn it off or it would have spilt on the floor. The shower head is also as old as rhyme itself. Needs to be updated.

    Room was large the balcony was a great size overlooking the courtyard. Music was a whole vibe. I enjoyed my stay the only issue was I waited for my car for 30mins to get my bags and I decided to cancel it and buy a new fit because I was near shopping. The location was a block off the beach and it was near my favorite spot, Naked Taco.

    Staff were very courteous & helpful & quick to respond. Facilities definitely adequate (fridge/iron/nice hairdryer/lotions/lots of towels & beach towel if requested all included) & the room & bedding was clean. I also got a nice view from my window of a courtyard, palm trees & a water feature, which considering I didn’t pay extra for this, was a pleasant surprise.

    Sink was clogged and notified to the receptionist immediately after check in but no action taken. Also requested some regular drinking water in the room but again no action. Was told that we will get 20% off in the restaurant but the cashier refused to honour that. Later it was resolved after wasting 30 mins in following up with the receptionist. Taking luggage to the room was very inconvenient as the room was in different building so has to carry my 23 kg bag on stairs and then to the 2nd floor. Another annoying thing is that they don’t have trash bins in the room so u have to keep all trash on the table. Stay was not comfortable as I was expecting.

    Great vibes at The Fairwind Hotel! Large room, courtyard and staff are amazing. Good stay with clean rooms and excellent location in South Beach. I’m sure the water damage and rust in bathroom on hinges and hardware along with the bottom of bathroom door can be fixed. Food at Restaurant is over priced so we used Delivery and met them in Main Lobby. Lobby is small and elegant with comfortable chairs.

    The staff did not clearly communicate the information whereas my room was located. It was kind of vague in describing the where to go.. such as the hotel receptionist saying to go out the door turn left and straight isn’t enough to tell me where to go. Everyone speaks Spanish so their English isn’t the greatest but they try. The temperature in the room was always cold and air conditioning did not turn off or heat could be chosen.     The lobby really smells. Like mildew. I asked for more pillows and the front desk told me now. And asked me to look in the cabinet. I told him we don’t have any cabinets. I had to go downstairs to explain to them that our room does not have any cabinets. He double checked and confirmed that our room didn’t have any cabinets. My card was charge an additional $24 charge for something that wasn’t disclosed to me at the beginning or after check out.

    Cleaning staff 5 stars … one of the desk guys leaves you off putted - the way he answers questions and speaks isn’t welcoming at all. There’s a $100 per night stay hold on your card. (5nights = $500hold) That you don’t know about prior to checking in. Plus a resort fee. $40 for parking. It may make sense booking at on of the more well known hotel brands where fees a little more straightforward.

    Very cleaned they upgraded my room from gardens view to a balcony and he made it seem it was a good upgrade but it wasn’t especially with kids I wish I kept it as is and not take it.     For me this was an ok hotel. My issues with this place was the fact that I booked this hotel because of the pool once we arrived the pool was closed for the week and NO where on the site did it say the pool was closed. Then at check in they say it’s $100 a night deposit plus resort fee and again I was not informed you would have to pay resort and deposit and now I don’t even get all my deposit back and no reason on why I didn’t receive all my money back. And how do hotels not have a microwave in the room or in the hotel for guest to warm up there food. They also could use some updates in the bathroom tile was missing from the shower. I will not book here again

    The elevator didn't have AC. It was very hot and had awful smell inside. Our room did not get cleaned until our last day staying there. Mis communication between staff. Rooms were not sound proof at all.

    Very comfortable room. Nice bedsheets and great pillows. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Complimentary bottle of wine was a nice plus. My only complaint is that the pool was not very clean. One block from the beach and public bathrooms and shower are right there.

    This hotel needs to be renovated ASAP. It was mold in the hallways, draining problems in the bathroom, carpet in the hallway was very worn out, the rooftop pool was dirty, this hotel needs a major renovation. I will say is the AC works wonderful.

    I found roaches in the bathroom. The bartender at the pool was super rude. The pool was dirty. The ac in the room wasn't working correctly. This is usually my favorite place to stay when Im in Miami but after this experience I think I'm going to find somewhere else.

    We were given an upgraded room with a private terrace. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The location is perfect for those without transportation as you can easily walk to several restaurants, bars and lounges. This was our second time staying at the Fairwind and would definitely return.

    Property is an excellent location. If you like to walk and bike is heaven. Along ocean drive plenty of city bikes. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. I have been going there for years and love it.

    Upon check-in, I was charged a $300 deposit. At check-out, I was told the refund would be initiated that same evening - without any room inspection. However, eight days later, I returned to inquire about the refund and was told I had been charged for a towel. This was never communicated to me, and I neither took nor damaged any towels. To make matters worse, the refund wasn’t even initiated until four days after they said it would be, and I was told it would take weeks to be processed. There are definitely nicer and more affordable options in the South Beach area. I would not stay here again.

    Was very beautiful to stay in the garden area, super close to the beach and within walking distance from eateries, shopping, and a parking garage. Staff was very kind and helpful, a wonderful experience when you go to the restaurant within the hotel, dancing, cocktails, and they may even pull you up for a dance as well!

    The room was small, the usual, convenient table/desk and chair were replaced with a mini bar, and at times the bathroom smelled of sewage.The pool was large with chairs but NO umbrellas nor cabanas for shade. But, otherwise the hotel is a block from Ocean Dr and the beach and the Sola restaurant serves good food and provided great entertainment.

    Wasn't really excited with our choice we paid extra for garden room which placed us in a corner and not a great view if a garden but rather dead trees falling over even laying out in front of our entrance door. The pool on the roof top is dated and not cleaned regularly loung chsirs old and badly worn and torn. They have an additional terrance that has not seating no anything to be honest. Would be a great spot to lounge in the evening if was taken better care if. Ice machine wasnt producing any ice. No microwaves on site nor in the rooms so no need to bring leftovers back to the room.

    The hotel was in a great area if you want to stay in south beach. Close to the beach & restaurants/bars. The hotel itself, the bathroom was nice. The bed could’ve been a little better but staff was nice & overall hotel was nice. I didn’t get to use the pool but there’s a rooftop pool.

    Very convenient location. Rooms are on the small side but for most south beach hotels that’s very common. I came from DC and the 4* hotels there are a lot nicer with more to offer. Then again when you are in Miami, you want to spend less time in your room.

    Delvis at the front desk was so nice and upgraded our room to a nice Terrace Suite. The VIP package included a complimentary bottle of wine. The food at the Sola Restaurant downstairs was good, and I really enjoyed the rooftop pool. The bartender was nice and played the music we liked. Overall a great place, I would definitely stay again.

    Bedroom was much smaller than expected but it was okay! Overheard multiple people go to front desk and complain of broken AC units. Not a very welcoming environment inside. The downstairs pool is no longer a pool, just a fountain and the other pool was broken during some of our stay. Overall clean and staff was friendly and in a great area but had downsides too.

    AC was loud and made it hard to sleep. Mandatory $68 fee for the small, 3 feet Pool on the roof and $100 daily security deposit was annoying to deal with.

    Unprofessional and understaffed. The room smelled like mold, the fridge did not work, there was yelling in the lobby every time walking by. The employee at the lobby desk had a line where he let certain people skip in front, I waited in line for 45 minutes and it took 1 minute to check out. In this line every person had an issue with their stay, whether it be they were given the wrong room, the cleanliness, etc. I did not use the pool once since it was filthy. When I expressed that the stay was terrible I was laughed at by the staff and told good. I do not recommend staying at this place ever for anyone. Checked out a day early and will never revisit.

    If i could give this hotel a minus i would. Shocking experience. Overcharged us for using in room. Extras that we did not use nor even knew were available. Raised this with them and asked for a refund. Ignored our emails and efforts to resolve, poor and a very disappointing experience

    Wow this was a horrible stay. Were right next to a courtyard night club that made a room prohibitively loud until late at night. Also chose because of the resort features (rooftop pool) which were closed when I was there.
