Stardust Hotel

Location is amazing! This is not a hotel with all the bells and whistles but you CANNOT beat the location! It is close to everything and the staff is helpful!

I travelled with my family everyone liked the hotel and locality, the staff was very friendly, breakfast was cheery on top, they cook n serve eggs the way you like, beach was very close by, transit, markets and shops were walkable distance, will highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning ti visit beach, Biscan Bay, Cruise port as they are nearby.

A great spot in south beach Miami, just a block from the beach. The hotel room was good for my family and I with a lot of room. Complementary breakfast was good as well and saved a lot of money since everything in south beach is expensive.

Great location, luggage storage sround corner because no one at desk until 3 for check in. Room was apt size and good. Coded door instead of key, and coded gate after 8 pm felt safe.

In the art deco area of South beach. Fun and enjoyable. Room was old, but very good…shower was…cool! I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and THIS was the BEST hotel breakfast I have ever enjoyed…. I’d come back if Miami calls.

great location with FREE breakfast is rare at the price and location. All people are super nice and friendly, front desk really helpful to make my TV working and breakfast also. Stay with my family 4 days for the spring break. Really good experience

Great staff but limited times one can check in. Older place but large room with working older A/C so was happy to not be hot in south beach. Had a good stay and would stay again as it’s reasonably priced and in an awesome area of south beach.

Excellent hotel right off of Ocean Drive. We were treated so nicely by the hotel staff after our flight was canceled and another flight delayed twice. They were so accommodating to our changing arrival time and explained the check in process so well. Highly recommend staying at Stardust!

When I arrived, the guy working the front desk was very nice and helpful. My major complaint is no one answered the phone before I arrived. 12 hours after booking this hotel I needed to change plans. I called the hotel 5 times, over 2 days, during their open hours, and left a message and no one answered or called me back. I reached out to Hotels.com to see if they could get a hold of someone and they didn't have any luck either. I messaged the hotel through Hotels.com and 2 days later they finally got back to me, but by that time, it was too late. I don't understand how a business doesn't answer their phone especially when they say you have to contact them if you're checking in after 10pm. If my flight had been delayed, how was I supposed to let them know I would be arriving after 10pm? After I checked out, I did receive an email and a text via WhatsApp confirming my security deposit had been refunded. Which was nice. There was no beach view from the hotel. At least not from our room. We had no view at all really. This was an OK place to stay. It was clean and did offer breakfast daily. The breakfast was the same every single day; omelet with ham and sandwhich cheese, yogurt, toast. Bacon was offered one day, basically barely cooked. The room is big. The sheets are thin and cheap and come off easily because they dont really fit the mattress. We did sleep well. I did not like that we had absolutely nothing as far as a view because its like a motel and if your curtains are open people can see in. So we were closed in during the 4 days. There are a lot of rules you have to sign

The service here was fantastic! It was super hot outside and we came in the evening from an AirBnB that was not very clean and the A/C barely worked. Blas, the manager, took care of us and gave excellent customer service. The rooms were very clean and remodeled, having everything we needed. Also was in a short walking distance to everything. We will for sure stay here again!

Excellent location. Exceptionally friendly staff. And Gigi the resident cat is adorable. The only reason I didn’t give it 10/10 is the hot and cold water control for the shower was reversed. Didn’t realize that until day 2 after 2 cold showers, but it was hot out anyway.

This was perfect for my work trip as I just needed a place to shower and sleep and will book again if I’m back in the Miami-Beach area!

Although the desk is only open on the evenings, the service is excellent. The rooms are big with a mini kitchen. Theres plenty of restaurants that are walkable. Beds were very comfortable.

The place was spacious, clean and perfectly located. The management was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. I am definitely looking forward for my next visit.

The property owner/manager was very attentive and nice. The only complaint would be that when we moved the nightstands to plug in our phones, it was very dirty.

The staff was amazing, they were above and beyond, big big plus. If you need to use internet or try to watch TV, forget it, this is not your place, never worket for 1 minute on our stay. Place is old but clean and again, the staff makes the stay super pleasant.

Aside from those minor grievances I mentioned above, this was a comfortable and affordable 2-star that met all our needs.

Wonderful friendly staff. Simple yet well equipped, spotless and spacious rooms with a kitchenette. Cold air, large fridge, lots of hanger space. And all this at an excellent location, close to everything, yet with peace and quiet.

First Time in Miami. When we arrived the room was dirty, the beds were filthy and not made up. We had to go find someone to take the dirty sheets off the bed and clean the room as we stood and watched. Boxsprings on the beds were filthy with stains (wet) and looked like someone just waste or did whatever on them. I should have charged them an incidental fee. Please have them return mines asap. I took pictures when I opened the door, thought they gave me a key to somebody else room. I went to Target and bought my own cleaning products. What a birthday weekend nightmare

The check in guy said we couldn’t put toilet paper in the toilet . I think that’s nasty because after you do number 2 where are you supposed to do with the toilet paper. He also wouldn’t let us sit in the lobby while he had plenty of room so we had to sit in the heat for 25 minutes and wait .

I stayed at the Stardust Hotel duiring a business/liesure trip to Miami. The place was really well kept, the workers were very accomadating and of course the hotel is centrally located. I had a great stay and a great time.

Cannot flush toilet papers which makes the toilet smelly and totally unhygienic. One of the beds were semi broken and squeaky noisy. The area is not appropriate for family with small kids especially in the evenings. The hotel took a deposit of $250 and refunded only $177 after so much of hassle of chasing them for the deposit refund. No explanation or cannot reach them on phone. We booked the hotel for two nights but checked out after the first night itself and went to another hotel near the airport which was far cheaper and way better.

We are very happy with our stay, room is clean and spacious. Location is wonderful and the staff are really friendly. There is a cute cat on site and my kids miss her already. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay while visiting South Beach! Close to everything and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend and stay again. One of the managers Blas was so nice and very informative. He was great!

Rooms very clean and roomy. Very comfortable for 4 people. Employees very accommodating in holding our luggage until check in time. Also felt safe with the security/safety measures taken.

I liked absolutely nothing the place is NOT a hotel it is a motel at best ... it looks like a jail you have to have a code to get into the gate to even get to your room. They do not have 24 desk agents and there agents dont even get to the desk until early afternoon... it was HORRIFIC stay i would NEVER go back i beg of you not to book this room. And the " owner " of the stardust was extremely RUDE and short when i complained about my issues ... i was VERY unsatisfied and i lost 70 dollars from my security deposit and they refused to answer why they took it from my amount.

Rooms were nice, beds were super comfortable. We honestly didn't see another guest while we were there. The guy that checked us in was super friendly and extremely hospitable especially when I came back to the property after having a little too much to drink. He gave me a water and helped get me to my room. Location was outstanding and price was reasonable compared to other nearby properties. The one main detractor was having to pay $60 for parking two blocks away.

Loved that it was so close to everything you need. Beach, restaurants & shopping were all just a short walk.

This place was awesome! A little hard to find the entrance at first but once we were in, the staff was extremely friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The room was huge also and the location was perfect. We walked everywhere we needed to go. Would recommend to anyone!!! Coming back for sure.

Exceptional service from the managers and housekeeping. Genuine people and the hotel was super clean and surprisingly quiet. They run a right ship, and you can’t help but feel respect for the space. Spacious, AC worked like wonders, and the kitchenette was very clean. Everything functioned the way it should. The manager even waited until I arrived late night which was incredibly generous. I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back. The location cannot be beat!

My brother and I stayed at Stardust Hotel for 3 nights during Ultra Miami 2022 and had a great time! Stardust is only a block from Ocean Dr and Miami South Beach. We found parking ($20/day) just 2 blocks away on 7th and Washington. For Ultra we took Ubers to and from Bayfront Park with no problems. During the day we walked the beach, visited Lincoln Road and Espanola Way, and also drove out to Calle Ocho, Winwood, and Brickell. The hotel has good security, great beds, strong air-conditioning, a little kitchenette, and was nice and quiet. Perhaps the only complaint were the squawking parrots outside our windows during siesta time, and the occasional Ferrari that would rev by. We did have to pay a security deposit which was promptly refunded after to visit. All in all a great location, and wonderful management... we would definitely stay here again!

You do get what you pay for. The room was clean but super noisy from every direction. The elevator is super tiny, dirty, and claustrophobic it gave me anxiety to go in. There’s two entrances one is in an alley, it was hard to get in at first since the lobby u need a code to get into the gate. Next time I go to Miami I wouldn’t stay here.

It is an old place, nothing fancy, but the beds were comfortable and we used the place just to sleep in, otherwise we were out all day long. I really enjoyed petting Chi Chi everytime I came in and out of the place( she was the Hotel cat- out door) The managing staffs were super nice

Suzzie was wonderful, very nice and helpful. There were a couple of minor problems with the room that she immediately fixed. The property is very conviennent to South Beach, but parking is difficult. Overall I would recommend this property if you looking to stay in south beach

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The front desk attendants were very helpful. They suggested several places to visit during our stay. The room was very spacious and clean. We were very close to the beach.Overall,we would definitely visit this hotel again.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was fantastic—comfy beds, great location a block away from Ocean drive and the beach, clean, good price and spacious. Will definitely be coming back if I’m ever in Miami again.

The manager Susie was super sweet and very helpful and the room service, every day was amazing!
