Me encanta que la propiedad tuvo un acceso directo a la playa y la piscina es espectacular, la habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Lo único que no me gustó es que la venden como desayuno incluido (pero si quieres huevos, jamón, bacon) tienes que pagarlo aparte por un costo adicional. Incluyen las bebidas, panes, yogures y cereales pero lo esencial es pagado aparte en un rango de 10 dólares aproximadamente de ahí en adelante todo me pareció 10/10.

The pol was big and awesome! The included umbrella and launch chair on the beach a plus but also the convince of the server coming every now and then to get orders…we loved it and we will definitely be coming back! No parking on sight but a couple of blocks away so just drop off your stuff to check in first.

The property need maintenance and the air conditioning are not working very well in the room and our room AC was not working and we ask to front desk to change our room and she said I can change tomorrow so she want us to stay in very hot temperature for whole evening and night and the water was dripping from the elevator that's was so risky and the breakfast we was expecting more but only breads n cheese coffe n juice was there and no egg no granola for oatmeal and toaster was also not working property needs alot of maintenance and I would never stay again on this property.

Beautiful view, beautiful location Our room smelled very bad, the ac did not work (we requested it be fixed several times over a span of 5 days), the lock didn’t work, we had to ask several times for housekeeping to come, black mold in the vents and ended up feeling very poorly after our stay, staff seems to just ignore the issues when they are presented, terrible parking situation and when you park next door prepare to pay 40 a day.

1) Looks like the photos. Location is good. Rooms are large. My first morning reception were helpful and ordered me a cab. From here it went downhill. 2) Previous security issues were not fixed: My room door did close, but the safe was faulty twice. The second time when I called reception to report a faulty safe, they didn't answer for 20mins, pretending they didn't hear it ring - I went down to reception with laptop and valuables in hand - they fixed it and magically the phone worked again. This seems like a ploy, especially as cleaners are only allowed to enter an empty room. 3) Room ventilation defaults to a FAN not AC. It took me several days to realise I'd been inhaling circulating humid air, which made me weak, due to underlying health conditions. Thankfully, AI told me how to trick the fan into AC mode (switch to auto and lower temp), but I had to spend my last day or so in my room with AC to recover. 4) Bar/Pool food: Management outsourced to avoid handling complaints. They did not bring it to me and food was wrapped like a takeout, without telling me. They auto-charged cash as 'card' and 'service charge' without waiter service - ripping me off and didn't want to rebate. I was furious. I don't expect this type of hassle from my hotel!! It should be a pleasant experience daily. 5) Breakfast is ok but cheap food and low quality bread. 6) It all needs modernising.

These issues made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to others. I hope the management addresses these problems to improve the guest experience in the future.

The General Manager, Florinda, was wonderful and very helpful. Very Human in accomodating us with change of dates regarding a death in the family of my partner. She even upgraded the room. Glenda was also very helpful and empathetic on the phone. She works front desk. The breakfast could have been a little more abundant and varied. You had to pay extra for eggs, omelettes, bacon, etc. Breakfast could have been more abundant and could have included eggs, bacon and other options without having to pay extra for it. The parking option was very expensive at $50 across the street per day and $40 valet parking next door at the Monte Carlo, per day. That added to the expense of the stay.

It was extremely outdated. Paint was peeling. The bathroom vanity was loose. Everything seemed really old/dirty. They “upgraded” our room and the a/c was broken. It stayed at 77-80. The pros: front desk guy was nice and there are chairs/umbrella at the hotel, those are the only pros. I would not waste my money at this hotel.

Location only. Avoid guys!!! Very disappointing experience. We booked this hotel for 3 nights. The first room we were given was not ready. The second room was also dirty and clearly not cleaned. Finally, we received a third room, but it was completely different from what we originally booked. All rooms had a terrible smell, damaged furniture, and poor hygiene standards. We woke up with headaches because of the smell in the room. The shower floor was peeling apart and pieces were sticking to our feet while showering. Even the toilet made loud strange noises after flushing. Breakfast was honestly one of the worst we have experienced. A few slices of bread and salami is not a proper breakfast, especially for families with children. There was almost nothing to eat. We travel often and stay in many hotels, but this was by far one of the worst experiences we have had. This hotel does not deserve its 3-star rating. Very disappointed and would not recommend staying here.

En el lobby no había aire acondicionado y en la piscina habían cables de electricidad y salideros de agua por todos lados. La limpieza horrible . Por suerte las sábanas y las toallas estaban bien y pude pasar una noche. Los gabinetes callendose. Ahora bien: si quieren pasarse tiempo en la playa la ubicación es excelente eso sí. Well it started real bad when I get there at 3:30 pm and the check in is 4:00 pm. When I go back at 4:00 pm there was a line and you have to wait to be assisted for check in. When I verbalized it to the supervisor Serafino, he said that that’s the way it is and didn’t even apologize. He even stated that I had a real bad attitude after I verbalized how bad the service was . Needless to say, I’ll never go back to that horrible place. I didn’t even mention that the breakfast was horrible, you have to pay extra for eggs because they served tuna with moyonaise.

Was not told before arriving that they have no parking at the motel. You have to park at a couple of places down the road and pay the parking lot around 20.00 a day. Wasn't told how to get the pool towels. I only tried the breakfast once you have a choice a few things free but can order a few items off the menu for a expensive price. Even saw someone give an employee tongs he dropped the employee waited and put them back for use without cleaning them. They have so much space to have more activities to do while on your stay. The water pressure isn't there either took forever to wash the soap out of my hair the tub didn't hold water. Even though we had a few problems the beach was beautiful and the pool was beautiful it was a very nice big pool enough space for everyone to enjoy without being close to others

We stayed memorial weekend. It was a place to rest, gone most of the time. Beach was good ,pool side lounge was good, enough room for everyone good size pool. Breakfast was a bit Blah!! Parking was next door for a fee $$ ,Valet parking was 24 hrs. Anytime you needed your car.

This property needs a lot of attention and renovation for the rates they are asking for on a nightly basis.

The hotel was clean well maintained and had excellent amenities. One down side was the parking situation just be aware that the public lots have to be paid for i paid 6.63 for 6 hours each lot has a max of six hours. My recommendation is to plan to pay for the valet parking next door its 30 to 40 dollars a day its for 24 hours and they only take cash the ATM fee is 3.95 for their ATM so just take cash with you.

I am so disappointed with this property as soon as you walk in you notice there is no air !!! my room 641 no air than they changed me to room 738 no air my family and i woke up drenched in sweat and in a bad mood no supervisor on property to speak to about my frustration breakfast was horrible only includes toast and slices of cheese- if you want eggs bacon or sausage is addtional cost over $20 and not even real bacon !! Miranda & Sarah & Burn at front desk were nice and sweet they tried their best in helping me but there is only so much they can do please get your ac units check its was a sauna !!!

Beautiful, in faded glory! Excellent for the prices. Staff was nice , friendly and helpful. Fantastic pool & beach. I would highly recommend for people on a budget. We had the best view of the ocean. I loved it! Room needs refreshing and touch ups, but everything worked and was clean and was comfortable. We had a million dollar view, so we were super happy!

Everything was good except my room had raggedy pool chairs on the balcony and everyone else had new ones. The pool and beach chairs wasn’t set up on time. Waitress in the breakfast area was rude. But overall the room was nice, clean, spacious. Room service was a 10/10. Bell hop 10/10. Registration lady with the dreads was awesome.

No one was available in housekeeping or an operator between 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., every day of my visit I had to go to the front desk to get towels. It was an awful experience. I am a person that noticed the details. The mildew smell was the worst of all because I do have asthma and it made it quite difficultcto breathe. This hotel was not as described and caused me to be sick for a couple of days. Using my inhaler more than usually. My daughter spotted a roach which was concerning and forced me to take addition precaution.

The location, the pool & beach access After 1st night the down button went out for the elevator in the north building. Being on the 5th floor, it was very frustrating having to go up to the top floor before we could get to the lounge. Bad water pressure & set way to hot. After a storm came through early in the morning, they kept the beach chairs locked. Even though their sister hotel next door had all of their chairs out. I have a bad leg & it was very hard for me to get up & down on the beach sand. (It never did rain again that day)

The area was peaceful and quiet. The pool was great. We were right on the beach which was beautiful and the view was out of this world. I didn’t realize how far the hotel was from south beach. So we did have to take alot of ubers. It’s a 15 minute drive. There was only 1 elevator available, the hotel was very old looking but the room wasn’t. It was smaller then i expected for the price. we basically paid for the view and balcony.

Our room was mediocre at best. The “view” of the ocean was a slender window that did not open. I had issues with the the inexpensive blow dryer that was stuck on the lowest setting and was burning after a little use. The second blow dryer kept popping the circuit and when I asked for a third blow dryer they told me they didn’t have anymore. I went down to the front desk and the young lady said “oh I forgot we had one”. That one finally worked, but it definitely was not new. The service staff were pleasant, but not very knowledgeable. I asked to see if they could recommend a salon where I could get my hair done for a wedding but they did not know of one. A few times I had to call the front desk l and never got an answer. The phone just kept ringing. I found that very odd. We made the best of our stay. We ate out for breakfast because the continental breakfast was not very good. We were very happy that the air conditioning worked very well and kept out room as cool like we wanted it. There was a second building that had balconies, which is what is advertised. I’m thinking that’s probably maybe the updated section of the hotel that I wish we would’ve stayed.

Hotel completely different from AI enhanced pictures. In the past, it may have been a 3 star but now let's compare to a roadside motel. Room appeared clean but had roaches. IWe were surprised by the unwanted "visitors" when I woke up to get a drink some water. Called front desk 3 times, they did not pick or call back the missed calls. Poolside was clean. Breakfast mediocre. Staff was hit or miss. Checked out next day, reported situation to front desk, her response: I will let management know. Health Department should visit this site.

It is right on the beach It is very aged and it cost 40-46$ a day to park no parking at the hotel. Our first room had no air it blew hot only and our second room the mini refrigerator did not work no microwave and no in room coffee pot which was ok. For what you pay it's about equal to motel 6 for exception of the beach and pool which was nice

Worst property ever and trust me i thought i’ve seen bad ones before until i spent those 2 nights at this property without AC, been moving from room to room twice and a third one was proposed until i decided that it’s not necessary and i just wanted to leave, their maintenance came and said that most of the rooms of the property don’t have AC because of some power outage on collins and the others are just working on 50% so if it’s a hot day your room was at 72 in the morning it’s gonna be soon 79 degrees, at check out their front desk told you will get refunded without any confirmation letter or email when you call expedia to help you later they send you an email that the property said no they won’t and they can’t help you!!! You call for manager they never have one,ms Florencia is a ghost nobody knows where she’s at or when she’s coming, the phone in the room is not working so if you have a request you have to come down yourself to front desk waiting for only one elevator that the staff is also using so expect that after waiting for a long time you gonna find the elevator too crowded to get in so be ready to take the stairs if you are in a rush doesn’t matter the floor you’re in! I never thought i will leave such negative review for a property and i feel embarrassed for the agents they have good people working at their Front desk, Miranda,Serafin did all they could to help, so if you read that and still come to that property don’t complain after, stay away guys!!!!!!!

The view was great. The noise level day and night was horrible. Screaming children, loud mouth guests. The pool is not heated, full of suntan lotion, wazy pool water. The pool bathrooms were filthy. Guests having loud parties in the pool area until 3 AM. On the positive side, the beach area was great, nice chairs, umbrella's. The bar waiter was always close by to take drink and food orders. The breakfast was very well organized and for a small fee you could order cooked items, eggs, meats, hash browns. No one spoke English in the cocktail bar. The bartender made drinks wrong, charged the wrong prices, looked at his phone while you sat waiting to order a drink. I think this hotel needs an American Hotel Manager. You have to ask for room service. The room never looked like is had service, just towels changed and bed made.

During my stay, hotel staff unauthorized cleared and checked me out of my room on two separate occasions, removing all of my personal belongings each time. This was done without my consent and caused significant disruption to my stay.

The central location to everything & easy access to the beach. Very eclectic and charming. Room was quiet. Bed was comfy, we received a complimentary room upgrade. Lots of anemities (gym is huge, laundromat, concessions vending machine, on site bar & restaurant). Pool is nice! Hard to find towels though. Staff really keep the outdoors clean and pay attention to detail! The continental breakfast was seriously lacking and the upcharge for real breakfast items was absurd and lacked flavor as well. The room was musty smelling, we assumed from the humidity from being so close to the beach. No closet in room. Elevators take awhile so we took the stairs often.

The hotel has everything you need for a week-long stay (or even longer) while helping you save money. The beachfront location is amazing, and the pool is huge and well maintained. There’s a basic breakfast included, and for a small extra cost you can upgrade to options like eggs, which is very convenient. I also loved the lobby bar and the on-site restaurants, plus the game area with pool tables. The gym is well equipped with plenty of machines. At the beach, they provide clean towels, chairs, and umbrellas, which is a big plus. The lobby area is beautiful, and the rooms are very spacious with stunning ocean views. I was lucky to have a great experience with the staff—especially Serafín, who handled both my check-in and check-out. He was excellent, professional, and very kind throughout my stay. If I could suggest a couple of improvements: when I was there, only one elevator was working, so having at least two per tower would make a big difference. Also, having a coffee machine in the room would be a great addition it’s not even about having free coffee, but being able to enjoy a cup in the room while watching the sunrise would make the experience even better. Toilet didn’t flush, we have visitors in our room( cockroaches). Stains on the sheets that felt like sandpaper. The continental breakfast is just multiple loaves of white bread that you can toast. Parking was not on site. Had to pay for parking at another hotel. Should’ve just booked with that hotel. A/C was broken the first night and wasn’t comped for the miserable inconvenience of our first night. Plus we had to move all of our belongings for the entire week ourselves. In the confusion, we left jewelry in the safe and couldn’t get the manager to go in the room we had to change from until the other visitors left (yes, they put someone else in the room the A/C wasn’t working in). Which didn’t make sense bc that opened the opportunity for the jewelry to be taken away from us. So sad. There was an intolerable noisy room next to us until 3 am and couldn’t get any response from anyone to rectify the problem. Couldn’t get room cleaned for two days. Will never stay there again and would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was fine. Staff were pleasant. We ate one meal in the restaurant on site and they completely messed it up, but in the end did get us what we ordered after delay. The building is clean enough. Lots of wallpaper pealing in common areas. Windows dirty. No parking on site. They refer you to two different public parking lots which one was very expensive, or the option to valet in the hotel next door. We chose the valet which was $20 a day cash only. I didn’t have cash and was forced to use their ATM to get money out which resulted in fees to take out the money. During the weekend when we took out our car, I overheard the valet tell a guest of our hotel attempting to park with them that it was full and turned them away. Was also fronted with a “resort fee” when we checked in over $100 on top of the credit hold for the room. Likely would not stay again at this location or recommend others to do so.

I wish the room was better but we were tricked there too. Lucky us, given an "upgrade" in the "newly renovated" building. The room smelled of fresh paint with splashes on furniture and doors. The nicest part was the bathroom... until i took a shower. I pulled out clumps of dried paint and a foot of hair out of the drain. The sink and shower annoyingly dropped the whole time. The air conditioner did not work and the fan was barely noticeable on hot nights. The "ocean view" is also a joke... not worth the extra money. The view was barely a sliver of water, the windows don't open, and they were covered in a thick black, spotted dirt. Also the roof was disgusting and full of clothes (also in the barely viable view). **NO PARKING ON SITE** $30 a day @ the Monte Carlo (very nice staff and valet) I addressed my concerns to a few staff members at the front desk... there response... no other rooms are available, apologies. The staff was very friendly.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. There was essentially no staff available when I arrived—just one cleaner trying to handle the entire property. Check-in was supposed to be at 4 PM, but I didn’t get a room until after midnight. When I finally got to the room, it smelled like the floors had been recently wet and not properly cleaned or dried. The overall condition was disappointing. The pool area was also in poor shape with visible cracks and cigarette butts scattered around the seating area, which made it feel unmaintained and unsafe. What made the experience worse was the lack of accountability. The manager stated there was nothing he could do because all reservations were booked through a third-party system, and that the hotel had been overbooked beyond its capacity. There were many guests waiting for rooms, and several people still didn’t get accommodations during a very long wait. Overall, the experience was disorganized, frustrating, and unacceptable. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

This was the worst hotel experience. First check in is 4pm I believe. We arrived at 6. At that time was told our rooms weren’t ready. We were only staying one night, but wanted to enjoy a bit of daylight and walk around the beach. At 7, one room was ready. At almost 8 our second room was ready. That’s 4 hours past check in time!! They did waive a resort fee which was nice and staff was kind but there should be no reason for a 4 hour wait on rooms (2 in our case). Not too mention the check in process was the longest I’ve ever witnessed. Most hotels get you a room and a key, swipe your card within a couple minutes. I didn’t see any person during my wait in the lobby be at the check in counter for less than 10-20 minutes. The rooms were okay, bathrooms are odd and small. Beds are fairly comfortable. The building is old and showing its age in many ways.

I arrived an hour early and was told that the room is not ready and they will call me as soon as housekeeping gets done. I came back exactly at 4 and asked why didn't I get a phone call they didn't have an answer for that and had to raise my voice after waiting until 4:40 at the counter then right a way the attendant said your room is ready and gave me the keys, so I go to the elevator to find out that one is only working and had to take the stairs to the room luckily it was one floor up. I get in the room and did a little inspection and found some of the lamps didn't work, hair on toilet seat and barely was able to turn the mirror light on and couldn't turn it off because the switch is not functioning. My son woke me up at 4 am screaming that he got burned from the hot water after he finished showering because the hot water facet broke and hot water kept running. I ran to my car grabbed a pair of pliers and was able to shut it off. My room was supposed to be ocean view but wasn't. They had no parking and were referring everyone to the next door hotel ( Monte Carlo ) for their valet parking which was $30 per day. I had to pay for lots of menu items for a supposedly continental breakfast such as eggs. The price I was quoted before I arrived was not the same, way more. When I paid at the counter I used a different card than the one I had on the website and the day I checked out they tried to charge me again around 5 pm on website card.

This is a repulsive property. Filthy, smell of sewage, broken elevator that a lady was stuck in for several hours. No light bulbs in most lights in rooms, non- working outlets, flickering lights in many places, broken phone so no ability to contact front desk. The hallways were absolutely disgusting with hair and garbage everywhere. We couldn't get towels even, they gave us wash clothes for the 'bath' towels. Reports of theft from house keeping staff- which I find interesting because house keeping tried to clean our room at 7:30pm one evening and to their surprise 1 person in our party had returned earlier than normal to our room. This is sketchy as it gets. Also, a murder occurred in 2022 where the body was not found for several days. Expedia did NOT represent this property accurately and should drop it off Expedia. This will make me rethink Expedia use going forward because if you research this hotel outside of Expedia it is evident that it's an awful crime ridden place that needs serious owner reflection and management changes. However, it remains run down and poorly managed. It's a tear down or a serious renovation situation at best, but a fraud currently. We ended up switching hotels in the middle of our trip because of how awful this place was. I could not recommend this less. Absolutely awful experience!!

Got a room with a great view that overlooked the ocean and pool. Hotel is a bit outdated and could use renovation. The staff was great and friendly. The room was okay, carpet and tiles in the bathroom were dirty. Housekeeping was not so great, only got service two days out of the five days we were there. I went to the lobby to get ammonites and to tell them that service was not provided but the next day there was no service by noon so I called in to the front desk. Overall, the pool and ocean view are the big plusses of our stay.

The bathroom was literally horrible the shower floor is the same in the whole bathroom legit felt like I was in jail and had to wear slippers because I was scared of fungus from the floor. Overall the experience was ok. Hotel conditions are very old, I would only stay in their newly renovated rooms (which still need work). Our room flooded on the first night and was moved to a new room , but all the rooms have a stench of mildew and mold. Walls are paper thin, can hear people staying in the room next to us all night long. Air conditioner made strange noises at night. Lots of children who played in the pools after 8PM. Wish there was a jacuzzi.. breakfast was absolutely disgusting, looked like it sat out over night .. I could not even stomach to drink the coffee they had here. Overall, I probably would not stay here again. It’s good for a quick stay if you just want to hit the beach, nothing to do at all incase of rainy day.

Very unclean. Staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Very old and dirty. The hallways stink. The elevator is so bad and takes ages. The breakfast is not complementary. You have go pay for everything other than juice and cereal. Even though they say breakfast comes with the hotel room. The light in the bathroom was flickering and my kids were scared. It was a nightmare. They need to fix a lot of things in that hotel. Not happy with the stay.

I booked a balcony ocean front two queen size beds and when I got there, they said the room I booked was not available so I had to be put in a regular to queen room with no balcony and partial ocean view so I requested to get moved in the morning to the next available room I booked And when I got put in the room I booked, which was the balcony with the ocean view and queen beds the main light didn’t even work and there was no AC working so I went downstairs to complain and they sent maintenance to come fix it and they maintenance guy said I don’t know why they put you in this room. They knew the AC was not working or the light so I went downstairs again to complain and they gave me two fans because they had no other rooms available like the ones I bookedand I requested a refund and they only gave me $100 back refund KEEP IN MIND I STAYED FOR 5 nights and they also gave me complementary four sides of breakfast but when I went to go get breakfast, kitchen manager was really rude and said that I only could get one free item and I had to go back to the front desk to tell them to give me more cards when in the back. They had wrote 4x and on top of that the one managing the gym was racist because he told me I had to bring my own towel and I was the only Hispanic there, but he was giving the other light skinned people free towels and not telling them that they had to pay for the towel if they wanted one from the gym but just handing them out to them like nothing.

I arrived around 4pm for check in and my room was ready and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. Throughout my 4 day stay in the south tower, only one elevator was working which results into long wait time just to get to my room. On day one i went to get the complimentary breakfast, to my surprised it was just bread, cereal, coffee and other miscellaneous item. I only took a cup of coffee and was so bad tossed it out and went to Starbucks. On the plus side, they have a nice gym. The pool seems very popular and the beach is a short walk away.

Check in was awful. We waited 5 hours for our room to get clean. The elevator kept braking down. We had to take the stairs but otherwise we had a beautiful oceanview and the beach was 5 mins away. We met Andres the bartender and made our stay so much better. We would come back again.

During that time, I was on the phone with Expedia for an entire hour while their agent tried to find us another hotel. Interestingly, a room “miraculously” became available only after Expedia stepped in and started looking for alternative accommodations for us. That was extremely frustrating and made the situation feel poorly handled. Once we finally got into the room, the AC wasn’t working. We called maintenance, but they couldn’t fix it — instead, they brought us a fan. In a warm climate, that’s simply not acceptable. I also tried calling the hotel multiple times before and during our stay, and the phone number doesn’t even work. No one answers. A hotel should have a functioning phone line and staff available to take calls. Overall, the experience was exhausting, disappointing, and unprofessional.

After waiting 2 hours for a room I decided to leave and found another hotel. When I called Expedia to receive a refund the hotel actually tried to say I never showed up. Woke up on last day and opened drapes to balcony- was homeless man jumping off balcony right at our door! Told staff, said sorry and did nothing more!!! Beach front and access to beach were great and the pool area was fine but be better if the pool was heated. I believe they were short staffed when we arrived as they were still cleaning rooms and we had to wait a half hour after our check in time that was 4pm. Not a deal breaker to give a bad review. I think it was a great room with lots to do around the area and beach front was a plus. I would definitely go back.

Location was perfect. The balcony rooms are nice, the view is stunning. Don’t have any expectations. Very obvious old hotel. David at the beach went above and beyond. Running around the beach making sure everyone had the set up they wanted at the beach. Checked in if we needed any drink/food orders. Rare to see that sort of customer service these days!

This is an older hotel from 1947 but it has a great pool and good location for the price. There breakfast is good and affordable the continental breakfast is ok. There furniture is outdated but there putting in new furniture in hotel and updating. I recommend if your trying to save money. The other hotels in area are pretty expensive.

I would give this hotel a 0 if I could! Check in was extremely slow, only 1 elevator working, Free breakfast was a joke, very under staffed, no vending machines and to top it off I had a cockroach come out of the sink when brushing my teeth and they just said they will have housekeeping look at it. The only good part was the pool and it is beachfront. I would not recommend this place to my dogs.

Went three days before housekeeping visited the room for upkeep, and even then they only did so because I requested it twice; elevator was out of service the entire stay; no Wifi in the room, and the guy at the desk just kept insisting it was working I should try again - but it never worked. A shame that it's run and maintained so poorly because it's a nice historic old building, good location, lovely pool area - but just not kept up and the staff are completely overwhelmed and unable to help with anything.

We had airfare cancellations that prevented us going on our trip. We had a non refundable three day stay and understood that. However, the manager Raoul agreed that we would only be charged for the first night and agreed to refund two of nights, but would need to be done through Expedia for the refund. I contacted Expedia and they said they would just need to verify with the manager the refund before issuing. The manager never answered Expedia phone calls or emails to verify, so they never refunded. My father and stepmom had a horrible experience even though they got to actually stay at the hotel. They did not honor their Expedia reservation and gave them a room initially in the non renovated section which they refused to stay in because it was so bad! They finally got their room changed to what they actually booked the following day, only after having to visit the front desk multiple times and complaining, hence ruining their vacation. The hotel never answers phone calls even from guests staying inside the hotel. The only way my step mom got a resolution was to go to the front desk and hand over her phone to the front desk to talk to Expedia. Unacceptable!

Most staff seemed indifferent toward the guests with no attempt to greet, offer services, or inquire if they could do anything to help - including staff at the front desk. Check it was a poor experience. We arrived before noon from a cruise ship, and were told there would be a wait for a room to be ready. That is understandable, but a room was still unavailable after 5 hours of waiting. Our luggage was stored for us in a dirty back room. No effort was made to update us during the wait. Free Breakfast was included, but consisted of little beyond juice/coffee, toast & jam, fruit, cereal. The pool and waterfront area stood out as a "plus" in comparison to the building, They were well furnished and maintained.

The hotel itself is beautiful perfect beach area and pool was nice. But service was awful and they acted like nothing was important. The room was freezing and we asked for extra blankets 3 days in a row it was never provided. Had to go out and buy one myself. Then they only had 1 elevator working and then the 2nd elevator broke. To them is was like nothing important . No sign saying it was broken and then when you asked about the elevator they were like oh it’s broken take the stairs. Terrible experience would not recommend due to service . But like I said before hotels and beach was beautiful.

The hotel is really ghetto and run down. It's a motel AT BEAT. The pictures you see online are photoshopped. The manger on site even confessed about this. The check in process was sooooo agonizingly slow and disorganized, that by the time I got to the front desk, I was told that the room I ordered wasn't even available, and then told about the poor state of the room they had to offer. I accepted it because I had no choice at that point, but 20 mins later (without having entered the room again or anything), they refused to cancel and give me my money back. Long story short....they sold me a room that they didn't have, using pictures of a room/washroom that's photoshopped (or AI generated) and then refused to refund me when I asked. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL, unless you wanna gamble your hard earned money & vacation.

Our trip was pushed a day due to the storm in the hotel would not accommodate us when we did get their day later they gave our room up and we had to wait. Breakfast was horrible. Elevators weren’t working no Internet no cell service huge safety factors elevators on both south and north tower not working coffee tasted like dirt juices at the continental breakfast were watered down.. horrible experience for my wife’s birthday and our anniversary celebration. I would not recommend this hotel to even a poor person. It is not worth it to go to. I would advise whoever owns it to tear it down you’ve outlived it’s usefulness.. 20 years ago. I bet it was exquisite now nope not worth it.

First off our room was not prepared when we got there. We were a day late, but we were charged for the room anyway and they gave it to someone else but we were supposed to stay in that room for one week plus a day.. then when they did get us a room that room wasn’t available either because the toilet wasn’t fixed and a gentleman who didn’t speak English had no idea. The deaf person went upstairs and said the room was ready and when my wife and I went up, it was not.. the next item that we had for a problem was that there was no cell service or Internet service for two full days and when it did show up, it barely worked anywhere, but the hotel. The next item that was a huge problem was the elevator was only one of them working. The one next of it was not working on both hotels south tower and North tower.. This is a huge safety factor in case there was a problem during the morning and mid afternoon. The cleaners were also using the elevators and we could not.. then there was no coffee available all day long no coffee available in our rooms no clock in our room and the breakfast continental breakfast that was supposed to be a full breakfast you had to pay for subpar. I would not advise anyone to go to this hotel ever in their lives. It’s falling apart. It’s way overdue for repairs and upgrades. What a shame. It’s such a beautiful site.. now also when it came to the breakfast, all of the juices were watered down they were about 1/3 of the flavoring of what they’re supposed to be

We booked an oceanfront balcony room. We arrived and they said expedia overbooked the rooms. They then give us a partial ocean view but the room was dirty. There was someone's underwear on the chair, hair throughout the bed and the room needed vacuumed and dusted. Then they gave us another partial view. This one was clean. The pillows and bed were not comfortable at all. Don't waste your time or money

The hotel lacked cleanliness and it was understaffed, though the staff working there were mostly very good and very kind. So to those people booking in the future, try to be kind to the people at the front desk. In both north and south towers there is only one elevator working. If you are in a rush to leave, I guess it’s best to take the stairs because the elevator is going to take a while. The hotel is also very outdated but if you’re booking with the same intentions as me some of these things don’t really matter. If you want a luxurious experience, this hotel is not for you. Also be prepared if you are checking in right after check in time, your room may not be ready.

Seemed a bit rundown. Staff seem to be on autopilot. Didn’t know about the extra resort fee till last minute which I never saw before. Also elevators weren’t working and the staircases were dirty. Our room was not ready at check in time and the staff could not even give us a timeframe for when it would be ready. Told us they would text us when a room became available, for a reservation we booked over 30 days ago. The only accommodation we were offered is that I could change clothes in the public bathroom stale in the lobby if I wanted to go to the beach. The person who identified themselves as manager, was not wearing identification nor could he provide a business card when requested. He was unnecessarily rude and condescending during the issue and thought that we should be satisfied with using their public bathroom after traveling since 3 am and not being able to check in until 4 pm. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else due to how we were treated.

Booked my room ahead of arrival, upon arriving the staff had nothing indicating my reservation. Stood in the lobby for 2 hours waiting for staff to correct the issue after being told different things by different people. The clerk at the front desk proceeded to prioritize helping other people and ignoring me standing there. Room is also overpriced for what you get.

I returned to the front desk to report these issues. I was then assigned a second room. Unfortunately, this room also had a very strong mold smell. In addition, I was unable to properly secure the balcony door. The door could not be locked, and the balcony was directly adjacent to neighboring rooms, separated only by a small divider that would allow easy access from one balcony to another. This created a serious safety concern, particularly overnight. Due to the persistent mold odor, the unclean conditions, and the inability to secure the room, I did not feel safe or comfortable remaining at the property. I therefore checked out immediately and was forced to secure alternative accommodations at another hotel on short notice, at a higher cost.

I know this will go unwarranted and will not improve as the staff knows this.The elevators are very slow and ONLY one was in working order our entire stay. no one cleaned the room or made or beds the entire stay. It took forever to get registered when we arrived. People waited in line for over 30 minutes to get registered. Even though we were already pre-registered and had prepaid for the room. The room had no towels and our requests were ignored. I found a room attendant who had some towels. The breakfast consisted of cold or hot cereal. White bread, cheese and turkey baloney, and only one elevator worked, never seen anyone try to fix the broken one. The views were amazing of the ocean. That I enjoyed.

If I could give minus 10 stars I would do. Room cleaning is not a daily standard here. After three days and five requests for the room to be cleaned, as the carpet was already dirty upon our arrival, the room was cleaned on two days. Then they stopped cleaning. After asking several times, we saw the cleaning lady in the next room. We had the sign for daily cleaning hanging on the doorknob every day! She didn't clean our room. We witnessed guests waiting for hours for their rooms. Nothing is prepared for flight attendants, who don't arrive spontaneously! Then they arrive at 6:30 pm and the cleaning lady is still in there room. So much for cleanliness! Only one channel works on the TV, in Spanish. It's impossible to select any other channel. Nothing works. The elevator broke down on the first day and wasn't repaired until the very end. The wait for the remaining elevator was correspondingly long. Breakfast is the same every day and unimaginative. The fresh fruit and yogurt advertised on the website are a pipe dream. Fresh water is only available in the morning at breakfast. During the day, only stale water was available in the canister, which was not refilled even after repeated requests. The hotel is outdated, very run-down, and substandard. The manager was extremely rude and only offered excuses. I have never seen such a poorly managed hotel. Don't let your vacation turn into a nightmare!

Property was poorly run, I do not recommend staying here. Rooms and property overall were dirty, cleaning staff were constantly cleaning rooms into the late evenings keeping guests up. They were loud and unfriendly. Our room didn't have a shower curtain, AC didn't work, room and hallways were dirty, had to keep requesting to get clean towels, garbage emptied etc. To get a new pool towel, you have to wait in a lengthy line at the front desk to turn in a paper ticket to get 2 towels then again to return them. Every night there were at least 40+ guests in the lobby late at night waiting to get into their rooms. One of the elevators didn't work and there was no service elevator, so guests were constantly waiting for elevators to get to their rooms. The cleaning staff were filling up elevators. We asked about taking the stairs and were told we didn't have access. The breakfast was ridiculous. It's white bread, juice, coffee and oatmeal. This property needs new management.

We did not get the two rooms that we originally paid for. Upon arrival we informed that our family of 6 that had paid for 2 rooms with 4 double beds would only be able to get 2 king beds or our stay would be canceled. After traveling more than 24 hours we were tired and took the rooms. We were then told that the rooms would not be available for a while as they were still cleaning them though it was past check in time and many guests were waiting and unhappy. Elevators were broken and we needed to go up to 9th floor by service stairs with our luggage up and down all day. When we were in our room someone came into our room and then said sorry. We had no idea who it was made us scared that several people hadaccess to our room. Room was old and not up to date for price we paid. Continental breakfast was not great.

The window that is supposed to show partial view of the ocean was dirty with many black spots. The air condition was not working. I tried to stay outside the room as much as I can to avoid the stuffy small. There was no hot water for a day. It is very clear that the hotel is very cheap in its service and I wish I could change the hotel but Orbitz staff said I can not change the hotel and I can not get my money back. Therefore, I was forced to stay. We arrived to the hotel and checked in at about 3:30 pm and we have been told that the room is not ready, we could not go to the room till 5:30 pm. the continental breakfast lacks the traditional food. We have to pay $7 to get scrambled eggs. Many residents we spoke to in the hotel complained about the room and the service. I paid $37/day resort fee, however, the chairs on the beach was not enough. Many many people including me had to sit on the sand without umbrella or chairs. It was a very bad experience and I doubt that I will use Orbitz again to make vacation reservation. Thank you

Those were the last words the hotel manager, August, said to me on the final day of my stay. If you want a hotel whose photos actually match the room you’ll be staying in — don’t stay here. If you want Wi-Fi that justifies the resort fee — don’t stay here. If you expect breakfast items to be replenished after guests use unsanitary serving methods — don’t stay here. If you want timely room cleaning and fresh towels — don’t stay here. If you expect hot running water at any time of day — don’t stay here. If you want management that holds itself and staff accountable — don’t stay here. If you want an elevator with a current inspection — don’t stay here. If you want staff who genuinely care about guest comfort — don’t stay here. If you want a hotel without an F rating from the BBB — don’t stay here. All of these issues are fixable. However, when I attempted to raise concerns and requested a manager, staff refused to locate him. I eventually found his office myself. August provided his phone number and assured me nothing else would “fall through the cracks.” It did. When service continued to decline below Motel 6 standards, he never responded to my message. Later, when I saw him in the lobby and expressed concern, he dismissed me and avoided eye contact. This hotel needs management capable of handling all guests — even the “difficult” ones like myself. I chose this hotel for its Art Deco history, but unfortunately the hospitality fell far short.

My family’s stay at the Sherry Frontenac was a disaster right from check-in.. I booked 3 rooms for my family and was checked in 2.5hrs late no explanation and not a care from anyone.. There is 2 sets of elevators but only one was working so it was super busy. Had to walk stairs with luggage due to it breaking. There was garbage in the stairwell everyday it was super disgusting. My stay was 4 nights not once was my room tidied or towels changed.. I had to ask for new towels and for my garbage to be dumped. The gentleman @ the front desk & the manager both raised their voice to me and other guests. I was nothing but polite to them. It was an uncomfortable stay for me & my family. Now I have to wait 72hrs to see if I will get a refund. The start of our Christmas vacation was not how we wanted to start our trip. I have reached out 2x to both the hotel & Expedia with no result.

My room was clean. We had an amazing view. The staff was very nice. Had an abundance of amenities. We had a little hiccup with check-in, i wish the staff/ management was a little bit more strightforward with the time the room was available we could've been out exploring instead of lingering in the lobby the whole day. The hotel is very expensive for the condition that it is in. the hotel needs to be upgraded. Carpets in the hallways and in the breakfast room stink and need to be removed. I'm very upset because it shows on the webpage and the concierge told me that they had free breakfast, and when I went to get some eggs and bacon they charged for it. I payed $6 for eggs and bacon , I received cold eggs and one piece of bacon cold and crushed up.

On the last night I reached to a point where I was literally begging them to give me at least 1 bottle of shampoo and body wash so that I can take bath before taking early morning flight. Check in was a sh!t show. There were angry people shouting for hours while I waited for a room to be ready. The room was still being cleaned after finally getting a room key. Very out dated rooms. The outdoors were the best part of the hotel.

The pictures they show on one room is totally different from another. You get the basics ham and cheese sandwich for breakfast. The gate to the beach didn’t work. The water for the shower in your rooms was like luke warm/cold. The pool water was super cold. Wi-fi cut in and out. The building is outdated and so are the rooms. The rooms and hallways smell musty and moldy. The guy on the beach setting up the beach chairs and umbrellas was racist and telling people to speak English. They had 10 floors and only 1 elevator would work when it wanted to

The Hotel is OK. The rooms are a bit outdated, however the property location is perfect. Big pool and the beach access is right there. We visited in December, so beach equipment id available from about 8:30 to 5:00 pm. Also, very not crowded and close to some quick bites options like Dominos, etc. Breakfast OK, however you need to pay some extra if you want more options.

So unfortunately, our experience was not what I expected it to be. The only nice thing about it was it had free Wi-Fi free breakfast and the pool and beach I enjoyed very much that was it. The manager was very nice except for the front desk people. Very rude trying to charge people more money than expected. There is also fees for the pool and beach that is not posted on their website. The room the shower was terrible. There was very little hot water. The air-conditioning was terrible. It was freezing in our room. The toilet was not the best. We also had issues with our TV remote, not working. We never got room service when we asked for it. The front desk Spanish people are very rude nasty not a hotel I would ever ever recommend people to stay at. They like to charge people they just take your money and that’s it. They like to take advantage of people. Unfortunately, housekeeping only came when we were inside the room when we were not there the bed was never made. The towels were never picked up terrible. I have never had this awful of an experience when I have gone away. I will never stay at this hotel ever again!!!!!! Terrible. One of the front desk Spanish guys came off to me and demanding the extra balance which I already paid to stay over. There was no balance, so be very careful if you decide to stay at this hotel.

The swimming pool area is very nice and same with the beach BUT you have to go to the beach early to get your chairs because they don’t have enough for all the guests. Many chairs. Are broken as well. The staff is nice but not enough employees. They are overwhelmed by all the people/ problems.

Great location, you can walk off to the beach and it is not too crowded on this area of the beach, also walking distance to most restaurants and a Walgreens. The only down side is it is fully booked, so cannot get two rooms on the same floor with other family member even we did a pre-checkin in the early morning.

They offered us a similar room no resort fee and 30% off. The room we received was a double full with partial ocean view. The manager was very nice and tried her best at the moment. The staff Serafín was not so pleasant and said he could not accomadate us any further and we could leave if we wanted. I ended up purchasing a twin mattress from door dash..

I would not recommend this hotel. After traveling 11hrs, the front desk asked me “we don’t have any room. If you want, we will refund “. They don’t keep the reservation even if you booked in advance. Breakfast is a joke. It’s only bread and cheese. It’s a big scam attracting people with free breakfast. Then you have to wait for hours for beach towels. After going to beach, another disappointment is no beach chairs. They were very limited. If you are expecting relaxing, then this hotel is a total ripoff. Waste of time and money.

The staff was very kind. And the hotel is right at the beach. The negative aspects of the hotel is the elevator problem which can be very bad if you have rooms at the upper floor. The breakfast is very poor. İt is close to Walgreens and many restaurants, and you can bring in food into your room.

Hotel is severely outdated and in need of painting and many repairs. We had six families that booked there the night before departure for a cruise. All of us had issues. Check in is at 4 pm, my kids got their room at 5:30 pm (after waiting an hour in line at check in - it takes them an extremely long time to check someone in) and my husband and I got our room at 7:00 pm. After getting our room we discovered there was no hot water tap in the shower. My children’s room, the toilet wouldn’t flush and friends who also stayed reported a seeing a cockroach in the bathroom. Only one elevator worked and then that one stopped working and my friends had to carry their luggage up 7 floors. Several patrons were yelling at the manager in the lobby for various reasons. They also charge you for breakfast whether you like it or not and only bread and cheese is included in the “continental”breakfast - eggs, bacon or sausage is extra money. Added on to that is a $34 “resort fee”’. Highly over priced for the value received. Would not recommend.

There was no staff support from the hotel. The dates changed when we booked the hotel for the night of to the next day because it was past 2am. However when we went to talk to staff in person they said there was no room available until 4pm when we needed it in that moment. There was also no parking on site and gave no options to rebook or any help.

The hotel is old and needs major renovation. In The rooms are outdated and falling apart. Ceiling in hallway has leak stains. Furniture looks like it’s about to give way. One floor (or possibly half) of the hotel apparently has been renovated and the other half has not. The staff however is super nice and instead of allowing me to run for the hills, she kindly offered to put me in one of the newly renovated rooms on the other side of the hotel, which absolutely saved the day. That room in particular was very nice, modern and comfortable. Hotel Frontenac, please get a business loan and remodel the entire hotel. Make it a bit more comfortable. For example, the breakfast area look seedy, dark and severely outdated and breakfast looked like what I would imagine prisoner/inmate food to look like, and so I skipped breakfast The staff however were super nice and accommodating. A couple lovely Jamaican ladies brought some humor and kindness to the situation. That’s one of the few positives to this place. Would I return? No, I would not, unless you are into low end hotels and trying to save some $$$

The first night wasn’t great because we got in kind of late from our plane, and the bathroom wasn’t that clean & had no hot water. I had surgery early the next morning & I don’t like go complain but I knew I would want hot water, so when we woke up the next day, I asked for a different room before my surgery. Told them my situation. I had two reservations due to the fact my surgery got changed & it seemed like the front desk just was not understanding that I had two reservations. That got cleared up, but the next room was better I guess, but not great. Very run down hotel, very outrageous fees that I honestly wish could be refunded. The WiFi barely works, the breakfast is honestly sad, no quarter machines for laundry, customer service at the front desk isn’t great. No one speaks great English and never smiles or seems eager to help. I don’t review hotels. I’ve literally stayed in the ghetto and have had better customer service. It’s just shocking for the resort fees to be so high and get basically no amenities or anything that makes you feel good about spending that type of money. Again, if I could get refunded the fees and for my stay, that would put my mind at ease & honestly, if you read other reviews, I’m not far off.

First impression was not good with the offsite parking. Elevators were sketchy to be in and seemed dirty. Room was nice except thermostat would not work, fan did not shut off if you pulled the chain and the shower water pressure was terrible as well as would not drain so after a minute you are standing in a puddle. Outside pool area was great and has convenient beach access.

I have mixed reviews for this experience. It was my first time traveling alone so a lot of the details unsold have looked for if I was with someone else was overlooked unfortunately. My Room was amazing, however, the air was warm during my stay. The front desk was friendly but the Cafe workers were less than engaging with the like of my presence but friendly to everyone else. It’s cool. I’m used to it, but I will speak on it. On top of which the Free Breakfast was Subpar. Watery oatmeal, dry donuts and preschool juices. The coffee at least, was even watered down. I tried to also do my work in that area and there was one power plug by the garbage. Thank God for the Food options across the street. I Love pool. They had 2 tables, but unkept, to say the least. I’ll recommend the stay in my Room 636, outside of that. You are on your own.

1. They are issuing hand bands to their guests to wear it all the time, which is very uncomfortable and sounded terrible. 2. Breakfast: I stayed here for 3 nights. First day they served bagels along with breads. where my kids enjoyed eating it. From 2nd day onwards they stopped serving bagels which is bad. During my past stay, they served oats cooked well and I ate it in every breakfast .But this time oats are not cooked well and they are full of water. I was shocked how bad this hotel turned to. 3. They didn't do the room service on my first day itself. I needed to explicitly ask them to do that. 4. More importantly the staff (except the guy who is always remembered for his good character) in during the breakfast were not friendly especially the young lady. 5. There is no laundry service 6. The room doors are not good. I need to close it strong that wakes of everyone on the floor.

We stayed one night at the Sherry Frontenac in Miami before our cruise. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, and we were easily able to walk to Subway for a quick bite and Walgreens for last-minute cruise essentials. The bar on-site was a pleasant surprise. The “trash chicken wings” were delicious and priced fairly. Staff throughout the resort were friendly, though communication during check-in and check-out could definitely be improved, as it caused some delays. Our room itself was clean and comfortable, but it was hot. The temperature never dropped below 79°, and we were too tired to switch rooms. Thankfully, we had an ocean view with a sliding door, and the breeze made a big difference. The hallway, however, was noticeably dirty and could use a vacuum, and only one elevator was working during our stay. The resort overall is outdated and could really use a facelift. The daily resort fee isn’t terrible, but it’s unclear what it actually covers besides pool access. Great location and friendly staff, but the property needs some upgrades to match the price point.

I booked three rooms at this hotel. The hotel check in time is 4 PM. We get there at 3:30 PM. The lobby was filled with people waiting for check-in. All room are not ready. We filled out and signed the check-in forms. The front desk staffs keep telling us to check back with them in 15 to 20 minutes. The first room was available at 6 PM. Around 7 PM, they said the other rooms are still being cleaning and not ready, and tell her to go to eat dinner and they should be ready when we come back. We came back around 8 PM, they asked us to fill and sign another check-in forms because they couldn’t find the first forms! There are about 20 people in the lobby waiting. We waited for another hour until 9 PM to get one room. They keep saying the same things that the room is almost ready and waiting for final check, and finally at 11:15 PM. We received the room key for the third room. This is very poor management and untrained staffs.

My room was not handicapp equipped. I was unable to use the shower. It was sealed shut. Room 514. The light in the bathroom flickered. Also the phone did not work. When we arrived we went straight to the beach. I did not think to make sure everything was in working order. I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff. I just got an apology. If i had a fall, and could not get to my phone and had to use the phone in the room that would have been a problem. Not to mention a liability to the hotel. They did state I could get a late check out at noon, however we left at 10am because i was very unhappy. I feel my room should have been comped. Will never reccoment this place.

The stay was good. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good, but limited. The complimentary beach towels, lounge chairs and umbrellas made the beach stay great. The beach was almost private to the guests and the water was clean , clear and approachable. Unfortunately there were no balconies on the south tower.

I stayed at this property for spring break with my son. The beach area was great and it was very convenient to drive to the Everglades, Wynwood, South Beach, and Fort Lauderdale. Hotel staff was very helpful. There was not on-site parking which would have been nice, but I used spot-hero to get parking at a small lot a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay here again.

My hotel experience wasn’t what I expected. We already had something broken in the room which housekeeping knew that because the toilet roll just fell right off the wall and then I go to my balcony to look at the beach in the pool and the pool is very dirty look like it haven’t been clean in months so I couldn’t even enjoy the pool or the area. It was closed off with orange tape because it was so dirty. Breakfast was OK but the staff that was in there they were not welcoming. They just looked at the people as they enter. Front desk was excellent. And the room was clean, but those towels that were put up. They need to throw some of them away because they don’t come white the chairs that are on the balcony. They are worn and dirty and molded.

The “continental breakfast” is literally bread and cheese. That’s it. If you want anything resembling real food, be prepared to pay for it. Calling it breakfast is honestly false advertising. The fan in our room made an awful, nonstop noise that made it impossible to sleep. Speaking of disrupted sleep—the fire alarm went off Sunday morning, forcing everyone to walk down 8 flights of stairs. When we got to the lobby, not a single employee was there to tell us what was going on or if it was even safe to go back to our rooms. I had to interrupt them checking in new guests just to get them to acknowledge the giant crowd of confused people standing there. The “amenities” are a joke. The games in the lobby are filthy, the pool sticks are broken, and there’s not even a ball for the foosball table. It looks like nothing has been cleaned or maintained in months. And then the final insult: they slapped on a “resort fee” that they never disclosed. A resort fee… for a hotel with NO parking, NO breakfast, and NO pool. Make it make sense.

Stay was 5days 4nights, the house keeping service was unacceptable. Our room was not sweeped or wiped at all while we were there. We requested same twice at front desk (we were told that cleaning is done on request which is odd but okay, we requested it), the room was not cleaned. Most of our time was spent away from the hotel so to return and see that nothing was done, twice, was a negative experience.

I have a very nice beach front room. Front desk and beach front attendant are nice and friendly. Housekeeping here is bad and they all seem to have a bad mood. Very unpleasant!!! I stayed here for 5 nights and they only clean my room one time. They have a huge pool but it’s under maintenance the entirety of my stay. They have a decent free continental breakfast. Overall it’s a nice experience but definitely would not stay here again when I visit Miami.

There was about twelve parking spots available. The building was in major need of repairs. Water leaking from the ceiling in the reception area. The hallway on the floors are in disrepair. Just aweful. Hallways need to be gutted and remodeled. Sink in my bathroom was plugged. Someone on the elevator complained that their tv was broken. Amazing, from check in to check out- room was specious and clean, water, coffee, tea 24 hours. Pool was open from long time if out of use. Nice desk near pool. Didnt stay whole stay, due to a terrible experience with Miami. Hotel wasnt terrible, but when i paid for protection policy and three nights. I stayed 1 night and couldnt get a refund for last two nights after turning in keys and leaving early to fly home.

Everyone was very nice pool and beach were both great. Hotel is needs a facelift but definitely priced right and rooms were very very clean. Would definitely go back again.

The room was creepy and the hallway was creepy to very old and outdated the pool had caution tape all around it and not to mention the elevator felt like we was stuck on every floor

Rooms was creepy. Had a horrible smell. The rooms were very outdated. The lamps didn’t work. The bathroom light was flickering off and on.. Pool was out of service.

The staff was welcoming, the room was nice I loved the ocean view. The beach was so close I got to walk on the beach in the morning and night.

The stay was nice the view was beautiful from our balcony. The rm was clean staff was very friendly only thing tht was to great was breakfast but we had options on the strip . Will definitely visit again

We were charged a resort fee yet the only amenities outside of breakfast was the ocean access but public access was a block away. Room was nice

My room was full of cockroaches and other bugs I’ll try to call Orbitz customer service no one responded back the pool was closed I have the video to prove that I didn’t have time yet to post dose video online

Room was great beach view was ok They booked us with a key west tour that had cockroaches and the bus smelled like swear water and we lost 300 on the day of my birthday and that company was double decker do not I repeat do not use that company if they offer a tour with the double decker don’t worst’s experience and a scam

I paid for the deluxe room; it was nice, clean, and remodeled. The hotel is old and the common areas are neglected, but my room was perfect.

The pool was out of service our entire stay, so we were unable to utilize. The breakfast was horrible. We did not get any options other than ham and cheese. The cleaning staff did not once come to clean our room during our stay.

Beach view was outstanding balcony was nice and clear view of the water hotel workers was nice and very helpful my only problem which was was not too major was that the pool was closed :( lol but other than that everything was great I enjoyed my stay.

I booked and paid for an ocean view room but couldn’t enjoy it because the AC wasn’t working. We were moved to a regular room, but the AC there also didn’t work, and we had to switch again around midnight. Each time, we had to pack and unpack our luggage over and over, which was very frustrating. The final room still didn’t have our ocean view, and we didn’t get to enjoy our honeymoon stay. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place due to the ongoing AC issues throughout the building

We need to call the staff 2 times because the bathroom plumbing didn’t work properly. The room was remodeled but did had a weird smell. The internet didn’t work in the room. They were remodeling the swimming pool. The guest laundry room wasn’t working. The breakfast didn’t have a lot of options. Positive: the beach in front in amazing, they have a lot of restaurants around and the staff is really nice and helpful.

Multiple issues which the guy at the front desk didn't even care to hear about. Lights flickering, TV Blanking off, Face Basin Had very slow runoff (Plumbing Needed), The Safe Needs a Battery, Weird odor in the Lobby. Room Door had to be closed manually each time. Lumpy Bed. Good view from the balcony
