    Loved staying here and will be returning every time I come to Miami. The room was so clean and had such an amazing view of the beach. The access to the beach was so easy to get to. The staff were so nice and helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

    The only downside has consistently been the restaurant. Service tends to be slow, and the food quality has not been great, so we usually choose to eat elsewhere. Overall, the hotel is very affordable for what you get, and we continue to enjoy staying there.

    Overall good stay. Rooms are a little dated. TV only got local channels. Stayed on the 9th floor and the banisters are in need of repair. Children were unsupervised by parents.

    The rooms are nice and recently remodeled. The pool area is nice and the beach is right there. The breakfast was not good. The rooms were not really clean and only one elevator working for the whole building.

    Our stay at Radisson Miami was awesome! The staff were very helpful the property itself was very clean and nice. Although rooms are a little small, the cleanliness and the comfort of the beds made up for that. Best part was that you didn’t have to walk far for beach access! The pool area was very nice as well. Will definitely stay here again!

    Good location for my purposes, a meeting nearby. Price was good in comparison to what they are charging these days in Miami Beach. Definitely for the budget conscience. Alittle dated, could use a renovation. The location is far from the center of Miami beach but can take buses. The uber costs are ridiculous in Miami.

    However, in the past year the hotel has really gone down hill. There was only one elevator in service, the restaurant was only available at breakfast ($30 for a continental breakfast that was comparable to one at a Quality Inn), and the pool was noticeably cooler in temperature. Our room was clean in the high traffic areas, but under the pull out couch bed and cabinets there were crumbs/dirt/dust. There were also ants coming from the balcony. The windows have thick caulking and paint around all seams so that they are unable to opened (why not just install new windows?). The floor tiles were chipped and peeling and heavily scratched. Two outlet covers were completed cracked open: you could see the wiring behind the electricity source. Would I come back to this hotel? Probably. But the price for the quality and staff is truly disappointing.

    The pool and walkway to the beach was our favorite part, you also get two chairs and umbrella per room at the beach. The hotel is old and needs remodeling on some areas.

    Charged a large and unexpected per night ‘resort fee’ upon check in. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere on Expedia or our booking confirmation. Non optional and still not entirely sure what it covers. Towels and sun loungers? Surely this is why you pay the premium to stay in a beachfront hotel anyway? Would expect these things to be included in the cost. People need to be aware of this as it can a lot to the cost of a stay. Hotel in nice beach location, nice spacious room, nicely decorated, despite the view of a wall. Staff disappointingly disinterested in guests

    The staff at the Valet Parking especially Hector, were great! Also Susanna at the pool was so helpful and friendly. She brought us our beach towels to the beach area when we forgot to pick them up at the pool. Our room was very clean. The only negatives were that the ice machine was not working on our floor and when we asked about it, we were told to go to another floor to get ice. Also, our room phone died. We reported same to front desk and although they indicated someone from maintenance would go and check into it, no one came. When I complained about it while checking out, we were credited one day of amenity charges which I thought was nice. I would definitely consider staying there again.

    Also when we went to the beach we asked for a umbrella to be moved to the spot we wanted to sit at and the men outside told us No because they leave some with no umbrella because some guests want it that way!!! We told them we would like the umbrella and he refused to place us one so we had to sit at another section way across!!! We felt that was rude!!

    June at the check in desk was so warm and inviting. She gave us suggestions of things we might want to do since it was our first visit to Miami Beach. Calvin our waiter for dinner was such a pleasant and accommodating to our ever need. He was personable and friendly. I don’t know our housekeeper’s name but they also ROCKED! Always an exception clean room we left a note about any extra supplies we needed and always got what we asked for. Highly recommend staying here.

    The people at the front desk was rude from upon of arrival. They made it hard to feel welcomed . I asked for a room top floor she told me “no” later that afternoon we where in bed resting went to the bathroom and bugs was everywhere. In our bed in our CLOTHES! Inside the tub,sink and toilet. We went to the front desk complained they first denied our refund then mentioned $40 back then decided to give us a new room on the 8th floor . Her exact words was “ where you come from” “ it’s just bugs” we asked for the manager she laughter in our face so we waitied the next day the guy manager was VERY HELPFUL after Expedia called and another lady denied our refund he helped us we showed him pics he said if we left the door open we mentioned no we turned the air on and we begin seeing over dozen of bugs and when we found them in our bed that was just where it was way to much!

    I arrived at my hotel room at 11 PM there were only six channels on the cable so the amenity of premium channels in the hotel room is not true. They call the maintenance down three times. The maintenance guy came three times and stated that it was a conflict between the hotel and DIRECTV therefore they didn’t pay their bill….. when I tried to call the front desk from the phone in the room. The phone did not work in the room, so pretty much I was charged a resort fee for not utilizing the options that I need on the resort. The refrigerator was inside of the closet, pivot on top of the safe. I don’t think that is a safe location for our refrigerator. Don’t recommend using. I would not stay at this location again. Save the headache

    The beach view was unobstructed and pool and beach were great! Loved the chess game at the pool. Friendly front desk staff and bell hops. Used valet, again great service. Suites are very roomy and clean. Noise from music next door was too loud, but it only lasted during the Grand Prix Fan fest.

    We were robbed on hotel premises — in the pool area. At the time, the gate leading to the public pathway and beach was broken and left open, allowing unrestricted access to anyone from outside. There was no visible security present. Even more concerning, the doors from the pool area into the hotel building were also broken and could be opened without a key card. This represents a complete failure of basic security. The situation is even more serious considering that the stolen bag contained a room key with the room number. Despite this, the front desk did not treat the incident as a security threat. We were also told that security cameras are basically useless because of sun glare. In Miami, that’s not an excuse — it’s negligence. Throughout the stay, loud parties from a neighboring hotel continued until 1–2 AM every night. Traveling with a 10-year-old child, this made rest impossible and caused significant stress. The hotel denied responsibility and showed no real concern. This is not just poor service — this is a serious safety issue. Avoid if you value your security.

    - on Saturday night there’s insanely loud music playing from a nearby bar until 1:30AM. Oceanside will be much louder that night than the other side of the hotel. Don’t expect to be able to sleep until the music stops. - worst pillows I’ve ever had for a mid tier chain hotel. Tiny and thin. - terrible plumbing. Both taps fell off and water dripping from the ceiling from the bathroom above. - air con is bad. Temp in room will not go below 75 degrees f. Best thing is the poolside bar food and drinks and the nice lady who runs it. That part is really well run.

    Mid beach somewhat quiet area. Lobby was clean and refreshing and our balcony view was nice. The pool towels and chairs and umbrella complimentary were a great addition. The floors above us were having some technical and water issues… we had to call front desk for the water issues leaking into our bathroom and hallway entrance from the floor leak above. The crew did come down and fixed it intermittently but concerned about the future issues that may come from water damage. The balcony was not secluded - no partition separation.

    We stayed 3 nights in a Junior Suite. On the second night, I woke up to water pouring from the AC vent. Maintenance came in the morning, but when we returned later, there was water all over the floor again, plus bubbling paint on the walls and ceiling. They then suspected a roof leak, not the AC. We had to move rooms and were offered either a smaller room or another Junior Suite that had been out of service due to peeling paint in the bathtub. Since we needed two beds, we took the second suite. That room had more issues: the TV remote didn’t work and a bedside outlet was broken. Between 3 maintenance visits, packing, and moving rooms, we lost half a day of vacation and missed the only nice weather window. The front desk staff and maintenance workers were kind, but the manager was dismissive and rolled his eyes when I asked for compensation. He only offered to waive the resort fee ($125 of our $1,000 stay). I felt one night refunded was fair, but he refused. The hotel feels more like a 3-star property—older building, maintenance issues, and only 1–2 tiny elevators working. The pool and beach were nice, but management completely ruined the experience.

    For the price the hotel was just bad. One good thing was the bag service while we waited for our room to be prepared. Now for the bad, when you book a 300 dollar a night room you are expecting quality but we got the opposite. To start the restaurant was incredibly overpriced, a 30 dollar breakfast buffet with like 8 items is insane. Next thing was the room, we had a king sized bed with twin bed pillows. In the middle of the night there was a flood above us and water started pouring through the light in the bathroom. After that the AC in our room went out. We brought this up as we had to check out very early and it was a very light apology and they waived the 30 dollar resort fee (felt like an insult). The ice maker did not work either. And the beach view was okay but for the price you expect the beach outside your balcony not a 5 minute walk away.

    Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was not a positive one. The front desk staff were not welcoming and seemed disengaged, which made check-in uncomfortable. We also had difficulty understanding them, leading to confusion during our stay. Good customer service makes a big difference, and this was lacking here.     I paid for a balcony on the oceanside to sit and listen to the ocean and the next door loud music parties from 7 pm to 1 am ruined it for starters. There was no peace in the evenings. The balconies are all made with simple bars. Anyone can jump over to your balcony which is unsettling. The air conditioner unit is right below the units. So, even if there isn't any music, this is a constant during the day anyways. I had one issue with the room which was the nightstands which had no outlets and pulled away from the wall a bit. The cleaning staff had a problem with supplying our room with enough towels, etc. When I asked for a washcloth, she wouldn't give it to me. It made no sense not giving me a washcloth. I would not recommend paying for a balcony side view of the ocean here.

    Our room was perfect, we loved everything about it. Unfortunately the 1 working elevator was an issue being that there were plenty of people sgaying there which made waiting for 1 elevator a longer process than normal. But overall we had a relaxing time. The beach was steps away which we loved and the food was pretty good. Staff were nice everytime we saw them. No issues there. Would stay again

    Loved the pool area and the lobby! The beach area was nice but chairs got picked up pretty early. More trash cans would be nice… some people are such slobs! We tipped the bell hop when we checked in our bags handsomely and when the other bell hop dropped our bags off he didn’t leave our door until we tipped… again!

    Balconies have peeled paint. Secure gate to beach was open unlocked for three days until they repaired it. Our safe wasn’t working and had to wait a day for them to repair it. Pool side salads are grocery bag emptied lettuce. Pool is always warm, major plus. Mostly families but there was one drunk fellow who asked me and others if we thought the woman he was making out with (& repeating the f bomb) near the ladies room was a good match. Beach chair & umbrella staff leave before 6pm

    The lift service was really bad. Many times we had to wait over 20 minutes in the lobby, and sometimes we just used the stairs because it took too long. Very frustrating. There was no proper way to contact the front desk from the room. The phone didn’t connect to reception or room service, and even when we tried calling, no one answered. On top of that, the room lock was not working properly. We tried reaching reception for help, but again, no one responded. The front desk seemed focused only on check-in and charging extra resort fees, with no real service afterward. Overall, very poor service. Would definitely think twice before booking here again.

    We were disappointed with the hotel overall. Our staff interactions were fine, but we were only able to check out 2 beach towels, chairs, etc for our family of 4. The room also seemed very short on towels for actual bathing. The tv only had 2 channels (lifetime and mtv) and the Netflix option didn't load because it said there was no internet. We noticed that breakfast was included for some people but not through the package we booked on Expedia. The food everywhere was outrageously priced and parking was nonexistent. For how much we were paying (hotel cost+ resort fee+ 52 a night for valet parking), I was expecting a better experience.

    A plus was security came each time. We stayed a total of 5 nights and if it were not for the fact it was prepaid we would have left after the first night. After returning back to the hotel after our cruise the Lloud music next door wasn’t there but listening to a couple argue most of the night wasn’t pleasant.

    Location is fantastic and has beach access. Fluffy towels. Every single thing took ages, from check in, to breakfast to drinks at the pool bar. And what made things worse was that whatever we waited for was wayyyyy below average and overpriced. The potty doesn’t flush well so i had to fill a bucket of water and throw it in every time I did a number two. The damn elevator never stopped at our floor so we got a lot of steps in. Save your money and go elsewhere. Unless you enjoy being severely ripped off.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. That said, the reviews about noise are accurate. The walls are quite thin, and you can hear noise from neighboring rooms. Also, the biggest downside for us was the pricing $8 for a cup of black coffee in the morning felt excessive.

    Close to the beach Room phone never worked. Air conditioning could only go to 68. Staff wasn’t available when we checked out. Had to walk all the way down every time due to phone not working.     First thing the super nice helpful receptionist.. She was so decent , accommodated all our requests and helped us to smooth early check in. Room was spacious with fantastic view. The hotel beach is convenient, close and easy access. Bar was decent. Nothing except a small note to clean the beach from the seaweeds. I saw the public beaches get cleaned early morning but noticed that this beach is not.

    We got a standard room for 2 adults and a toddler. So our room was facing the street which was loud at times but okay overall. The staff especially the cleaning staff were great and attentive and helpful. We also tried the restaurant at dinner time and they were very accommodating with our toddler’s food request. The pool was open every day we were there though the weather was a bit on the cool and windy side. We love the foyer and lobby, it was very open, modern and bright. Overall, it was a great stay!

    Amazing location right in a beautiful white sandy beach. Ample lunge chairs and umbrellas. Beach towels were a bit threadbare. Could use replacing. Safe and secure location. Key card needed to go between hotel to pool/beach. It’s an older hotel but our room was spotless. No icky carpet. Tiled floor everywhere. Very spacious room with in room mini fridge, microwave and sink. Highly recommend.

    It works as a home base to explore Miami Beach. It is definitely an older hotel, but decent. The beach access is very good and this section was not very crowded and there is direct access to the beach boardwalk. You are allowed two beach chairs per room, you need to pay if you want more chairs. The pool is quiet, which was good for us. The breakfast buffet is standard hotel buffet. The staff did not seem friendly, particularly the front desk staff. The hotel seemed to be doing quite a bit of maintenance during peak spring break time where parts of the pool area were off limits at certain poibts due to paint drying. A CVS is close and convenient.

    El hotele deberian incluir el parqueo en el precio del hospedaje, 52 dolares mas taxes por 24 hrs., la limpieza deberia ser mas evidente, el piso del baño tenia cabellos y no eran mios, el buffet que pagamos fue exactamente igual los 7 dias de estancia, mismo huevo revuelto, mismas papas entre frias y calientes, medio duras. Y no me gusto que despues del 2do dia me cargaran el estacionamiento de los site dias mas 50 dlls de deposito del parking, luego un deposito de 150 dlls , cuando les habia pagado por adelantado los 7 dias de estancia, que me cobraran 36 dlls mas taxes por hacer check in 1 hora antes. Si creo que no vuelvo no solo al hotel, sino a la ciudad que en todos lados hay que pagar parking y en algunos lugares cerca de la playa 20 dlls la hora, parking público en la acera de la calle.

    We enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean and rooms were adequate. Biggest problems were the sweet young ladies at the front desk who were ill equipped and trained to handle any situation or answer very basic questions. Also, the 1st elevator doesn’t work and apparently has not worked for some time. Best bet is to try and hop on the staff elevator.

    Watch out! When you check in you need to pay to use the pool and the beach! It’s a mandatory “resort fee” of $36/person. Completely ridiculous that was not already included. It got you a chair/umbrella on the beach- absolutely nothing fancy or comfortable- just a cheap lounge chair. If you want the beach towels- you have to go back to the pool and get them. Don't bother with the breakfast buffet- items were limited and mostly and the hot items were definitely not hot. You also have to pay $49/night for valet parking. Over all, i wouldnt stay again nor would i recommend .

    The property is in a great location right on the beach. The pool area and beach are beautiful. The dining room and food options are good. The room was comfortable and clean, my only pet peeve is that the housekeeping staff didn't refill the coffee pods or toilet paper, which ran out. There is also no grab and go coffee in the lobby, which was inconvenient. Otherwise, it was a good choice from which to explore Miami Beach.

    There is no way on Earth this is a 4-star hotel. It is a 2-star at best, on a good day. Staff are TERRIBLE. They do not want to help guests or make you feel welcome at all. We stayed in a suite which had a microwave, but no plates/cutlery so so I called the front desk to ask for 2x plates and some forks to be sent up so we could heat up some food but they refused because the bar was closed at 11.30pm. I told them my wife was sick but Patricia at the front desk literally just said it doesn't matter the bar is closed and that she can't help. Staff have to be told how to help guests, BY THE GUESTS, rather than them taking any sort of initiative. On the front desk, maybe 2 people speak proper English, the rest are non-native English speakers so don't understand anything you are asking. The room size was great, but lighting really poor so it was dark most of the time. there is no shower cubicle, just a bathtub with a fixed shower-head. I expect much better in a suite at a 4-star hotel. Bathroom was very dated too as well as the room. Will never stay here again and will actively tell others to avoid this hotel.

    The check in was terrible, we arrived early, staff were so unfriendly and unwilling to offer any help at all. I booked and paid for a pool view balcony, Stephanie argued point blank that she was putting me a studio room, even after i showed her proof that i in fact had booked the pool view balcony room. Only after another staff member stepped in and begrudgingly agreed and provided the room we had booked. I was charged $30 to check in 1 hour 30 minutes before check in time, the first time anywhere in the world this has happened.The rooms are dated, and look nothing like the photo's online. the bathroom in fact was completely different, with the room pics showing a separate shower, where our room had a shower in a bath. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    The staff was wonderful. Every person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The location right on the beach was great, too. The room... not so much. It was dim, with very few lights. There was nowhere to sit except the bed, no desk, no chairs. There was no microwave. One of the elevators was broken, so all the guests trying to go up and down a single one made for long waits. Also, it is a resort hotel, so you have to pay for absolutely everything.

The only glitch in the vacay was we were charged extra from the pool bar as someone charged their food to our room number. The staff remedied that but didn’t send an updated invoice.

    I had to ask four times for an electric kettle and eventually had to go to the front desk as a last resort before I was about to give up. There were guests making significant noise in the hallway and slamming the doors at 3 AM pretty much every night. Staff was friendly enough, but it really didn’t make up for all the other issues. Considering how much we paid, (just under $500 Canadian a night) we were very disappointed with this Hotel.

    Location is AMAZING, right next to the beach with direct access and lots of cafes and dinning places nearby. We had room 419 and found cockroaches on the ground. This immediately made us uncomfortable and we notified the front desk and they were able to change our room to 415 down the hall. Thankfully we did not run into any further issues although we were cautious at first. The housekeeping is a little unpredictable but usually shows up before noon. The breakfast is quite pricy for what it offers. The rooms are very dim and poorly lit and the wifi is not great, I hot-spotted the TV to get access to Netflix. The staff is respectful, the location is perfect, but this is closer to a 3 star hotel for what you get.

    The room was clean, which was a plus. but very small. The bed is hard but somehow was ok enough. We had an ocean view with a balcony, which was nice, but nothing about it felt lux. Just didn’t fit the room’s rate per night. Note, the cheapest parking is $50 per day valet with the hotel. The hotel restaurant is a joke. We didn’t try the breakfast or lunch, but we did got dinner at the bar area (only place serving food in the hotel after 5 till about 8:30). The chicken cutlet was basically a chicken patty and the fries at similar to McDonalds. The chicken parm sandwich reminded my of the Italian chicken sandwich from Burger King. The true downside may just be the area. There isn’t much to walk to in midbeach area. But we came to relax at a hotel that had resort like amenities in Miami Beach, it just sucked all amenities were lacking. I would stay elsewhere next time if I had to return to this area.

    It’s called a “resort” but really wasn’t a whole lot there. I got the suite with the patio and it was very dull. It’s essentially a hotel room with a balcony that has a metal fence separating it from other rooms. It’s just looking over the pool… that’s if your view isn’t blocked by the palm trees. Did not live up the expectations I had for the money I paid. On check out day I was running a bit late and the front desk was very annoying and inconsiderate. I asked if I could get an hour or two later check out to which the front desk lady disrespectfully told me no and then went on a rampage about how the rooms are already booked, etc. The front desk people kept knocking on my door several times while I was packing my items. Very annoying and disruptive. The people that clean the room are good though, they come by everyday and clean the room thoroughly.

    Fantastic 4 night stay prior to our cruise. Room, hotel, pool, and beach access could not have been better. Complimentary coffee and water in room a huge plus. Staff very pleasant and efficient. Having the walk/bike path right on back of property was enjoyable. Free street trolley stop steps away from lobby. CVS and deli just a couple blocks away for food, wine, beer, etc.

    Let me start by saying the hotels staff were great, The hotel itself was in a little rough condition. The lobby , restaurant and location 4 Star! The rooms 2 Star, and that’s being generous. Would I stay there again, most like no! The rooms I felt like were “lip stick on a pig” It was still a pig! The filter was dirty and ceiling tiles old out dated and discolored. Pool was really nice! Best way to summarize the place was the owner cuts every corner possible. Sold 7.0 hotel out of 10. If you’re on a budget and want to take the family and don’t plan on being there great! No wow factor!

    Service was not great. Housekeeping seems to leave early and the staff has no idea how to fill in if that happens. Simple requests are ignored and then they can’t fix them once the other staff leaves. In general the staff was kind of rude. Hoping to try a better hotel on my next stay in Miami Beach!

    The hotel is being rated at 4 stars, frankly it does not deserve the rating. On every experience during our stay, it was 50% good and 50% bad. The room was somewhat clean, but the area rug under the bed was FILTHY, and I mean sticky, filthy and gross. The first step off the bed was on the rug, and it was disgusting. The windows need replacing, but at the minimum, good cleaning. The overall property was decent, but there was only one working elevator for the entire hotel. The restaurant/cafeteria had good food, but if it was listed to open for lunch at 12:30, nothing was ready at 12:30. You sat down for lunch at the tables that were still dirty and not clean from breakfast, and the staff would start cleaning at 1:00pm while people were eating. I booked this originally because of Radisson reputation, but I won't be booking with them again when I come back later this year. A few 3 star properties I stayed at before at Miami Beach were much better than Radisson.

    The property charges so much but compared to luxury prices, the services are basic and the amenities are horrible. The TV and phones in the room were not working so you cannot call front desk for any query. This is specially frustrating if you are traveling from really far with senior citizens or kids and need basic convenience. Even though the room was booked for 3 adults, getting an additional water bottle to the given 2 was not entertained. The food quality was basic to the core but the cost was almost $50 per plate. There was only 1 elevator working and that too had broken keys on it. The service levels were decent although it is pretty evident that none of them are being paid enough to care about customers. Also there was no room service available. I would not recommend this property on the beach for these prices.

    Upon check in of course the hit is with hidden fees as well as tried charging me an upgrade fee even tho with Expedia vip if available it should be complimentary. They also told us booking with third party they don’t do that. If I booked through them direct they would offer it free… we were suppose to get way one night that was also not mentioned or offered. I had to complain at check out and show them it should be covered… very disappointing that the price is never the price. There also extra fees thrown in even tho we pay in full prior… there were also 3 roaches on balcony and one inside by the door. Extremely grossed out and disappointed honestly. You ask for honest review and then ask for it to be changed ! This is my review and we were disappointed and disgusting

    First day I arrived I found out that the door of the room is broken and I called for them to fix it but no one did anything and they refused to change my room. The Vallet was always sleeping and I had to wait 30 minutes till the Vallet brought my car and they were very rude but there was one Vallet by the name Hector and he was the best of the whole stay, he was so nice and outgoing and made our day every morning with his present smile and amazing energy. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

    Room needs more lights; TV signal is weak and often gets interrupted and then no signal altogether. We did get upgraded to a suite. Housekeeping staff is friendly. I asked to borrow an umbrella one day and the front desk just flat out told me, “We don’t have it”, certainly not mincing words. The property is dated and needs some major upgrade in my opinion. Overall, the stay was OK/average, but we wouldn’t come back the next time.

    Very nice and spacious room, however I had to deal with two issues: ants and the noise coming out loud from the other rooms next to mine and from the aisle.     Worst front desk mangers and associates. Gave us a room with filthy carpets constant static noise ( next to the exterior AC appliance ). Curtains falling off and the blinds won’t even go up as the chains were missing. Reported multiple times the font desk managers would not act and was not supportive at all.

    Room was clean, housekeeping staff were amazing. The location is perfect. The pool nice and warm, but not too warm. The food and service were lacking. Bartenders outside very nice. But no service at the beach. They don’t set up the beach chairs until 9am. And no towels at the beach. Often running out of towels at the one spot to get them by the pool. If you are lucky you’ll get some of the larger obviously newer towels, otherwise you will be stuck with small very worn towels have you wishing you brought your own. Steep valet charge each day and no other option for your car. But the valet staff were very nice. It’s an old hotel but the room we were in was great and the location is perfect. Better towels and service at the beach and I would book again for a future trip.

    Be careful about your booking with Radisson, as it could turn out to be in a different hotel - I booked the Radisson Resort Miami Beach and round-trip flight together as a package from Expedia for a 4-night stay from 12/25 to 12/29. The amount was paid in full in November when I made the booking, except for the resort fee. When I arrived at Radisson around 11:45pm on 12/25. I was told there is no room for us that night as the hotel is overbooked. Radisson then assigned us to Holiday Inn close by. We had no other option at that late hour other than going to Holiday Inn. We finally got into the Holiday Inn's hotel room around 1:30am on 12/26. After waking up around 10am the next day, I called the Holiday Inn front desk to ask for late check out, and was told they cannot give late check out. So, we had to get up, repack and check out by 11am and moved to Radisson. However, Radisson's room is not ready at that time. So, we had to store our luggage with the concierge and go out. The originally planned continuous 4-day beach vacation got interrupted and we could not enjoy the stay for a day. When I came back from the trip, I contacted Expedia, and Expedia reached out to Radisson. I was told Radisson will not compensate for the first day we could not enjoy and it is Radisson's policy. I don’t understand this policy and don't believe any hotel can freely assign their guests to other hotels without any early notification.

    This is an older hotel, but very nicely appointed. The room and the bed was comfy, and amenities as expected (coffee machine, safe, small fridge, WiFi), and the staff was friendly and efficient. Parking is valet only, and our fee was $48/day. The resort fee includes 2x loungers, towels and a beach umbrella. Food and beverage choices are expensive, as is typical of Miami area in general. Nice overall.

    The hotel is ok, considering premium price to quality ratio during the busy Art Basel week. Unfortunately, reception and management at this hotel are the weakest link. I wrote a scathing review about the check in on the day of my check in (December 2) but it didn’t get posted! I would like to speak with the representatives of both Expedia and Radisson about the check-in and the fact that they wanted to charge me a different and significantly higher rate at the check-in, and didn’t want to grant my Expedia reservation receipt. It took almost 40 minutes of unprofessional receptionists’ efforts to agree that my receipt from my Expedia reservation account was the rate that Radisson was going to charge, and not the extra $900 that they wanted to charge me on top of my Expedia reservation. It obviously would have been illegal, and it felt like either a scam or a total lack of professionalism, and I have never experienced anything like this in my many years of booking through Expedia or anywhere else. It’s shocking to experience it at Radisson. My guest who was witnessing the fiasco, was also shocked at the hotel’s behavior. I would like this matter to be investigated further so it doesn’t happen again to me or anyone else.

    While the Radisson is an older property it is well maintained. The staff was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Also, direct access to the beach and complimentary towels, lounge chairs and umbrellas were a big plus. Also the salt water pool was nice. I will definitely be back.

    The housekeeping and friendly valet parking attendants are a highlight. Very clean rooms and friendly people. Front desk staff was not very friendly or welcoming, however. The resort itself if limited. The rooms are basic with garish overhead lighting. Comfortable enough beds, but decor is very basic like a highway hotel. The pool is beautiful but no amenities like water or sunscreen, and no attendant or food/bev service. The gate to the beach was never locked, though this didn't prove a problem for us. Restaurant was usually closed. Bar is indoor on side of lobby and isn't very inviting. Oceanfront with large balcony, but this old property has open barred balconies, so our neighbors were very close with no privacy. We could see into each others' rooms. It is possible that some oceanfront with larger patios may share a balcony.

    Nice hotel with beach front access. Note that the oceanfront balcony rooms have the balconies connected with no privacy wall from your neighbors. The rail that separates the balconies is only hip high, and easily accessible. There is a deadbolt lock on the door that leads to the balcony, but as a solo traveler, these are just things that I’m always paying attention to. Staff was friendly, and the food was very good.

    Our room had ants everywhere. Ants in our showers on the counters and in our bed. When we checked in late that evening, we noticed ants everywhere and immediately called the front desk to change rooms for us and all they said was housekeeping can be there the next day. We were not able to change rooms and no one helped us the same day so we literally had to sleep with ants. We woke up with ants in our pillows, my husband had an ant on his ear and ant bites all on us. Very unacceptable. We were eventually able to change room but having to sleep in that condition is unacceptable and the front desk staff brushed it off stating we’re in Florida, ants are everywhere. Well we didn’t have ants in our second room.

    We ended up having to leave because we’re about to miss our flight. The desk clerk wrote a 800# down and walked away. I asked someone to fill out a report at the desk and nobody chose to help us. We check our bags 3 times and all of our garments. We picked up our mattresses. We left garments behind because we couldn’t add them to our luggage. The shirt they claimed the keys were wrapped in was the shirt I tried on before I left and there were no keys. My sister not thinking to check her items and her bank card and keys were not in her bag either. That’s a terrible coincidence. Return back home to Dallas left with over $400 in bills because the key fob was missing. Tried to call the hotel to get this figured out but they kept putting me on hold and then would hang up. I got a message sent that my keys were found in the shirt I left behind wrapped up. I am so disappointed in this hotel. It was my birthday and they turned it into a nightmare.

    This was our 2nd stay and with definitely be the last. The hotel is run down, the guys setting up what chairs and umbrellas on the beach are rude and aggressive and always late. The only saving grace was the bartender by the pool Laurie who we loved. Both elevators were broken so we had to use the staff one. Every day we had to ask for clean towels bc none were left, we constantly ran out of toilet paper. I could go on and on.

    The staff was great and accommodating. The room was nice and spacious. The only complaint I have regarding the room i stayed in would be the lighting. There were small desk lamps that were not that bright and didn’t help with lighting up the room. My husband and I went out at night and it was hard for me to see myself in the mirror due to the poor lighting. Some ceiling lighting would be perfect in there.     My family and I were robbed on the beach. The thief stole our phones and took all of our cash. Even though the robbery occurred on the beach located directly behind the hotel, the hotel staff refused to assist my family and me in contacting the police to report the crime. The so-called supervisor treated us with disdain and seemed extremely annoyed by our victimization. The supervisor stated that she cannot help us because the robbery did not occur on hotel grounds. Being robbed is traumatizing, but the inhuman treatment that we received from the hotel front desk staff was horrendous!

    Don’t stay at the Radisson Hotel Miami Beach hotel. It will be a huge waste of your vacation time & money. Seek another oceanfront hotel with 1. Friendlier customer service at check-in, as that can set a mood for your stay. Eye rolling & attitudes are unacceptable, stay home if you’re having a bad day! 2. Family memb.was trying to upgrade at check-in, front desk says come back early next morning & they “found” a room but by the time she went upstairs to view it (all of 5 minutes), they sold it saying the last night of our 6 night stay would be unavailable, liars! Was that the case BEFORE she left to view it, liars & poor customer service. Family got locked out of her room-key card magically stopped working & was finally let back in after 45 minutes of maintenance & housekeeping failed attempts. They reprogrammed the door with a laptop. 3. & I’ll end with this one: inadvertently left a bag in the lobby with cleaning supplies, Bluetooth speaker & souvenirs & when I called back the next day, after our 15 hour drive home, no one saw the bag BUT we were checked out & security was standing there & valet assisted us. Totally our fault for leaving it but what happened to being honest in today’s world!!????!!!! After housekeeping advised no bag was turned in, called for the manager 2 request camera reviews in the lobby at our departure time & she’s “out on emergency leave” but you can email her. Make it Make Sense! Again, Front Desk customer service needs a 100% makeover!!!!!!!!!!!

    There is a hotel pool but it’s not huge and it’s nothing spectacular but it is ok. As for the staff none of the ones we had contact with were overly helpful . The poolside bar was closed so we had to go inside to order lunch we asked for them to bring it out to us but were told that we had to return. In 15 mins to collect it ! We on another occasion rang down to reception to ask for more coffee capsules and bottled water and again were told to come down to reception to get it . Now for a 4*hotel and for a hotel that charges a resort fee as extra I still don’t understand what it is that covers ?? We weren’t given towels to use on beach/pool luckily we had our own As for parking the hotel has parking which the charge $50 /24 hrs however we found parking 5 mins away and it was $20 /24hrs so worth looking around ! I did feedback all this to the hotel and never got a response I would suggest looking at other hotels around the area as there are many and we would not return !

    Property was very nicely located and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The gym really needs some love. It was dusty and I actually hurt my knee while on the treadmill because the belt had a dent. Another thing I noticed is that most hotels have complimentary coffee out for guests and I was very surprised that brand name as the radisson did not. Other than that great value for the cost.

    This hotel is nestled in mid-Miami beach next to many other hotels. The front area to pull up for valet parking is very, very small and fits 3 cars at most. It is rather inconvenient. The hotel is very nice, the staff are very helpful and kind. The back of the hotel has a pool and a gate that opens up to the boardwalk and beach behind the hotel. Although the hotel is nice, there are parts of it including the pool, building, gate, and more that feel outdated. There aren't too many dining options either. Most are small restaurants you can walk to, but they are very expensive. This is a great hotel and location for couples or families with older teens/adult kids. I wouldn't recommend it for families with small kids as there aren't many stores and restaurants nearby that you can walk to if you need snacks, food, and other items. There is a CVS down the street where you can get some affordable drinks and snacks. There is no parking lot for this hotel or most in this area. It is all valet due to small properties and limited space.

    The unit did not meet expectations. It was not very clean, and the balcony offered little privacy, as the neighboring unit was extremely close and did not feel secure. Additionally, the bedsheets had noticeable blood stains. I requested clean sheets and was told housekeeping would address it, but unfortunately, no one ever followed up.

    This hotel stay was a complete disaster and recommend you find other options. Had ants in our room and had to agrue with manager to move to another room: valet service very slow and charged $49 per day ouch: had several complaints for loud noise on our floor after 12 midnight: restaurant service slow and walked out of breakfast after waiting over 1 hour for eggs: room service only cleaned room once and begged staff for that service. For $350 per night a total waste of a long weekend. You have been warned of this terrible hotel on the beach!!

Hotel had free WiFi and no issues with WiFi. Hotel does advertise access to Netflix on TV using your own account however, on arrival hotel do not connect TV’s to WiFi - my only small complaint.

    We were given a room in the 5th floor when we checked in and there was a palm tree in front of the balcony that blocked the view. The next morning, we asked for a better room in the higher floor and Briana was very helpful. She was able to secure a room in the 9th floor for us with a much better view. The crew helped with luggage transfer and everyone we encountered was just friendly, courteous, and helpful. We loved the pool and the easy access to the beach, especially when travelling with kids. Can't wait to go back!!

    The Radisson Resort Miami Beach hotel was a decent hotel. Service was OK. The valets have such a small, narrow area for cars they have difficulty managing the cars coming in and going out. Beach area was nice, but water was full of kelp, so rather unappealing for those who want to wade or swim in the water.
