    The hotel is in a perfect location and was very comfortable. It offers all the right amenities and everything was very convenient such as parking, check in, beach access, restaurants, etc. We will definitely consider staying here again when visiting Miami.

    Beautiful beach view and the beach is beautiful. They have chairs and umbrellas and good service. The only negative thing is the room was on the small side but it’s Miami Beach South Beach too. Overall, a nice place.

    I will start off by saying the entire staff was amazing from the staff at pool area to beach- my housekeeper was amazing also each and everyday - but the stars were at the front desk completely there was nothing I didn’t wait for and it was a birthday trip for me and they were on it all the way - I go to Miami 3-5 times a year and this was truly a gem I had not found but glad I did - Thanks especially to morning and night front desk for making me feel so special- Safia and Audry

    Staff cares less about your satisfaction. Valet said it was $50 a night, statement says $58 per night charged, staff said $30 per beach umbrella, statement said $48 per beach umbrella! Vending machine says $2.50 for a bottle of water, bank account shows $10 for a bottle of water. Will price gouge you for everything. Area gets people from all over the world, don’t think you matter to them.

    Got a room with a king size. There is no mircorwave, bed was hard and uncomfortable and the fridge did not work well. I thought I paid for breakfast but there was no breakfast. Parking is valet only. Location is good.

    Location Stay was fully paid, yet large duplicate pre-authorizations (around 50% of the total stay) are still being held on my card days ,weeks later. Multiple calls and emails led nowhere, just repeated “we are escalating” with no resolution. Meanwhile, these unnecessary holds are significantly reducing my available credit. This is not acceptable handling of customer funds. If not resolved promptly, I will escalate further via my card issuer, Marriott corporate and local authorities.

    Everything about this hotel was just superb. The staff was exceptional and the amenities that you just can not get anywhere in South Beach (two big pools with food and drink service, hot tub, 30 second walk to PRIVATE beach with cabanas and chairs, an absolutely mouth watering japanese restaurant) - there were many more!!

    The room was not clean, and we called multiple times, but they only cleaned it two days later. The elevator wasn’t working, so I had to take the stairs with my daughter to the 8th floor the 3days. We also got stuck in the elevator for two to three minutes.

    Probably one of the best in the location. Cons - Amenities could have been better considering the price. Elevator is horrible. 2 star for that. And access to the hotel is through stairs from all entry point and when lift doesn’t work or make you spend 15-20 mins to get is not what people pays for.

    The location is fantastic and amenities as well as the staff all around the hotel was outstanding. However, the hotel is a bit beat up and the AC in the room raises if there is no motion in the room, so it gets pretty warm overnight. We will be back knowing all of this.

    The room service needs to be conducted at a regular time interval - one day the staff was in the hall at 930am, another day at 4pm. As a consequence, are room was cleaned just once during our 4 day stay. One day, we were out until 4 pm, our room had not been serviced and when we asked when going out for the evening, we were told that we had a privacy tag on our door which we did not. Upon return at 9 pm the room was still not serviced, and we were again told that we had a privacy notice on our door which was not correct.

    Proximity to a few places Area is terrible and service was subpar for a room of this price. Also charged the full room when I specifically asked for cancel fee on the last day.     I spoke to customer service about my experience but he never got back to me ! There was an incident at the pool where a guest started attacking verbally and almost physically and we got insulted as well ! Management did nothing so I didn’t use the pool for the last two days of my stay !

No obstante ser error del Hotel se negaron a contactar a Expedia y hasta tanto no lo hicimos nosotros ( muy dificil desde un mobile extranjero) estuvimos a la deriva.     The initial room we received had some trouble, the toilet was running nonstop and the air conditioner was broken making crazy noises. We finally were offered to change rooms the next day, and we received a lesser room (lower floor and smaller). We also did not receive or were offered any type of consolation. It was an otherwise a decent place, staff was friendly.

    One of the best stays we have had in South Beach! The staff were so nice and friendly! Very accommodating and the valet guys were so welcoming and always giving out waters!! Location... Amazing! Wasn't in the chaos of south beach just a block south. Could easily walk everywhere! Room and Hotel.... awesome!! Very comfortable and clean!!! Gym was nice and bigger than expected! Hotel pool was so nice!! There was plenty of room for all the guests. The pool was clean and looked beautiful! Beach access was great and easy! Got 2 free chairs right on the water. Restaurants were good! Lolos has some amazing margaritas and Mojitos and the food was delicious! Starbucks is right downstairs too! Ended up being a last minute family trip to South Beach and this hotel definitely didn't disappoint! We found the best hotel and will be back!!

    This is a pretty nice property, but not good for seniors at all.....you have to take 2 flights of stairs to get to Mexican restaurant on site. You have to take 1 flight of stairs to get to pool, then 2 more flights to get outside to the beach.They tell you there's a way without the stairs, but that's through the parking garage escorted by bellman, or outsie, a flight of stairs and then walk around the entire building. Won't stay here again.

    Beautiful location and views, clean and comfortable hotel, staff was very helpful and polite, especially valet staff. The beach location is unbeatable and the pools were also nice. Really enjoyed this property and would go back there some day if the rate on booking.com was decent. It cost extra, about $30+ to rent an umbrella on the beach each day despite the resort fee. The two chairs were complimentary, but sitting in the sun with no sun cover is unreasonable and unsafe. I believe the umbrella should have included with the two chairs, if for just two people. Service charges on food and drinks were also excessive when already paying a resort fee. The part that was perhaps most disappointing was the staff that tried to pull you into a room to discuss enrolling in the Marriott Bonvoy membership. They were really annoying and disruptive. They made you feel very pressured and tried to entice you with a gift card, supposed points and benefits, and cocktails - but really they just interrupted you and tried to prevent you from saying no and walking away. I would have expected better from the Marriott brand, it felt like a scam and like they were trying to hustle us. We were on vacation and were busy, had plans for reservations, activities, excursions, etc. If they wanted people to sign up it needs to be less aggressive - it just made me reluctant to even consider.

    Area was nice and convenient. The bathroom for cleanliness was a no for me. You can tell they don't clean the bathroom good you can see the dirt on the tiles. The Shower the curtian was too short. Water all over the floor. Also I didn't like that the sink is not in the bathroom. Just imagine how many people touch the doors to go out the bathroom to the sink to wash hands. If the shower looks the way it does, then you know they don't clean the doors. Vents needs cleaning. Dust. Staff was friendly especially Alex the door man. The property is good location right on the beach.

    If your flight is arriving prior to your check-in time of 4pm, You might find yourself awkwardly walking around the local area with luggage, or you can leave your luggage with the front desk. However, if your children need anything out of the luggage, you'll be met with rolling eyes about your request to awkwardly get into your luggage in the front desk closet. The whole room not being ready at 3pm left is in ths akward hour of feeling like we weren't welcomed. As long as your flight arrives after 4pm, I think your safe.

    Great hotel located on Ocean Drive right on South Beach. Friendly, helpful staff. Short walk to main restaurants on Ocean Drive. The room showed some signs of wear and tear but nothing major. Comfy beds, amazing balcony and view of the beach. Two swimming pools with chilled music playing. The hotel has two restaurants but we only went to Lolo’s, the food was fantastic. Will return.

    Only 1 elevator worked the entire time we were there. Lots of kids which is great if you’re a family (we are not). Rooms are dated, room refrigerator has no controls and the tv didn’t receive multiple news channels. The gym is rudimentary but functional. Really nice lobby and all the staff we encountered were great. The neighborhood is quiet but has a ton of restaurants and bars.

    Very bad experience. No water pressure and no hot water, the first 8 hours we got there. Only one elevator worked during our stay, so elevator wait times were long. The room had a nice view, but besides that, it feels old, neglected, and was very small. The two positives about the hotel were the pool and location. I would definitely not stay there again.

    We loved our stay, the front desk and all staff were hospitable. Overall luxe feel, we had a beautiful ocean view room. The beach was such a treat with the warm and clear water (May 2025). The Mexican restaurant onsite was the cherry on top! Can’t wait to return!

    I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. Initially, the elevators were out of service, leading to inconvenience. The service was below par; when we requested blankets, we received something resembling gauze with tears and holes. It was hard to believe, but I have a video to document it. As a result, we were quite cold at night. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and perhaps the worst issue was the bathroom door—it was a barn door that didn’t close properly, leaving us feeling very uneasy. I have captured a video of that as well. Overall, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

    Upon arrival elevator was broken. The fridge in the room smelled like something died in it. The pool and hot tub was roped off with construction cone. Did not have any shampoo and body wash and when asked for it they brought conditioner and body lotion. The beach had terrible service even though I called and specifically asked if they had food and drinks service. First day we arrived we did not get served. Got charged for chair and umbrella even though it started raining 5 minutes into our arrival at the beach and they tooo umbrella away. This is just a bit of info. I have more

    The staff were super friendly. Overall my stay was good. However, the fact that you have to pay all this money to stay there and have to pay for daily beach umbrellas for someone who loves the beach, in the hot, scorching Florida sun is ridiculous. It’s $30.00 a day so if you stay for at least four days just for a beach umbrella alone would cost you a total of $112.00 if you go to the beach everyday. It’s a RIP off and should be free with the two free beach chairs that are provided to you during your stay. For anyone who knows Florida heat and sun, everyone needs an umbrella to provide shade for them to protect them from sun poisoning or heat exhaustion. SMH. Other than that I will think twice before I book a hotel where I have to spend a portion of my vacation money solely on beach umbrellas

    The hotel was nice. There were good perks, and amenities for choosing this hotel. Part half the reason I chose this hotel was for the hot tub, but it was broken… along with the other half of the pool, and the second elevator. Other than that it was nice.

    Hands down the best hotel service we’ve ever experienced! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. A special shoutout to Fred at the pool—his friendly attitude, attention to detail, and excellent service truly made our stay unforgettable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel, and if you’re lucky enough to meet Fred, you’re in for a treat!

    My trip was terrible. I arrives at about 3:45p and was check in. I wanted to go to the beach but was told that beach chairs were being picked up at 5p, also told that there was a fee for beach umbrella. i did not use any of the resort amenities such as beach chairs, fitness class, boogie board, bike rentals, alcohol internet or any other amenities but was charged a Resort fee. Also on my way home i realized that my car was damage in the parking lot on the passenger side however i did not see it when i pick up my car to bring it to the attention of the parking lot attendant because i got in on the driver side of the car. I am very disappointed with my stay and the additional fees i was charged.
