Guests generally enjoy their stay at Kasa el Paseo, praising its excellent location in the heart of Miami Beach, close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. However, some guests have concerns about the property, such as poor shower drainage, weak toilet flush, and lack of parking. Despite these issues, many guests express a desire to stay at the property again.

Place was clean. Check-in was easy. Awesome stay.

Location was amazing, right above many bars and restaurants. Instructions for entry were very straight forward and I found it very easy to get into the room by myself even though it was 11pm! Street below very very loud!

The place is good for the price but it’s not a place I will go to for an upcoming visit to Miami. Nothing wrong with it but the area is very busy and the place not what I like.

Location , people absolutely everything

The hotel had spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms, and most of the amenities were satisfactory. However, there was no hot water from the taps, and the towels shed white fibers that stuck to the body after use. The biggest issue was the room lock system, which did not work properly and caused a delay of nearly 30 minutes. Despite these inconveniences, the customer service was excellent—they promptly provided another room and even refunded the $25 resort fee due to the room change. Overall, a comfortable stay with great staff, but the maintenance issues need attention.

Great location, clean rooms, ac worked properly, staff was helpful and responded with tips and guidance timely.

The water was leaking through the windows when it was raining . It’s musty and old
- 5/5
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One detail that really impressed me was that I had read some reviews mentioning noise, so I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary earplugs thoughtfully placed in the room. It may seem like a small gesture, but it showed that the hotel truly listens to guest feedback and cares about their comfort. I thought that was incredibly thoughtful and charming. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. Their customer service was honestly among the best I have experienced during my travels. Thank you for making my short stay in Miami Beach so enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and would happily stay here again on my next visit. ❤️ Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality

I would like to file a complaint regarding our stay at Kasa El Paseo from May 14 to May 18 during a girls’ trip with friends. We had made a single reservation including two rooms so that we could stay together throughout the entire trip. However, upon our arrival around 12:45 a.m., we were unfortunately placed in two different buildings several minutes’ walk apart, which was very unpleasant and completely contrary to what we had planned for this girls’ getaway. We made a complaint on the very first night, and two days later we were offered the possibility of being relocated to the same building, but not even on the same floor. This solution came far too late considering our stay was only 4 days in total. In addition, several aspects regarding cleanliness and service were very disappointing: * A very unpleasant smell was present both in the building and inside the rooms. * During the 4 days of our stay, no one came to empty the trash, replace the bath towels, or replace the beach towels. * When booking, it was stated that an airport shuttle service was included, but in the end this service was not provided. Upon our late-night arrival, we also found a small lizard in the room door. Surprised and frightened, we reacted in the hallway, and someone filed a complaint against us. The next morning, we received a warning email, which was very unpleasant considering we had just arrived, had caused no issues, and the street in front of the hotel is extremely noisy until ver

Coffee machine was broken! I didn’t get new one only 2 days later
- 4/5
Location was excellent and close to beach and surrounding attractions and places to get meals. The automated front desk system is lacking the personnel touch. But it does work with in a 24 hr period.
- 4.5/5
There is no one (or rarely anyone) in the lobby. I get “virtual” check in, but it’s not convenient for people who don’t do things all of the time on their phones. It’s too disassociated to the public.

It was quiet, clean & in the center of many great food venues. There is no one (or rarely anyone) in the lobby. I get “virtual” check in, but it’s not convenient for people who don’t do things all of the time on their phones. It’s too disassociated to the public.

Everything in Detail was exceptional. The location was great, room was clean & spacious. Many restaurants & convenient stores around + the beach is like 2 blocks away.

Best place to stay
- 3.5/5
Location, price, cleanliness. I had to tolerate extremely loud voices/laughter coming from hallway from 12:30 pm till 4 am. Not acceptable amount of time. Actually, that’s the main problem with the stay. There’s no one there for an emergency.i had no hot water one day. It was repaired, & the electric outlet in bathroom was broken. The sink hardly drained adequately & I did report it.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. Thankfully we did not run into any issues. I would say the parking situation can be a hassle if you plan to stay many days but once your settled it’s not bad we loved the location-walking distance from the beach and many restaurants

Great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area.

An older building in the heart of it all, a short walk from the beach, and immersed in culture. While our room wasn't very big, it was clean and modern despite the age of the building. There is no elevator but it's only a few floors. The shower took a very long time to warm. It took me a good 5 minutes to get it to a favorable temperature. But it is a nice bathroom and shower and the amenities were great. The television does not have cable or streaming channels but with their free Wi-Fi you can access apps and cast from one of your devices. I recommend to the owners to provide easier accessible channels because a lot of people are not tech savvy, but I was able to cast from my phone and watch our apps that we subscribe to like YouTube & Hulu. It's not hard, but it would be nice if they provided clear instructions. Our check in and out were easy, contact free, and customer service was very responsive via text or app. We had to wait about 25 minutes to retrieve our luggage after we had checked it, so we could go to the beach before check in time. There was not anyone at the front desk during business hours, so I had to communicate through the app, but they responded right away and got someone to meet us. We took advantage of the free beach chairs and I could see the free bicycles that were available. It felt like a nice comfortable home in the middle of a fun and festive, culturally rich neighborhood. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It was fun and comfortable.

- 5/5
Room was nice and clean, no staff, no elevator. In the building i was in which is building one
- 5/5
Spacious room with well stocked kitchen. Only 1/2 mile from beach and 2 blocks from city parking ramp. Many restaurants in the area. It is loud at night due to the party atmosphere on the street, but seems to quiet down after 10:30 or so.
- 4/5
My only complaint is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything directly outside the doors of your unit (ie. within the building, but actually not so much outside). For me, this honestly wasn't a big deal, considering that everything else was great. However, I can see this being somewhat annoying for others. Aside from that, we had a great stay and I would stay here again.

Other than a hassle checking in. The property was very nice in the middle of a busy street with cafes. There was no issue of noise and the room was clean, air conditioner was good centrally located
- 5/5
Excellent location with great tasting local cuisine
- 5/5
Our unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The service was exceptional and we were assisted with patience. The location was prime. We were surprised how quiet our unit was at night being so close to Epsanola way. I definitely recommend staying here!
- 4/5
The king room that I had was pretty neat and my favorite part was the balcony. I loved people watching and hearing the busyness of the street. The only small problem that I had was when I was taking a shower and put the gauge to cold water, hot water was coming out. But overall, I had a great stay.
- 4/5
Arrived at night and the directions aren't very clear about how to actually get into the property since it's all locked and there's no staff. Pictures of where to go based on where your room is would be very helpful

Room is super clean, air conditioner works beautifully.
- 4/5
It was my grandson’s 15th birthday getaway. The property was amazing. Just a communication with The. Staff was a little confusing but overall it was a perfect stay can’t wait to return.
- 4/5
Couple of things to know. No room service for cleaning, beds, towels ( over the 9 days of my stay ). No physical interaction with a reception desk which is ok and efficient for access purposes. The hotel is entered via a gate into which you enter an advised code. The gate opens outward - don’t screw up as I did by pushing the gate in a jet lagged state . Would definitely return to the Kasa Espanola Way.
- 5/5
The place is great and the area is phenomenal. Almost everything is done online, including checking in and access to the entrance and the room. Cool concept. This is our second time there and we'd definitely stay there again next time we're in that area.
- 5/5
Being right on Espanola Way is great, but the rooms are directly above a number of restaurants that are open late. Its not quiet until 2AM (nothing wrong with that, just be aware) The white noise machine and provided ear plugs are great. And be aware the front desk is rarely staffed - wasn't able to drop my luggage prior to check-in despite working through the text support line. Not deal breakers - I would stay there again, if I weren't there for work and wanted to sleep early.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Very responsive and helpful staff! Things get taken care of fast, efficient. Beautiful rooms, big beds and big shower. Highly reccommended! If you ad a microwave to the rooms it will have everything you need.😊👍
- 5/5
No Kitchen only microwave in lobby area
- 2/5
No elevator
- 5/5
However. It was a bit confusing with the codes. As they only gave us 2 codes but there was 3 doors that had to be opened and I was unaware that the second code was the same as the first. Then when we went to talk to someone as they said someone would be onsite till 5:30 there was no one there at 5;00. Found that a bit frustrating.
- 4/5
I liked the convenience of self check-in. I've never self checked-in before. The directions for self-in were on point and very easy to follow. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice big spacious room with an excellent air conditioning, separate bedroom, sitting area and bathroom. It felt like being at home from the moment I walked in! TV and programming could have been a bit more upgraded but the building was nice and the location is superb! Located in one of the coolest streets in South Beach there are plenty of dining and stores nearby.
- 4/5
However, the condition of the room was disappointing. There was a strong, unpleasant odor that seemed to be coming through the air vents, which made the stay uncomfortable. The property also appeared much older than what was reflected in the photos. Additionally, the pillowcases had what looked like permanent stains, which raised concerns about cleanliness. While the location is a major plus, I would not choose to stay here again due to the overall condition of the room.
- 5/5
Absolutely like it A++++

terrible no onsite staff rooms are unihabitable they give you ear plugs becuase rooms are so noisy plus white noise machines you will be straded outside as ai door locks do not work

I would just like to mention one small point: the replenishment of basic necessities (such as daily essentials) could be handled a bit more proactively rather than waiting for a request. A small improvement in this area would make the experience absolutely perfect. Other than that, I had a fantastic holiday. Many thanks to the entire team—I would happily recommend this hotel
- 1/5
If you need sleep, don’t stay here. It was so loud with the surrounding areas we couldn’t sleep until 4. The air didn’t work most of the time. It is not worth it.
- 1/5
This was one of the most frustrating stays we’ve had. There is no elevator—only three steep flights of stairs—and no assistance. Watching people with disabilities struggle up those stairs was honestly upsetting and raises serious safety concerns. The room was freezing, with no internet, no TV, and not even a blanket. After a long travel day, this was unacceptable. Even worse, there is no staff available at night. We called multiple times and were told to wait until morning. That is not hospitality. Despite all of this, when we requested a short late checkout, we were told we would need to pay extra. KASA runs multiple properties but seems to prioritize expansion over basic guest care and safety. It’s only a matter of time before someone gets hurt carrying luggage on those stairs. We received a $50 refund after repeated complaints, which does not reflect the severity of the issues. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
- 2/5
Pro: Can’t beat the location! Steps from the beach and complimentary lounge chairs were great.
- 5/5
There is nobody at the front desk Although they say they will Otherwise the location is perfect and the room is very well equipped Just use the virtual agent because the cleaning staff don’t speak English and don’t care
- 3/5
Rental was not as new or clean as photos. Had to call maintenance 1st day to repair broken or non working items. Hard to contact host. Cleanliness was an issue.
- 5/5
This hotel was pleasantly located on a very popular street of restaurants and near the beach/ocean drive. The price was reasonable, and they provided earplugs if you are bothered by the street noise. I found my room to be far enough from the noise to not bother me anyway. A nice little spot. Self check in was easy, parking was difficult and required using the valet
- 3/5
Pleasant
- 5/5
Clean room and Cold A/C ! Came with two beach chairs and a free bike ride for 2. Worth every penny! Will be coming back, or looking for a kasa wherever I travel
- 5/5
The one bedroom that I was in was behind a gated entrance, and tucked away a few steps from Espanola Way when the door was closed, we heard no noise from all the activity. It was perfect, and it was just two blocks from the beach with electric bikes, available and included his two lounge chairs and pool towels for each visit at the beach at no charge. Wonderful experience.
- 5/5
Great spot close to everything including the beach. Wifi was excellent and kitchen had most cooking essentials. No washer, dryer or dishwasher though. The unit and building is older but has a lot of charm. My unit faced a quiet street so noise mostly wasn't an issue. The building is on Espanola Way which is very lively sometimes up to 1am. The bedroom blinds are ok at blocking light. I would suggest the couch be replaced and a table added in front of the couch. Overall it was a great stay in a great area of South Beach.
- 4/5
No access to an elevator.
- 4/5
The room was clean and air conditioning worked well. It took a while to figure out where to leave our luggage. There was no one around in building one as we were informed. It took a while for the water in shower to get hot. There’s a Keurig coffee maker, kettle and fridge in the room. There were a couple bottles of water and a snack, but not sure if they were chargeable so we left them. All in all we were happy with our state as the location was perfect. We felt like we were in Europe.

Clean room with shower amenities and comfortable bed. Over all very pleasant

Location: This could not be more centrally located for Miami Beach. It literally overlooks Espanola Way where there are tons of restaurants and bars and ice cream places. You are two blocks from South Beach. There's great shopping two blocks in a different direction. You're one street over from all the gorgeous art deco buildings. There are parks located two blocks in yet another direction. You get the point--very accessible to all the fun stuff. I did not have a car for this trip and was able to either walk or Uber easily to any of the places I wanted to go. Room itself was very comfortable, nice size and well appointed. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. Despite being very close to the street where people are out and about til late hours, I did not experience any of that street noise in my room. Safety: You have a code to get into the building as well as into the room, so I always felt safe. Location also felt safe. Really good value for the price & would definitely stay again!

The room is cold ask for extra blankets and you will sleep comfortably. There is mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. Loved the little balcony at the second floor with access to all guests. I was able to walk back and forth to Ocean drive for partying

Hotel canceled our room within 24 hours of our reservation at the last moment. They supposedly had to maintain our room and a result our money was on hold for an entire week on the beginning of our vacation. The customer service team could not help us and wouldn't resolve the issue. I will never reserve this hotel again and I don't recommend it to anyone.
- 3/5
I didn’t like being required to do a full 3D face scan to check in. Cleanliness overall was good but some minor issues. Customer service was responsive when something was needed like towels etc. Overall a nice stay for the value.

Great location, average room conditions
- 3/5
The room was decently clean but dusty and clearly not deep cleaned. Water pressure in the rooms are awful and hot water takes nearly 10 minutes of running to finally warm up. The property itself was incredibly dirty and dingy, not surprising though given the old buildings. It just doesnt seem likes staff cares to maintain what is there. The location however was more than ideal. Restaraunts everywhere and the beach was less than a 10 minute walk away.
- 4/5
There's coffee maker but no cups to make coffee and the shower water temperature is not consistent it doesn’t stay warm. Everything else is great especially the location.

Great location as the street Espanol way is full of beautiful cuban and mexican restaurants .It is well lit with twinkling lights to set the holiday vibe
- 1/5
good location Checking process very misleading, ask you to pay non refundable deposit if you are not careful. Awful experience when checkin with rain, the pin pad don’t work
- 2.5/5
Very noisy( they provided earplugs) Could not get the TV to function. 24 hours later, someone showed up to help you needed to cast some arbitrary number in order to get the TV to function. All other rooms use their room number. The property offered luggage storage. On the website it told you to provide a text to a specific number when I did that. I received a text back saying that was not their function and referred to the website for how to get luggage storage.

- 5/5
Easy check-in and out, high quality space
- 5/5
I'll stay here again for sure! Room was small but perfectly designed, good a/c, plenty parking right outside, & live Irish music in cafe when i arrived. I didn't try the pool but its big & inviting, I just ran out of time. i loved it!
- 4/5
I would stay here again! What you want to know; have your phone charged and available for wifi or texting, to gain entrance easily. There is support via What's App, too. The street is very fun, exciting and offers much in the entertainment and food genres. It is also loud for many hours of the evening. I found that sleeping with my eye mask was helpful for the solitude and to keep out the light from the street (but I like a dark room) and I used the provided ear plugs. The building was clean, the suite was immaculate! Lovely bathroom, large enough closet and a safe, were all provided. A fun and safe place to stay.

No kitchen but they did have a microwave in lobby. Nice area so it was close to the beach and nearby areas. Close to eve try thing so Ubers weren’t bad

Everything about this property was great. Close to everything. If you don’t like noise make sure not to get a room that’s facing the street. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because the tv required streaming. No channels.

Love the location. The hostess responded promptly. Room was clean and stocked
- 4.5/5
Nice place close to the beach. Unique location in a area that has lots to do. Not a traditional hotel and was a cool experience. It was a clean room and modern, had waters and snacks on the dresser ready for us. We liked the online check in process, no standing in line or anything. Getting codes and just walking up to our room was awesome and i wish more places did this. no elevator, 3 flights and needing to bring up 2 50lb suitcases then 2 carry on cases taking 3 trips was not great. then 2 days later dragging them back down 3 flights of stairs. Also its a little noisy but over all wasn't bad,.

First the good: great location close to beach and numerous good restaurants. Then the bad: The most frustrating place we’ve ever stayed including other “virtual” hotels. They advertised a front desk person on staff from ?9 am- 7pm. Never saw a person there. We had 2 rooms. In one of them the shower leaked and water ran all the way to the sink. We used most of our towels to mop up the mess that was not only a slipping hazard but an electrocution risk if you used an electrical appliance. It continued to leak for 3 days. In the 3 days we were there no one came to address the problem but we were assured the team was on it. Extra towels were supposed to be available at the front desk but the cupboard was empty for all 3 days. We woke up the second day with itchy bites on our faces. Not sure what from but they weren’t there when we went to bed. We requested clean sheets and again were told the team was aware. I finally found a worker’s room with three employees who provided me with towels and clean sheets. The valet parking was a bit confusing but worked out fine with a little help finding it. I really think having an employee on site would have solved a lot of our frustrations.
- 1/5
Absolutely bad situation! I paid for my room and after 2 days the hotel (the computer system) cancelled my order! I tried another room and the cheapest room was more expensive than the one I booked before, which was much bigger and better equipped! I don't understand how in 2026 they can make such a business mistake!

I definitely won't be booking here again seeing as they should have at least compensated us a partial refund for insect infestations (that's a liability of any property owner to compensate their customers) and the unprofessionalism of staff not coming to the suite to check out and resolve the issue or even find a different lodging for us to stay at after the complaint.

We enjoyed a fantastic weekend in Kasa El Paseo. The hotel provided excellent service, a kind staff, and clean rooms.

Very responsive
- 5/5
The location is absolutely perfect. Sit on the balcony at night and people watch.
- 4/5
The location is great! Walking distance to shopping, dining, and the beach. The only con was that even though if you arrive early we were told we could leave our luggage and we kept texting and they kept assuring us someone would arrive soon to store our luggage, and no one arrived in an hour. We just went to one of the restaurants there with our luggage. The rooms are not cleaned if your stay is less than 4 nights. Even with this, I would stay here again.

Room was clean, the staff member we spoke to was very nice, location was great.

I loved my stay here! It was in the center of everything with food, drinks and the beach. They took the worry away from packing beach chairs, the shower recently renovated, even a Sleep sound machine. I felt VIP walking through the "way" and keying myself in. It is active in the area so don't come planning for quietness but I didn't encounter no excessive loud noises. Parking is BEST for the valet. Unless you plan to do a lot of driving out of the area, it's just hassle free. There is no elevator which may inconvenience some who pack heavy. I will gladly be returning! There is no elevator which may inconvenience some who pack heavy.
- 5/5
It was so great. The worst part was having to leave. The location is perfect.

Great location, clean room, and excellent service. I'll definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean room, and excellent service. I'll definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
In the middle of south beach, super close to the ocean Quite noisy at night but we didn’t mind it the first few nights because we were exhausted. The shops play loud music until about 2 AM
- 5/5
Room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed.
- 4/5
Clean, very comfortable, and quiet (other than a very sudden startling and loud noise every time the A/C kicked on). Communication was responsive. Only one chair in the room -- no other seating, other than the bed.
- 4/5
Great location, clean studio, bed was not comfortable, too hard for my taste. Overall good stay.
- 4/5
Really fantastic location. Clean, comfortable rooms with a great view of La Espanola Way. Street noise is considerable, but it was like white noise for us. Others may not feel that way. Hotel did provide ear plugs, lol.
- 4/5
Noisy area. No elevator. Sleeping for 4, but one small couch that seats 2
- 5/5
Highly recommend. We stay here every time we come to SB. It’s clean, quaint and is centrally located to everything.
- 5/5
Spotless hotel
- 4/5
Good location and very convenient, with relative value. Not expected and not liked visual check in, with a help at reception desk. Generally good.
- 5/5
great location nice rooms
- 4/5
The location is right on the pedestrian part of Espinola Way. It is loud until about midnight, but the noise is happy noise. Like, I was able to get to sleep and stay asleep to the sound of Italian music and people laughing. The hotel is in cool historic buildings that look like a art deco Spanish village. We were on the first floor in building 3. Miami is very humid; and you can feel it in the room. The rooms don't have chairs or many places to hang things. A couple of blocks from the beach; less than a 10 minute walk. There are chairs and beach towels included in the resort fee. The room was very damp. It didn't smell, but it was damp. A dehumidifier could be helpful. There is not daily cleaning at this hotel.
- 5/5
Same is fine! One more thing! The water in the shower not warm!!!!!
- 5/5
This place is amazing because it's literally in the middle of all the action! It's modern, clean and very walk friendly. Only thing is that because you are in the middle of the action, it's pretty loud. But i had no issues sleeping. I highly recommended this hotel unless you are sensitive to noises. Also. It's a little complicated to get in and out of the rooms because of all the codes you need to use lol.
- 4/5
Clean was good, some bad
- 4/5
Room was too cold, slept in our clothes, tv didn’t work and when maintenance fixed picture, no sound. Would love to give it another try when it wasn’t so cold outside. Would be awesome in 80 degree weather. Loved location.
- 3/5
The room was ok. However, the main entrance smells awful because the restaurant take their garbage out through that same entrance,
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable room.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Amenities had everything needed right down to umbrella that was needed during the stay. Location is also fantastic with all the food options and easy walk to beach!
- 5/5
Great location! The room was clean and spacious. The value was also great. Would recommend staying there…
- 4/5
no staff, no guidebooks, guides to Miami, Keurig coffee maker terrible, didnt work well, room was clean quiet comfortable, door locks with codes worked well
- 4/5
Overall exceeded expectations.
- 5/5
Excellent location, very clean, and nice facilities. Entry was a bit confusing initially, but everything else was great.
- 2/5
The location was prime, right in the heart of south beach by many restaurants and close to the beach The cleanliness was unacceptable. Kasa didn’t change our bed sheets before arriving and we had hairs and a wet spot in the sheets when we were sleeping our first night. We reached out and they said they only offered cleaning services every four days. Which is unheard of for a hotel and I’ve stayed at a lot of places.
- 4/5
Incredible location. A great value for the cost. Walking distance to the beach, Lincoln Road, tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, stores and cafes. Definitely worth what you pay. Very clean. Host was responsive.
- 5/5
Good time
- 4/5
The stay was an overall pleasant experience. Well located and the premises were nice and clean. The staff seemed nice in my brief encounters.
- 1/5
No elevator and room was on 3rd floor 😞
- 5/5
The location was perfect. The beds were so comfy!
- 5/5
Room was very clean. Bed m, very comfortable. Location is great. You can practically chill outside hotel and people watch. Great vibes from all the restaurants on the strip
- 5/5
Very nice rooms in an incredibly unique property. Being on
- 5/5
Clean room. Area nice. Close to beach. Staff semi unavailable
- 5/5
Very safe, once you get the codes down. Our room was quiet. No cable, you’ll have to broadcast from your phone. Perfect location!
- 4/5
Great location
- 5/5
Very clean, location is perfect. Easy access. My room was quiet(building 3) 10 feet from 10 different restaurants. Love staying here and is just as good every time. I’ve stayed all over Miami. This is as good as it gets for this price.
- 4/5
A very nice place, I especially liked the street where the hotel is located, it's very beautiful. The room was cozy and generally clean, there were a few hairs on the bathroom door, but the bed was clean. Easy and quick check-in. Another plus is that they provided separate beach towels.
- 3.5/5
It’s close to the beach They have everything online and even if you need something- like towels or sheets - you’ll be talking to AI, not a real person. Twice I very specifically asked to replace all towels and I never got it done right. No one was at the front desk, I was there twice (although it says there should be someone in specific hours)
- 5/5
The Management very professional, helpful and supportive. I appreciate your excellent communication with me. Thank you for your patience and empathy during my unexpected situation. I will definitely prefer to deal with your valued company/Boutique than any other hotels.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable and convenient!
- 2/5
There is no balcony, water problem did not get fixed. Could not take shower.
- 3/5
The location is superb right in the middle of the most vibrant area. However during our 6 day stay we had no house keeping visits and had to text the company for someone to empty bins and change towels. They state there is someone on reception during the daytime but on several visits to ask for house keeping I could not find anyone.
- 5/5
Room was clean and hotel had excellent location
- 5/5
Clean room, hotel is in a great location and very cozy.
- 4/5
Yes. No staff present.
- 3/5
The room was quite nice, and the location is convenient, but if they put you into one of the rooms along Española Way, be prepared that there will be incredibly loud music played until at least 2 AM every evening. South Beach has a lot of noisy hotels because it’s a party city, but this was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. It’s very surprising that they cannot work with the owners of the Italian restaurant below to get them to at least turn down their music after 12:00 or so.
- 3/5
No front desk person if you have questions. No elevator I had to drag my luggage up steps with a baby and stroller.
- 5/5
The room was super clean. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants. It could be noisy since we are in the middle of everything but the hotel provided eat plugs and noise canceling machines so it works great
- 4/5
Location was excellent. Right in the middle of the Espanola Way.
- 4/5
Kasa el Paseo was like an AirBnB or Vrbo experience but a twist better because of its awesome location. Parking is best is you plan ahead and leave your car at the 16th Street garage. Everything you need is accessible. The room was clean and comfortable, only thing missing...access to service, but not a big deal. Couid use a microwave in the room as well.
- 5/5
Beautiful space great location and very safe
- 5/5
Perfect for the two of us! Everything's so close
- 4/5
Staff communication was good
- 4/5
For price to money a good place to stay. Clean and convenient.
- 5/5
Great location near the beach. Plenty restaurant option immediately nearby
- 5/5
Clean historic style rooms. At times there are noises from the nearby restaurants and delivery trucks.
- 5/5
My stay at Kasa El Paseo was very satisfying. The location was perfect for me. I love Española Way—it has a wonderful European vibe, and on one street you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails, and ice cream. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away, and Lincoln Road is about a 15-minute walk, offering great shopping and dining options. My room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you!
- 2/5
Front desk services are non. We needed to go through the complicated IT processes to get in the front door. I saw the middle aged woman stack there for a hour. The room was small and dark. No mirrors in the room only in the bathroom. Woman needs mirrors and good light for makeup. No space for opening the luggage. No bar to hung towels.
- 5/5
We personally enjoyed the lively environment. The amenities were excellent, including discounts of 10–15% at participating restaurants on Española Way, complimentary beach towels, and one hour of free bicycle use. Parking is a notable drawback. On-site parking is available at $42 per night, and most nearby street parking is restricted to residents and subject to towing. We opted to book parking through the SpotHero app, about a 9–10 minute walk from the hotel, and paid $82 total for six days an excellent value. Overall, this was one of our favorite stays in Miami, and we highly recommend it.
- 3/5
Super noisy until 1 am every night. No staff, No elevator, No pool, I was there 4 nights and the room was never cleaned and no new towels. Had to hunt someone down to get towels and toilet paper.
- 5/5
Interesting place in great location. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Some street noise from nearby restaurants, but tolerable. But tolerable. Process of check in communication entirely via email and text took a little getting used to.
- 5/5
Amazing location and friendly service.
- 5/5
perfect, clean and good location ! I would back there
- 4/5
Great experience
- 5/5
Check in was easy because of the great communication. Took us a bit to find the place, but it wasnt a big deal. The area is beautiful and lively so we enjoyed the hunt ;) Levi greeted us and helped is with luggage. Very nice and welcoming. The room was perfect for the 4 of us. Very comfortable and location was perfect. We had a balcony with a view of Espanola way. The only thing is there were no elevators in our building, that was my fault for not checking. We had my elderly mother. Overall, great experience! I would love to come back with my Husband.
- 5/5
Will stay again
- 5/5
Sweet Location
- 2/5
While the room was clean and air-conditioned, the hotel did not meet expectations. First of all, it does not have an elevator, which I did not clearly see indicated before booking. Also, the hotel is on a super busy pedestrian street. It looks tranquil in the photographs, but at night, it is super loud and crowded. I was there on business and had to change hotels due to the noise. I notified the hotel that I was leaving and asked for a partial refund. The terms were non-refundable, but I hoped that, given the problems mentioned above, I could request a partial refund. The hotel refused. Just be aware of this before booking. I rarely leave a bad review, but this felt very disingenuous.
- 5/5
Terrific experience.
- 3/5
.
- 5/5
Great stay overall for a great price.
- 3/5
The bathroom flooded and no one came so we used the plunger to get the water down
- 5/5
Everything was clean and nice. The most exciting point was the location, very beautiful and vibrant with good accecc to everything. The staff were nice and helpful.
- 4/5
Noisy, but expected because of location. Enjoyed our stay of one night prior to cruise.
- 2/5
No communication regarding deposit. Door to hotel was faulty when I was entering code. Body wash was poor quality.
- 4/5
Nice room. Very easy. Great location.
- 4/5
There was a weird issue which was promptly resolved, but unfortunately I saw a cockroach in the room. Thankfully it was right before I was leaving otherwise I would not be able to sleep there. Otherwise everything was good. Service very responsive by text. I would probably stay here again but it would not be my first choice.

- 5/5
Great location…
- 5/5
Perfect
- 3/5
- 5/5
Loved every second of it.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Very good location, clean, easy, checking in and checking out.
- 1/5
The only positive experience was the girl who I talked to on the phone trying to find a staff member on site.
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 4/5
Room smelled musty
- 5/5
Clean and friendly
- 5/5
The room is clean and the location is top notch
- 5/5
Room was clean. Stag was friendly. No balcony. But if you like the night life this place is in the middle of it all..restaurants, clubs and easy 8 min walk to the beach.
- 5/5
Everything about
- 5/5
Large clean room overlooking the vibrant Espanola Way!
- 5/5
The location of this hotel is perfect. The room was very clean and available at check in accordingly. I would definitely come back. I strongly recommend it.
- 1/5
Absolutely disappointed with my room in building 3. The window is facing a narrow alley and a wall. A big trash can is placed outside the window. Buyer be aware. Service desk response was, "you are placed in a Kasa that matches the style you requested". Huh? The only style I requested was a queen bed room. Unacceptable accommodations for $200 a night. Stay away.
- 4/5
Great spot with lots of options near by. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Everything was really good. Not having cable tho threw me through a loop but we do live in the digital age. Soo plenty of work around and Chromecast was ready upon arrival. But other than that and contactless check in, normal lodging experience. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was Uber helpful. The only thing I noticed that was wrong was my fridge was missing the bottom shelf, but no big deal overall considering I didn't notice till the night before checkout. Bed was a frim soft Soo that was a pleasant surprise after a 22 hour drive. Pillows soft and big! Contactless check in was a different experience for me but Kasa made it easy and actually was super convenient. The $30 some dollar charge was another pleasant change over a normal hotel as I didnt have to worry about a hold being placed on my card for a deposit. Also loved the noise machine and complimentary ear plugs as we did stay right over a busy street full of night life but noise was manageable. Overall would recommend to others for a pleasant stay.
- 5/5
Nice location and clean. Enjoyed walking outside of property and having a lot of options for food and entertainment.
- 3/5
Parking
- 5/5
Yes very convenient where I was at
- 4/5
The 2 ladies I saw cleaning the whole building work very hard and take pride on cleaning everything. The balcony has exceptional views of the biggest tourist trap downstairs, its entertaining to watch tourists from the balcony.
- 5/5
Perfect
- 5/5
Had a great stay here only thing I had a slight issue with was the shower kinda drained slow and was not user friendly control's. other then that great place to stay loved the security features felt very safe.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, easy to get in and out to the city.
- 5/5
The room was a perfect size for a quick getaway. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. My husband and I would love to stay again!
- 4/5
AC was great. Nice large clean room. First time with coded doors and no hotel reception so that was a bit weird at first but good for privacy. Great location. Only saw staff once but they were helpful and friendly.
- 5/5
Room was good and the hotel is at the main hotspot
- 4/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 5/5
Clean room and great location !
- 4/5
Great
- 4/5
It was hard to get what I needed cus there's no front desk. I wanted to store my luggage because I got to miami early, but I had to find another third party storage place outside to do this. Everything else was great though, especially the location was great with lots to do around the area.
- 5/5
Services were promptly and efficient. No problems whatsoever!
- 5/5
Service was excellent and very responsive to all my questions. Will stay there again and will recommend family and friends. Felt very safe in the area.
- 1/5
The location is what keeps us staying at this property. The price /benefit factor is great
- 2/5
The overall experience was terrible. The noise from the bars and restaurants below is excessive and goes until 12:00-1:00 AM every night. It’s impossible to sleep. The safety and security of the building is bad - the staff leaves the emergency exit propped open and anyone can enter. Even after reporting the concern, the issue continued. I would not recommend the place.
- 5/5
Lesion the manager was amazing! Very accommodating! The room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable. We travel to Miami often and will definitely stay here again!
- 1/5
Room is in the 2nf floor of a restaurant that has very loud music every night. A/C wasn't cooling, mini fridge wasn't working and very expensive parking.
- 4/5
Room was clean & spacious. Had a fridge, coffee maker, tv, safe, iron & hair dryer. Enough wall outlets & usb outlets by the bed. Plenty of lighting. Bathroom was clean. Had big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap. Second floor of building 1 had a balcony & library/ sitting area w microwave. On the other hand, it can be a little confusing checking in. Everything is digital. They will text you a code to get into the building (they are 5 buildings in total) & a code for your room door. I did not see 1 employee during the 4 days I was there. On the first day, the toilet became backed up & I had to phone them for assistance since there are no employees on the property. They sent over someone & that was the only employee that I saw while I was there. There is no elevator. So if you are on the top floor like I was, be ready to carry all your luggage up & down 3 flights of stairs. Since you’re surrounded by restaurants & bars, be prepared for the noise. The music is loud & you will hear it till after 11pm. The hotel provides ear plugs & a white noise machine. I chose this hotel because it’s dog friendly, but they did not provide any dog bowls, beds or any dog supplies. At least fresh water in the lobby after coming in from the hot Miami heat.
- 5/5
The hotel itself is super clean, cozy, and full of character. It has that boutique feel with a modern touch. The staff was friendly, and everything felt safe and welcoming. It’s the perfect spot whether you're visiting for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean, stylish, and well-located place in Miami. I’ll definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
I enjoyed the self check-in and my room was comfortable.
- 5/5
Great location with fantastic restaurants all around. Easy walk to the beach
- 1/5
This place was like a virtual staff. We had to text or call if we needed something. First, we couldn’t use the TV because it wasn’t connecting to their WiFi. We had issues with the bathroom lighting. They flicked at first and then wouldn’t turn on until a minute later. The people above us would walk over our bedroom fixture and it would rattle and wake us up several times throughout the night. Called to complain about all 3 items and they said they had to get the onsite personnel to help but didn’t give an eta. We waited over an hour and decided to checkout a day early. Now they won’t credit us for that day we didn’t stay there. Oh, we got a text 2 days later and said that the lights were fixed. To late we left. VERY unhappy with that service.
- 5/5
Yes is a bit noise but the place have a great location and was clean
- 2/5
Had to call 911 on an overdose in the lobby. Hotel was not very reassuring with the efforts they took. Keep in mind, this is all because there is no on-site staff despite the claim that there is.
- 4/5
There was a window, not a good view. No staff on site, room was not 100% but not enough to complain. No kitchen available. There was a microwave in the common area.
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
Excellent! Year 4 of coming here. Thank you!
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Price was accurate for the property location was the best. Bachelor wise a good stay would not take wife or family.
- 5/5
Yes, everything as expected.
- 1/5
No elevators, no temperature control, very cold rooms, not the most comfortable bed and no extra comforters. This is a virtual hotel and no one to talk to explain anything. Terrible! Never again!
- 3/5
Zero staff. Only valet parking for $45 each day!? Took them a day and a half to come clean our toilet that was dirty when we showed up. Uncomfortable beds in my opinion. Wouldn't stay here again or recommend.
- 5/5
We loved the area it was in, great place to walk around and lots of food options!
- 5/5
Centrally located in the heart of everything South Beach! Could walk minutes to beach, shopping, food and more! The accommodations were spacious and clean. Will for sure stay again!
- 5/5
This location was perfect! The location was perfect, lots of food options, walking distance to beach, easy check in, cannot beat it. Will definitely be back!
- 3/5
It was fine staying here. I wouldn't stay again or recommend it for anyone carrying luggage or people that have mobility problems as there are only stairs to get to all the rooms.
- 2/5
The hotel and room was appropriately priced. I felt the room was nice size and clean and a value for the price. It is noisy since I was only on the 2nd floor just above bars and restaurants that were open past midnight on a weekday. My biggest complaint is the valet service they use. Aps Parking Service valet stated that they secure my car in a lot overnight. The first night they did. But the second day they did not and I prepaid the two day valet rate upfront. I’m able to gps my car from anywhere and it showed it was in the lot the first night. The second night I saw it parked on the street corner next to the Chinese restaurant I had dinner about 7pm. Then at 12:15 am I checked my car gps and it was still there! I was told they close at midnight so my car should not be parked on the street. I checked again at 4am and it showed my car on the street near my hotel. 3 hours before I asked to have it available to pickup. Because of this I will never stay at that hotel again because I don’t trust their services.
- 2/5
Good location but terrible smell in the room. Like smell of mold in the room.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable stay! Right in the heart of Española Way where our favorite cigar bar is located and a easy walk to the beach. Not far from stores and Walgreens as well which adds more convenience.
- 5/5
Brailin was really helpful, great location on Española way, cute, funky rooms.
- 5/5
Very good
- 4/5
Very nice
- 5/5
The property was exactly as described. Very conveniently located and it has great service. I strongly recommend it.
- 4/5
Great location, thins walls though! Earplugs help but don’t fix how loud it gets.
- 5/5
Great!!!
- 5/5
My stay at Kasa El Paseo in Miami Beach was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of South Beach with everything within walking distance, yet the property itself feels private, stylish, and welcoming. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed, and the blend of modern amenities with historic charm made it feel special. Every interaction with staff was friendly and professional, and I truly felt cared for during my entire stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely return the next time I’m in Miami Beach.
- 4/5
Place was ok not sure I would go back
- 5/5
Nice clean room. Area where property is located. was beautiful
- 5/5
I always stay here and it's my go to place.
- 5/5
Super clean, cozy and easily accessible
- 5/5
The location was great!
- 5/5
Very good hotel
- 3/5
The hotel had virtual front desk I asked for towels nobody showed up If I didn’t see the housekeeping cleaning another room I would not have towels The area around is very good!
- 1/5
The location was incredible. That's the only positive thing I can say about it. The room appeared clean until I turned on the lights next to the bed and I could see that it hasn't been dusted in a while. I don't know if I would stay there again, honestly. Pretty miserable experience.
- 4/5
If you’re looking to stay near South beach, this isn’t a bad option.
- 5/5
This place is amazing! It’s right in the middle of everything and there’s so many food options all around. All they need is an ice machine and they’re perfect!
- 5/5
Great place!!!! We will be back very soon!!!
- 5/5
Espanola way is the best street in Miami, awesome restraunts and a great vibe!!
- 5/5
If you are a looking to stay in Miami and is looking for good dining options, walkable stores and beach, this is the place! The hotel is very cozy and clean. The staff is friendly. Parking garage is nearby. Highly recommend it and I will certainly stay here again once I’m back in Miami.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean. Easy to get the hotel. Love ❤️ 💖 it
- 4/5
The location is very walkable to dining, shops and the beach. Checking in took a little longer just because there is no staff on the property. It is a lively area, so there is noise at almost all hours of the day/night. They did provide a noise machine in the room which came in handy.
- 5/5
very nice
- 2/5
The property is also in a noisy area. The room is clean and you can stay there if the noise won’t bother you. There was no one at the helpdesk on the property so it was really tough for me to get in touch with them and they did not respond to my messages on expedia.
- 5/5
The Location was central, check in was seamless, room was clean and was rich in culture.
- 5/5
I always stay here this is my 6th year. The location is amazing. The room is clean and no one bothers you at all, i rarely even see other guests. The only negative is they dont have a maid service so you have to ask for towels. But I will keep coming back.
- 5/5
Surprisingly quiet giving the location, but did also come with complimentary earplugs. Very clean! If checking in in the evening, get ready to walk through restaurants full of people dining outside. We had a hard time finding our ‘building’ number (there’s 4 different entry ways for the ‘buildings’ along the restaurant strip), so we had a gentleman from the first building show us the way. Building 7 was before Building 5 and the sign wasn’t very visible unless you come to the gate. If not wanting to use valet service, there is paid street parking available. Overall great experience and stay!
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay
- 4/5
The shower was dirty. No cups in the room. No staff available. Nice venue.
- 5/5
It was clean and easy to find. Check in was super easy and check out was easy as well.
- 5/5
Would definitely stay there again!!
- 5/5
Great area, excellent modern studio which was properly furnished along with great views, lots to do and unlimited dining options.

My only concern was that I absolutely can't lose my phone or let my phone die. Or I'd definitely have to write down the codes to get into the building and my room. Note to the establishment, a small remnant of termites did appear the second to last day of my stay. You should look into treating the wood. Overall it was a excellent stay! I would recommend.

Absolutely love staying at the El Paseo!!! This is my 4th time staying here and it’s always perfect!! I can’t wait to stay again!!! Perfect location!! Thank you for a great time!!

The hotel has beach access through the Boucher Brothers to provide beach chairs in a designated part of the beach. Note that this includes the chairs only and you pay separately for an umbrella. This hotel does not operate a staffed lobby but all the info is provided electronically and if you follow the instructions, you will be fine. The room was modern and clean. No issues whatsover. Parking is provided through a valet parking stand. They were helpful and quick to get the car. Again if you follow the instructions, you will have no trouble finding it. They have stands on the north and south ends of the pedestrian Espaniola Way. Some reviews complain about noise level. But we had no issues with it. It is a 3-storey hotel in the middle of an entertainment district - of course there will be some noise. We slept fine. I would use this hotel again and I highly recommend it.

We loved the location and the room was clean and comfy. I personally loved the decor as well. The only thing I didn't like was having to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor since there is no elevator.

Easy self service...great directions and instructions. With no.confusion. yes I would stay again

Close to restaurants, shops and beach.

Our rooms were clean, and mine was spacious with a lovely balcony. My friends and I were all very satisfied with our experience at this hotel. Also, all the information provided before and during our stay was complete and accurate. We’ll definitely be back!

1. The biggest feature, or issue, of this hotel is that there is minimal human interaction. I saw 0 hotel staff during my stay, the check-in was done online, and the only communication I had with the team was through text message, which makes this property more like an airbnb rather than a hotel. 2. Following up on that, on the first night I found my bed sheet was dirty (multiple stains on it), and I texted the team asking for changing the sheet. Rather than sending someone to my door, I was asked to find the replacement in my room or go to the lobby. Apparently, there wasn't any in my room, and I didn't find any bed sheet in the lobby (no staff there) neither. I had to sleep on a dirty sheet for two nights. Basic thing in most hotels is very difficult here. 3. The room is not very spacious, but it has everything you can find in other hotels. They provides beach towels and water kettle so you don't need to buy them. However, the bathroom design is bad as the water from the shower will ultimately go onto the floor. 4. This hotel is right next to the Espanola way, so you are steps away from good resturants, but also there will be lots of noise at night. I was lucky that my room is relatively far from the road and I could barely hear anything. The room also provides ear plugs. 5. This is one of the cheapest hotels at a very nice location on Miami beach, and I understand you get what you paid for, but there're a lot of improvements that can be made.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Room are very clean. Highly recommend.

We Went from a cruise ship to this hotel. Arrived about 9:00 AM which we knew was early. we thought we would be able stow our luggage, grab some towels, change and head to the beach. This hotel does not have any guess services available on site and we could not do any of the above. There is a phone number to call but I was disconnected twice. this pretty much ruined any plans we had to spend on the beach.

Good to stay in South beach

For the price, this has been one of the least value for money places I have ever stayed in my life! They try to get money from you for everything (cleaning, towels, late check out), they basically don't have employees to talk to and bad customer services. The facilities are poor, my shower and AC didn't work, a lot of cockroaches in the complex and the smell of the rooms were strong. Overall, bad experience and would never go back to this dump!

Nice place to stay great area for access to entertainment and food . I did not like the Chromecast option for the TVs. My husband is a senior citizen and he is not tech savvy if I wasn’t with him and he was just checking into the room by himself he might not have been able to watch TV all weekend . That’s unacceptable. Hotel management should be mindful of that . It was also difficult that the staff had communication issues. Two different people told me that they didn’t speak English . So they probably need to add some bilingual staffers for the people that speak English so that we can get our questions answered. That and also giving us a towel code, but two different times. I went for towels and they weren’t available. But overall, if it wasn’t for those things that need to be tweaked, I would stay again.

Terrible experience. Worse than a run down motel 6!!! Difficult to find building after i had to pay to park. Walked around blocks to get to our building. Code didnt work to get into building. Room ice cold. No way to warm it up. No extra blankets in room and nobody to bring us any. People screaming in hallway!! This is all just scratching the surface. I wouldve been better off sleeping in car!!

It is a great place to stay . Thank you so much.

I have never stayed in a hotel like this that doesn't have a key for the room. When I arrived I stood outside for long time until I saw a number on the door saying you should call and then I was told to fill out a form online and I even did Face ID (that I never use) after a long time they sent me a numbers via WhatsApp to enter the hotel and my room.I was lucky in 4 days my cell never died because there is no key you have to memorize 2 passwords or sleep on the street. It's really annoying and not practical. You are on vacation and the last thing you want to worry about is remembering numbers and seeing if your battery is running out. On my last night at 11pm my AC stopped working and the room was hot so I wrote several times and no one answered me until a while later they told me that I should change rooms at almost 1am. My room was a mess and I had to move everything to another room and the new room had a very loud motor noise on the wall every 5 minutes. I couldn't sleep also because the people in the next door arrived at 2:30am and started shouting in the hallway and partying in the room. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very well equipped, but the system doesn't work it really sucks to pay a lot of money and have to wait on the phone for someone to answer, as if we were doing the hotel a favor by staying there. The guests are very noisy and don't respect ppl, internet not good and you have to call, pillows have a hard seal that hurts your head.

Great stay went for my husbands 40th birthday 🎉 at night noise goes to like 2-3 am so they put a noise machine so that worked excellent! We loved the location and staff was very responsive ! Would stay again.

we stayed here for a night before boarding a cruise. extremely cute little hotel in a lovely area. many food options that are just a short walk away. room is small but was just enough for me and my bf. we would stay here again if visiting miami again.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the area is pretty neat. Many eateries and we walked to the beach. I was unaware there is no front desk when I booked but it worked out. There was some equipment there for construction while we were there.

It’s a good hotel the only critic I have they don’t have elevator. To carry heavy luggage’s on second floor is difficult.
- 4/5
I had an excellent stay. Staff was responsive. Conveniently located. Safe and clean. The street below is active all night long.
- 5/5
The hotel is not in a quiet area but the room is very clean and well kept. They provide ear plugs which is a kind gestures. The staff is not usually on property but they are very responsive and attentive. Would definitely choose stay there again in the future!

It was in a nice area. A great bed.
- 4/5
Lovely stay, was great to explore the area a bit and have food before our cruise the next day

An awesome location with lots of restaurants around and a 5 min walk to the beach. This place was clean and well organized (I liked a virtual concierge -- everything was communicated via text). However, if you want a quiet place, it ain't it -- with busy restaurants under the windows, the outside noise is there until well past midnight.

The deadbolt didn’t work and then there were a lot of people coming and going throughout the night in the hallway and in front of the building although the room was nice and clean it did not feel very secure and I was happy to move forward to somewhere else
- 4/5
I didn’t like the self check in or the fact there are no employees around to help you. I asked for an early check in and ended up not being able to get into my room until 2 hours after the check in time. They gave me a later check out for the inconvenience and then the code stopped working at 11 and I had to call customer service to get it unlocked remotely.

Excellent location and amenities for guests.

The room had cracked floor tiles, and the window blinds were broken and/or inoperable. When it rained, the window above our bed leaked and sprinkled water on our heads. Overall, Kasa exhibited poor service in making restitution, only offering us a $95 refund.

Good, but noisy until 1:30 am.

Easy to check in and clean!! I loved that place:)
- 5/5
Very cool virtual experience! Five minute walk to the beach, seconds from great restaurants and shops on Lincoln Road, minutes from Ocean Drive and South Beach Brewery!
- 5/5
My only issue was we paid 😊$135 for valet parking for our 3 night stay, but the hotel was cheaper than other ls that I saw so it balanced the price out. Parking is definitely an issue on the beach so having a valet was pricey but convenient. Definitely will be coming back
- 5/5
Great location! Just read the instruction its not rocket science for the check-in.
- 5/5
very cute and safe
- 5/5
The only thing I would have liked is for bath towels to be changed since we stayed a week.
- 3/5
If you need extra accommodations then don’t even bother asking the place. You are on your own! Location is prime other than that it’s an average stay for the price you pay. I wish I had stayed at hotel with customer services for the price I paid! Overall 3/5.

Had a very comfortable stay, no complaints, 5 stars all around.
