The other bad review I heard about was noise coming from the hallway or other rooms. It’s true you can hear others in the hallway really easily. And one night we could hear our neighbors’ discussions if we were near the wall where they were. (They weren’t excessively loud and weren’t playing music.) But being prepared for the worst, it wasn’t too bad and didn’t ruin our stay. The noise either didn’t last long or quieted down before too late. So that was fine. We were also on the fourth floor so I bet that helped. The hotel does seem to attract partiers and other types of groups, but there’s also lots of families. Overall, it was a fun, welcoming, lively place to stay, and I’d say a good value and worked for us. It was also pretty clean and everything was maintained pretty well, except the hallway on our floor was a little dated. It was a positive experience!

Space, cleanness, natural light The let out couch in the living room is very uncomfortable. There was more that one remote for the TV and one didn't wor. Other than that my stay was good. Thanks again for everything. I hope to stay again in the near future.

I was in town for a conference, and this hotel was a great choice. The location was very convenient and within walking distance of the event venue, which made everything really easy. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Location We had no AC, they brought us fans to cool our room off and we were made to move out of our room at 10:30 PM due to rain coming in our window and wedding, our beds and our belongings, including my jewelry and watch and phone charger.

El hotel en el exterior es muy lindo y bastante céntrico, la cama cómoda el cuarto enfriaba bien y el calentador de agua funcionaba bien. En algunas habitaciones tienen una pequeña cocina bastante práctica con microondas. A mi hijo se le quedaron unos audífonos llamo y se los guardaron a lo que regresábamos de un crucero, so me parece q el personal de servicio al cliente es atento (no interactúe mucho). Ahora bien, las instalaciones se ven viejas y sucias en cierto aspecto. El lavamanos, la regadera, las toallas, los pasillos y ascensores lucían sucios, se nota que el personal de limpieza no da lo mejor de sí. Deben modernizar las instalaciones. Reserve dejándome llevar por las reseñas pero en lo personal no me volvería a hospedar aqui. Estadía de 1 sola noche.

Excellent and cozy apartments. We stayed there as a group of four and were pleasantly surprised by the large king-size beds, as well as the complimentary coffee and tea every morning. The staff was very helpful — for example, we were allowed to leave our luggage in the storage room before check-in time. Truly an amazing value for money! There was nothing we didn’t like

I booked the Hotel Belleza for a business expo at the Miami Convention Center because the location was ideal. It also was one of the most affordable options - but I was prepared to accept that I'd get what I paid for. Boy was I wrong. The property is beautiful, the rooms are huge, the beds were heavenly...I could go on and on. The staff is so helpful and kind. And the coffee is amazing. I will definitely book here again!

I was there to attend a conference at the Miami Beach Convention Center which was right across the street. Walkable to the beach as well as restaurants and night life. The Miami Beach Botanical Gardens were also close by. There is no on site parking, but the Convention Center has a parking garage. The coffee and tea station in the morning were a nice way to start the day. Would definitely stay again!

The property was decent enough for a 1 night stay. The bed was very hard and my room was street level and up against a somewhat busy street and there were no blackout curtains , so it seemed like a got a lot of bright lights shining in while I was trying to sleep. It was, however pretty quiet for as close to the road as I was

they unnecessarily charges for dirty bed sheet that they suppose t clean . we went to at least 50 hotels , never saw this charge. they charged us 40 dollar

But ideal location if you are needing to be by convention center, it was across the street. Perfect for those of us that came to race Hyrox.

The kitchen was reasonable, we were able to cook meals. Realize there is no freezer. The hotel did have one washer and one dryer. The dryer kept stopping before clothes were actually dry. The beds were good. There was one TV in the room with two beds. The hotel was several blocks from the beach. The time we stayed had some type of horse jumping event going on at the beach directly in front of the hotel. Had to move down the beach a bit. There was a CVS pretty close for quick needs. There was a Publix within a mile. We had a fairly short walk to the Lincoln mall area for food and shopping. Hotel provided towels for the beach and required you to leave a room key with the front desk. Hotel provided secure area to keep luggage after checkout if flight was later in the day. Room cleaning always seemed to want to clean room in afternoon after we came back from the beach. Overall enjoyed our stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. The snacks available for purchase in lobby were convenient. Enjoyed Miami.

A staff tried to come into my room at 11:00pm luckily I had the lock on my door. #2 I paid for late check-out but was rushed out my room didn’t get to utilize what I paid for.

Everything was wonderful except for the window treatments. The sun came blasting in at 6:30a. Please, put a better blind or even some form of curtain. I get it, you're trying to maintain that "minimalist" style, but don't forego the main reason your guests are staying there, i.e., a comfortable nights rest!

I liked the location. The front desk staff were falling asleep or socializing with each other and seemed bothered to help.

The room with a kitchenette made it easy for me as a vegan to prepare my own meals. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the artwork throughout the hotel. There is a fire station in the vicinity so it was noisy at times. There was insufficient lighting in the sitting room and the futon/couch was uncomfortable to sit on. I did not really have a proper surface to work from. A desk with a chair would have been super helpful.

It seems to be an older building, but it has been well maintained and updated. The staff is exceedingly pleasant and helpful. There are some nice seating areas outside. They have enough items in the room for you to prepare meals, although the addition of one large pot would be helpful. I would have preferred to be a little farther south and closer to the beach, but I was aware of the distance when I booked. The difference in rates for Belleza compared to better-located hotels was significant enough that it trumped the distance. Only having one elevator for a hotel this size isn’t optimal. We usually had to take the stairs due to the wait. There is a park about a block away that you will pass going to and from the beach. It’s a little sketchy after dark, but that isn’t necessarily an issue to be attributed to the hotel. None of these issues would deter me from staying again.

We booked a 3 bedroom 2 bath suite. It was fine, but very basic. There weren’t enough seats for all 6 of us to sit and have drinks or eat together. The walls are paper thin. There are no lights in some of the bedrooms (very odd!). Towels were clean, but very old. The room seemed hollow and even our own voices were loud. It was a strange set up, but I guess we got what we paid for.

This property was clean and well cared for. Our room was very nice. It is within four blocks of the beach, so centrally located for that. It is quite far from restaurants, especially inexpensive restaurants, but we all enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was amazing. Hotel staff was super nice and very informative of the surrounding area. Rooms were spacious and clean. 5-10 mins walking distance from the beach and several restaurants. We will definitely be back the next time we cruise out of Miami.

I stay at this property every time I visit Miami. I love how close it is to walk to the beach, but also distant enough from the main attractions to gain peace.

Very clean and nicely updated for the obvious age of the property. The staff were very hospitable and made it a great stay! Very convenient to the convention center and only blocks away from great dining, convenience stores, and the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Nice property located across the street from the convention center. Rooms are clean and nicely done. Parking is a pain, but it's the area. I don't understand paying a $30 resort fee per day, as there are not any amenities on the property at all.

Went with a group of friends for a small bachelorette party. The staff was friendly and attentive. The location was great (walking distance to the beach!). It was so fun to have a little apartment so we didn't have to have separate rooms and could get ready together. We did get one sound warning (whoops!) but they were kind and reasonable.

The room was pretty spacious and the Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The beds were not very comfortable though.They were very springy and hard on the back

This is our second stay and we love this hotel. It is an easy walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Our room was large, clean, beds are comfortable. It was a great stay and we will be back.

Whilst the staff at the Belleza are very kind and it's a very affordable hotel, we were surprised on how dirty some areas of the hotel and even rooms were. There was visible dirt on the floors, most fixtures showed signs of heavy wear and the doors were a pain to open and close. We were also surprised by how strange the layout of the room was. We had gotten a room with two private bedrooms. However, right next to where we were sleeping (and where our heads were located) there was a frosted glass door sized pane which was connected to the next room. This meant that when they had their light on next door our room was absolutely bright. There was also a vent that connected our room to theirs which meant that if you spoke at a low tone, you could easily hear each other. They also had no storage in their room and had to come into our room anytime they had to change. I do want to say though that the location is great, and the staff, again, are extremely caring. I also like that there was free towel service and that they offered affordable snacks and beverages at the front desk.

Convenient location for the Convention Center activities plus near Collin’s Ave

Staying here before a 7-day cruise. It is close to a few restaurants I wanted to try. Next time I come to Miami I’ll almost certainly stay here

The room was a great location to the convention center however I wish the bathroom and shower were cleaner.

We have stayed here several times. Room is always very clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

We reached out to the front desk the first day due to not having hot water. We paid over $1200 for three nights and had no hot water. Our room had an almost unbearable mold smell. Even our clothes smelled of the mold once we got home. The room had a bed that sounded like it was going to collapse upon the slightest movement. On a positive note it was clean and in a convenient location. After departing I got a message from Orbitz asking if we needed late checkout. We checked out at 4:20 am that day so I don’t know what that is all about other than I sent a message to the hotel about my experience and hours later it appears they reported we hadn’t checked out. I don’t recommend staying here!

Close to thr beach at Miami Beach. Clean and comfortable.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. We rented a 2 bedroom suite, which had amazingly comfortable beds but the wall between the two rooms was frosted glass and an open vent meaning I could still hear my friend snoring and whenever she turned her bedside lamp on it lit up my room like daylight. A minor thing but worth noting. Brilliant in every other way.

It was clean and tidy and in walkable distance to the beach. We had interconnecting rooms for 5 adults with a small seating area and kitchen which was ideal for our requirements. We were very pleased with the hotel and the location.

The room was not at all what we saw in the pictures. This property and our room was extremely run down, knobs falling off the doors, very old and rusty furnishings.

We liked everything except no pool

Great hotel and area. The only negative complaint was there was no electric plug for the iron and ironing board that was built into the wall. Other than that, it was perfect!

Rooms larger than usual in south beach. Clean, comfortable and conveniently located to all amenities in the area. My go to hotel when I come down with my girlfriends fir our annual girls trip.

No parking on premise was difficult.

Boutique hotel about a 10 minute walk to the Miami Beach Convention Center. Room was clean and comfortable but TV would not turn on. The tech came and got it on, but then we couldn’t get it to turn off and had to turn down the volume and leave it on all night. Had to unplug it before we left. No ice machines. Otherwise a nice hotel in a good area.

This was my second time staying here & it confirms when I visit Miami this will be the ONLY hotel I stay at . It’s a prime serene location the decor is creative & eye opening ! My room felt like a condo !!! I love the staff they are warm friendly & welcoming! The only place for me ! Close to KITH & nightclubs off the busy strip.

Close to the convention center and easy access to the beach. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Front desk staff was friendly and checked us in a little early with no issues. Room was nice and spacious we booked for 6. No food service beside snacks, but ordering was easy, a little pricey but easy. Small kitchen set up with utensils and plates.

We were a group of 10 people and it was great for our purpose. Super close to the beach. Staff was friendly. They provide towels for the beach which is great! I would suggest it for Miami Beach.

Lovely gem. If you don’t need a pool, this is perfect in South Beach. Spacious suite. Clean. Just perfect.

The property is a little dated but clean. Easy walking distance to the convention center.

Great bang for your buck. No onsite parking, garage is about a 5min walk and $20/day. Beach and Ocean Dr. is about a 25min walk. Most food and dining is about 15min walk. Not bad but we were here during a storm so it was inconvenient.

Room 108 had a portable air conditioner. Although the room stayed cool, it was still connected to a hose to the window that was dirty. Also ice machine in the room with the laundry could be updated. It looks rusted inside.

Friendliest people in all of Miami! Staff was attentive and informative. Hotel was quiet and safe and walking distance from Botanical Gardens, Lincoln Mall and the Beach! Only critique is that the property could use updates to restrooms and kitchenettes.

The property was convenient for the price as we were coming down for a concert. Not a lot going on in that area but everything is in walkable distance. Parking was a pain. Have to park off premises in garages. The staff were friendly. The place is old and could use some updates specially in rooms. It has an intense fragrance smell throughout building. I literally could taste it. The tv in our room didn’t work. The AC thermostat didn’t work either. It was cool in room just at night were trying to make it colder. Stayed stuck in 73. The pillows are massive in the room. Not very comfortable.

I stayed at hotel belleza for my daughter’s 16th birthday we spent 4 days there. The house keepers didn’t clean the room the whole stay. The workers didn’t speak English wasn’t able to communicate with staff. They charged my card for bed sheets an towels. The chairs in the kitchen were broken down I almost fell on the floor. There’s no pool. All they provide is coffee a tea an they sell snacks which are over priced. Don’t waste ur money an stay at this hotel.

Close to everything, good place to stay before a cruise.

These are apartments converted to a hotel. Difficult to find, sign is behind a wall of bushes on a corner with lots of traffic. No parking available, not even street as that is for the apartments. Parking garages do not have in and out. Great for people who love to walk. South pointe is 2 miles away. Overall the place was spacious. There is only 1 tv, bedrooms don’t have TVs.
