    Overall, the hotel was well maintained, but there were a couple of maintenance issues in our room. The bathroom fan was not working, and the safe had a low battery warning. We reported both issues on the first day, but they were not fixed during our stay. I also wanted to mention the breakfast. We booked a hotel package that included continental breakfast. It included cereals, fruit, yogurt, pastries, cheese, and ham. Hot items, such as eggs, sausages, pancakes, or waffles, were available for an additional charge. The beach and beach service were good, although umbrellas also came at an extra cost.

    The hotel has a great location right on the beach with nice, very clean swimming pools. The rooms are small with low ceilings looked renovated with new flooring and decor. I didn't like the mini-bar in the rooms, where everything including the coffee maker and glasses is weighted. There's a small sign behind it stating that if you lift anything for 45 seconds, you will be charged for it. I understand alcohol could be an extra charge, but glasses, coffee maker and coffee? Also, on Expedia, it showed two queen beds and a chaise lounge chair, which I liked so I could sit and read instead of sitting on the bed. I was advised that all rooms with two queen beds come without a couch, only rooms with one king-size bed have a couch. Also only two free outdoor beach chairs and towels per room. If you have a family of four, you need to pay for additional items. Umbrellas and beach chair canopies are an extra charge too,plus resort fee $51

    “5 star” yea right I’ll say 3.5! Someone else panties was on my balcony when I arrived in my room, staff was “nice nasty” and over charge for simple stuff, so many misleading things dealing with that hotel. Over priced and not worth it! Fine somewhere else! The door men was amazing though! Love them!

    We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean, but it was the outstanding customer service that really stood out. We felt valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

    Someone I was traveling with has allergies and I requested a feather free room. I was also traveling with my puppy and requested the dog amenities because we were celebrating four birthdays, including his and I wanted it to be extra special. Not only wasn’t the room not feather free when we arrived, the guest started having an asthma attack. Took them hours to get to the room and switch out the pillows. Never got the dog amenities. Juan was great with my bags and brought me a refrigerator. My server at Donna Mare was also very good. I don’t remember her name.

    This is a beautiful hotel, has changing rooms to change if your leaving later, the room was comfortable, needed a little more cleaning. Loved the 2 outdoor pools, has a small hottub. The coffee shop adjoining the hotel was amazing w good coffee. The staff was super helpful, we enjoyed the complementary bikes.

    Good location and nice pool with an adults only section. 1.) The breakfast you pay for is only continental breakfast which is basically bread and ham and cheese. This isn’t made clear when booking with booking.com and you’re not made aware at check in. When we got our breakfast the first morning we were made as if we were stealing food and they were going to charge us I believe $18 per person per night for some eggs and sausages. We then witnessed every morning the staff hounding the other people! Not worth it! 2.) When we checked in they checked us into a room right next to the elevator shaft and everyone the elevator went up you could hear it. You could also hear the door squeak open every time. We check in very late and had to go down at around midnight to be moved to a different room. I don’t even understand how that can be a room? Surely everyone must complain. 3.) When you go to the beach in order to have an umbrella we had to pay I think $25! This is ridiculous as we are guests of the hotel and you should not have to pay for an umbrella! 4.) Considering we were visiting Miami in the USA there was a lot of Spanish being used in the hotel and sometimes it was hard to understand the staff.

    The hotel is really nice, walking distance to the beach, good restaurant and nice pool. The bad thing, the valet parking was supposedly full and we had to park on the street. The concierge said it was okay to leave the car there overnight and we got a ticket. Besides that everything else was good.

    In a room that had a terrific view of the garbage cans and construction site outside my window. Noise was intolerable. I asked To be moved right away but they said they could Not because the rooms were taken. It was Mother’s Day. Anyhow, we moved the next day and room was much nicer. But, if I didn’t complain, stay would have been horrendous.

    - The upgraded room had a broken refrigerator. Maintenance confirmed it was broken and later delivered a large freestanding refrigerator, but there were no cold drinks available. When we asked for ice or chilled wine, we were given a plastic bag of ice and told there was no cold wine available despite a full bar on the premises. - At checkout we were charged the resort fee and taxes. I informed staff these had already been paid, and was told to contact Expedia.

    The stay was very disappointing. The room felt damp and dirty from the moment we arrived. The shower door didn’t close properly due to crooked glass, which is actually dangerous — if you don’t realize how to handle it, it could easily break and cause injury. The bathroom doors were swollen and damaged from moisture. We specifically paid for an ocean view room, but instead got a side balcony with just a tiny glimpse of the ocean. What we mostly saw was the trash area and laundry facilities — definitely not what we expected or paid for. Overall, not worth the money and far from the advertised experience.

    Property was pretty good. However, it was very visible that people of color did not receive the same service as others. Requested an upgraded room and was told that they were sold out only to find out that was a lie. In addition, we had a late check out due to a late flight. Spoke with someone the night before checkout and was informed we could pay $150 to stay until 6pm but needed to go to the front desk the next morning. We did as told only for them to tell my husband that we had until 1 as the late checkout with no fee but $150 fee would be applied only to stay until 3pm after speaking with someone else.

    The pool chairs and staff are lovely. As well as beach chairs. So comfortable. Restaurant by pool was delicious. As was dining room- Donna Mare. Overall, the staff was excellent, amenities good. I would think about staying again.

    We stayed a few years back while the hotel was undergoing renovations ie..the pool was completely under construction. We were anxious to go back to see how it turned out and we were 10/10 pleased! We loved everything about it and cannot wait to go back! The staff is wonderful!

    Well, I’m gonna start with the staff. They’re all so friendly and great. When it’s called the Marriott Cadillac 1940s it’s because it was built in the 1940s. We had a penthouse or the 13th floor which they’d rather not call it room with a huge deck attached to. It appeared very nice, but there was lots wrong with the room very old has not been taken care of well. Two elevators lead to the main tower. One of them went bad for a day they were able to get it fixed feasibly fast. We had an evacuation one night at 3 o’clock in the morning and then the alarm kept going off for another hour and a half. I woke up the following morning after a storm to water leaking in my closet. My clothes got wet shoes got wet. I had to move to another room, which was much smaller not what I paid for. They did comp me $300 for the night but in reality it did not cover my aggravation. I’d love to go back not sure I will. the people are really great.

    The location - noise day and night due to a kind of generator (impossible to sleep the first night). - old bathdroom - beach view? Room close to the street. Go to the balcony (with the noice) and curb your body to see the beach near a new building under construction. - bed no comfortable. - no towels available at the beach at 4:30 (they are supposed to close at 6) - you need to pay an extra USD 45 for pool and beach amenities even if you are not using them…

    Poor experience during check-in. Bad first impression on arrival to the hotel with Valet parking ignoring us and refusing to take the car due to "lack of space" but proceeded to take next car in line. Had to park 3 blocks away and walk with luggage. Access to main lobby is not family-friendly, very difficult to enter with a stroller and small kids, even suffered small accident with kid felt on floor at the entrance door. Room quality was average (significant wear/usage) and a bit pricy but nice partial ocean view. Overall, hotel facilities and location are good for adults but not recommended for family with young children.

    Terrible experience. Hotel is old and falling apart. At check in, room type reserved was unavailable. No valet parking available as advertised, was sent circling around for an hour to end up at a sketchy decrepit lot. Rooms are tiny and furniture is old and doesn’t fit. Surfaces dirty. Light switches don’t work. No mini fridge. Shower water pressure a pathetic dribble. Unusable. Lobby dingy with no carpet. Not all staff helpful and not efficient. Beach staff friendly. Can hear construction all day. Don’t be fooled by nice pictures online, one of the most problematic uncomfortable hotels ever, numerous inconveniences and problems that had to chase solving the entire stay. Hotel rooms and entire building need a major upgrade. Extremely unpleasant experience, do not go to this hotel

    She’s a bit old. The refrigerator and coffee maker in my room didn’t work, but they refunded my resort fee. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool but the air conditioning unit or something were so noisy we kept the door shut and hardly used it.

    Cadillac Hotel is a perfect place. Once you arrive and step inside the staff can’t do enough to make you feel at home. The grounds include two pools including one for adults. The outside is like a tropical paradise. Rooms are very comfortable and housekeeping is great.

When we asked hotel to help us they were rude and wrote us off. They really could not have cared less! They gave us a 50 day resort fee credit after visiting the front desk 4 times in 2 days kindly asking for assistance! We were so kind and they were RUDE and unprofessional. We work very hard and that was a much needed vacation. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere on Collins Ave. We loved Eden ROC and Fountainbleau What has happened to manners and kindness!!

    I picked the Cadillac because my stay is usually top-tier. I have stayed here on at least five separate occasions. As always, the staff at the reception, pool bar, adult pool area and beach were great. Shoutout to Chris and Dillion on the beach and reception who sent a bottle of Prosecco up to the room in celebration of my daughter’s birthday. However small things occurred which were not typical, There was a mystery stain on the fabric at the foot of the bed frame that I was able to get out with several wipes. The AC was very loud, the grill was full of dust and missing a slat. One of the drapes on the window was filthy and the mini bar was either locked or jammed. The staff member who bought my suitcases up was pleasant, but he asked me if I needed anything else and I told him that a robe was missing that I’d like extra waters and sugar for tea and I needed a price menu for the mini bar (before I realized it was jammed), but he never returned with any of those items. I did eventually call down to reception (the next day) who sent up the waters and robe pretty quickly, I never was given the mini bar menu but we were never quite able to get the bar open and that’s even after having a staff member try to assist. I noticed an empty container for the complimentary nail file and there was no ice machine in the designated room. I really do like to stay here so I hoping this review is helpful!

    The price definitely doesn’t match the property. Rooms are clean but the upholstery is not, stains on the bed fabric and chaise. Somewhat outdated when it comes to the rooms. The bartenders were awesome but drinks are pricey $30 for 1 margarita w/ mezcal. Location was ok as we Uber where we need to go. They do give you access to bikes which was a plus. Very kid friendly place so if your a couple it might not be ideal so much.

    I prepaid for a room with a balcony and oceanciew (have a pucture of the reservation) when i got to the hotel they didn't give me a room with a balcony even after showing them the picture and they blamed it on hotela.com. No problem we took the room and they asked for a cresit card for incodentals and charged $2100 on the card. No problem. They next day they added another $3500 on the card and they denied they did it. Had the manager speak with my bank then she apologized and said it will be taken care of. It never happened. When i left i got a receipt that everything was paid. The next day i still had the $3500 on my card and now hthey added anothe r $1800. Today is 48 hrs agter departure, now i got an email saying i did not prepay for the reservation. I just sent them a receipt of the payment. We are dealing either with crooks or incompetent people not sure which ones yet. What a ridiculous experience.

    Beach and Pool area and the restaurant and bar were also excellent. We arrived from London Heathrow at 8.30 pm only to be told that there had been a mix up and our room as not ready until 11.30 pm (5 am in the morning for us). When we got in to our room it was not the standard we had booked but much lower. We had booked a King Ocean front with balcony which we did not get.

Each time we did speak to someone at the front desk. we had to re-explain our situation – whether it be that we were waiting for the correct room and was it ready yet, or that our toilet had already broken once and was now again not functioning. Of all of the places I have stayed on Miami Beach this would not be one I would return to. If a friend asked for a recommendation, I would 100% NOT recommend the Cadillac Beach Club. There were some good things about the hotel but the bad outweigh the good

    The property was beautiful! The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. The beach was very peaceful and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here. Gervin at the front desk was very helpful!

    Supervisor day of our check in was rude/condescending. Shower did not work the night of our stay, we could not shower before dinner. No valet or parking on site - I had to park offsite and pay $75. Hotel did their best to help offset the cost but very inconvenient having to walk 2 blocks to drop/pick up car. I requested late check out, least I got that. Elevators take a bit so be patient with them. Other than that - the trip was ok. Do not suggest unfortunately and we were really looking forward to staying with Cadillac.

    Run fast, with your credit card. Expedia says its $48 at the hotel, its $150 hold plus $48...then if you are a lucky winning and as The Cadillac explains, because of AI in their system you get an additional $274....then for a bonus round challenge they charge you again for your stay for $376. Oscar told us it was "just holds", no Oscar they are officially charges now to my account. Had a 1 night stay, at the hotel less than 24 hours, in total with Expedia and Cadillac, i paid over $1100, when I only owed $500 to just Expedia. Don't give the Cadillac your card!!!

    Bartender Jen at the lobby bar was incredible. Battery on my entry door died every day and I continually had to go back-and-forth to the front desk to get maintenance to come let me in my room. One of the elevators was broken so to top it all off I had to walk up and down a flight of stairs if I didn’t wanna wait 15 to 20 minutes when we got there the first night our room was not available until after midnight. Staff at the front desk we’re very rude and although I’m not sure who’s problem it was the lobby was full of upset clients and they weren’t making it any better .

    The night we arrived our room was not available until 12:30 PM. Manager was very rude. Lobby was full of people with the same situation. As for a late checkout following day in the most they could accommodate was 12 PM. Second elevator was broken the entire time we were there so you had to wait 10 minutes or more for an elevator every time you need to go back up to the room.

    Access to the beach I called ahead of time to let them know we were arriving later days before because we had a late flight.     There is a droning sound 24/7 from either a broken AC system on the property or the property next door. Definitely noisier than a regular AC system, made it impossible to open the balcony door, or stay anywhere close to the hotel including pool, beach area or bar - I had to walk 5 minutes away in order not to hear it anymore. They sent me an email to talk about it but never followed up. They also have open trash cans without lids or even just plastic bags in bathrooms, so not suitable for people who get periods. Maybe they want people to flush their products?

    No housekeeping was provided at all. The room was not cleaned, towels were not replaced, and bedding was not changed, despite multiple phone calls throughout the day and evening. We were repeatedly told someone would come, but no one ever did. By late night, the bed was still dirty and unusable, and the front desk was often unreachable. This is not acceptable for a hotel at this price level. Clean bedding and basic housekeeping are minimum expectations, not optional services. I strongly recommend that customers do NOT book here.

    Unfortunately, due to a delayed flight, we arrived around 9 PM and were given a low-floor room where the ocean was almost completely blocked by palm trees. This was not the ocean view I paid for or promised. When I brought it up to the front desk, I was told all higher floors were already occupied. A guest should not lose the room category they reserved and paid extra for simply because their flight was delayed—something completely outside their control. It was especially disappointing because I wanted to give my wife a beautiful, special birthday stay with a spectacular view, and instead the experience fell short. The hotel itself is nice, but this situation really affected our trip. I hope management improves how they handle room assignments, especially for guests who book early and pay for specific room categories.

    Overall the stay was great. The space is kept up well and the amenities are modern. Our room wasn't serviced the first night but once we told the staff they were all very kind and apologetic. The pool, beach access and restaurants were all great. Will def stay again.

    This hotel had a lot of bang for the buck. The location was great, the rooms were wonderful and the pools were amazing. The exceptional part of this hotel is the staff, Sebastian and Paul at the pool, Ishmael at the bar created amazing cocktails and Ty the manager was great. I can’t wait to come back.

    They went above and beyond to make sure my mom had an unforgettable time! ❤️ It was her 70th birthday trip, and they surprised her with a card written in Polish, a beautiful cake delivered to the room, and Prosecco. I was genuinely impressed by their kindness and attention to detail. My mom was blown away and said she felt truly special.     The ocean view was not as clear as i would have liked it to be, but it wasn't bad either, beautiful palm trees helped the view to be not so bad, the hotel was very clean, the hospitality was awesome, from the front desk to the valet, the rooms dont have refrigerators, but you can request one, as well as a microwave. The only problem i had was they ignored the do not disturb, I had the dont disturb light on and when we came back they had put two childrens beach bags in the room, it was the last day but we hadn't checked out yet.when it was told to the front desk during checkout they said that they would talk to them about it, but who knows what they did about it . But overall its a beautiful hotel, I would stay there again.

    The fact that everything was closed early. Whether it be the pool or the lawn chairs with the umbrella i paid for. Really felt that i could relax for an extended period of time. You pay all this money and can't enjoy it. It's a nice place and the staff are friendly but would have taken my money elsewhere had i known.

    The check I process was easy and they got us in an upgraded room quickly. Loved there were two pools. Staff was attentive but not overly. Lots of places for shade. Beach was so easy to access. Elevators were very busy around breakfast. Ice maker was broken but they delivered ice to the room. Comfortable bed. Loud kids in the hallway just one morning (didn't love that. It was busy with kids compared to other places in Miami I've stayed at). Hot but small shower. On site breakfast was awesome!

    Very nice location pretty much clean, but the customer service there is horrible. Front desk attendance are not polite at all. Got there at 4 o’clock at the check-in time and was told I couldn’t check in until after four because it’s only the process that starts at four. Not 100% sure what that means but the gentleman was very rude about it. Sat in the lobby till 5 o’clock because the rooms weren’t ready.

    Ocean front room was very nice. It was quiet and clean. The balcony was separate from other balconies so there was no privacy issues. Staff was very frendly and helpful. Hotel is 20 minutes from the airport. Good hotel.

    We were impressed with the staff’s attentiveness and friendliness. The grounds are well kept. Enjoyed the food at the tiki bar. Love the adult only pool and pool with water spouts for guests of all ages. The beach was within walkable distance. We dined for breakfast and enjoyed the menu choices and variety. Our bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable.

    The place was very nice, recently stayed there, and the rooms were neat, the rooms were a bit smaller than expected, but it was nice. The location was great, and access to the 2 pools, beach club and beach was fantastic, that alone was a big selling point for me. The place was a bit dated compared to other hotels, but I didn't mind that so much, the staff was very attentive made up for it. I would recommend the place to someone seeking a more quiet experience.

    The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly but nothing I was overly wowed with. We stayed a week and had a few issues (all which were resolved quickly and pleasantly) but it totalled a lot by the end of the trip. Our AC went out, our safe wouldn’t open, the iron stopped working, the buzzing, the ice machine was broken on our floor, the wifi kept cutting out and the tv’s casting function didn’t work. Overall, it was okay but not worth the price.

    The Cadillac hotel was just fantastic! Wonderful service, easy check in and out service. Very beautiful hotel, they have a wonderful, relaxing pool area to enjoy with your family, then off to the side near the cabana is 21+ pool area where they also provide massage services. They also had a fine dining restaurant in side of the hotel as well where they have the best food, breakfast, lunch & dinner. My experience at the Cadillac hotel was wonderful. 10/10

    I had paid extra for a premium, upgraded oceanfront balcony room, but when I arrived, I was placed on the lowest floor with a view blocked by bushes and palm trees. The view barely allowed me to see the ocean. When I requested a room change, I was told that nothing else was available for the night, but they promised I would be moved the next day. I never received a call to confirm the room change, and when I followed up at 4:00 pm, I was told to leave my number for a call back. That call never came, so I had to follow up myself, only to be told that no room change was possible. At this point, I contacted Expedia to request a refund for the upgraded charge, as I didn’t receive what I paid for. After they contacted the hotel, I was invited to view two available rooms. However, I was just told 30 minutes prior that there were no available rooms. When I saw the alternative room options, I was honestly disgusted by the state of the rooms—especially given that I was checking out the next morning at 6:30 pm, I chose to just keep quiet and get through the night.     The people who take care of the luggages near the entrance are friendly and courteous. Some of the reception people were also very kind. The room was supposed to be 100% ocenview but the room that we had was fill of palm trees view with about 25% of the ocean view. The AC went off and on making the room either too cold or too hot. The television didn’t work getting stuck in between the movies. Above allthis autograph collection hotel was not upto the expections. Will never come again.

    Excellent stay! The amenities are amazing. The staff was really nice. For awareness, the rooms that aren’t suites don’t have mini fridges for food storage but it can be provided on request at no additional cost. Also the rooms don’t have microwaves. Despite those small details, the stay was incredible and the resort fee is worth the amenities provided.

    The property is beautiful. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. My room stayed extremely cold. The AC was broken. They did send help but the fix was temporary and the AC ran on 63 degrees the entire stay. We froze. Guest services allowed me to call numerous times with no answer. The hotel food is mid. There are resort fees on the food and beverages on each bill in addition to the daily resort fee charged at check in.

    After booking my trip and reading the reviews, I really became concerned that maybe I made the wrong choice. But I will say that it exceeded my expectations. I didn’t have any issues with my AC and the service was really good. I’ve seen that a lot of hotels on South Beach. It’s nice if you’re looking for a little bit more of a chill vibe less people, you don’t have to fight for a spot by the pool, unlike other hotels like Eden Roc. The outside area was very nice. The condition of the interior rooms is very similar to other older hotels on South Beach so if you’ve ever stayed at the Shelborne, or any of those other hotels, you’ll notice they all have a certain musk because I think it’s the constant dampness not much they can do other than remodel. The only thing I will note that was weird compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at, it seemed as if I was the only American in the whole entire hotel. There was a strong European presence. But The service was very friendly outside of the bartender in the lobby.

    The second item was that the tires for my bike were a little flat. Lastly, when I went to take a shower, the bathroom seemed like it was getting flooded. Thankfully, the whole room was tile, and I switched to the small moveable shower head helping the water to reside, but cause of me to take more time to shower. The people were really nice, the hotel and amenities were great, but those were my experiences which made the hotel good instead of great

    The property is beautiful but be aware the parking is approximately $50 a night, there’s a $45 per day resort fee and the hotel charges $150 a day deposit. I paid approximately an additional $1000 at checkin. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and their grounds are basically spotless. They need to upgrade their wifi, it lagged continuously.

    Did not like the experience at all, the hotel looks old and dirty. When we got there around 5:30 the day of checkin, we had to wait for the room because it wasn’t ready when check in was supposed to be at 4pm. They didng clean our room until the third day of being there after several requests. The valet parking is a mess, they asked to call 30 min before leaving the hotel in order for them to have our car ready, we missed my husband’s birthday dinner because we called 30mins before coming down and we waited about an hour for them to bring the car to us while we were melting in that heat. Not coming back, definitely going somewhere else where I can pay the same price or less for a better service.

    Property is great location I enjoyed with family. Issues I had was A/C not the best and hotel management did resolve the issue by waiving fees. Another issue was the pool wasn’t clean. Pool seemed dirty and many other families complained about it. Finally I didn’t have access to fridge so had to empty the mini bar fridge to use for my kids to place snacks and water. Overall was decent but as a traveler I wouldn’t go to same place in Miami.

    Rooms lack funcionality. No furniture for storing clothes. A really small vabimet size of a nightstand and hanging closet in a room with 2 beds. Meanwhile, there is a long counter with empty space underneath that could have been utilized as a dresser. I had to keep my clothes in my luggage. Used the nightstand for my kids clothes. Dogs in the restaurant and pool are definitely a no no.

    We planned a quick romantic birthday weekend, but unfortunately, it didn’t turn out as expected. At check-in, the resort informed us that the room we booked through Expedia was not available and that the photos shown online were "incorrect." Instead of the oceanfront room we reserved, we were given a small corner room with barely a partial ocean view—mainly overlooking an unloading zone. Very disappointing, especially for a special occasion. The hotel did attempt to make it up to us by offering a different room with a “better” view, but that meant downgrading to a double queen room—not the experience we paid for. To make matters worse, the room had multiple issues: the TV didn’t work, the internet was down, and the air conditioning was non-functional. Overall, a frustrating and underwhelming stay. We feel misled by the booking and let down by the property. This is not what we expected for the price or the occasion.

    Staff at registration was lovely but the room had problems: no shower curtain, knob controlling the water flow in the shower was lying on the side of the tub rather than connected, and coffee maker didn't work. Everything was fixed, but... Valet parking is $50/night AND the wait for your car can be as much as 50 min, although they estimate much less.

    Hotel stay was overall good. Staff was courteous. First night, the AC didn’t work but they got it repaired the next day. Room was clean but their TV service sucks. The tv kept freezing up every other minute. Seems like this was an overall hotel thing and just not in our room. The beds were too soft for my preference causing my back to hurt. Fitness center can definitely use an upgrade. The cardio equipment is old and no machine weights. Ideal thing to do when the hotel renovated the fitness center is get rid of a few cardio machines and make space for a multi gym along with new dumbbells and benches. Pool area is nice and the pastry place was really good. Plenty of dining options within walking distance and easy access to the beach.

    We understand that there are sometimes unforeseen circumstances. However, the situation would have been far less aggravating if they had just been honest from the start. Why didn’t they just offer the lesser room hours before? Or they could have explained the delay could be quite long. I suppose it could have been worse, as they were relocating some guests to another hotel all together, not on the beach. The room view wasn’t really of the pool and never cooled below 75. Property itself could be great if they can fix these issues. Nice room and onsite restaurant

    Room was not ready when we arrived at 4:30 pm finally got it around 7 pm. The property is old or it appears wormed out. The bath tub had scratches. There was no shower curtain so the bathroom was messy. There was 1 set of cream and sugar. The pool had dirty suds and no one cared to clean it. Since the room was not ready they told me they will not charge property fee but they still did. Had to keep calling to reach someone in the reception to solve this finally someone answered and wanted me to send this in email so they can review. This was quite inconvenient. Eventually they waived the fee. They failed to be an autograph collection hotel. Overall there are other option in the area which would have been better for us.

    Not impressed. Once room was ready then everyone comes to get their room keys and results in long line and long wait. TV kept going in and out. AC in room would not cool below 73 degrees. Alarm clock was set by previous guest and woke us up way too early. Bungalow had good food and drinks. We had been there a couple times before but it is starting to look a bit worn out and run down.
