They refused to check me in I'm goddess on earth our worlds Queen and Deputy chief of safety everyone knows who I am and would love if you could credit it to my booking so use for where I'm at currently. County certified properly run and family sense and feel of home. They are illegal in keeping money and then using you who is owned by my future hedge fund the vanguard group as there corporate girl to pierce and hide under whole they operate illegal tender practice through subsidiaries such as you. I canceled right away at front desk and was in flight of safety from an attack all credible and contacting channel 7 news right now

Fast check in but they wonderful hospitality. Text messages to fix certain things.And when you remind them to get a little , but it leaves , it gets done. Can't eat inside the rooms, but it very chill outside so yeah.

I liked the chill lounge indoors! Nice and cool! The beds were very hard. The door and locker were very loud, so party people you could hear very good. No kitchen. Not so cozy. The people were creepy. I am in an other hostel now which is so much better.

Great location!! Large 6 Bed Dorm rooms. Pretty clean. I'd stay again. 6 bed room was too small so I switched to 8 bed. Way bigger.

Was an amazing stay. The location just near the Lincoln Road and the beach, the host were very kind and helpful too!

I stayed in this hostel on different occasions. This time, someone stole my suitcase from the luggage room. A police report was filed and incident was reported to the management. The managent says they do not have security cameras in the luggage room and cannot identify who took my suitcase.

Very good position, steps away from the beach and from Lincoln Road mall. Beds were comfortable. Not noisy at night Cleaning needs an improvement, especially in toilets. Too cold in the rooms. No bed linen, just a blanket. Small and inconvenient to use lockers. Water in the shower was cold. Price was ok, but still too much for what you get

When I checked out, I had left my driver's license at the front desk by accident. Being out of state, and not wanting to spend the money to replace it, I sent them a self addressed stamped envelope for them to send it to me but it was returned for some reason. Weeks now later, I called and spoke with Gabrielle. I explained the situation and asked if she minded if I sent another of the same but attention to her, to make sure it wasn't returned. She said yes. A couple more weeks pass and I make another phone call to them. This time I am told that there is a note in the drawer from the manager, Josie I believe her name is, stating that my license was on the way via the USPS and it should be there in a few days. About a week later I received my license in the mail. The manager even sent it to me via certified mail to ensure I got it! Thank you Gabrielle and thank you to the manager!

Mattress not that comfortable, not even free coffee. Every bunk should have its own light.

Only location No curtains, wall plugs didn’t work and sheets were never changed. WiFi was the most horrible I’ve ever experienced and If it rains you’re obligated to go inside as there is not even a square foot of cover in front of the building, basically no place to hang out since the indoor hang out area closes at 8 or 9 pm. You can sit in front of the bar where there are only 2 high tops.

I stayed at this hostel for a week and overall had a great experience. The location is one of the best parts — there are lots of restaurants nearby and it’s just a 5-minute walk from the beach its also very close to Ocean Drive and other iconic spots in South Beach. Public transportation in the area is excellent and very affordable, which made getting around super easy as well. The hostel is a great place if you want to meet people from all over the world, as it has a really friendly vibe and they organize activities to help guests socialize. Housekeeping was excellent — everything was always clean and well maintained. I also really appreciated that they provide towels and beach chairs to take to the beach, which was such a nice touch. Most of the staff were kind and helpful. However, one of the receptionists wasn’t very friendly, not only with me but also with other guests who had similar experiences. Despite that, I would still recommend this hostel for its location, atmosphere, and overall comfort.

Location: Perfectly positioned for easy access to local amenities. Beach: Situated in close proximity to the sea. The room lacks curtains for added privacy. The Wi-Fi connection is very unreliable and sometimes doesn't work at all.

I had a great stay at Bed n Drinks hostel, I can’t complain about the price it was well worth it and very affordable! The new bartender was nice and the staff was friendly to me. I only stayed 3 nights so it was the perfect place to stay in that time. Met some very friendly roommates and I felt safe in the hostel and around the area! I’d definitely stay there again traveling solo as a woman.

Because i have a Florida ID they said i couldn't stay there. I did not get a refund after i booked it. Nowhere i saw said they don't allow people with Florida identification stay there. Im upset because they took the money and i didn't get a refund. I only tried to book for 2 nights, because I was coming back to Miami. Im going to follow up by emailing corporate. Its not alot of money, but its my money. Im sure the place is fine but i feel i got ripped off. Thanks.

The property don’t have an elevator I had to drag my bags to the second floor ! It’s no privacy at all in the room ! The locker don’t comes with locks ! It’s not large enough to fit 2 luggage inside!

Lots of hidden charges that doubled my original price. Washer and dryer prices 4 times than advertised. A smoke detector that chirped for three days every 30 seconds night and day. Can’t recommend this place. Lots of other places to go.

Pretty cool! When booking another stay (extending) the checking out from 11 to 3pm is inconvenience and awkward but that's their policy. It is a hassle and breaks up your work day with distractions when you work remotely. That's the only thing I would change

The place have a very good location, and is close to everything. The bar is very nice and you can listen very nice Deep House Music. I LOVE IT

I had a room with 6 females, didnt sleep at all due to.ome of the ladies repacking her belingings with the lights on and making noise throwing out paper bags and junk until a little past midnight, she was Also was talking loudly with the young girls in the room without any empathy that othera had to sleep.Also a 2nd female was sick and coughing and blowing her nose tlll morning. I only stayed to 6am and went to the beach to sleep.

I booked this place because my traveling partner arrived later then me and I needed a place to hold my bag and drink…drinks were delicious by the way…the roll was pretty warm and hand a bad smell. The other girls were nice but ofcourse even if I was planning to stay I would’ve been super unhappy because only top bunks were available! That doesn’t work for me. Other then that it was a great place to hold my bags and no one bothered my belongings.

Beds n' Drinks Hostel was not high on my list, but that was quite to be changed after a 9 day stay. It was simply marvelous. The cleanliness of the place, the breakfast and the staff, who listened and solved issues ... even to change funds to catch the Airport Bus. All the best Beds n' Drinks Hostel.

On a positive note, there were no roaches or bedbugs, the location was great, half the staff were super friendly, there was a great vegan restaurant right next door, and I felt safe; sadly, it was not what it advertised in other areas. Suffice to say that it should be called 'just beds' because there are no bars on site, and the breakfast was a paper bag with a granola bar, yogurt and instant oatmeal pack. Regardless, I enjoyed my stay :)

our check in took over an hour in line. the reception was completely disorganized, but I understand that is because they were under construction. the attendants very lost and confused, even with reservations made through this site. they charge 20 dollars as a deposit, guarantee the return at the end, but I've been back more than 10 days and the amount still hasn't been refunded.

La estadía no estuvo tan mala, un lugar impío, aunque si deberían tener un poco más de implementos al momento de entregar las llaves solo nos dieron una para 5 y es difícil mantener en grupo, y si hay tanta gente en los check in - out al menos tener más personal para que el que esté no esté de grosero con los clientes porque no tiene mucho tiempo. El señor en la recepción muy impaciente cuando su labor es atención al cliente. Gracias

I do not recommend it to anyone, especially if you are coming alone, never choose.They claimed that I did not pay the fee even though I bought it through hotels.com and demanded money from me again. When I said I wouldn't give it, they told me to check-out or they would call the police. I have never seen such a rude and problematic receptionist. I had to call 911 for the first time in my life because I doubted my safety. Anyone with a mind should stay away from this hostel.

I didn’t like anything about this place , everybody was coughing , sick , smoking drugs , rolling weed , drinking on the facility , prostitution on the facility , guests bringing in strangers on the facility , very rare to get a cleaning lady to mop or sweep everybody was sick and they packed every room while the delta varian had gone up

For my surprise the beds were very comfortable to sleep on. This place is very nice and is in the middle of everything. Walking distance to everywhere.

They over charged me when i checked in, and they never came to clean the room or change any of the sheets. We booked a private room, and was charged for a private room but then told us that we where actually a public room and never gave us new towels until we paid for them. Overall very disappointed with the experience

I did like the location of this hostel. Close to the beach and shopping. And they do give breakfast in the morning which is yogurt and a granola bar. The staff is nice, but overall this place needs some serious work.

There were no "drinks" to be had even though bars were open around the block. Someone played music until late and i didnt want to be rude and drown it out with my rain sounds. Took 1 hour and 47 minutes to check in. I ended up missing a party at the Botanical Garden before a concert. I was very upset and disappointed.

The main issue with this hotel is the rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, incompetent manager. The owners of this hotel are a disgrace to hire someone like has a manager. She yells at customers. She yells this is my hotel when it is not. She is just a manager. When i asked for the owners contact information. She told me she would not give it to me. If i have a problem i can only speak to her. I told her she was the problem and she told me if she felt it was a concern she would send them an email. I am sure she was not going to tell them I complained about her.

Nice place! Walk to beach, convention center, food, & shopping! Bus from MIA stops nearby too! Note: they don't take cash for the city tourist taxes. If you just want a place to sleep & shower without lots of expense, check this one out!

Worse experience at hostel I ever had!Front desk guys assisted every person like 25-30 minutes!And they very unprofessional they gave you key but you still waiting for the blanket bs they just don’t think what what they do!Their system works very slow as well!Room very dirty an in shower was cockroachs!There is stay many mature people who snoring at night and you can’t sleep at all!

I want to be as fair as I can with this review. I do not usually stay in hostels, this was my second time staying in a hostel. I did not like it because people were always going in and out of the room throughout the night and I did not get any sleep.

This hostel was just a few blocks away from the convention center where the event was held. This hostel is also just a few blocks away from the beach, a few restaurants and shopping areas. I am a 42 yr old woman that travels solo frequently. The place was relatively clean, the beds comfortable enough and there is a cute little kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. There's also a device that dispenses hot and cold water. This was perfect for my tea in the morning. There's a party like atmosphere with lots of loud music downstairs but this did not disturb things upstairs in the room. I stayed in the 8 bed dorm room. 8 women sharing bathroom facilities was challenging but everyone was considerate. The free Wi-Fi worked very well. I was able to use my work laptop and watch a movie on Netflix. Nobody was rude to me and nobody bothered me. would stay here again next time I come to this convention.

Its a nice place to stay for the price you pay, its not a hotel so u should know that you will share the bedroom with more ppl that you dont know, but the experience its interesting

I just stayed at BEDS and DRINKS for the 2nd time , the place is simply amazing , and the staff is always friendly and willing to provide a good service . Gotta love them !

Disgusting experience, cockroaches all over the place, lobby played bass music until 2 AM and in room we didn’t get any sleep before that time, poor bedding set, hair dryer didn’t work, rude staff. Horrible.

The manager is low class fraud falsified documents, very unprofessional, she isn’t reasonable and goes by hearsay no proof, Nats everywhere, illegally tries to video tape people, invading privacy ( specially me im copy written), they discriminate, the manager speaks ill about guests, they need new management, unorganized , and liars ,filthy bathrooms, filthy patio, old building full of leaks, irresponsible staff, beds are a joke, disgusting, HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND, people steal, the staff steals, there are cops there once a week. Very highly unprofessional. It’s a circus .it has mold, they barely clean properly, I recommend any other hostel. The staff is uneducated. Place is going to go through a class action law suit.

breakfast is included: fruit, yogurt, toast or bagel, peanut butter and jelly plus oatmeal, coffee or tea. So it a great start for your day. They also have a bar in the lobby so if you do not wish to go anywhere, you can perfectly stay there meeting international roomates.

The service is very good. The location of the hostel is amazing, it’s close to everything. Alexandra was great, she’s very friendly.

I can honestly say that I have no complaints. They made my first trip to Miami and my first Hostel stay one to remember!

Horrible experience! Very expensive, dirty and there was drug and alcohol use widely open. Others knocking on the door in the middle of the night. Definitely NOT a place to rest.

Overall a great experience. I was a bit scared since it was my first time staying at a hostel but I was placed in an all girls room and had a locker to place all my valuables.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff are lovely, the location is great and the hostel conditions are really good. The only issue was with the AC. The room was absolutely freezing when the AC was on, when it was turned off the room got really stuffy and we couldn’t open the windows and we weren’t able to control the AC ourselves and had to get a member of staff to keep turning it on and off for us. Overall the stay was excellent and I would definitely stay here again.
