The place was clean and staff were helpful. This place is low key, older and the price point it was great and economical for Miami. This isn’t a 5 star hotel so don’t expect the ritz; No bugs, no sketchy people,No pool, just a place to lay your head. Close to beach, a few bars and CVS. The staff communicated well and I would go back. Thank you for making my stay relaxing and great.

This place is very old. The rooms are smelly the carpet in rooms are dirty and sticky. Employees are only there a short time of the day. The fire alarm went off in the building and it took forever to for it to get shut off. Woke us up in the middle of the night.

Location is perfect if you want to visit Miami attractions.

Truly enjoyed my stay here - the size of the room was huge! Love having a kitchenette too. The best part was the customer service - it was like having a virtual concierge at all times, you could just text them when you have any questions or issues. Great location too, there's a Walgreens and CVS around the corner and short walk to the beach. Highly recommended! The staff are so attentive.

Ideal location for beach goers, we were able to walk to and from the beach without any issues. It’s close enough to south beach to enjoy the scene but far away enough that you get to unwind and chill out. The staff were attentive and would check in via message throughout our stay to make sure all our needs were met.

Was right near the beach and convenience stores (cvs 1 block, Walgreens 2 blocks). Loved the easy check in process. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and responsive. Property is old, very dirty i.e. Could not see through the windows they were so filthy, carpet was stained and dirty, bugs in bed, water damage on walls, smelled like bleach and cleaning chemicals all the time.....

The on site staff was very helpful as well as the 24/7 chat service. The beds were very comfortable. Very close walking distance to the beach. Kitchenette was also nice to have.

Location No real person n at hotel- door lock was loose. Too many text messages prior to stay. Didn’t like staying on first floor near rear courtyard.

Nos encantó que todo está súper accesible desde donde queda la hostelería. Súper silencioso , un plus para descansar si vas plan reuniones y descanso. Porque puedes hacer de todo afuera y cuando llegas tienes un lugar donde descansar. Os habían dicho que no había parking cerca , pero para nuestra sorpresa frente a la propiedad hay 5 espacios y siempre estuvieron disponibles. Volveremos

The double room is good for two people or a solo. The beds are small.

The location was perfect, especially if you don't want to be in South Beach. It was just a block from the beach and was very easy to travel to and from. They also let me check in early and check out late to help me with my flight schedule! The mini fridge in the room was also very helpful. I wish there was a microwave in my room, but there was one in the lobby that guests could use!

The room was clean and well-maintained, which is always my top priority when booking. The bed was very comfortable, and everything felt tidy upon arrival. The air conditioning worked great—definitely important in Miami’s heat—and kept the room cool the entire stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and they were helpful whenever I had questions. A couple of things to keep in mind: this is more of a no-frills hotel, so don’t expect luxury amenities. However, for the price and location, it gets the job done well. It’s a good option if you plan to be out exploring most of the day and just need a clean, comfortable place to rest.

This hotel is good if you’re looking for a quick vacation. If you have friends that have pools then this this is perfect. It’s right near shops and near Miami Beach.

The room was spacious, the beds were big and comfortable. There are shops and restaurants in the close proximity. There was a high level of humidity in the room. The windows were covered with condensation, and there was a noticeable damp smell in the air.

Ripped dirty carpet. Yellow towels. AC makes periodic loud noises every 2 minutes, wakes you up.

It was a good value for the quality Hallways were dirty, no staff to ask questions, basic room supplies and shower sprayed water all over bathroom

This hotel has great potential, location and staff are great. Hygiene could use a lot more focus, the room and bathroom have not been deep cleaned in a while. The bathroom had insects and humans waste all over the toilet and walls. I went to CVS and got some disinfectants and cleaned it thats how I know it was human waste. Additionally it seems that there's a black mold problem in the bathroom. The toilet paper and as unclean. The hotel staff has been understanding and accomodating by giving me my cleaning fees back but my vacation was really affected since I had to clean.

Nettes Personal. Zimmer ok. Geruch nach Putzmittel im Eingangsbereich schrecklich. Flur schrecklich. Bilder sind nicht aktuell. Das einzig Gute ist die Lage des Hotels.

Relatively easy to access though the intersection it is at is very busy. Friendly staff and a comfortable clean room, can't ask for much more. The A/C worked good and the WiFi was decent too.

Todo súper con la habitación para mi hno y para mi. Oscar me ayudó bastante cuando necesite algo. El self check-in ayudó mucho por mis horarios y el personal fue muy atento. Súper cerca a la playa y también a restaurantes.

- Best staff! Very friendly and responsive management and customer service team. They checked-in with me everyday to ask if I needed anything via text. The front desk is available 9am-4pm everyday, but the property management is available by phone/text message 24 hours/7 days - shoutout to Dani and Manam for exceptional service! - Very safe, convenient location in Mid-Beach. Two blocks from the beach, 1 block from the bus and trolley stop, 1 block from CVS Pharmacy - Access codes to enter the building and the room - Refrigerator inside the room - Allowed for early check-in/late check-out when available - Lots of outlets in the room - Large room with clean and comfortable bed and lots of TV channels - Air conditioner was nice - No daily housekeeping (but, they gave me the access code to the storage room if I needed clean towels, soap, toilet paper) - Slow WiFi connection - was not great for video conference calls/remote work (but, I had good cellular service and used my personal hotspot to connect) - Air conditioner stopped working for only 20 minutes (but, the Property Management responded immediately and was resolved very quickly - very much appreciated) - 1st floor room and view of the street (but, I was fine with keeping my curtains closed the entire stay)
