Great sleep and rest breakfast update needed

The price and the pool The breakfast was horrible the only thing good with the waffles.. they had some dried up cereal they had some nasty juice and they had bread you could toast and then the Texas Waffle you can make. I was very disappointed in the breakfast I give that a 2 out of 10. Then next would be the TVs. The TVs are horrible you don't know what channel to go to then you have to manually put it in every channel just to change it nothing good on not even regular TV nothing to watch and hard to even get a channel to come in clearly..

For our 35th wedding anniversary, my husband and I were hoping for an unforgettable getaway, and the SureStay definitely delivered—just not in the way we expected! We were apparently upgraded to the 'Indoor Swamp' suite. The room came complete with a robust, artisanal mildew aroma and fully water-saturated carpets that provided a delightful squish with every single step. Who needs to visit the wetlands when you can just walk barefoot to the bathroom? If you’ve ever wanted to experience the great outdoors while remaining firmly indoors, this is the place for you. We’ll certainly never forget this anniversary!

Bathroom was clean. No proper breakfast, the coffee was cold. No pillows on bed only small cushion like pillows. The linen was not clean. The room was having bad smell.

It was in a good location and room was clean. Room was clean although when I pulled back the curtain I saw a roach and another one up on the top of the wall. They came in and sprayed and didn’t see any more after that. They didn’t offer me anything so we will not be booking there anymore.

Its cozy but sort of strange as well, nobody is ever there and the prices are always high no deals on this spot ever, when it should be deals seeing how no one goes there..and their not to friendly with the customer service neither.. Breakfast wasn't much and the juice they had ruined my insides smh. It was sort of noisy all night and the tub kept making noises that part kept me up all night it was good for what i needed it for anyways but it isn't a place I'll go stay to sleep in because it was very annoying all night long smh..

I thought the price was great for the location however I was wrong That it smelled bad and the complementary breakfast was trash! At 7:30am mind you breakfast started at 6am by 7:30 there was cold eggs cereal and toast with NO TOASTER! the pool was open but the hot tub was not working and had thick green stuff on top and trash in it mind you the pool was clean make it make sense! Never again!!!

I picked this room because of the jacuzzi, but it was a comfortable room otherwise with a nice king bed. There were no instructions on how to turn the jets on the tub, but I figured it out after a couple of minutes and it felt really good after exerting myself earlier in the day.

Didn't use the hot tub, too small for my wife and I. Facility over all was ok. There were empty vending machine. Overall it served it's purpose for an over night stay. Definitely over priced for what's there though.

Did not connect to wifi. Had to switch rooms 2x due to rooms being dirty. First room had what i hoped was chocolate on couch and stains on bed sheets. Second room also had stains on bedsheets and sticky stains on nightstand. Breakfast was cereal, waffles and eggs with juice or coffee.

Parking was secure. Hot tub was nothing like the pictures it was missing two buttons it had hair in it and mold.

Just breakfast preparation and mattressses

No one working front lobby, TV not working, hair dryer not working, hot tub outside was filthy, pool was full of leaves, bathroom door knob/lock broken.

We had to turn the air conditioning on high and keep the bathroom exhaust fan running all night. I even placed towels under the main door to try to block the smell because it was so strong. The odor gave me a headache, upset my stomach, and made me feel dizzy throughout the night. As a result, it was very difficult to sleep.

The not so good things ….. the hotel is pretty dated; the TV remote was confusing; TV wasn’t very big; the breakfast was pretty bad. The coffee was very watered down, not much was left to eat for the breakfast at 8:30 am. It was very disappointing. The staff is friendly enough. I would probably not go back again.

Quite The complimentary breakfast was highly disappointing and very misleading. The food choices offered are toast and cereal only. The drink choices are water or coffee. When a hotel facility advertises complimentary breakfast this consists of a variety of hot and cold food items and beverages. If the hotel facilities only serve certain foods and drinks that should be included in their summary of the property this will allow the guests decide if the facility is suitable for their needs when traveling. I certainly would not recommend this hotel to others based on the lack of honesty for a complimentary breakfast.

The bed was comfy, microwave & fridge were clean, tub & bathroom were in good shape, the Texas shaped waffles that you make yourself were an unexpected plus. The hotel is very ducked off behind other businesses which could be a plus & a minus, depending on what you're doing lol Housekeeping didn't empty the trash or check towels, the air freshener all throughout the hotel was way too strong, not sure if they were trying to cover up a smell or something, TV channel selection sucked, one of the sofa cushions look kinda grody that I didn't want to touch it.

Perfect location for our stay

First they had the incorrect reservations. I waited 30 minutes to get it corrected. Hot tub was VERY small and was missing the knobs to turn it on and off.

Even with the GPS telling you, you have arrived all I see is Bank of America. This hotel needs to add to ad Hotel not visible from street go behind Bank of America. I asked girl at front if she knew the area enough tell me which way to Dallas. She did not know, so back to my GPS. But doing nothing when it's not busy why not educate the attendants of what is around them.

Everything was very nice. The only thing is that the Jacuzzi did not work but the hot tub portion was wonderful. Water was good and hot. I didn't bother management about it because it was my birthday weekend and I did not have time to request a room change.

My jetted tub leaked every time I filled it up. I brought my own cleaner for it as well, thank god. It was insanely filthy. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked and my floor was covered in water when I got back to the room. Just terrible.

It's a wonderful place to stay, Especially in the summer and I love the Jacuzzi room they aren't that much more expensive to get and very relaxing....

There was a roach on the coffee maker, the panels on front of spa tub were falling off, all of the drawers on the dresser were askew, no bedspread on bed, pillows were TINY. At midnight the people in the room above us were still running back and forth and banging (sounded like kids).

I rented a room with a Jacuzzi tub and it was broken. There was no office chair only a table this was a VERY dank and disappointing.

The room was not clean. We arrived over two hours after the orignal check in time to be told that the room was not clean and to come back in 30 minutes. We came back 30 minutes later and walked into the room having burn black marks in the carpet. The nightstand drawer had tabacco shavings in and there was an eletrical problem in the bathroom. We tried to use the tv remote and it didnt work. We left for supper and told the front desk about the tv issue and he said he would fix it. When we got back it was not fixed. The staff knocked on our door and took the remote. We never got a remote the rest of the stay. The bathroom also had a plumbing issue of not flushing. The staff was extremely rude when i came back in from my shift at night while my girlfriend had the key to the room. They as well only gave us one key to the room. The towels had stains on them. The shower curtian had stains and there was bugs. The walls had holes in them and overall the place reeked. I will never stay in this hotel again and I will never reccommend this hotel. The surrounding area of the hotel is unsafe. The outdoor pool and hot tub that we were told we could use was not clean it was green with trash floating around.

The people next to me was loud and when I was outside getting something I noticed the people staying in the room next to me had there window open unloading stuff and putting it in the room through there window . Was a run down motel and owners didn’t care about the kind of people staying there .

No one at front desk upon arrival. Room had area for a couch but no couch. No chair in the room at all even though its a 2 queen bed room. Huge nasty dark stain on carpet in front of sink. A live roach in the toilet/tub area. The entire hotel smelled awful. Thankfully we were in late and out early. Will not stay here again.

This was the poorest excuse for breakfast as I’ve ever seen!! …coffee machine only gave coffee that looked like weak tea—mild was sour—must have used same milk for waffles -horrible & not eatable—no danish, fruit or anything else. So we went to McDonalds. Will N O T stay here ever again!

I booked this hotel for two nights because my daughter had an out of town softball tournament. We left after one night. The carpet was damp and stained, near the AC unit it was soaking wet, there were what looked like blood stains on the floor, holes in the bathroom door, the couch had stains and the fabric was torn. I let the front desk know about all of this so that I did not get charged for any of the damage and they didn’t seem to care too much.

Budget hotel/motel that is a good spot primarily for travelers en route and need a bed to crash. They have complimentary breakfast which is great. Staff is friendly. Very basic otherwise but a steal for the price.

The service was amazing but the hotel hallway smelled horrible and the room smelled moldy and i think it's because the jacuzzi tub in the living room was leaking.

It was affordable. Front desk young lady (Ashley)needs a little help in the customer service area as she was not welcoming just very dry. The sofa bed made my son itchy so he slept on the bed with us. We slept very crowded.

The property was clean and quiet. The staff was very willing to help. The only thing i did not like was the skimpy breakfast. What they had was okay, but not any choices of anything but waffles, sausages, eggs, coffee, and juice. The food preparers were very friendly.

First, I reserved a room well in advance with 2 queen beds for me and my adult son. When I arrived, they said they didn't have anything but a single bed available. I showed them the confirmation of the type room that was reserved and they said well we don't have one of those available. What good is a reservation if they don't keep the reservation? There were several other issues. There was no blanket or comforter on the bed - only a single sheet to use as cover. The shower head was broken and had to be used as handheld. Our room was very noisy. Patrons were loud in the hallway and someone banged on our door in the wee hours of the morning and ran. We probably both slept less than two hours total the whole night. Finally, the next morning we went to the continental breakfast that the front desk worker told us would be from 6-9, but there was no coffee or food put out at any time so there was no continental breakfast. Several other patrons were also quite irritated about this. Based on our experience, I do not recommend this hotel.

Out on the street at midnight during a thunderstorm with 4 kids, and the manager with a Napoleon complex hiding in the corner wouldn't look me in the eye as he called me "childish" for being upset. Cops tried to talk him out of it, but told me this guy does this often and that he is extremely petty. And then, in front of the cops, the manager (Kuran) called his company to tell them not to let me book at their other locations! I can't believe this was even legal.

There was no comforter on the bed. The landscaper was blowing tree braches in and under my car while I was sitting in it. SMH I called the front desk 5 times and there was no one there to assist me. They had no food or juice for breakfast only eggs and waffle mix at 7 a.m. They refused to put more out.

Room features consist of scratched microwave, table has a large sticker and wasnt completely removed. Bed has no blanket on it and curtains are disgusting with black stains/mold.

Everything was great. The only thing is the blonde chick at the desk is a real stick in the mud. They should find someone with some sort of personality to work the front desk.

They didnt have any blankets. The fouch wasnt fold out. The man that made breakfast was very rude saying ill make a little but thats it I dont cook no more after COVID. Phine didnt work. Overall a not great experience

Pillows were flat not inviting to sleep on. An office chair in the corner stained badly, Sofa uneven and dingy One of the Nightstands red stain in front of it on the carpet Ac unit side of the bed the carpet was soaked. Mattress medium not hard not soft. The young lady with blonde hair at the desk was very friendly and asked if i needed anything, she was awesome Everything else could have been way better But i only needed the room briefly. Hopefully ill be back and furniture will be updated

In the middle of the night, something or someone created a mini-flood that soaked the carpet in the first floor hallway and the water went under the doors and walls into some of the rooms. My bathroom had standing water this morning and carpet inside the door area was wet. Management was aware but I made sure to speak with the person at the check-in counter when I was checking out to make sure they knew there was standing water on the bathroom floor in my room so that someone didn't go in, slip and fall. I was surprised that the facility was listed with a 3 star rating.

Everything was nice. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The desk attendants were friendly and pleasant. I was there 5 nights and have no complaints. The breakfast was also satisfying.

Wanted to charge me 25 dollars to check in 30 minutes early so I drove around and came back

Really the only complaint we had was the bathtub had not been thoroughly cleaned. When my husband got in the shower, there was a used washcloth hanging over the shower curtain rod from the previous guest. After that I felt like the whole place was dirty. The continental breakfast wasn’t the best either. Half the stuff didn’t work or they were out of and we were there at 7:30 after it opened at 7. The hot tub jets were working but the water was cold. I would not stay here again.

On the bed, only one thin bed sheet was provided. The pictures on the website show a full hot breakfast…this is a lie, only eggs are provided. Customer service is lacking…not very friendly. I won’t be coming back.

We cycled through three rooms; only the last one was decent. The bright spot was the housekeeping staff, who worked hard to help us. The first room they gave us was uninhabitable. It wasn't made up, it was musty, there was floor-drying equipment in the entryway, and some fixtures were dismantled. We got a different room right away. (The night front desk person isn't a super friendly person, btw.) The 2nd room, which we stayed in for one night, was bad. The A/C didn't work (so we were too hot), we found and killed a cockroach, it was noisy, the tile on the bathroom floor was cracked and loose, the carpet was stained, and there were no extra chairs. It didn't have the sofabed we reserved. The 3rd room, which we stayed in for two nights, was good. If this had been the room we got in the first place, I would've said this was a fine hotel. We got this room because we asked for some chairs for the 2nd room, and after describing our problems, the housekeeper immediately said we should move. The day manager was polite enough, but one ding against him is that he said the new room would be ready in 20m, so we hung around; but it took an hour to get ready. We'd have done it differently if we'd known. Last ding: The breakfast is supposed to go until 9:00, but they run out of food by 8:30 and pack up then, instead of putting out more food. So, they tried to make it right and 2 of 3 nights were good. -2 stars for that first night and missing breakfast.

Unbelievably bad service and dilapidated room. Started by asked if we could leave our bags at the bag check. They said they didn't have one (I've never stayed at a hotel that does not). At the room once we checked in, discovered cracked tiles in the bathroom, a badly dripping tub with two long, dark hairs plastered in the tub. Black mold smeared on the bathroom wall. Microwave had a missing knob. The sofa bed had a dirty, torn up pink Disney Princess sheet on it. None of the beds had blankets/comforters. Just sheets. Called down to see if they had blankets and clean sheets for the sofa bed. They said, "Yeah" and said nothing else. I responded, "So do I have to come down and get them?" The response was, "Yeah." And that was it. The three blankets were all different. The pillows too were gross and filled with gray fluffy stuff and were also all different. I think management gets their sheets, blankets, and pillows from Goodwill. The blankets were just worn down throws - like you might keep on the couch - not on your bed. But it gets worse: there was a thunderstorm our second night there and the water just POURED in through cracks in the paint above the AC unit. I called and said I needed towels and they told me I could come get them. They seemed unconcerned about the leak. The "breakfast" was awful. Gross eggs and inedible sausage one day. No milk, butter, and only 1 of 3 cereals available. Staff just said they wouldn't have any more, despite being out the day before too. Awful

Before choosing a motel, think twice before booking this property. The staff is terrible, they just want to charge you again, so they don’t have to pay Expedia fees. They refused to look at my receipt and insulted me and my wife with vulgarities. Expedia confirmed booking was accepted and still did nothing. Think twice. Threatened to throw us out of motel…

Checked in early 2 hours. Due to being released from hospital after surgery and sedation. Charged room rate ok and then an extra $25.00 for early check-in. Room only had single sheet for cover on bed. Bar of opened soap left on floor in closet. ?? Breakfast had bread for toast no butter or condiments. Waffle plates and mix worked, however therir only condiment was syrup. Won't be staying here again.

We had a wonderful time. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable with a view of the greenbelt. The perfect weekend get away!

The room was clean. It had a few stains on the floor, the microwave was all burnt up on the inside, only 2 lights had bulbs in the main room. The mini fridge froze everything. The large window was cracked from one side to the other. The bed was clean and comfortable and my room was quiet.

This hotel is the definition of mediocre. You won't have any blankets on your bed, you have to ask the front desk for them, the beds and pillows are old and lumpy and hurt your back. The coffee pot in the room was missing pieces so it was unusable, the coffee in the lobby during breakfast was atrocious and the "full" breakfast is a joke. If they charged less, it wouldn't be bad, but for the price we paid, I feel jipped.

The hotel is kind of hard to get to and it took us a while to find it even though we had GPS guidance. The property is well kept, but our initial room smelled of smoke though it was designated as non-smoking. The staff were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It was only an overnight stay. The value was great since we were using out rewards.

I’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t have blankets on the bed. The guy at the front desk told us the hotel had a blanket shortage so we were forced to uncomfortably sleep under just a sheet the entire night. There was also a loud noise coming from somewhere near our room almost all night making it nearly impossible to get any rest

The motel had no manager on staff to correct an error with the reservation or to issue a refund. Hotels.com had to step in and reserve a room at a motel down the road. Thank God for hotels.com

We had such a a good experience while staying here. The ladies that work at the front desk we're professional , super personable,very kind and went the extra mile for my husband and I. Thank you Shae, who I think is front desk mgmt!
