Don’t recommend rude front desk

Room appears to be clean but as we looked closer it wasn’t in some areas. Had a mild unpleasant smell.

85 degrees in the office when I checked in. After booking AND paying through the app the front desk tried to have me sign an agreement to allow an additional $100 deposit to be returned 5 days after check out. I addressed it with the patron and he said “no no you’re already paying full price we won’t charge you” The room had actual spider webs hanging from 2 of the lights (one of which flickered like a horror movie). A strong musty smell inside the room suggested it’s been vacant for a while, dead bugs on the bathroom floor and the “private hot tub” was nothing more than a bathtub with jets. The place hasn’t been maintained and it shows. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Room was dirty, stains on the bedding, tub was not cleaned between guests. Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes amd has burn marks on the counters

It is what it is. The almost every part of the room was dirty and smelt like cigarettes even though I chose a non-smoking room. There were even cigarette holes in the bed sheets. The pictures that are advertised have to be at least 10 years old. The front door had gaps in it so you could see the light from outside, the curtains were broken and had to be held together with a hair clip, and the bathroom door only shut with force. The only redeemable factor was the jacuzzi bathtub that I had to clean myself (I would not recommend turning on the jets). You get what you pay for so I guess $100s is work a dirty room and an amazing bathtub.

One towel, the manager would not provide additional towels, water leak in room with 1/4 inch standing water through out the room. The adjoining room had some nefarious activities with people sitting in the car and going in and out of the room all night.

Hookers hanging out....one guy was doing drugs,by our room...toilet seat was loose,bugs in our room. Had to pay $50 cash deposit, after paying for my room..no where did it say that...

Our shower was not working, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We had to wait to be transferred to a different room. In addition, the people in the room next to us were screaming and fighting at 5 a.m., which made our stay very uncomfortable. The sheets were also stained. We are definitely not coming back.

Everything. When I pulled up and opened my car door I could smell nothing but marijuana. The hotel was way less than stellar. I walked into my room it seemed okay but after looking around there was burn marks on the nightstand holes in the curtain and holes in the bathroom curtain. On top of all that our door would not lock. Why would I want to stay in a room where my door doesn't lock and I have light coming through my curtain. I wouldn't. Room 218

I made the reservation then went to the location and was told that I could not check in that my reservation was not good at that timebso I requested a cancellatiin via the app as I was instructed I did so and was prompted on the app that I was waiting on the location to respond however wuth no reaponse I then called the loacation and was told that they could do nothing so they pretty much just took my money without reasin I feel as if I was robbed at least they didnt use a gun to do so but it still feels shitty

Our stay was good but the area around the motel was very sketchy looking. The next door motel was very loud. You could smell pot every time you walked outside. There was a man who 2 different times while in the pool with my 13 year old son, walked to the dumpster area and took a pee.

Unfortunately this was a last resort stay. But will never stay again. The front desk guys were absolutely rude!! I went to complain and he tried to tell me I was crazy and that the rooms were just fine. He yelled at me when I gave him a towel that was black from me using is a mop on the bathroom floor. The advertisement for a superior room with a jacuzzi tub was a farce! The check-in clerk was grumpy and rude even though I was polite and accommodating, the room was not at all of a superior rating like the ad stated it was, and we barely had enough hot water for a tiny bit of water in the jacuzzi tub, which didn’t even work. I will never be fooled into staying at this location again.

I would wake up in the middle of the night to random people knocking on our window and the service there wasn't so good either. Not clean and there were bugs in our room. It was like being on an episode of “Live PD” there was prostitution and drugs being sold in the parking lot. The night shift office staff was in the parking lot on his phone like he was making a business deal. My son come to take me to eat and left his vehicle there and when we returned his back door had been pried open. Management needs to run off the obvious criminals and the prostitution and it would be a lot better place to stay. It is in a good location just a little sketchy after dark…

This property beddeding was nasty. There were stains and blood spots and other black stuff underneath the mattress protector. I saw a small red bug on the sheet when I pulled back the covers. I called for the front desk and asked them to come review what we had discovered but they would not come that night. I asked for my refund but was told that I had to call the office manager the next day. I went went back the next morning to talk to him they told me he want in and I had to call him later that day. The office staff that morning was rude telling me that the room wasn’t dirty and the had taken pictures but wouldn’t let me see them. I had taken pictures and allowed them to see them. Ever red roof I have stayed in was just fine and clean. This one had a hole in the sealing that accompanied with a big bug jumping out. Shower current was dirty. This one out of hundreds was derty. I will still stay at the red roof.inn. Never at a hotel 6.

Convenient location for a good night's sleep. Clean and comfortable room. No coffee is my only negative comment, but otherwise a good choice among multiple competing hotels nearby.

The manager is very friendly and accommodating to a special need I had the next day I ended up not needing it but he was still willing to do it and that is awesome cuz most motels are very by the book

I was disappointed with the smell of a dead raccoon at the entrance! Then it ended up by a tree on Property. Next no coffee maker because the room was cheap. But the kicker was roaches on a pillow! Saving money was not a good idea. I guess I got what I paid for!

And I Proceeded To Get Dressed..She Walked Off And Came Back 3 Minutes Later Used Her Pass Key And Just Tried To Walk In The Room Without Permission..She Was Screaming And Talking Extremely Loud Outside The Room Doors. I Am Glad I Had The Chain Lock On The Door... So No I Will Not Ever Be Staying At This Motel Again In My Life...And One Other Thing The Room Had A Very Weird Stinch... We just needed a clean place to stay while in Dallas for 3 days with our dogs. This Red Roof Inn is nice for the price. It is right off the busy highway and you do hear the traffic all night. With that being said, I slept very well, we were able to put our left overs in the room frig. I have stayed at fancy hotels and I can say I was comfortable here. No frills, just a place to stay but it was a good experience.
