I was extremely pleased with the assistance from the front desk staff upon check-in. On a different note I reported an electrical problem with a floor lamp to the Cleaning staff while she was cleaning our room to prepare for the second day of our stay. This issue was not important to me, but I didn’t notice that it was not repaired during the second day of our stay. Overall, I was very pleased with our accommodations.

The location was great! Staff was sweet didnt have any issues the front desk gentleman was so very sweet he made a relatable conversation with me made check in easy. Would definitely go back even with the small minor infractions. The location They had a mildew problem that made me sick they moved my room and then the shower didn’t work so I had to go back to the bathroom that smelled like mildew late last night and they didn’t want to compensate me they only offered me $25 for my inconvenience. Receptionist lady at front desk was not a people person, pool area saw female underwear throwing so disgusting. Next door occupant where arguing and fitting, screaming my children got so scared.

Everything was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great. The staff were friendly. My only complaint is that no one answers the phone at the desk.

I also went down to the front desk to report the issue and requested either a room change or a refund. Unfortunately, I did not receive a definite response and was left with no choice but to return to my room and endure the noise.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Sausage was cold. Cook spoke very limited English

The room door had a huge crack in it where I could see the hallway, the bathroom door knob kept falling off, smelled like mold, and the bed was extremely hard. All in all it felt unclean and unsafe for me and my daughter.

With the hotel being right off the hwy it gave easy access to move around, there’s also a Walmart across the street for those forgotten items. The WiFi was easy to connect & I had two devices connected during the duration of my stay with no issues. The continental breakfast was a nice free meal to get the day start, with a mall & tons of restaurants all with-in a 10min drive there’s plenty of food options. The rates were also easy on the pockets to give a last minute spot to sleep/shower or just keep from couch crashing.

Its been 2 weeks and still havent received my deposit back....im coming back in May and my deposit is the only reason we arent booking our stay here again!.

I booked this hotel at short notice so arrived about 4:30pm. This was an overnight stay purely for convenience of location and the first time I have ever stayed at a La Quinta Inn, however the conditions of the hotel were less than desirable. Several fixtures in the room were loose or broken, loud music from rooms in the hall and elevator panels were loose and no certificate of inspection was posted inside the elevator.

The room was dirty especially around the couch. There was trash everywhere outside the facility. There was unfinished construction to remove the jacuzzi. We had a family suite but no sheets or pillows for our two boys were provided. Unlike the other La Quinta's I have stayed in in the past.

First room key didnt work. Second key still didnt work front desk clerk followed to room. Two people exited room and ran out side door. They then asigned us another room. Next evening some stanged was walking up and down the gall beating on doors asking for someone. The wife was scared shitless. The next day after attending a funeral my third key stopped working.

I did like we had to ask for towels more then once , there was closet with no rod to hang clothes. The breakfast was ok the coffee was cold.

Staff was very friendly. The Hotel is in a great area. The hotel is going through some renovations so the gym was not available. The pool was good just freezing so needs a lil work to regulate the water temperature. But other than that it was great.

Elevator wasnt working. We went to the pool, not even sure if it was opened or not because they had the lights off and there was construction going. Our restroom door had a crack as if someone threw or tried punching a hole. It reminded my husband of a Motel 6 stay we had once (my mistake never again) But overall i guess it was okay.

The property was walkable and convenient to Walmart, local restaurants/stores like Wendy’s, Waffle House, McDonald’s, Dennys, and a Taco restaurant. When I arrived, there was plastic hanging from the ceiling due to onsite renovations which hid the check in area. You literally had to go behind the plastic to check in at the snap check in desk. I was granted early check in for a fee and had no issues getting the room I reserved. The room was decent but I didn’t have a blow dryer in the bathroom which I always check for being that hotels usually get cold and as an anemic I use the blowers as a heater. My phone didn’t work the whole stay due to the renovations and I had to go down stairs for every request needed which was super inconvenient for me a person with disabilities. The room says it sleeps 5 and doesn’t come with extra blankets so again I had to go back downstairs to request one and was told I had to wait until after 4pm when housekeeping was done with all the rooms. Hair was hanging from my room curtains from previous stay. They only provided 1 tiny bar of Dove soap and I mean tiny but atleast it’s Dove 1 tiny bottle of shampoo, conditioner, 1 makeup remover wipe, and 1 body wash which wasn’t enough for my party and stay so again I had to go downstairs. The closets (2) in the room were tiny and didn’t have no hanging option (hang bar or hangers) just a stained ironing board and iron which I didn’t use. The king size suites bedroom door did not close due to the layout.

My oldest boys had their own room and walked to Denny's one night. I was never worried about their safety nor were they. All in all I'd stay here again if needed but they should inform guest before arrival they are under construction. Some people may have problems with it.

The pool was not heated more like an ice bath, gym under construction this was our stop after a 4 1/2 hour drive and was not worth it! A week after my stay my deposit has not been returned. The room was clean to the eye but quickly noticed fake fingernails, crayons and food crumbs under sofa cushions. Stains all over sofa cushions. Would not recommend and will never use again.

Wate wa leaking everywhere- front lobby was soaked with rain water. Boards stacked up at drive up entrance- ended up hitting my car door on them before realizing they were there. Not the best place to off load stacks of lumber and construction supplies.

Additionally, the hotel is very rundown and outdated. I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The only positive aspect was the friendly gentleman at the front desk. Other than that, I have nothing good to say about this hotel.

They advertise a gym and indoor hot tub but gym was closed with no eta of opening and hot tub had plywood over it. The indoor hot tub was the main reason i chose this hotel. They advertise breakfast from 0600 until 0900 but the staff told me breakfast isn't until 0700 and i had to leave by 0630. I selected an upgrade to a suite but they gave me a regular room and said since i went through a 3rd party to book the room there was nothing that could be done. I have always stayed at LaQuintas but this one isn't like the others. .

Called front desk, and after 6 or 7 minutes of non stop ringing the desk jockey picked up the phone. I explained the problem to him and he said all I had to do was push 12 and go to the guide. I said the remote doesn’t work. Once again he said all you have to do is push 12 for the guide. I told him the problem was that remote Doesn’t Work. He recommended I contact maintenance tomorrow during business hours. Not to worry, I’m out of this heap first thing tomorrow. Got a Rez at A Hilton property for 12 bucks more a night. See ya Wyndam

Housekeepers sucked, they didn’t make up the bed or take trash out they only picked up towels and didn’t replace them, we had to go get our own clean towels!

The parking lot is covered in nails, the hot tub is covered with ply wood and is definitely a hazard, the gym is full of trash and is not accessible, breakfast was scrambled eggs and waffles, there is very noticeable damage to walls and door ways throughout the hotel, the floors are uneven,the elevator buttons are hit or miss, there is so much more. We paid $67 a night so you definitely get what you pay for.

A cockroach fell out of the light fixture right on my head. Everything looks rundown. The whole place has definitely gone downhill compared to how it was last year when I stayed

It was being renovated, that was definitely a negative. The room was not as clean as it should have been and unfortunately there was a water bug in the room. The tv was outdated and the pool looked dirty. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I also want to be honest.

I killed 2 big cockroaches, let the front desk know, he gave me a card to contact the general manager & I emailed him & my email was rejected, called the number listed on the card & it was the number to the hotel instead of the GM. I definitely won’t be staying here again. They need to fix their bug problem.

We found two roaches in our room during the night and breakfast was advertised for 5am and we were told it wouldn't be available until 7. We had to be at work by 7 so that was disappointing

So, upon arrival my first thought was I booked this hotel before, and we had to cancel it due to the unlivable and the smell from the hotel. Then I walk in to check in but before I completed the check in, I asked the cashier could I see the rooms. He stated sure. We went up the elevator and the smell were still there but much better but as we were walking, I heard a dog barking, and I said to the cashier if he had other rooms available, he stated he will check. He wasted ten minutes of our time checking for other available so I told him we will just take the room. We checked out the room and it was extremely better than last booked. Next of course we checked in. Therefore, we had planned that night, so, we shower and left. Lastly was the breakfast, the hotel stated we had hot breakfast, and we were only giving hot coffee, eggs, and waffles, no meat was provided at all. Next, we heard our neighbors baby crying all morning which this wasn't a restful morning. we checked out and left the hotel

The hotel is being renovated, you can tell it was previously own by someone else and they didn’t take care of it. It had door off hinges on 2nd floor, paint cans on hallway floor, the smell of paint, some of the towels had brown spots on them. They shouldn’t have those nice photos on site of hotel. It doesn’t look like that.

The Front desk person was rude, and he was arguing with other guess. I didn’t get my $100 back for the room deposit.had construction

The special deals never listed the construction. Beakfast was minimal and there was also a deposit that was not noted to the tune of 200.00. Never again EVER

Under renovation. Paint chips, smell, ripped out walls. Just a slum.

The property is undergoing renovation, the hallways and lobby are unclean, with no attempt by motel or contractor to sweep or vacuum. The outside of the property had trash and debris around the building and in the parking lot, with no attempt to keep neat. We thought the room looked acceptable until we looked at the bottom of our feet, and they were black from dirt. The pool was not available, nor anyplace to sit for a very limited breakfast, with signs saying breakfast cannot be taken back to rooms. I was also charged $30.00 for arriving before 3pm to check in.

Very nice stay.

Pool was unavailable & the gentleman didn’t even bother to apologize he got an attitude about the situation. Also down the hall there was a dog & all it did was bark didn’t let us sleep.

Not what I expected having visited the Rockwall location on a previous trip. Lots if construction and unsafe conditions during this stay. Paint and equipment in hallways and obstacles. Wish they had mentioned the cindition of the building when I made the reservation

No pool. No fitness center. This place needs to let the public know it’s under renovation and no amenities are available. It’s very dirty and dusty from the construction work. Breakfast is literally bread and coffee smells terrible. Smoke smells all throughout the property. One thing I will say it was, was quiet. I was able to rest well. However not as advertised.

Nothing was good , Break fast not like other la quinta , washer dryer is no good , Only Room was clean ok , But not Towels.

It was a nice hotel. They are doing some major renovations but once they are complete this will be a great place to stay. It was quiet and the staff was very friendly. Room was clean and ac worked perfectly! Again there is renovations being done but I would stay there again.

Hotel under construction. Door key had hard time working and the carpets were dirty. They have a lot of work to do and I wish I would have been notified it was under construction.

Hotel room was ok however the hotel room overall was dirty and smelled bad. I will not stay there again. Also the hotel charged me $100.00 deposit. Which now I have to wait for a refund on that. Whenever I travel which is often I usually provide a credit card in case of extras but no one charges up front. Like this property very; poor business practice. They get 1 star from me

CS was very poor property was unconstructed very dirty. Breakfast was not. Just bread and juice. Rooms were very dirty

We were not told when booking the hotel is under going a renovation. The pool and workout room were closed. The water pipes had air in them. The ac unit was very loud. The key cards for the door wouldn’t work. Each time we had to go back to the front desk to obtain new ones. The carpet in the hallways and elevator were dirty.

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures it has on their website. The pool is closed due to renovation. The highways look so hideous and gross. Hallway window is broken and there’s just a huge board at the window hiding the gigantic hole. The room keys didn’t work I had to keep going down to get them reactivated. My son got stuck in their elevator. When I said something to the front desk worker he got upset. The breakfast was decent just eggs and waffles. The furniture in the lobby was so stained. They have signs all around that says sorry for your inconvenience but we’re renovating. This place needs to close down until the renovation is completely finished.
