I found a brown stain on the side of the mattress. The bathroom door was hard to open and close. The size of the toilet was small, smaller than have had at any hotel. Beside that it was an ok stay. What I expected for that level of hotel

This place is decent, although the housekeeping staff came in removed all towels before I could get a shower after breakfast, reported to staff and no towels where available for three hours. Breakfast was ok juice was gone

The room was not in the best condition. The vanity in the bathroom was damaged and there was hair on the floor when we arrived. The beds were also not very comfortable.

But they did have the coffee machine available for use in the lobby so it was a win.The breakfast is always a plus one of the reason we choose this hotel when we come into town. The towels need softer ones.

Staff was friendly and stay was nice. The only complaint I had was that the hot water never came on and when I told the front desk staff, they said they would send someone but no one came to fix it. I had to take a cold shower to get ready for an important interview. I really still like the property and the staff regardless and would recommend this hotel.

A very nice stay! It was clean, the pool was nice, and the room was also great. My only complaint is that I wish they would keep stock of the breakfast until it's actually closed. We went down 40 minutes before breakfast ending and they had run out of everything, and the ladies were already cleaning to prep for close. It seems they only make a certain quantity of everything, and once it runs out it's out. As a benefit of staying there, I just think it shouldn't be out so soon.

Hotel room was as described and clean. Pillows super soft & fluffy. It was big enough for my family of 7. 2 adults & 5 kids 8 and under. Breakfast was HOT & tasty. I could tell it was made & prepared with love. The only downfall was that Hotels.com states they have cribs, but when I asked the front staff for one I was told they didn't have any. Overall I would most definitely recommed this hotel & stay here again.

Th bathroom had no cold water it was scolding hot and unable to set to warm or cold, the doors had severe damage, the flooring was lifted. Sink faucet was dirty and loose, the key cards key malfunctioning, I have a lot of pictures.

They were very accommodating and allowed us to check in an hour early but we did so agreeing to their being no towels clean yet and that they would bring them up later. No problem we appreciated the early check in. The room felt wet, like they had shampooed the carpet and it wasn’t dry, kinda made the whole room feel damp. Surprisingly this is a pretty easy fix - just let the air circulate, and use some air freshener products: not sure why they haven’t considered this. I stayed here for proximity to a 3-day workshop. Other than that, pretty good - you get what you pay for.

The hotel room was damp all the time. The floor so wet that I felt the need to wear my shoes around the room. The bathroom floor would absolutely flood after every shower no matter how careful you were.

My only issue was that the fridge wasn’t working, and no one came to check it- even after we told them. We got woken up twice by room service since they didn’t have a do not disturb sign to place outside of the door

The hotel was very nice. The staff were friendly and polite. The food service was excellent...very clean and kept replenished with fresh food. Our room was clean and comfortable. Not a lot of traffic noise or noise from other guests. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed the convince of the hotel's location in correlation to many places i visted during my stay and the staff was diligent in helping with small issues as well as cleaning the rooms daily. What I didn't enjoy during my stay was the room being consistently damp, the constant smell of mildew, many stains on the floor and the toilet seat being ridiculously too small. Overall, I give this place three stars and would stay again if everywhere else is above my budget.

We stay here often when in the area. They have great breakfast options, the change a little every day. Pool is a little small but do able. Small laundry room, you need quarters for this but the hotel doesn’t have them. Room was good. Staff were great. There was a parking issue late one night but nothing the hotel can really do about that.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean with fresh towels. The only problem was there were not enough towel racks to hang up wet towels. Also I take baths and the soap dispensers are too high to reach while sitting in the tub.

I booked a week in advance with protect my stay plan for a 2 queen bedroom. When I got there they forced me to take a king bedroom and told me that they had no more Queen bedrooms. I have no choice being that I was there already. There was no parking I had to park and the fire lane. And they charge me on two of my credit cards for the room. When I arrived there was a couple customers in front of me and they had the same issues the only thing was that they had to leave because they had no more rooms even though they had booked in advance. They were selling the rooms out even though you had a reservation and your check-in time was not up. Lots more to say but not enough room to put on this review very unhappy!

Did not have my room on the books and I even had a email showing I booked. Had to go down the road and get another Hotel. Then a hour later the Holiday inn called and said they found our reservation. It was too late and I had already found another.

We stayed here 4 years ago and the property was very clean and nice. We opted to stay here again, expecting a similar experience. This hotel has taken a major spiral downward. Lobby smelled so strong of deodorizer, it takes your breath away upon arrival. The elevators broke down during our stay, so we had to use the stairs. Room was dirty, smelled like dogs, stains on carpets, damage to walls-furniture-doors, broken chair, broken toilet seat, pool with multiple clumps of hair & dirty Band-aids, etc. The bed ended up having fleas, causing me to itch all night & not get sleep. The room cost was very high, for the condition of hotel we stayed in. We actually left the hotel early and lost a night’s stay worth of money, just to get away from this place. Do not recommend!!

The hotel proxmity.to.them freeway was very convenient along with its easy access to food. The surrounding area was quiet and i felt safe. The staff: front desk, housekeeing and kitchen were all warm and welcoming.

Best place to stay in Mesquite! Check in with Jason, was greeted with a smile and checked in efficiently. Nick is always going above and beyond to accommodate guests. Sonia in the breakfast room is so sweet. She is constantly tending to offerings and greets the guests with a smile and makes conversation. Staying there is like staying with family. New Windows are awesome!

The room was clean. How ever I got a suite and the additional room was horrible. The sofa bed had mold on the mattress. There was little bugs in felling and the floor had something red all over that would still stain anything that you would put in the floor.

Hallways reeked of weed. We found multiple left over items in our room from the visitors before us. Its advertised there is a hot tub and there isnt. The girl at the front desk was terribly rude during check in. Definitely not typical Holiday Inn standards.

This stay was disappointing at best. I am not sure whether it was just our room, but the room was disgusting with mildew/mold smell. My son pulled out the pull out couch and we saw some sort of powder sprinkled on the ground under it, so I’m assuming it was cleaning product, but instead of actually handling the problem, they just covered it up with powder? We could not wait to get out of there in the morning. I would have gone to the desk to complain and ask to move rooms, but the kid working the desk had already sent us to the wrong room and had to reissue keys once. I also wasn’t sure if it is a hotel-wide problem. I understand sometimes they might give a less than perfect room to a hotels.com guest. I get the game, but when paying over $100 per night for a room, it should be mold free. The property seems like it was a cheaper hotel that maybe Holiday Inn took over? But they only improved the looks and not the guts. The shower was difficult to work, and the toilet was tiny. The hot tub was the same temp as the pool. All of this together and I can firmly state we will never be staying there again and I’m glad to be out of there!

Everything was very good, except the smell of the room (smell of urine). Carpet needs cleaning. No pets or smoking allowed at this hotel. I bought some Febreeze air freshener to remedy the situation for my overnight stay.
