    Honestly the only saving graces were the front desk staff and the lovely view of the park from our room. I’ve had much better experiences at 3 star or less establishments. All the extras you pay for either close early with no warning, or aren’t worth the charge ($25 to park 5 minutes away from the front door in an unsecured lot is nuts). I was given $20 in vouchers upon check in, but couldn’t even find a way to use them during my stay. Can’t order room service if you don’t know what to order or when, bars closed early, nobody manning the valet desk the multiple times we went in and out, so where do you use these vouchers?? I truly hope this was a one off situation, and the staff did go above and beyond to try to rectify the problems, but this is too much for a hotel with this sort of name/ reputation!

    I was scammed. The bar staff charged me for meals and drinks that were paid for in cash. I have tried contacting them for 4 days now and the manager does not answer the telephone nor will she return my voicemails. I am beyond frustrated.

    Stayed 3 nights. They never once cleaned our rooms. They had a newly implemented required valet parking situation. It was a disaster. There was an app that worked poorly and we often waited 20 minutes for our car that we could see but they had our keys! We have stayed there every spring since 2017 but we are done. They added a new rooftop bar without bar service and it was closed on a Saturday night. Something is horribly wrong with this hotel now.

    The staff was non confrontational and acknowledged my concerns. The hotel is overpriced. The rooms are outdated. Loose tiles and slimy shower in bathroom. Loud construction first thing on Saturday morning. Very few staff, like a ghost town, and no extra hospitality offered in exchange for the unexpected loud construction or lack of amenities. The pool is too cold to swim in. And they charge extra to park your car in their vast empty parking lot.

Also, the pool and spa were pretty nasty (didn't appear to have been scrubbed or vacuumed anytime recently), the pools were quite cold, and we had a hell of a time trying to find any towels. What we had counted on for an afternoon with the kids turned into a quick 20 minutes and retreating back to our room. The hotel is very convenient for a location, but lacks in some key elements that would make it a more enjoyable stay. I highly doubt we would ever choose to stay here again.

    Comfortable room. Nice lobby with plenty of spaces to relax. Professional and attentive staff. Excellent location.. Close to Sloan Park for baseball fans. Not enough food choices. There was a bar that served food. But the restaurant was only open for break.

Overall not horrible, but if you don't need that location, there are other places to stay that are more economical.

    It’s super quiet. We travel with our dog and the park in front of the hotel is very convenient. The hotel is close to our favorite restaurant in Mesa (Icho Izakaya Sushi and grill), so we stay here often for convenience. It’s close to highway without the noise.

    The bed was very comfortable. Room very spacious. Bar was great. Derek the bartender was awesome. Everyone very friendly. Very nice facility. Bathroom in the room is outdated and dark and there was a loose tile and the shower leaked. It made it feel less clean. The pool heater was broke.

    I didn’t stay in the hotel after being moved 3 different times to 3 separate rooms. Each room had some sort of stained carpet or dog/cat fur and debris. The smell of cat urine was in every room. The manager of the cleaning department had to come and see and also confirmed that the room was not clean. I knew it was a pet friendly hotel but was not aware that every room was pet friendly. I had to ask for a refund and find a new hotel last minute.

    Had a great stay. The pools are amazing. They could be a little cleaner but I'm not gong to complain about it. The bed was comfy and the room was nice. No maid service at all and stayed 4 days but other than that loved it. Will stay there again.

    Had a great stay. The pools are amazing. They could be a little cleaner but I'm not gong to complain about it. The bed was comfy and the room was nice. No maid service at all and stayed 4 days but other than that loved it. Will stay there again.

    When I inquired at the front desk, I was told it was a “test.” This explanation was both surprising and unacceptable. There was no prior notice, no updates during the incident, and no follow-up afterwards. The matter was treated as if nothing had happened. Such poor handling of a situation, combined with the lack of consideration for guests’ comfort, resulted in one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any hotel. I am deeply disappointed in the brand, and I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to prevent similar incidents in the future.

    One of the sheets had old blood stains, not from me. reported it to the front desk. Some lady came up to look at it, took pictures and told me that someone would be out around 3pm and change all the sheets. Time was around 2:48pm when she told me that. We went to the bar and pool downstairs, returned after 6pm and sheets were not changed. Reported again, and someone did go after I reported the second time. The lady that took pics balmed it me. It was on my side of the bed, but the stain was on top sheet and I dont have any open cuts or scars. She was extremely rude!!

    Just seemed in rough shape considering how new it is. Lots of areas need repairs throughout. Even our room was kinds banged up. Tile pulling off the floor when you walk on it, drywall repairs needed. Other than that, great place.

    We have stayed at this hotel several times and always love coming here. We particularly love that it is pet-friendly and that there is a beautiful lake just outside the door to enjoy anytime with our pup in tow. It is so peaceful. The hotel is beautiful inside and we can't wait to come back during warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor pool and grounds. It is located away from the hustle and bustle but still easy to access from the freeway and is convenient to some of our favorite spots, including the Desert Botanical Garden and Four Peaks Brewery. The staff here are very personal and really make you feel at home.

    Great hotel with nice amenities. The pool is awesome and the facilities are up to date. It's my family's go to property when they visit Mesa. Very convenient location to Tempe marketplace, the 202, and Mesa Riverview. Walking distance to the park and several fast food spots. It's also next to the ballpark so if you're there for a game it's definitely convenient. Lots parking round back, I've never had a problem finding parking. It has a large pool and a nice hot tub, there's also a whirlpool but I've never tested it out. Overall it's a good spot!

    IF you are there when a musical show is going on in the nearby park, it may be a bit loud, but it was nothing that the hotel could have done about that. I will most certainly stay here again when I am in the Phoenix area. It was worth the money for certain.

    The workers at the desk were helpful,courteous and friendly. The room was large, but the bathroom needs a little attention. The grounds were beautiful. There’s a pond, walking path, play area nearby. Everything except the food was great. The breakfast buffet was a disappointment; however the server did have someone fix eggs without cheese for me, so it was hot and good. No other food was replenished nor changed in the hour and 3/4 we were there. It was not hot. We asked for the coffee carafe to be refilled. After 35 minutes another person asked if we needed help. She got someone to get the coffee. The French toast was hard. Overall, we would still stay again but have meals elsewhere (especially with the cost of the buffet.

    The pool area had an overpowering propane smell, from an obvious leak, no heaters or propane appliances were use at the time. After reporting it to staff it appeared to have happened before which make it even worse! From desk personal doesn't want to be there and customer service responded poorly to our concerns. Stay away from this property!

    The bed was uncomfortable, that was the waste of my money, my time. My home was just 30 minutes from there. I should have equal drive home and go to sleep then paying my hard earned money to have a sleepless night. All through the night I felt like I was going to roll out of bed, then the bed is as hard as rocks.
