Honestly the only saving graces were the front desk staff and the lovely view of the park from our room. I’ve had much better experiences at 3 star or less establishments. All the extras you pay for either close early with no warning, or aren’t worth the charge ($25 to park 5 minutes away from the front door in an unsecured lot is nuts). I was given $20 in vouchers upon check in, but couldn’t even find a way to use them during my stay. Can’t order room service if you don’t know what to order or when, bars closed early, nobody manning the valet desk the multiple times we went in and out, so where do you use these vouchers?? I truly hope this was a one off situation, and the staff did go above and beyond to try to rectify the problems, but this is too much for a hotel with this sort of name/ reputation!

The was a great place to stay. My only complaint was my room was either hot or freezing cold. Couldn't get the thermostat to find the middle ground.

The coffee bar was not open over the weekend. Room was a bit over priced compared to other similar properties. Regarding staff, from check in to adding an additional night to my stay the staff was awesome.

I was scammed. The bar staff charged me for meals and drinks that were paid for in cash. I have tried contacting them for 4 days now and the manager does not answer the telephone nor will she return my voicemails. I am beyond frustrated.

There was an app that worked poorly and we often waited 20 minutes for our car that we could see but they had our keys! We have stayed there every spring since 2017 but we are done. They added a new rooftop bar without bar service and it was closed on a Saturday night. Something is horribly wrong with this hotel now.

The staff was non confrontational and acknowledged my concerns. The hotel is overpriced. The rooms are outdated. Loose tiles and slimy shower in bathroom. Loud construction first thing on Saturday morning. Very few staff, like a ghost town, and no extra hospitality offered in exchange for the unexpected loud construction or lack of amenities. The pool is too cold to swim in. And they charge extra to park your car in their vast empty parking lot.

The electrical was out of sync. In order for my phone to charge the lights had to be on. This meant I had to sleep all night with a light on. Not a great experience. Fix the outlets on the charging station on the night stands

It’s super quiet. We travel with our dog and the park in front of the hotel is very convenient. The hotel is close to our favorite restaurant in Mesa (Icho Izakaya Sushi and grill), so we stay here often for convenience. It’s close to highway without the noise.

The bed was very comfortable. Room very spacious. Bar was great. Derek the bartender was awesome. Everyone very friendly. Very nice facility. Bathroom in the room is outdated and dark and there was a loose tile and the shower leaked. It made it feel less clean. The pool heater was broke.

The Expedia listing for Sheraton Mesa Hotel states that pets are free. This is totally incorrect. I was told, upon registration in the lobby, the hotel charges $50/visit for pets. Major difference, which Expedia needs to follow up with in order to correctly list the Sheraton's policy on pets.

Bumping Pokémon dance pool party outside my window until 12am was a bit much and somewhat disappointing since the front desk moved us to that room as an upgrade? Overall good hotel in good location with helpful staff. Would stay again.

The manager of the cleaning department had to come and see and also confirmed that the room was not clean. I knew it was a pet friendly hotel but was not aware that every room was pet friendly. I had to ask for a refund and find a new hotel last minute.

This hotel and room was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location close to places to eat and 12 minutes from the airport. The pool was sizable and there was a nice park and small lake across the street to walk around.

When we checked into the hotel, we found there was no TV remote in the room. We called the front desk and were told none were available, and maintenance couldn’t be located. The clerk offered to bring one the next morning, but we were checking out then. I travel for work and stay in hotels twice a week—having a working TV is part of the experience, and this was disappointing.

This incident severely disrupted my sleep, especially as I had gone to bed very late the previous night. Equally concerning was the hotel’s complete lack of communication. There was no prior notice, no updates during the incident, and no follow-up afterwards. The matter was treated as if nothing had happened. Such poor handling of a situation, combined with the lack of consideration for guests’ comfort, resulted in one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any hotel. I am deeply disappointed in the brand, and I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to prevent similar incidents in the future.

One of the sheets had old blood stains, not from me. reported it to the front desk. Some lady came up to look at it, took pictures and told me that someone would be out around 3pm and change all the sheets. Time was around 2:48pm when she told me that. We went to the bar and pool downstairs, returned after 6pm and sheets were not changed. Reported again, and someone did go after I reported the second time. The lady that took pics balmed it me. It was on my side of the bed, but the stain was on top sheet and I dont have any open cuts or scars. She was extremely rude!!

Room smelled like sweaty socks, shower floor was in need of repair, the shower layout is inane (controls and head are at the opposite end of where the door is so you spray yourself and/or the shower door depending upon which way you open it), bathroom door is useless for privacy, room chairs were worn / damaged, pillows were pathetic.

The hotel was very clean and quiet during my stay. The room was comfortable and spacious. I didn’t get to take advantage of many of the amenities as I checked in later in the evening and had to check out by 5:30 am for a flight. I do plan to return in July and stay longer.

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The entire staff, front to back were unexpectedly friendly.

We particularly love that it is pet-friendly and that there is a beautiful lake just outside the door to enjoy anytime with our pup in tow. It is so peaceful. The hotel is beautiful inside and we can't wait to come back during warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor pool and grounds. It is located away from the hustle and bustle but still easy to access from the freeway and is convenient to some of our favorite spots, including the Desert Botanical Garden and Four Peaks Brewery. The staff here are very personal and really make you feel at home.

Housekeeping entered my room multiple times 3 hours before check out time, with a do not disturb sign on the door. No privacy. Bathroom was dirty, urine on the toilet seat. Could not wait to leave.

Great hotel with nice amenities. The pool is awesome and the facilities are up to date. It's my family's go to property when they visit Mesa. Very convenient location to Tempe marketplace, the 202, and Mesa Riverview. Walking distance to the park and several fast food spots. It's also next to the ballpark so if you're there for a game it's definitely convenient. Lots parking round back, I've never had a problem finding parking. It has a large pool and a nice hot tub, there's also a whirlpool but I've never tested it out. Overall it's a good spot!

IF you are there when a musical show is going on in the nearby park, it may be a bit loud, but it was nothing that the hotel could have done about that. I will most certainly stay here again when I am in the Phoenix area. It was worth the money for certain.

The workers at the desk were helpful,courteous and friendly. The room was large, but the bathroom needs a little attention. The grounds were beautiful. There’s a pond, walking path, play area nearby. Everything except the food was great. The breakfast buffet was a disappointment; however the server did have someone fix eggs without cheese for me, so it was hot and good. No other food was replenished nor changed in the hour and 3/4 we were there. It was not hot. We asked for the coffee carafe to be refilled. After 35 minutes another person asked if we needed help. She got someone to get the coffee. The French toast was hard. Overall, we would still stay again but have meals elsewhere (especially with the cost of the buffet.

Very clean and staff was very helpful. Handicap equipped room and bath was very helpful to disabled wife. Lobby was furnished whereby visitors were able to be comfortable.

Super clean rooms. Lighting was dark in room but ease of check in and parking was great.

Room had a amazing view however i had to request clean sheets. Wipe down the table and pick up pills off the bathroom for.

Nice hotel

The pool was filthy. Our bedding wasn’t changed there was food under the covers. I found out after I got in bed and it had a bunch of crumbs under the sheets. Dirty towels left on the floor in the restroom

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Top notch service from Cassie at the bar!!!

We jad some hiccups when we got there but the problems were fixed immediately.

The room was great, other than being charged $24 more for the incidental fee and no one doing anything but being sorry for it.

Nice overall, could do with a few minor repairs and upgrades.

The view was beautiful. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We stayed fo rtwo nights and the hotel was in great shape with modern conveniences. I do wish thay provided breakfast but the restaurant in the hotel was nice.

The pool area had an overpowering propane smell, from an obvious leak, no heaters or propane appliances were use at the time. After reporting it to staff it appeared to have happened before which make it even worse! From desk personal doesn't want to be there and customer service responded poorly to our concerns. Stay away from this property!

Sabrina at the front desk was amazing, courteous and very helpful.

The bed was uncomfortable, that was the waste of my money, my time. My home was just 30 minutes from there. I should have equal drive home and go to sleep then paying my hard earned money to have a sleepless night. All through the night I felt like I was going to roll out of bed, then the bed is as hard as rocks.

Our stay was great, check in was fast, facility is clean and modern. Amenities on site are awesome. My children greatly enjoyed their time here and expressed they would love to return for a weekend stay. Location of hotel is nice, close to Riverview Park.

It was great for kids. Outside of the hotel were beautiful and had activities for kids. The room was pretty small for our team. Overall was good
