We had a Kitchen in theory, as we had no microwave and no pots and pans to use for the stove/oven. The fridge didn't keep things very cold. The wifi was spotty and not particularly reliable as we had to use our cellphone as a hotspot. We had to ask for the password and network. Basically, if you want a basic crash and burn place this is fine. The AC was fine, but there were no trash cans in the room.

The room was smelly, musty & hardly comfortable!!

The place is very basic. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, it did the job. It is no longer in a very good area. It shows age. It looks like some of the rooms in the back were apartments (I may be very wrong). It is not some place I would have brought my wife to. Management was good.

I do not recommend this motel unless you are desperate. Even then, I would opt for a Super 8, which might even be cheaper and couldn't be any worse for wear. This place was dirty, broken down. The bathroom sink didn't drain, the smoke detector was broken, the overhead fan and light were broken, the curtains were pinned together, a rat could have come through the gap at the bottom of the front door, the heating/cooling system only blew room temp air (no AC; I didn't try the heat, so don't know if that worked). They advertised WiFi and gave me the code - didn't work. Had to use my cell phone hotspot. The furniture looked like it was found in a dumpster. All in all, the worst place I have ever stayed, and I paid over $100 for it! I felt robbed.

Bird poop on stairs, rails, all furniture around dirty pool and hot tub. We were charged twice for the "hotel insurance." I cannot upload pictures of our room/area.

No clock, bathroom needs a complete make over. The toilet was so low it was hard to get up off it. The bathroom door looked like someone had kicked it is. The light bulb in the table lamp was so loose I was afraid to touch it.

Lady at front desk tried to change the price on me when i arrived, started arguing and trying to convince me it's the right price. After i refused to pay the higher rate and asked her for my license and credit card back that i was no longer going to stay there, she refused to give me it back, i asked several times, then she stopped my card and refused to give me any paper work. They are committing fraud and i will be reporting to law.

The room stank and there was a large dead cockroach in the middle of the floor between the beds. When I went down to the office and requested a refund, the woman behind the desk didn't see any issue with this state of the room and simply tried to move us to another room. This room also had a dead cockroach on the floor and the smoke alarm had been tampered with and was beeping. The room also stank of smoke. When we went back to again request a refund, the woman became nasty with us and said no refunds and insulted us. We didn't stay there and will be contesting the payment with my bank.

Well we booked the miles motel for five nights and they sent us over to silver Creek apartments which turned out to be bigger place then what we booked, way quieter and more relaxing then our original booking we loved it here and enjoy our stay , great service and they we even great to my service dog too.

Never stayed at hotel. Was transferred to apartment complex owned by same owner. Complex had dirty apartment and had to purchase own supplies - Toilet paper, towels, ect... could have been nice if cleaned but was not. Parties in the complex all night. Lots of kids. Not what expected when reserved Hotel Room.

The entire room was crawling with cockroaches. The carpet was sticky and disgusting. The room smelled of cigarettes and dog. There was only one toilet paper. The towels and bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been washed previous to our stay.

The place was ok kinda run down. Its the junkies and addicts that trash these places. Im sure its very hard for the owners to have to put up with them ruining there property. But when you have nothing, youll appreciated anything. Just how you look at things and make it work for you.

We ended up getting a 2 bedroom, 2 bath furnished apartment basically, which was great for the low price we paid. There were some less-than-stellar/outdated things (dirty carpet, pool was locked, fairly minor stuff), mostly the beds (felt very similar to 90s pull-out sofa bed mattresses), but overall, it was better than I expected for the price. The location was pretty convenient. We only stayed for one night, so it more than got the job done and was a good value overall.

The residents who live in the apartments were very loud, there was a lot of yelling in the courtyard and I could hear the tv from the apartment above us. I would never recommend this place.

The host was amazing very sweet and generous, unfortunately the property itself was uncomfortable, run down, dirty, and unsafe due to the area. This place has potential but it’s not there yet.

I liked the kitchen. But the mattresses were so old they sunk in the middle. Our bathroom sink could not be used. We had to ask for a waste basket. We had to empty our own trash. And getting towels was so hard that we went and bought our own. The police were there every day sometimes twice in one days for domestic. I would never recommend this motel and I will never stay there again.

It was comfortable enough. Took forever to get hot water in the shower, towels were like sandpaper. Bed was good and we slept fine. My biggest complaint is that they took a photocopy of my drivers license and credit card and kept it.

I'm grateful there are cheap places like this for people who can't afford anything better, but if you want any kind of luxury look elsewhere. If you want a hot shower, look elsewhere. If you want a clean room look elsewhere. If you want friendly service, look elsewhere.

The front desk lady was nice to us but when I went to get the WI-FI that didn’t even work she was talking nasty to another lady when the lady told her that she didn’t appreciate someone going through her things. The room was supposed to be nonsmoking and it wasn’t. You open the door and it slapped you in the face before you even walked in. We will never stay there again.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My husband and I are from out of town and booked a room through Expedia for three nights. Our flight landed at midnight and we got our rental and went to the motel. We get there and it took a few minutes for the staff to wake up and assist us. Once the lady got to the window, she said she couldn’t wake someone up to look up our reservation. So I said well okay do you have a king room available like what we booked. She said no but she had a condo three minutes down the road. We said okay whatever it’s almost two in the morning we’re tired. We go to the condo, sketchy area just like the motel. When we arrived at the location of the “condos”, there were no visible numbers on any of the buildings, only the doors. We had to drive around the parking lot 2 times until we decided to park and guess on a building hoping it was the one where our room was. After we found the “condo” number, we walk inside, and immediately notice the lights don’t work. We actually had to use our cell phone lights to see around the condo until we found a light switch that actually worked, there were 2... Right away we see stains all over the living room floor and the wall to the right of the door is falling apart. We keep walking through cause at this point we just wanted to sleep. After we walked into the bedroom, luckily the light worked, I check the bed and I kid you not there’s a freaking piss stain and hair all over the sheets. My husband walks into the closet and there’s a crac

This motel appears to be a place where people stay long-term. It is kind of separated from open businesses. There was a near by Walgreens, and a Jack-in-the-Box, whise dining room was closed, but I had to walk 45 minutes in either direction along Main to find a restaurant I could go into and eat. The room had a strong odor, probably from previous residents smoking. It had a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, but no pots, pans, or dishes. Had I been there longer, I would've purchased some, but as it was, I got by without. There were a couple of burn holes in the comforter, the tv stand/dresser was missing a drawer and its doors, and there was no shampoo provided. The tv was an old style CRT, it probably worked, but I just used my laptop. I had to tether that to my phone, though, because there was no wifi, deapitw what the listing on Hotels.com said. I also got a full (maybe queen, but I don't think so) bed instead of the advertised king. The bed was comfortable enough, and the ceiling fan above it kept me cool. I had to squish a number of brown beetle like creatures that liked to hide under my shoes. The price was right, cheaper than every other lodging in the area. The lady at the desk was nice, and helpful. I'd maybe go back, but wouldve liked to know some of these things ahead of time.

Nothing we liked. Told hot tub working when called before booking. It was not. Sent 1 more le away for our room. Completely different place, apartment building, not even hotel. Told it was better than motel had no complaints when sent elsewhere except I complained that they told us hot tub was usable. Apartment we stayed in was very Smokey and we had to buy candles just to sleep there. No coffee pot and ac extremely noisy.

Told it was better than motel had no complaints when sent elsewhere except I complained that they told us hot tub was usable. Apartment we stayed in was very Smokey and we had to buy candles just to sleep there. No coffee pot and ac extremely noisy.

The first room was roach infested and when given a second room it smelled like rat urine. They would not refund money. Did not sleep as was afraid to even to touch beds in fear of diseases and pets.

Was booked for a room and it was located on second floor with stairs. We could not climb stairs and asked for a change. They immediately sent us to a nicer apartment. Better all around. Good service.

The motel is a daily, weekly, and monthly place to stay and not a traditional hotel. The service is poor. They supposedly upgraded my stay to their better facility which was an apartment complex. The room had a weird odor, stains on the carpet, outdated furniture and appliances. Stayed one night and while gone the next day, someone broke into the room. Stole a pool cue and case! Did not stay another night!!

I was sent down the road to some apartments that was very run down and scary looking. I went back to original motel and told her that I changed my mind and didn't want to stay there. She threw another key at me and told me to go back and try the other side of the apartment complex. I did end up staying but it was the worst experience I've ever had. Two different times that night there was people outside my room screaming and yelling at each other. I would never recommend this business to anyone!!!

I can honestly say there was no enjoyable feature's to this property, my window veiw consists of a dirty ally. Also my window had no way of being locked !

My daughter and I barricaded ourselves in one bedroom by putting two chairs in behind the door. Thankfully that room had a sliding glass door with one lock on it. Also killed two cockroaches but that was the least of our worries.

I did not stay at this hotel. I was there for 10 minutes. They refused to give me a refund. I got off work at 2am and went to the bathroom and saw a bug crawling on the seat and then looked on the floor and there was a lot of them crawling around and even on the bed. When I asked for a refund I was called a prostitute by the old man working at the front desk.

Easy access to main roads but far enough for no traffic noise. Shaded carports a bonus. Prompt response for service requests e.g. burnt out bulb, coffee maker not working. Grounds kept clean and tidy..

Beware of staying at the miles hotel in Mesa! They locked me out of my room so that they could steal what they wanted of my belongings and keep my two cats. The rooms are cockroach infested, and just filthy from top to bottom. There are no telephones in the rooms and there is no housekeeping or fresh linen services . Guests are expected to wash sheets and towels at their own expense in their on-site laundry facility.

All in all it wasn't too bad, but the way it ended was horrific. The night before we left, I tapped on the window to let me roommates know I was back and the window just exploded. it was immediately made known what happened and there was no issue. upon checkout they demanded $150.00 for the window. UNREAL!

They have respectable service and run a no nonsense establishment. The rooms were decent,very large and alot of space. The cleaning lady has a beautiful spirit and so do the women at the desk.

I didn’t stay in this property, the owners has another apartment complex where I stayed, very clean and nice, staff was accessible all time, good price for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment

We were upgraded to an apartment, but it was a lower end one. One of the toilets didn't fill after flushing and we had to fill it by hand. The beds were too firm and it was a bit noisy at times. It did have a kitchen which we were grateful for, so we could cook our meals. The neighborhood was one that we would not want to go walking around in after dark. We were grateful to have a place to stay, but would not do it again. It was clean, but had a stringent smell that was unpleasant. It was upstairs also, which was ok, but not wanted.

Hotels.com should be ashamed of them self's of even sponsoring this place, just shows that all as everyone cares about is the all mighty $$$$ and that you do not screen your sponsored Hotels. This was the most unhealthy, filthy stains everywehere, cigarette burn all over beds and the ONE chair and I can go on on on, lucky for me we were there to visit family and they let us stay at there place, I did not even ask for my money back because they apparently needed it more than me.

The motel parking lot was super sketch and then we were sent to apartments a mile down the road. So right off - we weren't getting the room we reserved. When we walked into the apartment we were assigned, we were greeted with the smell of animal excrement (at least that's what we thought it was), cigarette smoke, stains on the carpet, food debris in the sink and cockroaches on the walls. We returned to the desk at the Miles, gave back the key and found a La Quinta Inn. Don't bother booking this room. Barf City.

This motel was the filthiest place I've ever been. We didn't feel safe there either. I think Travelocity should check this place out before sending anyone there again.
