Kicked everyone out with 12 hour notice, refunds not issued nor accommodations for the nights remaining that I prepayed for....did I mention my girl is 8 months pregnant we were waiting to move into new house, lost money had no place to go seeing lawers now to take this business to court

Did not stay there. Place was empty. Office was locked and empty. Looked abandoned. There is no pool there. There is a hot tub that is empty. Looks like it has been empty for years. How can this place be listed?

Again, was good for one night to rest my head. Would not take my family there or stay for longer than a night. They really need to take better care of the room and the grounds.

The room was beautiful but the bed had stains, there was pubes in the bathroom, the tiles in the shower were displaced, the thermometer had pieces missing, the rep accidentally kept my ID and it seems like she's being overworked and abused for time at the facility

Nasty nasty nasty. Carpets and couch very stained. They wouldn’t bring me sheets or blanket for pullout bed. Used douche container in bathroom drawer. Two towels and one wash cloth. Blinds over main windows and door were broke and anyone could see if all night. Lamp in bedroom didn’t work. Do not stay here!!!

What was unique was not having a slot for the key card - room was unlocked. We had one bath towel one hand towel and one coffee cup. The sofa sleeper had no sheets

For being a "Presidential suite", this place was awful. Very dirty, it smelled and we didn't feel safe as the door wouldn't lock, it could be pushed right open. The "free breakfast" was a joke too. Had to go all over the place to look for the breakfast and then that was awful as well. I went to the front desk and the cleaning people said that they took everything out because they did not k now I was scheduled for two nights. The place is old and run down and needs many hours of work. The capet was badly stained and I did not want to walk on it in bare feet. I would never tell anyone to stay there.Why it is called golf Inn and Suites escapes me it is anything but that.

This place is disgusting. Used towels, toilet hadn't been cleaned, not a single surface was cleaned. The floors weren't vacuumed. The hotel had piles of trash, broken tiles and flith everywhere. It looked like the place was in a storm. The ice machines were busted open. Absolutely disgusting.

Next, the room was filthy, stains all over the couch, a broken zipper on the couch cushion so the couch cushion cover wasn't even on the cushion. The a/c didn't work, the window was broken and duct taped, the T.V. didn't work and they were literally trying to make us continue staying in that room. I had to throw an all out fit to get moved to a different room with all of the same issues except the T.V. had some channels that worked. This room cost us over $160 because the occupancy in the area was high and very few hotel rooms were left due to special events in the area. When we asked to talk to a manager I was told that she wouldn't be in until the next day. This place is a bait-n-switch, we paid for and reserved a suite and it was NOTHING even close to the way it was portrayed online. We were told that we didn't reserve a suite, the pool and jacuzzi was a block away at another property! BEWARE!!!

was not given breakfast voucher or wifi password suite was small and no updates to be considered as a "presidential" suite, it wasn't the nicest beds where hard, blankets were soft and fluffy though. The girl who checked us in was very nice. checked out with housekeeping and have still not received my 100$ deposit back which has been quite irritating, I honestly would only recommend this place if you are extremely desperate for a place to stay and everywhere else is booked, at least with Dobson inn across they way its a bit nicer and they actually have a real lobby. Also, the pull out couch had no bedding limited towels.

The room was clean and well kept, no fridge or microwave. No Ice machine on property. We had to walk next door!! The property needs to be maintanence and landscaping.

This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. I got there and was given a Schlage key for the room not a key card but a little silver key. I open the door just to discover the room is a mess and looks like someone is or was just recently there. I go back to the lobby (which was weird in itself) to tell them they need to put me in a different room. They can not find keys for any of the open rooms and rummage through a desk drawer pulling out keys and they don’t know what key goes to the room. It took like an hour to get checked in. In that time severa people came to complain about their rooms or to cancel their reservation because they couldn’t get into a room at all because of the key situation. I finally get in the room and while large it is just this side of seedy. The next am I go get my $100 deposit back and they radio house keeps by to go check my room. Like literally walk the room before giving my deposit back. In the mean time the lady takes my room key throws it in a drawer and then can’t find it again. I don’t know what kind of people run this hotel but they should be ashamed of this operation. Avoid at all costs!!!!! Stay anywhere else. Seriously save your money. Sleeping at a rest stop would have been better than this palace of weirdness. The employees have no clue and don’t care and the manager was lost.

The overall of the room is okay but there is no water in the bathroom or in the bedroom the only water that is working is in the living sink what kind of crap is that the the price that you are paying everything should be working I can't even take a shower nor bath

The staff was relatively friendly. The property itself is not in very good shape. Rooms are dirty, sheets were dirty, stains on furniture and floor. Holes all over the curtians. Sink and bath tub not in good shape.

I’m not the one who verbalized complaints about any businesses but this was far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at, from customer service to my overall stay. It is the worst. Booked 2 nights here and my boyfriend and I had to go somewhere else for the second night because it was just that terrible. We couldn’t get our refund for the first night even if we wanted to leave so we decided to stay and settle with getting our refund for the second night and went somewhere else. Just FYI this place is supposed to have “central air conditioning” but the room doesn’t get cold. The lady in the front lobby will tell you to open your windows for five minutes and it will cool off the room. This is just one of the reason why my boyfriend and I had to leave. The rest I will leave it up to you if you decide to book this place.

They completely misrepresented himself when they answer the phone. There are also hit in charge of $100 when you check-in. The rooms are not taken care of and the service is horrible. I would not recommend this to anyone that's looking to stay at this location.

Park. This hotel is located close to the Park. We had an easy check in but had to pay a $100 deposit for the room, for our stay. No problem. We extended 1 night via Hotels.com. the following morning, at 11 am, a very rude gentleman started mocking on our door insisting that it was time for us to check out. We explained to him that we had extended 1 additional al night. He said that he had no record of us extending. After we went down to the office to clear this up, we left the office and there was no apology offered by the gentleman for being rude. Other than the man that has no clue about customer service, we had a very nice stay. Because of the rude man that worked the front desk, we will think twice before staying there again.

Horrible experience, booked online to stay after attending a birthday party. Took an uber to the property, they could not give me a room because no access to get a room key, then they tried to let us in our room could not do it again was told we could not stay, had to wait and call for another uber to go to another hotel using a different web site, there we got great prompt service, it was a horrible experience with Mesa golf.

Terrible experience. I had to wait till 3 in the afternoon to check in and I had actually booked a hotel at 12 at night. The customer before me was complaining about not getting his hundred-dollar deposit back and he had stayed there for 70 days. I went to get cash cuz I didn't trust them using my credit card for $100 deposit so I found an ATM and got $100 cash to give them and wanted to make sure I got that back next morning when I checked out. Carpets were gross the office was gross the people in the office were very unfriendly and uninviting. When I mentioned I want to make sure I was getting to my deposit back they got mad and threatened me do not let me stay in their room. I didn't even raise my voice. Finally I got my card for my room and they put me way down on the other side far away from where I parked knowing that I was disabled and using a Kane. The ice machine didn't work in the building and looks like it. I hadn't worked for years. I had to walk three blocks to find the ice machine in another building across the street. I arrived around 8:00, checked in and proceeded to my room. I usually turn on tv to relax after a long day of travel. The tv wouldn’t function. I called and the Dobson ranch hotel in front of this one answered and said they don’t have a phone for direct contact but she would call and have someone address the problem (I’ll return to finish this portion in a moment.) then I went to the restroom and almost killed myself due to all of the water on the floor, the ceiling was dripping at an astonishing rate. Approximately 1/3 of an inch of water was covering the floor! I have a hip replacement that hasn’t bothered me in the 7 years since my surgery! I had asked for a room on the first floor and near the parking to aid in the carrying of my luggage, not a flooded non functioning and downright unsafe room. Apparently they done listen to customers and don’t care about safety?! I then went to to the small room with a desk and phone with a gal behind the desk who didn’t want me to listen to the safety issue or anything about the tv! Finally she said she would come down and take a look. After 45-1:00 hour I returned as she had yet to call or come and check it out. When I returned and said listen I’ve had this reservation for a while and drove from Breckenridge, Co. over 13 hours driving and this is unacceptable and so unsafe I am unable to use the restroom or watch anything to pass the time. I won’t risk dislocation or total replacement at 50. prob resolved 11:30. Don’t bother! Waste!

Upon arrival waited about 30min to get checked in, the receptionist was rude and staff seemed frustrated with everyone. While in the lobby another guest came in to room change and instead of granting her wishes to move to a up stairs room 2 men began harassing the young lady of why she didn’t feel safe on bottom floor and if it was Necessary to be moved all while I was supposed be checked in. Receptionist had bad odor and burn holes in his shirt, which didn’t make me feel comfortable just because he didn’t look to professional. My fridge does not get cold and a coffee machine in the room but no coffee, cups, or pot to actually make coffee. Only a few lights work. And my top sheet seems to have some kind of stains which to me is also not very statisfying. Very disappointed I paid 128 for my room, and put a deposit of $100. Very unsatisfied customer and will not be staying here again.

On top of that they required a deposit, that in order to get it back, they had to do a visual search of the room before we could get it back. It took them more than 5 minutes INSIDE the room before thy got out and came back to the front desk. Actually, the front desk is inside of a room they converted to an "office", it's not really any kind of real lobby or check-in....it's a 10x10 room. We should have just left as soon as we saw the 3 police cars in front of the hotel. But they have a "no refund" for any reason policy, so we were stuck.

Our room was dirty. It wasn’t vacuumed very well. There was a huge stain in the couch. The window was open and a torn screen exposed when we go in there. The window was hard to shut. There was what looked like mold alon the caulking in the bathtub. The remote didn’t work. The staff was rude. We won’t be staying there again.

they harassed me about my service animal, then charged me $24 for late check out when I went to renew the room for one more night, then when I checked out, they kept $30 of the $100 cash deposit stating that they were charging me for dirty towels. The place is managed horribly and they are using one hotel to operate two different hotels, one in the back.,, But owned by same person. Wifi also horrible. nothing good to say about this place.

Nice room but very awkward checkout process...they hold $100 on your card (standard) and refund it when you check out in the morning. When you check out at the front desk, they radio the cleaning staff to check the room while you're standing there. Then responding staff comes to let them know. This might be a cheap hotel, but if you’re someone who cares about being respected and treated nicely, don’t even think about going here.

We booked through Hotels.com as a last minute option for the night. When we arrived they had our reservation but were not able to confirm with our confirmation number that payment had been made. The staff was unprepared and unable to resolve our issue. We ended up grabbing a different hotel for the evening and requesting a refund from Hotels.com.

Someone tried to break into our room and the front desk statexmd she could not do anything because she did not own the propery as she continued to watch a movie on her phone. Cops said the persons were probably just looking for a place to sleep and they did not commit any crimes so nothing could be done. Worse experience ever from a property. Will never recomend anyone to stay at this location. Room was dirty. Service was terrible. Bad area to stay in.

But when actually staying in and using the room for the night, the holes REALLY show through. Towels for only 1 person is provided even if they're added to the reservation. The bathroom had scattered colored flakes pushed into corners. When asking for assistance or voicing concerns, the female front desk receptionist is rude and defensive resulting in no service being provided...period!
