Everything was excellent!

The continental breakfast was good. However we thought our room was clean until we found a dirty mens underwear inside a night stand and a dirty wash cloth on the shower curtain. I complain at the front desk when we checked out and all they said was that they will put extra points in my account. I took pictures of these things and showed the front desk clerk.

Lots of trouble using the laundry system. Staff tried to help. Still didn't work. It wasn't a problem with the equipment, it was the digital billing system.

The room was ok. We arrived in the evening and left before breakfast hours. The hair dryer bracket was not attached to the wall very well. Very unstable. The hair dryer sparked and burnt out when I turned it on. Few ice makers on the floors. People were complaining in the elevator that they had to go to 1st floor to get ice. I asked for an easy in easy out room. Thought she gave us 119 but keys did not work for that room, it was 611 so that meant elevator trips. We swam in the pool after 8 pm. The pool itself was ok but the hand rail to enter the pool was very loose. This is a big problem when entering and exiting the pool. There were lights around the pool available but only one blue light in the pool was on. It was very dark. Would not ever want to stay there again. I do not know how it had an 8.2 rating.

They charged my card 500.00 for me and my family to stay over one night. They said we smoked in the room, but we don’t smoke. Very dishonest way to treat a customer.

Everything seemed to go as planned until I left with a ringworm infection on my legs from visiting the pool area. I didn’t go anywhere else that I could’ve gotten it from except the shower in the room. Overall amenities are what you’d expect from a hotel at this price point. Basic breakfast that was always the same. The beds weren’t queen, but were very comfortable. The staff was nice. There was no room service for our entire stay and if they provide it, the front desk didn’t tell us about it either way.

Excellent Professional Staff and clean rooms...

Staff is very frotand welcoming. Check in was fast and easy. Breakfast was fully stocked. Everything clean and organized. Terry Sue was attending the breakfast and she was amazing!!!! Pool was clean along with the hottest tub and plenty of towels. I’m rebooking here from now on. Kudos to all the staff!!!!

The breakfast was served later than we needed to leave the motel. The room was as needed and was clean. It was near the destination we needed to be at. Perhaps a cheaper price.

Property in great location, staff accommodating, and great price. My only disappointment was that the mattresses need to be replaced. I had two in my room and both were worn out.

Were put into an ADA room, but it was OK but not needed. Breakfast was not up to our expectations and the dining room attendant was very rude to many of the customers. Basic food, eggs were fake and always cold, and very few choices. Seemed like a lot of street people coming in early for their breakfast - definitely not staying at the hotel.

The room idea was good just unclean and musty smelling The fact I was not told about a deposit until after I book which I couldn't get a refund on.

The carpet needs to be cleaned. I walked around barefoot the first day and when I got into the shower and turned on the water, the whole tub was black with dirt.

I do some traveling and this is one of the better stays I have had at hotel. The rooms were clean; the breakfast was great; the staff was good to me. The only thing I would say negatively is that the drains in the tub smelled until we showered the next day and the sink drained slowly. All in all, it was a great visit and comfortable for our 3-night stay. They do put a $150.00 hold on your card so if that is a problem for some then don't reserve here and they don't turn down or clean rooms daily unless asked daily.

When I went in to check in they told me that I was already checked in, they checked in someone else under my name and gave them my room. They had to uncheck me in to check me in and I did not get the room that I had reserved. I reserved a king bed and they had to give me 2 double bed room. They did not check ID from the other guest, I showed them my ID

I didn't even stay my full stay. I was treated so poorly after a "smoke sensor" had gone off, during a time I tried to provide substantial evidence I was no where near the property. Now im in a battle to get my money back for my stay as well as the 500$ charge for something that supposedly happened during a time I can prove i wasn't there. Dont stay here

Now it's me and my grandson, who enjoyed his there. Thank you until next year.

Convenient location at the East end of the Phoenix, AZ, metro. My room had a mephitic odor emanating from the bathroom sink; elevator also smelled bad. The breakfast area was nice; the staff was very nice.

Checked in at 3 and put our bags in the room, went to get a bite to eat, came back and read our books for a while and checked out at 6:30 AM……so really didn’t have much time there

The room was clean & nice. On our last day one of the staff was shampooing the carpet about 9 am in the morning. It was noisy & very annoying. The check in clerk was not very friendly.

The hotel is very well maintained, very clean, many breakfast options...staff were very friendly, pleasant, professional and helpful. I so appreciate the VETERANS SPECIAL PARKING and the hotel is pet friendly. This is the BEST LA QUINTA hotel we've ever stayed at in Arizona. Will stay here again.

All staff members here were awesome! Very friendly. The room we stayed in, though, had a peculiar smell to it. We opened the window & turned up the air conditioning which helped, but didn't take away the smell.

This hotel is fine. I had stayed here previously a few years ago and it was great, which prompted my return stay. It seems though, that it's since gone downhill. The property appeared to be well kept, but we didn't spend any time outside other than coming and going. The staff were fine, but not terribly friendly. The beds were comfortable and clean. My biggest complaint is that the room was... shabby. There was a visible layer of dust on the crown molding surrounding the ceiling in the room, as well as on the door panels. The lining of the chair underneath the cushion was torn and was visibly just hanging there, and one of the lamps didn't work at all. It felt like the housekeeping could do with a bit more effort, and I don't think we would stay here again.

The fact that I was charged by Booki is.com for the stay and then was charged again by the hotel itself. Supposedly for incidental but there were no incidental and the extra fee was not returned. Will not stay again. Will not recommend to anyone else.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean and well kept, and the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

There was dust all over the bathroom ac vent. Dirty baseboads. Room was on the 4th floor. They really need some real deep cleaning. They charges us $150 for vaping in the room so if you vape this place is not for you.

Our room only had coffee for one person? And nowhere in the lobby to get coffee at 5:30!

This particular La Quinta is exceptionally quiet, which made for a very restful stay. In fact, it’s one of the best locations I’ve stayed at. Keep up the great work! I would definitely return.

Bathroom was dirty and had hair everywhere. The light above the mirror didn't work at all. Air conditioning was poor. Main lobby floor was sticky and dirty.

This location does not clean your room daily and does not provide you with "door card" to let them know you don't want your room cleaned. They expect the customer to provide them notification A DAY BEFORE, before 9:00pm or else your room gets NO service. I did not expect this from a hotel charging $200 per night!

Although we immediately notified the only employee on the property they were too busy to retrieve the items or bring us clean bedding, we had to take the clothes to the front desk, collected the clean sheets and made the bed ourselves. According to the employee they did not have any other rooms available that we could move to. The employee committed to housekeeping cleaning the room the following day, which never happened. We also requested for the manager to call us each of the 3 days of our stay, he never did. We finally were able to get his telephone number and we spoke with him on our last day. He communicated that due to booking the room via a 3rd party, he was unable to compensate any portion of the stay and instead offered us a few points. This by far is the most awful experience I have ever had in a hotel. I will never stay at another Wyndham hotel nor will I book through or recommend Expedia to anyone.

Liked the hot tub, convenience of location. Bed and pillows were terrible, the room’s Hvac did not work and we reported it and no one came. Spent the time there miserable.

The hotel is right off the freeway,so it is very easy to find. The noise from the freeway didn't bother me at all .Plenty of parking and its close to the hotel. As soon as you walk up to the hotel the automatic doors open for you, which is nice when you have your hands full with luggage and bags. When we get to the front desk the nicest young lady checked us in , she let us know about breakfast in the morning, told us about the pool and hot tub. The room is standard . our room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was okay, it was fun making waffles. I also liked that the other guest were pleasant, friendly. Check out was easy. 1.The rooms are dated . 2.There is an $150.00 Security fee I didn't know about until check in .

Everyone all staff- was super nice, room was clean only complaint was that the toilet was very low. Maybe it’s a normal toilet and I’m just use to the comfort size ones.

Additionally, when we checked in we were told they would charge an extra 150 dollars upfront that would be refunded when we checked out. We were not made aware of this prior to when we checked in. It has been hours since we checked out and I am not seeing the refund yet. The "free breakfast" is a joke...absolutely horrible.

Phone didn't work, lacked extra roll of TP, had to ask for body lotion, room faced the very noisy freeway, loud children across the hall. Very few hangers in the closet. Only sausage, no bacon for breakfast and orange juice was very acidic.

The staff was fine. If you are going to allow pets, there at least should be a floor that does not allow them. And their should be a big surcharge for pets so the hotel can take the time to clean up appropriately. I will no lump her stay at LaQuintas

Requested a room change to first floor and staff were pleasant and accomodated our request. We have stayed at this location before and noted the sewer smell but not nearly as strong as this stay. Seems this is a problem when looking at other reviews, and don't understand why it hasn't been fixed or why customers are placed in those rooms if rooms are available in lower floors that don't stink. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast was waffles and some other things, few options even for an included breakfast ot was very cheap and unhealthy. The dining room has tables and chairs literally falling apart, upholstery with rips, tear and holes in it. If you ask the front desk they will just tell you to deal with it.

Check in was great - super friendly and helpful! Our room was filthy! They clearly have a sewer back up issue - it smelled so horrible! We seriously couldn’t even sleep we were so disgusted!!! The windows are paper thin and the road noise was miserable. Neither of us got any sleep - never again :-(

The bathroom was in real bad shape, that's the biggest piece of the low review. Overall the room was in ok shape but the bath tub was rough and the sink was backing up and releasing whatever gunk is in the pipe overnight. Plumbing in that system needs some serious work.

I had to say that the lady that has been on call for over nine days was very rude and nasty to my family members it was Christmas and they tried to be as pleasant to her as possible, but she was very upset and rude. This is not the staff that you need in your company.

No room service for the three days I was there all lamps were unplugged except for one which was intermittent staff wanted ignore if booked third party. Freeway noise, breakfast was bad if you are diabetic or on a eat healthy diet.

Upon arrival, I waited 30 minutes before a concierge assisted me as there was no one at the front desk. A couple walked in and said the front desk concierge had been gone for over an hour. The entire third floor smelled like a toilet overflowed, the pillows in my room were all stained as was the bedding. I landed up sleeping on top of the covers with my sweater coat as my blanket and another sweater as my pillow.

When we check in the guy at the desk did not tell us that we had to request clean towels each day and clean the room. We went out for the evening when we came back to the room the dirty towels were still on the floor.Called the front desk and ask the lady that we needed clean towels and she told us to come to the front desk and she would give us some would not bring them to the room. Very disappointed with the staff there. We have stayed at hotels with your company and never had that kind of service.

The exterior of the building needs some refreshing. The parking lot needs to be completely redone. It's basically gravel at this point. The rooms are definitely starting to show their age but clean enough. Bed was comfortable. The hallways and one elevator I used had a really bad sewer odor. I could smell cigarette smoke coming in from the window AC unit. Not sure I'll stay here again.

Then the sink filled up with sewage from the room above . They came to fix it but the sink still wouldn’t drain . The people working were all very nice . But the Hotel itself was very neglected.

What they call a handicap room is not remotely a handicap room, it was a regular room. We requested a handicap room with a walk in shower that was advertised on the website because i cant get into or out of a bathtub. The room we were given had a regular bathtub/shower. After going to the front desk to request that we be given a room like we thought we booked, we ended up having to get the manager to deal with the problem. After voicing my displeasure he changed us to the room with the walk in shower and grab bars like we had requested, so all was well. As far as the hotel itself it's average at best, nothing to get excited about.

I'm not sure if I was in handicap room, but the toilet was way too low. and there was a handrail at the back of the tub, it's not useful. they should be on the side of the tub to hold on getting in and out.

The only real complaint I had was there was a strange odor throughout the entire hotel. It almost sent me like sewer gas. Not sure if there was a problem or what, but it was not pleasant.

Enjoyed our stay!

The grounds were lovely, the staff was helpful, our room was clean, great price. There is a strange sulfur smell that other guests have mentioned but it wasn’t a deal breaker.

The entire hallway on the 3rd floor smelled like sewage. Our room was intolerable and we had to leave immediately. The methane sewer gas in the elevator was horrible. We complained to the kind lady at the front desk. We didn't feel safe and was concerned about health risks. We booked another hotel and left. We stopped a few other people outside and they confirmed our concerns. The hot tub and pool was great. The rooms are clean the grounds are nice. Hopefully they can figure out the issues!

I understand issues happen, so being moved to a double bed instead of the requested king was tolerable. I asked the front desk at check in if I needed to call and request a wake up call and he said he would handle it. Fortunately I set 2 other alarms in the room because the wake up call never came. The air conditioner was rather loud every time it turned on, but I eventually was able to sleep through it. Room was clean and I only needed it one night, so it was ok.

Checking in there was a delay but once all that was settled I was surprised by how comfortable the room and bed were. Also, only providing one full towel threw me off. Wasn't sure if that was an error them saving cleaning cost. They may also want to change out/clean some of the chairs. They were stained and some rips. But still gave it a 5 cause of the room comfort and location was perfect.

We liked that the room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave. The beds were a little hard but we still slept well. Enjoyed the convenience to the stores and freeway. Nice stay.

Handicapped room was not accessible. Was told by front desk to go buy a shower chair. Thank goodness the housekeeper (life saver) found a small chair for her to use. It didn’t fit properly but she made it work. The shower head also didn’t work. I’ve stayed at many La Quintas and this one I will not be returning.

After dealing with very loud and extremely odd behavior from the guests next door, I was transferred to a different room on a different floor. Because of occupancy, I had to downgrade to a lesser-comfort/amenities room but I did have very good service from the front desk attendant to make the change

Black mold in shower, same scrap of paper on floor of bathroom after 2 full cleanings, meaning room was not swept or mopped. Pool area had drunks screaming and yelling for over 2 hours at 230am. Furniture was dated, broken and dirty. Sheets didnt fit the bed. I will never stay at another Wyndham property.

The only thing i can offer as a suggestion for the hotel is to immediately get RID of whatever it is they are cleaning with. We were on the 3rd floor and every time we came back to our room, the smell was SO BAD, whatever they think they are using to make the hotel smell good, smells like an old fashion cleaner that is trying to "mask" a sewer drain smell! i feel badly letting you know but WOW it was the ONLY thing that would make me second guess coming to that location again. It was bad, it was smacked right in your face once the elevator doors would open, Maybe use plug ins in the hallways of like pineapple or apple scents, somthing, its just that smell and if they think that thats a "cleaning" scent, someones GOT to help them because it was nausiating. Sorry i had to tell you but WOW it really was That bad.

The staff was about and beyond friendly. We arrived an hour early prepared to wait. They were able to get us in! I really liked the layout of the spacios room. The reason for the 4 is because of freeway noise and a worn uncomfortable mattress. Despite those 2 reasons, I most likely will stay here again.

Broken toilet seat in room 415 . No body lotion no conditioner and only one small tube of shampoo which is enough for one person. Room doesn’t smell clean when I walked in . Breakfast lounge -the furniture are very old and rundown. Breakfast: not mụch , no scramble eggs or bacons , only have hard boiled eggs .yogurt, coffee and juice.

There was a lot of dirt by the tub caked in the corners etc. not cleaned properly. Rug was dirty it’s too bad people don’t take their shoes off when rugs are present. I would not wear my bare feet in the room flip flops sufficed. The hotel smells like mildew really bad, it rained a lot while we were there so likely made the smells worse. The staff were all good, breakfast lady was a drill sergeant cleaner, the area was spotless. No safe in our room which I always like to have for my passport. I didn’t realize this property was so close to the highway, very loud traffic in the mornings.

The room we checked into on the 6th floor smelled horrible like sewer. Fortunately the staff was nice enough to move us to a better room. And I was not pleased with how the breakfast staff employee treated us. She was not friendly! Over all it was not a very pleasant stay.

My hotel room was dirty, there were stains on the lamp shades, the bathrooms look old and dirty, they didn't even provide shampoo and conditioner, you have to request housekeeping it's not automatic everyday, I didn't feel safe or comfortable and had to leave the establishment and go somewhere else

The room was clean, the shops were nearby and breakfast was okay no meat. Worked with a virtual check-in person couldn't understand them. it took a while just to check in. If I travel back to Page I would choose this hotel again. We enjoyed the view off the balcony of our room.

My stay here was great! Really wanted to No complaints about the hotel whatsoever. The fact that it’s right next to a major freeway made the noise of the cars bothersome when I was trying to sleep, but if you’re not a light sleeper like I am then that shouldn’t be an issue. The entire decor was really nice. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The price was affordable. All in all, everything about my stay was just lovely.

This property was close to where I needed to go, but it was so close to the freeway I had to wear earplugs to sleep. Behind all the furniture it was filthy. Old food pieces, previous guests things, and years of dirt and dust were behind and under everything. Recliner was broken, tub had rust and dirt. Breakfast was a joke. I will not stay there again, you should do the same.

What I didn't like is the locks were changed during the day while I was gone and I did not receive any notification that the locks would be changed and I would have to get new key cards. They apparently put the notice under the door the same day they changed the lock which I'd already left that morning and when I returned and the late evening I'm trying to get my room unlocked. Had to go down to the desk ring the bell nobody came went back up. Tried to get into the room again. Went back down that time I rang the bell and someone did come and help me and give me new key cards. But since they knew I was going to be there for 5 days I think they should have been able to notify me before doing it while I was already gone for the day

La Quinta is so affordable. Breakfast is included. Close to the freeway, malls and to Holy Cross Catholic Church. Restaurants are walkable. There’s a small gym, pool and very clean. It’s just like home for us.

AC was not working well in our room. Gym needed water cups. Breakfast was ok. No hot eggs.

Easy location comfy bed nice staff

Idea: make sure all hospitality knows who’s checking out late. It’s okay but I was asleep and was woken up twice to come to the door to tell the ladies i already paid for late checkout. Idea: renew all asphalt in parking lot. Those rocks almost tore my bummer off my $80,000 vehicle. Not complaining just throwing it in there.

Checking in was very seamless but not friendly at all. Didn’t give any info about breakfast hours, WiFi, etc. our room smelled like an animal peed in the room and wasn’t cleaned up properly, the fridge was filthy, the floor was very loud. Heard doors slamming constantly, other rooms toilets flushing, dogs barking. Didn’t give us the rest we really could have used. Room was a little worn down and not as clean as we would have hoped.

Staff was very nice, only one problem, room was supposed to be cleaned one day and wasn’t done. Was taken care of next day, otherwise room was very nice & comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

We walked in and was given 3 different rooms and either they smelled like smoke or had no electricity. This place is digusting and definitely not smoke free .

Hotel was very clean and well kept in all areas, the staff was super helpful and friendly, and Stephani and Rachel went out of their way to help us with issues with the laundry situation!

Overall stay was great but there was a hold deposit of $150 which I believe is crazy. Even though I was told the deposit would come back to me it was actually more than my actual room. I wish I would have known that ahead of time.

The room was very large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Only wish that breakfast opened at 6:00 instead of 7:00 so that we could have gotten on our way sooner.

Property is pet friendly. I was not traveling with a pet. I think i was put in a pet room. Had some pet oder and the floor I was on seemed to be the pet floor so there were several dogs barking at odd times.

This place although looks nice and is nice on the inside. The manager there is a total piece of trash. They charged numerous times for a smoking deposit. Which I don’t even smoke so why I have to pay $150 for one blows my mind. They then charged me an additional 172.50 for no reason. And when I brought them my bank statement showing they did in fact charge me. They told me they didn’t. And refused to pay me back for any of the “refundable” fees. And because of all that what should have been the start of another week stay I instead had to sleep outside in my car with my dog and cat in the middle of summer with the heat advisory of 110 outside. At no point did they apologize for the extra charges or try to make it right with me. They didn’t even offer me a bottle of water for me or my pets while we sat outside in the heat. Nothing. After staying there for 13days straight. They are terrible people at that hotel. BEWARE!

Instead of knocking on my door to ask about it they charged my account $400. More. I asked why they didn’t knock and do a room inspection but they had no answer. Will not return! I’m a retired nurse who has never smoked and felt like they didn’t believe me.

I always stay at this location. Never had any issues. But this time there was dried urine on the toilet. I had xlorox wipes and gloves. I cleaned the bathroom and it still smelt strongly of urine.

Overall, stay was great, the only 2 things were there was food in the refrigerator left by someone else so housekeeping didn't check the refrigerator which makes you wonder what else wasn't checked? And there was a metal piece that came off the top of the vathroom door that fell to the ground almost on the foot of my friend.

In less than a month I stood here because it’s so clean and convenient except for the lady that sets the breakfast up! Terrible attitude. (The blonde with and up do)
