Rooms were a little outdated, but clean. TV had a few cable channels, but no apps. Walls are thin, allowing for overhearing discussions, toliot flushes, and showers. Pool and hot tub was full of debris - flower petals, palm tree bark, and dirt mostly likely from surrounding plants. Over the stay, the water became a little murkey so they probably need to fix filters or something. Breakfast is highly recommended, Raul was AMAZING and ensured we had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and prompt to request. Overall, good location and a plcae to lay your head.

Well if you enjoy sleeping with large sweet roaches it's ok this use to be my favorite place but I am deathly scared of the flying roaches

This was a great deal for the stay. We enjoed being right where our conference was, very convenient. We liked our room enough, though it could be a bit more updated. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Overall good stay.

The room was comfy and had a nice balcony with a view of the pool. Breakfast was pretty good too. Eggs, bacon, pancakes, French toast, coffee and juices. The hot tub is sort of hidden but we found it. The oool is really big and nice for swimming in.

There is not good place for pets to potty, lots of thorny plants, etc. I would put in a grassy area designated just for dogs.

The check-in was easy and the desk clerk was helpful.The location was easy to reach. It was convenient enough for the places in Mesa where we went. Not a big deal, but it is close to main road and the noise may be an issue for some.

Outdoor area where pool is located is great for hanging out. Paid a good amount and hot tub was not functional.

We were extremely happy with our room, which was clean and comfortable. All staff was kind, helpful, and courteous! Shout out to Raul, who was Amazing! The grounds/pool were cleaned every morning, but with baseball tournaments in the area it was a difficult task to keep up! No complaints!

This location was perfect for us. Near plenty of shopping and dining. The room itself was clean and comfortable- the pool was being worked on so much of the patio was closed off though it was enjoyable! My biggest issue was the room was directly in front of the ice machine and elevators so it was a noisy stay for us. Our shower head was also faulty.

There was one working elevator however guest kept trying to overfill it causing it to not work a couple times during the stay. The bathroom in my room wasn't cleaned properly. I received text messages around children of other guest misbehaving that were offensive as i was the only african American there at that time.

Check in was long. Unfortunately the woman that helped us took a bit to find our actual reservation. When we got up to out room the keys wouldnt work. Came back down and waited in line again to be helped. A new woman looked up and realized that we had been given the wrong room number. While everyone was kind the process took over 20 minutes and unfortunately we had a wedding to get to. The room was clean but the bathroom looked like they were in the middle of a renovation. Again staff was kind but honestly not sure wed stay here again.

After a six hour drive I was looking forward to the jacuzzi. Both days I was staying there the jacuzzi was the same temp as the pool. Cold. The breakfast was comparable to a free continental breakfast at a lesser property. The room was nice.

Rooms were nice and comfortable and both rooms had a balcony. when booking the rooms, with booking.com isnt working right. I had paid for the rooms with booking.com but the hotel did charge me again when I arrived, but I talked with the front desk and she called booking.com to fix the problem. Just dont like I have to wait now for the 5-10 business days to get my money back

The location is great but the property is a bit worn out. Staff very nice, the shower had hair and caulk mold in it. The bathroom light is automatic, no way to keep it off in the middle of the night so you don't get blinded during a visit. Good to have wifi, but it was a pain to get logged in, the 'directions' need improvement.

It was nice and clean but needs an update in the hallways. Ir seemed dark and a little old in the hallways. Also the underside of the pool waterfall needs to be a little better maintained but there was a lot of fun things around the pool to do it was too hot to play and I wish the pool was open later

The pool area felt like I was at a resort, it was well maintained and better than the pictures. The rooms were spacious and clean and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was hot and had lots to choose from, the service was amazing!

The front desk were super nice. The only problems were NO ICE MACHINE on our floor. And our room was really loud to the highway outside.

I liked the clean, well lit parking, conveniently located off the main traffic. Some outside noise came through and the building dated.

Wife could not make her flight from Maine to Phoenix due to security only having one line open due to failures. Tried calling at least seven different numbers trying to get ahold of the hotel. All went to new reservations only. So I had to make another reservation for Friday. When I told the front desk about they were no help at all. The first reservation was for a room with two queens and the one for Friday was for a king bed. They did offer to let me stay in the queen room with no refund for the extra cost. They said I would have to check out then back in for the king room. THEY OFFER A HOT BREAKFAST. I WAS INFORMED THAT WAS ONLY INCLUDED WITH CORPORATE RESERVATION. SO BREAKFAST WAS ANOTHER 20 DOLLARS. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN

The room was pretty clean minus the shower needing some work. It does not provide a shuttle to and from the airport but came up on the search that it did when I was looking for hotels. The breakfast was $15 and since I’m GF and DF I would be eating things like fruit, juice, hard boiled egg if they had them. I can do that with a continental breakfast but I’m not paying $15. I wish I would have known that ahead of time.

Only issue was they only had one elevator running. So you had to wait quite a while to catch one. And the housekeeping uses the same elevator so it was pretty busy. Was very convenient on and off the freeway. Just didn’t like opening up my window and seeing a lot of bird droppings on the side of the wall. Maybe it’s time to power wash your building and get the birds under control. Pool looked nice and big. Probably won’t stay again. It’s an old hotel! But they do a good job of keeping it clean.

I called down to the front desk asking if they had flashlights I never was gotten back to and our heater did not work after that power outage that was a bit disappointing we did not realize it until last night when we attempted to turn it on we are now checked out overall I would say that the Review would be very good for the hotel just a few minor little glitches. We enjoyed the service in the restaurant bar and the food.

Very quiet. All personnel were helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean.

We were disappointed that the pool heater was broken during our stay, and the hot tub heater worked off and on...I was told that parts were on order. No breakfast unless you want to pay $15.99 for instant reheated food. Very loud when trying to sleep, but it is right off a major highway. 1 working elevator, so we waited a lot for that. Beds were comfortable.

the girl working behind the desk hates her job, she didn't greet me or acknowledge me while I stood in front of her waiting to check in. Attitude from the gate when I said hello. I asked about a balcony she said no you're on the first floor. Okay well when I went to the room that she gave me it was dirty. So I called her she said in a very annoyed voice front desk. I explained it was still dirty she said come up to the front. She gave me a room on the 2nd floor with a balcony. Mind you it's 112° right now in Arizona. Showers drain is on the up slope so it doesn't drain they have a squeegee in there for you to actually squeegee the water to the drain. This is ran down needs an update and they've definitely need to fix the drains in their shower. The bed was comfy though I can't say it wasn't but the front desk attitude was less than spectacular.
