    The staff was absolutely so kind and helpful, my room was clean but we got locked out of our room 8 times. None of the exterior doors or gates lock, and the exercise room was out of order. Great breakfast but key readers are needing replaced as well as enhanced security. Any body could walk into the hotel at any hour which I did not like especially being a woman traveling by myself with 5 kids.

    Location to my son. The table and chairs outside our patio doors were nice, however not private. Noisy boys until about 11pm, we had an early wake up time. Also pool side room wasn’t pool side. The picture looked like it was right outside the door of the room, when it was actually down to the other side of from of hotel.

    Staff was great. Breakfasts had good choices. Our room had a clogged shower drain. Staff offered to move us, but it was late. We called again in the morning and maintenance came right up and fixed it. This applies to maintenance of the property; if housekeeping cleaned the shower after the last guest they would have seen the problem almost immediately. Overall, our stay was good.

    We were on the 4th floor and my friend is in a wheelchair. When getting ready to leave, I called to ask about a luggage cart and was told we would have to get it ourselves from the first floor. My friend went in her wheelchair to get it, in which a staff member then helped to bring it up. Our room had a constant vibration, which was disturbing. I'm guessing that there was something electronic running near us, possibly large A/C units right above our room. But the worst thing was my bed. We had a double queen room. My bed was lopsided at the foot and I kept hitting my leg on the metal frame that stuck way out (OUCH!). I finally looked at the foot on the other side (the lower side of the slant). The boxsprings was completely broken apart (thus the slant). I took photos if they are needed. We told the front desk about this at checkout. Due to that alone, they really should've offered us something...a discount, a free room in the future,... something. This was my 2nd time to stay there (as i travel for medical reasons). As it stands, we will never stay there again.

    Overall the staff was friendly and helpful, until checkout time. The breakfast was good. Coffee service could've been better. Though when I told a staff member that the decaf was cold, he made a new pot for me. The pool was WONDERFUL! It was the best part of our stay.     The hot tub was nice and warm, felt great to relax in, the bed was ok. Breakfast was pretty good. I would like to see more protein choices for diabetics. The room was not very clean, there was a straw behind the side table, the tv remote in the front room didn't work to turn on the TV. There were no towels out at the pool, but my wife was able to get some from the front counter. I had to change the date of my stay, and had the free change option, it charged me 25.00 to change the date even though on the website it shows it being available for the same price as i originally paid. Not happy about that.

    The place was just ok. We booked the Diamond Suite because it was one of the few rooms that had a balcony; which was double the price of the regular room however it was disappointing and badly in need of updates. The smell was musty immediately entering the room. The exercise room lock was broken and we were unable to use it. The food was decent, nothing great. I will say the staff were very helpful. Location was great.

    The room was nice, but the pillows were just air and went flat instantly. The pool was my favorite part! I was looking forward to getting a couple of work outs in while we were there, but ALL of the machines in the gym were out of order (bike, treadmill, elliptical), and there were only a few free weights and a bench available. They did not even have a water cooler to refill water bottles. :( I was very disappointed with that.

    At check-in, I asked for a rollaway since I had picked up two extra girls. Staff was accommodating and did their best. We asked about a second room, but were told it required booking two nights due to preset rates, which was frustrating. We made it work in one room with a rollaway. The next day ran long, so we stayed another night and got another rollaway with no issues. The kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast. However, the jacuzzi was not clean there was visible hair and debris, so I got out right away. There were also no towels in the pool area, so we had to go back to the room to get some. Staff overall was great friendly and helpful throughout. Room quality was inconsistent. The fourth floor was updated and clean, but the second floor felt outdated with peeling wallpaper, loose shower fixtures, and a bathtub that wasn’t properly cleaned. That said, pricing felt fair and the location is great. There’s a Target nearby and plenty of restaurants. Room service was pricey, so we used Uber Eats instead. Overall: 4/5. Could be a 5 with better cleanliness and consistency.

    We loved the ease of checking in and out. We're very tech-oriented and the WiFi was ok in most areas of the hotel. There were several restaurant choices within easy walking distance. We loved the easy access to the highway, but of course that comes with the noise of a highway. Only really an issue for us outside as the room was pretty quiet. For context, we live in a rural hamlet, so the pace and noise of a big city is really foreign to us. It wasn't unpleasant, just very different. The room was clean, the staff were wonderful. Plenty of parking too.

    Bacon was overcooked, salty and crumbled. The workout room was only weights-none of the cardio equipment worked. When I complained, AI told me to either cancel my registration and move to another hotel or be rewarded 100 onekeycash points (to ensure I stay with them until I use them). I can't wait to use the points so that I can quit onekeycash and never use hotels.com again.

    Breakfast was good. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Hot tub was warm and relaxing too. Not having room service for the three days we stayed there. Would have been nice to get new towels etc. The keys do not open the door because the door unit is broke. It should be fixed!!!!! For room 107. It took about 5 minutes to get into the room each time we left. A worker tried it and no luck too. Very frustrating......

    The food was good, close to places in walking distance. Cleanliness of the room/living room were clean. Bed was comfortable. My restroom was kind of small, there was a strong mildew odor, shower curtain, maybe the floor, not sure. I had picked a room with 2 queen beds, once there, I was told all that was left was a king bed and a sofa bed. My cards kept turning off, had to go to the front desk to get new ones, twice. Even one of the key cards in the room, not used turned off. Just a few things that were inconvenient, disappointing for the price I paid.

    Location was convenient for our needs Very dirty room. Our comforter had fresh blood stains that did not appear to have ever been laundered. When I told the desk clerk he simply said “anything else?”. Chair was too dirty to use. Difficult to get a blow dryer which was supposed to be available in the room.

    Breakfast was nice: cereal oranges, yogurt, eggs, sausage links, shredded cheddar cheese, Jalapeños, muffins, bagles, bread, oatmeal, waffles, gusva OJ, and the pool area was beautiful. 2 elevators made easy races to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors in addition to the stairs. The freeway was surprisingly loud, but could not hear neighbors at all. AC work well and had a continuous fan option. Would stay again.

    Airport shuttle was convenient. The only complaint I had is that we arrived early and were told to check in at 3:00 pm would cost us an additional $20 and to check in before 3:00 pm would cost an additional $50. We just killed time at the bar/restuarant next door (delicious food). Finally, at 3:00 pm we decided we would go over and just pay the $20. A new person was working and immediately checked us in at no extra cost. I thought this was odd. Usually, if the room is clean a motel will let you check in.

    Even with a sound machine on the loudest fan noise, you can clearly hear highway noise. If this bothers you, maybe an upper room? Beds squeaked with each movement & not in the recreational kind. Sharing a room with my Dad. Only my Dad got a shower as the tub didnt drain and even after 30 minutes, standing water. Just yucky. Appreciate the front desk clerk listening and sharing my concern with management. Breakfast at 7am appreciated in having hot and cold selections. Area was clean yet can get crowded quickly. Many seating options with both outdoor and indoor.

    My TV didn’t work and I called for assistance. I was told the maintenance person was taking someone to the airport and would check on my tv after his return. I never received any response. The next morning I was getting ready to go to an event for my friend who was performing at Tempe Center for the Arts and the hair dryer in my room was not working. I had to leave the hotel with wet hair. So I had no television in a hotel for 24 hours and I had to leave looking like a wet dog. This experience did not leave me wanting to be a return customer.

    The cleanliness of the room was not the best. There was trash under the sink in the bathroom, the trash can in the room was dirty with stuff stuck to the side and on the bottom under the extra bags. There were hairs in the tub. My grandson found a hanger and empty water bottle under one of the beds. Drapes falling down, drawer on desk broken. Ice machines out of order.

    The room was not particularly handicap accessible - it had a tub-type shower instead of the picture shown which was a direct step-in shower and the rail to help with the transition to the tub was quite loose. The furniture in the room appeared to have been in a flood -- it was very worn. We were put in a room adjacent to both elevators - which made whooshing noise all night. We were right above the balcony and two couples sitting in the lobby talked loudly until 11:15 - until I went out and waived at them from the balcony and said "sshhhhh" and then they quit. I found the front desk staff to be very unhelpful at check-in and it was like they were busy and didn't want to even be polite, much less helpful. All and all - not great experience - wouldn't stay there again.

    The property is not fancy, but I feel very comfortable there. We always book a suite. They are roomy and feel like home after a long day. The complimentary breakfast is very good. They have everything you could want. A great way to start the day. The staff are all courteous and helpful. Another big selling point for us is the proximity to restaurants. That is not correct, it was released to come back to me when I checked out, but I have to wait 5-7 business days to see it. Major inconvenience since the amount went up to $100. When traveling, that $100 can go a long way. When I got to my room both trash cans were full of trash. Everything else was fine.

The pool temperature was OK and the hot tub was hot. Our room smelled like a fish had died in it prior to us using the room. The other room was fine. Beyond the hotels control, someone was smoking marijuana near the elevators and that stunk up the hallway for several hours.

Our room had an unpleasant stench when entering and we couldnt controll the thermostat so slept in a cold room because we were exhausted.     My room was definitely not as pictured. There was no microwave in room. Checked in for 3 days and no room cleaning was done. The gym was out of service. My room door wouldn’t open. When I complained about all this. They stated, maintenance was out at 3pm, and they apologized for our room not being cleaned. They send a new microwave up on the last day, but didn’t plug it in because they had to move the tv stand. Horrible stay. Will never stay here again!

    Staff was kind and friendly, but the hotel smells of cigarette smoke, the corridor of our floor was dirty, the room was "clean" but definitely was in rough shape. Paint missing/peeling from the walls, curtains dirty in bedroom, laminate countertops falling apart, the inside of our rooms fridge and microwave were dirty. The bathroom shower discolored and stained dirty. For what we paid for one night, the room did not quite come up to standards with the price.

    Sorry to say, but during the night, I pulled the bottom sheet off in my sleep and what did I find in the morning as I went to straighten out my bed but a brown stain on the mattress cover that was not from me. They did come and clean it up quickly and change my bedding. I’m sure they were embarrassed and then we had tiny little ants coming out of the bathroom sink. The staff was friendly. Sorry I couldn’t give a better review.

    The airport shuttle they advertise is NOT to PHX! I found that very misleading. So we spent almost $100 in Lyft fare to get us there and back from Skyharbor. And the young lady at the desk was very aware of the problem. But offered no fix.

    The staff was nice and the maintenance man was super helpful. The room smelled so musty and the sheets had hair all in between the sheets. The bathroom smelled so bad like sewage air coming up from the drains and the tub clogged while trying to shower. The elevator was also so loud and creaky. Would not recommend this hotel.

    The front desk was super respectful, the check in was easy. We got to our room and it was outdated, it was a cheaper hotel so whatever. I went to the shower and there was unfortunately still hair in the shower. The blankets and pillow cases didn’t smell clean. IF YOU ARE A LIGHT SLEEPER DONT GO HERE. I’m a super light sleeper and tried to drown out the traffic noise with a sound machine but it still didn’t work. The breakfast was good for a continental breakfast. The halls smells like old smoke. It’s good for a cheaper hotel, but it’s not the greatest. That’s all.

    Property is close to restaurants. All within walking distance. The only draw back was the room cleaning for longer stays. They don’t service the room every day unless you call them. They refresh the room every third day. How ever they on clean areas that don’t have personal items on it. The desk if you have keys or a towel on there they will not refresh, your bed if you have your own pillow on the bed they will not refresh. Only down point.

    They do have a deposit, but it’s only $20. It’s refundable of course and they take Apple Pay. The front desk guys are awesome. Friendly and don’t make you feel rushed or like you’re bothering them. The room was very clean, the beds were comfy. They have a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the room. WiFi worked great, tv was great. All around a very very long awaited GOOD stay somewhere without any issues. And check out is at 12pm. Which is nice to get that extra hour. They also do offer late checkout for a fee. Great stay will stay there again as soon as possible. I wish they had a rewards system tho, or if they do I didn’t notice it anywhere.

    The staff was very friendly, and check-in was a breeze. I loved the lobby and the pool.     The place is really outdated, the bathtubs were filthy like they’re not cleaned properly, the shower drain wasn’t draining so I removed the cover and there was so much hair and gunk it was disgusting. The bathroom floor had hair and even pubic hair that wasn’t cleaned. And the 2nd night our air conditioning went out on a 110° day. The carpet was so nasty luckily I brought my slippers. But the price was fair especially for 5 days there. And the breakfast and pool are also nice. And the staff was super nice so there are positives and negatives.

    When we first arrived I was excited about our stay. The hotel seemed very nice upon arriving, but as we were going to our room you could see all their money was put into the lobby. When we tried getting into our rooms right after checking in, the keycards were not working well. It took 2 new keycards during our stay because they just weren’t working. Then going into the room you have to pull the handle up instead of down. The room was pretty dirty under the bathroom counter, by the desk, the chair was badly stained, the bathtub was clogged with water not draining correctly, there was stains on the sheet, the toilet paper was awful. The first night a group of teenagers pounded on our door and went to hide by their room and when caught tried to deny it. The third night, our key stopped working again so we had to go replace it again. Overall it was a pretty disappointing experience. I would definitely opt for another hotel in the future.

    The staff were very nice and customer service friendly. We were leaving at 2:30 AM and because we would be missing breakfast, there were two paper bags made for us which included a bottled water, muffin, apple, yogurt with a spoon, and a cutie. To us, that action showed true customer service. The king bed was comfortable, the room was clean, our room faced the highway which we could hear the traffic but there was a Mountain View!

    At first it was not so welcoming by the Front Desk Receptionist and it may be because she might’ve been busy with something else, I honestly can’t tell. BUT after a few hours, we check in and she was a bit more friendly and smiling. Got checked in and that was the only encounter w/her. The rest of our trip was awesome! The gentleman that was cleaning the rooms when we checked out was amazing! His attitude & wiping to help us was great! He actually did us out w/supplies as well as the Kitchen staff. Very welcoming & the food was great. They made sure things were always stocked and ready. There was also a young gal that worked I believe our 2nd night and she helped w/supplies as well. She was a sweetheart. We had a great stay!! Just slight hiccup at the beginning but I would definitely recommend. Also great location, had so many food options within walking distance & close to grocery stores. Thank You All for a wonderful stay!

    Breakfast and cleanliness was decent, everything else was dated. Door key pads did not swipe on our front or back doors even after they changed keypads it took 5+ swipes until it worked each time. Never got housekeeping to stop by in the 4+ nights we stayed and had to get our own towels.

    The hotel was nice and clean. I asked for a new room when our AC kept tripping out, but they claimed to not have any. Instead we waited about 3 hours to get the unit changed by maintenance twice. The room was very hot until it was fixed and with a new baby, it made it worse. Maintenance was quick to respond, but it was one guy by himself so it took a while.

    Staff is friendly but the hotel is in need of updates. The room keys kept deactivating and when they did work, you had to open your door a certain way to get the door to open. WiFi was pretty spotty, the TV remote only worked if you were a foot from the sensor. These aren’t big things but they make a difference when you are trying to relax and enjoy a short stay.

    Overall it was an average stay. Nothing too exciting. We did have a dirty towel left in the bathroom and found at check-in. Kinda ick, but just threw it into the corner and reported it to the front desk. Happy the breakfast was opened a little early both Saturday and Sunday for us since we needed to get our daughter to her soccer game a 7:15 am. That was very nice of them!

    The heater in the pool was broken. The plugins in the room are old so they struggled to keep chargers plugged in.     As soon as we walked into the lobby to check in it smelled of cigarettes. Once we get into our room, everything seemed fine. But after settling in we noticed the cleanliness of our room was poor. There was hair from the prior guests in the bathroom, stains on the towels, we had to use the pull out sofa from the couch and underneath was disgusting. There was a section on the wall where someone spilled or spit out soda on it and was never cleaned. The sink drain made a loud noise through out the night making it hard for my kids to fall asleep. We then went out to the pool area to swim and there were no towels, i was told the washing machine was broken. I'm glad i only booked for 1 night, i will not be returning.

    We booked a suite because there was no more regular rooms available. When we arrived we found there was a huge piece of wadded up gum, still wet, stuck to the top of the microwave. The sink in the bathroom was clogged, and also there was a kitchenette which was nice but only had two knives for silverware and we asked for silverware they gave us plastic utensils. We were supossed to get maid service on day 3 and didnt get it until day 4 and they just gave us towels and took the garbage, they didnt actually change the sheets. AC only went down to 64 and was very hot at night, I'm not convinced it was actually 64. The mattress was also extremely uncomfortable especially for a suite. Also there was a weird pipe coming out of the top of the shower. No idea what it was for but it was a bit unnerving. Additionally the furniture that had fabric (not leather) was stained and kind of gross looking. Overall this room while spacious, did not deserve the 290/night price tag. It needed some serious cleaning and while the kitchenette was nice, the fridge and freezer actually worked, the clogged sink, gum and lack of clean utensils made me disappointed in the whole experience.

    The thermostat was broken off the wall therefore no heat / AC. Several light bulbs were out, the carpet was stained, was very old and antiquated. The remote control for the TV had a piece of tape across the back to keep the batteries in come every time you picked it up they fell out. I realize that it's expensive to keep these updated, but really let's fix the things that are broken.
