I had a very enjoyable massage at the spa followed by the steam room. I swam laps in the pool and it was heated perfectly to 82 degrees. Food in the restaurant was tasty and service was impeccable. Although you can hear the noise from cars once inside my room it was completely quiet.

I have stayed at several Rosewood properties internationally, over the last 20 years. This one was a big disappointment- first they tried to put me in a room with a viewbof the highway, I booked a mountain view room costing over $900 a night. I refused and was given the option to wait a few hours for another. That room faced away from the highway but was just ad loud, and there were ants all over the bathroom. Disgusted will never return.

This is an amazing hotel and experience. For a vacation, or visit with family, the staff and facilities were all top notch. The pool was especially useful, with food and drink served right to your lounge chair. The pool was also clean, kid friendly, family friendly, and everyone looked like they were enjoying themselves. For our tastes, it was a bit pricey, maybe a little overpriced. But in the end, the experience was worth it.

Rosewood is as lovely and welcoming as I had been encouraged to expect. The staff was uniformly pleasant and helpful; I got especially good advice re wine and menu selections from our waiter. We would be delighted to stay here again.

The property is beautiful, I expected a little more for my Junior suite was 1k for the night. We were unable to get the entertainment system to work or connect to wifi and the staff was unable to fix it after quite a while of trying.

Tough weekend at Rosewood due to a heatwave. Hotel was understaffed for the full occupancy weekend and the serenity typically experienced at Rosewood was completely absent. Pool was overridden with unruly behavior and the facilities conditions were filthy at times. Several unattended items went missing. Might return again

Very nice property. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. We did have some issues with cleanliness. Outside our door was heeps of garbage and sheets that appeared to come from cleaning our suite. I called the front desk and they removed it promptly. I also noticed the desk was extremely dusty. Not a big deal but I do have dust allergies and did think it was an odd thing not to dust. But overall, I would highly recommend. The pool is really a great place to spend the day.

This is an incredible hotel. The service was top-notch, the views and pool are spectacular, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. And don't forget to check out the Madera restaurant. We went for brunch on Sunday and it was sooo good. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Worth the price for a weekend getaway!

Hotel was very nice, clean and quite very comfortable stay! Staff was very friendly and polite. Hotel is built right on the hwy 280 it was a lil loud but other then that, I would def refer this place to a friend!
