There are no signs to indicate there are stairs. We were on the 3rd floor and no indication of where stairs are in case of emergency

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great. I found a lot of hair in the bathroom, in the shower and on the ceiling (disgusting).

Parking was plentiful. Had issues sleeping because it is near the interstate. Nothing nearby worth mentioning. I live 5 miles down the road and stayed there due to storm damage to my property. I was only there about 6 hours but always enjoy a Hampton Inn.

The front desk staff were superior when checking in and also throughout the weekend. We arrived early with my elderly parents and they were so accommodating to find us rooms close to each other and we were able to check in early. They were so friendly and so helpful!

Staff and beds were awesome. Tub was too narrow. Kept hitting my arm on poorly placed soap dish trying to wash my hair.

We stayed for a sports event over the weekend. The rooms and hotel overall were very clean. The Check-in was easy as can be if you use the Hilton app. And there was plenty of hot coffee and breakfast choices to satisfy everyone. Maybe a slight 10-15 min drive for restaurants depending on your choice, so even the location works out.

It was clean and quiet and close to the highway.

The employees where so kind and welcoming. The bedroom was not clean the lock was broken. It smelled like sewer all night. Stains on the sheets didn't get sleep beds uncomfortable and just unclean bathroom and room. The whole room was very disappointed. Stayed at a lower rated hotel a week prior that was better quality and more clean very disappointed had to waste my money there

Location was convenient to Bryan Park soccer fields for the price. It smelled musty and damp in the hallway of 2nd floor and in our room. Ice machine was broken on our floor. Night shift at hotel were rude. Did not want to give us extra clean towels for a 2 night stay. Hot breakfast after 9:15 was not refilled so hot breakfast did not end at 10. Our toilet handle broke the second night and it was a Sunday. They told us there was no one to look at it so we had to use the bathroom downstairs.

The staff were very good. Friendly, understanding, but our room on the ground floor was so terribly humid. I thought the AC would make it better, but it didn’t. My husband went to the desk to ask for a dehumidifier, but they didn’t have one. The desk attendant offered us to change rooms, but my kids didn’t want to, and I thought it would get better. It didn’t. It was a terrible experience. At breakfast, my daughter heard other people complaining about their rooms being humid, as well. Oh, and the pool was closed because they’d been having bad weather recently (but not that day?).

desk clerk charged me for room even though I had paid in advance to Expedia. Called hotel and was referred to manager who was supposed to call back - he/she did not. followed up with Expedia to resolve and second charge was removed.

This location was ideal for our continuing travel, and not far from the exit. We arrived late and staff members greeted us warmly. Our breakfast was quick, filling and had something for everyone.

We were there during the start of a heatwave when they temperatures were 90+ degrees when our AC in our room went out. They said they were at capacity so they gave us a fan and said we didn't have any other options. They next day once people checked out we were able to move rooms, so a smaller non suite room and they never mentioned any compensation for the trouble or bc we moved to a smaller room

Excellent stop on our way to Philadelphia from Atlanta. Service dog friendly. Quick stop from I-95 and back on the road the next day. Staff super friendly. There were no issues at all.

Just a basic hotel stay. Clean but worn out. Chairs in room were so stained we didn't want to use them. Expected more from a Hampton.

Man at desk claimed we didn’t have a second room reserved even though we showed him confirmation. Said there was nothing we could do. Finally got the manager who after dealing with guy 1 for fifteen minutes, found the second reservation. No apology - just attitude. Made it clear we wanted the room cleaned I the morning and came home from event- room not made up. Again, no apology.

It was close to where we needed to be. The free breakfast in the morning was good. I got to pick my room before I checked in. Our room was big. It was quiet on the inside. The water pressure was horrible. It took a while for the hot water to heat up for the sink. There wasn't any hand soap when we 1st got in the room, so we had to go to the front desk. The fridge didn't get the sodas cold, after being in there for over a day. The carpet is carpet squares that just fit on the floor, so when I picked up my bag, one came up with it, and I had to put it back in. There weren't enough towels or washcloths for 2 days, so we had to get some more. For the price I paid, and the fact that it's a Hampton Inn & Suites, I expected more.

The young man (I think his name was Darius - I’m bad with names) who checked us in was fantastic. Very pleasant, extremely kind. Everyone I came in contact with during our stay was great. Breakfast was wonderful and breakfast staff were so nice! Had trouble with sliding barn door for bathroom. Got stuck in bathroom and had to have my husband help. Spoke to another guest at breakfast that had issues with theirs as well.

Amazing place, location is quiet but is fine. Nice customers service. The breakfast is the best and the lady that is in charge she is awesome, she is very friendly and inviting they bake fresh cookies and gives that to customers and when you leave there is thank you bag. They know how to receive a guest.

The staff at the hotel was outstanding and very pleasant. They made up for the other distractions The room was dated with holes in the wall and there was one morning we had to take cold showers. The walls were thin and the noise from the other room was normal but excessive for our room. It was clean inside but trash in the parking lot.

Room was great. Staff was great. Facility was being renovated so limited access to things like fitness area and pool. Not a major issue and obviously not long term once they finish. The location just doesn’t have much of anything around it. Two gas stations and a McDonald’s. Not the hotel’s fault obviously.

Horrible! Toilet overflowed, phone did not work. Had to go down to front desk for help. Changed rooms late at night and new room had a TV with screen going bad and heat that sounded like a freight train. Had to turn it off to sleep. Next morning clerk would not give credit or even HH points. Terrible service and less cooperation.

Hotel was clean, staff was OK except needing a blood sample to prove who we were when the room key didn't work. I'd give it a 7,maybe a weak 8. Not the greatest but definitely not the worst.

This property is past its prime. Room was clean, but the hotel itself was run down. There was a plumbing issue when I arrived. No water for over 8 hours.Can’t flush the toilets or take a shower. When the water came back on, it was brown. Have been trying to reach Expedia to request a refund or credit, but haven’t been successful. Would not recommend this hotel

Clean place with nice staff that's easy to get to. The gym is VERY basic - just a couple of cardio machines, weight rack and one stretch mat. No pull up bars or pull down machines.

I have stayed at Many Hampton Inn, this one did not look like one. No micro wave,, lobby looked different and so was the room set up.

Great place. Breakfast was just so..so, but overall a great place. Very clean and quiet.

Wonderful. We were in High Point during market week which led to a very pricey one night stay about 20 minutes away. So grateful that Hotels.com helped to locate an available room.

Hotel was very clean, nice staff, and breakfast was actually pretty good! Would highly recommend.

Shower had 2 maintenance issues

The check in was simple and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The room's bathroom was not terrible, but not great. It looked as though it had been updated numerous times and was ready for a complete gut and redo. The free breakfast was great! The breakfast area was clean, well-stocked, and attended continuously by friendly staff. There was a pool which we did not use. There was plenty of free parking. While the hotel was easy to get to, the surrounding area was more suited to truck traffic. The nearest restaurant was a truck stop which left something to be desired. Morning check out was easy and friendly.

We stayed 2 nights, the room was very nice and clean. On my next trip south I will stay with them again.
