I like that it was very clean, the AC was great and the staff was very attentive and nice. Yes, I'll recommend it.

Room smelled very musty. Had to change rooms for the second tonight. Staff were helpful accommodating the change.

Our bathroom was not clean to my expectations. I have worked many years in the hotel industry including extended stay. While the staff was great your bathrooms had pubic hairs in them and that was disgustingly unacceptable. I informed the front desk and they cleaned it, but not satisfactorily.

This hotel is in terrible need of updating and repair. The furniture (couch, chair) in our room were dirty, cracked and peeling. Everything needed baseboards and trim , especially in the kitchen and bathroom to be replaced, recalled and painted. The info online says breakfast is included and all it was nothing but low quality plastic wrapped muffins and terrible coffee. We didn't feel very safe, even though it wad located in a good area of town. Most everything.

Honestly I only liked the staff The smell in the room was unbearable smelled moldy or basement like… there were stains on the walls. I still tipped because I know how hard it is to clean rooms. Cleaning in general is hard work but i stayed because of the location. I’m not the type to complain but that’s what I’ve experienced

The room and bathroom were clean. Just being an overnight stay I couldn't complain. However, albeit there was a continental breakfast being served I was looking for more options. Otherwise my stay was good and I would return without hesitation.

Location was great for the event that I was attending. Cleanliness and attempts to over charge an electronic card for a room that had already been paid for. Long story short. My room was paid for through booking at 274.00 but the hotel attempted to charge the electronic card from booking.com multiple times with an amount exceeding 325 (according to booking.com). With this we had to pay out of pocket for the room because staff claimed the card received from booking.com didn’t work. And at the moment, I’m still trying to get a refund for the first amount.

Convenient location 1st room was dirty. Our feet stuck to the floor, food still in refrigerator, dead bug in cabinet, the only chair had the covering ripped off. 2nd room had a 6 in ring of hair stuck to shower curtain

Absolutely disgusting property ! I have pictures of the room. We spent 3 months on a road trip and travelled up and down the east coast. This was the worst room I’ve ever seen. Not to mention the noxious odor of cigarettes that had engulfed the entire 3rd floor. We stayed for about 5 minutes before we left. Bookings.com would not refund our money. I will not use bookings again.

In all honesty the staff is amazing if I good go beyond a 10 it would be 1000 they are very friendly each one of them and very respectful always with a smile Someone had the wrong room twice trying to get in the room at no fault of the staff but it was a little scary

Although the location of this facility was near perfect for our needs, and the staff was unbelievably pleasant and courteous, the facility itself had an eerie feel to it, and smelled as though the actual scent was being masked with air freshener. It was clean as there was no dust or debris on the carpet or floors in the suite, although the carpet in the hallway was stained. The bed was comfortable enough, but still had reminisce of previous inhabitants. The chair in the room had been damaged. The whole unit was outdated. The bathroom seemed clean, but the towels were so rough, and also had reminisce of previous inhabitants. First impression was so severe that my son kept saying he was so uncomfortable being there and cried himself to sleep the first night and later on called it 'home, creepy, home'. The air unit was very noisy and took some time to get used to. We were told that there was breakfast in the morning - apparently that only consists of sugar and creamer for coffee. No actual food or fruits, and we were up very early to check. We ended up leaving 3 days early once our purpose for travel was finished. I couldn't leave there fast enough. This place is a train wreck. Stay far away. Understaffed. Dirty rooms. Furniture falling apart. Roaches in the rooms. Loud and unpleasant long term residents. April was the manager and she hustled to try and make this train wreck work but seemed unable to get the help she needed. Do not stay here unless it’s a last resort.

The whole hotel had a foul odor and the bathroom smelled like someone just smoked pot. The staff was fine, but the man working a night seemed extremely overwhelmed and was at a loss on how to solve another customer’s issue. I would not stay here again and would avoid the entire chain of hotels.

When I changed rooms the TV screen was broken and couldn't be used. The floors were also dirty. Beer bottles and cigarette butts all over the premises and stair wells. There was no noise ordinance as the people above us jumped around and moved thier bed, furniture and music until 2 am. The only positive was the front office staff. Even though we had A LOT of issues the staff was patient and at least tried to the best they could with the limited staff and resources they had. Even so, I will never stay at this hotel or another Extended Stay Hotel again.

apparently, this is a pet friendly property. The room had a pet melt it and the chair was tore up. I did not feel comfortable staying there. When I arrived, I saw some lowly looking people smoking in the parking lot and looked like the couple across the way were living there because these rooms all have full kitchens So, my guess is a number of people live there with some kind of government assistance. Breakfast was meager and coffee ran out. Area was safe, but I just got bad vibes from some of the people at the hotel. At least they didn't ask questions about me having a dog.

Bed was shot on one side. Had a hard time adjusting the shower since it was a little off. I could have got a better breakfast at a gas station- no fruit, yogurt or anything much but a few small muffins and nasty coffee. I was not impressed and my spouse did not like feeling like he was going to fall out of bed all night due to the bed being broke and worn down where people sat on it.

Very relaxed hotel, feels more like an apartment building, staff give you your privacy and are always working most of the time to keep the place clean and stay on top of guests requests! Love the key card access around the building as well, feels really safe.

The Wi-Fi connection is really bad. The site offers dish network with Netflix and you can’t get Netflix to come up and if you do it stops often and won’t restart the person upstairs has constantly bounced and sounds like they’re hammering something constantly for the past three days.

The stay was fine but be warned there is a $150 "hold" which was not stated on the expedia site or in the confirmation letter emailed after i booked it. It has still not been returned 3 days after we checked out and my bank has started a dispute since the hotel allowed the hold to process. Never had a hotel do this and I won't use this hotel.again.

Unfortunately, while they had the coffee pot, they could only supply instant coffee. So, this time around, I specifically asked for a coffee station for my room during booking. For a hotel to provide a stove, fridge, microwave, etc., yet be unable to supply a coffee station for its guests is unfortunate. the website stated check in is 18 , i also called the property to confirm that, and i was also told that it was 18 . i traveled from WA state to this hotel here in NC just to be told i’m not allowed to check in because the policy is 21 . why was that not anywhere in the description? and why was i not informed over the phone? disappointed honestly,dishonest advertising

I stayed on the first floor of the property. When I checked in, the clerk told me that I could expect it to get "really cold" in my room. In actuality, the room was so humid, the only way to not allow the floor to become slick with condensation (able to be seendue to the lack of carpet in the room), was to keep the AC on and turned down to a colder setting. What's interesting is that it wasn't even humid outside, but inside made you feel sticky almost instantly. I live in Louisiana so I am more than familiar with humidity. I have never had to go to bed shaking from the cold in order to not feel suffocated by humidity though. Also, the chair in the room was torn in multiple places. As in the actual surface of the chair was torn in multiple places. I was stunned that they had actual left it in a room they were charging full price. The paint on the walls looked poorly done, with uncovered spackled patches visible from across the room. There was no good rest to be had in the bed, either. The sheets were stiff and scratchy and the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. This Extended Stay offers an in room kitchenette but absolutely no items (cookware, utensils, etc ) are actually in the room. Every item had to be requested from the desk. The phone in the room also had a sign stating that the guest would be charged for every outgoing phone call, local or long distance. Further added that even "non-answered" phone calls would be charged to the guest as well.

The room was clean and comfortable. They do need ventilation in the bathroom as some of the fixtures have rust due to the amount of steam that holds in there when you shower. Friendly staff, would likely stay here again.

The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and cordial. She should get a raise. The room we had first smelled terribly like cooking grease. We tolerated it the first night because we arrived late, but it hit you in the face everytime you re-entered the room. We requested a change and were switched to a different room that still had a faint odor, but was much better.

I booked this property because it advertised Free Hot Breakfast. If by "hot" it means microwaveable oatmeal packets and grab and go pastries, then I suppose it's lost in translation. Not a great area either.

Room had bugs it had a odor there was nobody at front desk for 90 percent of stay

Only thing i didn’t like was there was no Dishes or pots.

1. Fleas on the bed (was bit several times) 2. Cleaning lady didn't clean the shower 3. Floor was dirty 4. Wokeup 2am with garbage pickup outside 5. Had to walk thru smoking areas to get into bldg (felt unsafe) 6. Mattress was cheap 7. Upon walking into the room I was overtaken by the smell of bleach. I opened the window and left. When i returned late in the evening the smell wasn't as overwhelming enough to speak to the front desk. I don't usually give reviews, life isn't perfect. But I'm 65yo, I've traveled quite a bit with my contractor husband. I really liked the kitchenette, bathroom, furniture, made it feel like "home". With some tweaks it would be a place I'd choose again over more pricey hotels. Thanks for listening and Happy Holidays!

I was surprised by the upcharge for pets as not included on Expedia booking. Also had to request plates, cups and coffee maker from front desk as opposed to being available in room. Front desk in morning was super friendly but breakfast was granolas bars and instant oatmeal.

I really loved that the room had a full kitchen with a full fridge plus how clean the bathroom and room was. Will definitely be staying here again.

Crowded and overbooked? Supposedly only “no rent” rooms were available. I could hear every single word spoken and just about whispered through the walls . The hotel was very loud throughout the night both inside and out. None of the amenities were actually there in the room, they had to be borrowed from the front desk making my very late arrival and early cup of coffee a little of a hassle.

Honestly, it's a very pleasing hotel! The service in there is really good and workers are very respectful and nice! Now I will say the price of the hotel was a little pricey for its conditions and what it provides (free breakfast). Of course when you choose one with free breakfast you expect a lot but this one does provide a couple little treats for you to munch on and it's completely understandable due to the size of its lobby. Good coffee! Rooms are clean and it feels like a very comfortable spot to sleep in. Beds are as well very nicely stable and comfortable.

This was an overnight stay; although the hotel advertises non-smoking and available breakfast, the room smelled of cigarettes and breakfast was granola bars. It is close to a major highway and the noise level was a bit high; I kept the fan on to mask the noise.

Mr.Weaks was the best nice funny always ready for a good laugh and the room was amazing he checked on us making sure we was good his last name is weaks but there’s nothing weak about his customer service he crack little jokes that had me weak lol thank you for everything will return Mrs.Dukes

This type of hotel is for Construction Workers or people who worked on highways or roads. My family and I made a bad choice.
