    Our bathroom was not clean to my expectations. I have worked many years in the hotel industry including extended stay. While the staff was great your bathrooms had pubic hairs in them and that was disgustingly unacceptable. I informed the front desk and they cleaned it, but not satisfactorily.

    This hotel is in terrible need of updating and repair. The furniture (couch, chair) in our room were dirty, cracked and peeling. Everything needed baseboards and trim , especially in the kitchen and bathroom to be replaced, recalled and painted. The info online says breakfast is included and all it was nothing but low quality plastic wrapped muffins and terrible coffee. We didn't feel very safe, even though it wad located in a good area of town. Most everything.

    Honestly I only liked the staff The smell in the room was unbearable smelled moldy or basement like… there were stains on the walls. I still tipped because I know how hard it is to clean rooms. Cleaning in general is hard work but i stayed because of the location. I’m not the type to complain but that’s what I’ve experienced

    The room and bathroom were clean. Just being an overnight stay I couldn't complain. However, albeit there was a continental breakfast being served I was looking for more options. Otherwise my stay was good and I would return without hesitation.

    Front desk clerk was helpful, efficient, friendly and the only thing we liked. Location was close to highway . Clerk should get an award for working there. Room was shabby. Very dirty windows, One Vinyl chair that was completely ripped up. The sheets and towels looked clean but I was not about to touch them as it all was run down. We left for dinner with friends then left key on front desk as there was no staff around at 10 PM Had to move to a different hotel. Properpty was entirely misrepresented on web site.

    Location was great for the event that I was attending. Cleanliness and attempts to over charge an electronic card for a room that had already been paid for. Long story short. My room was paid for through booking at 274.00 but the hotel attempted to charge the electronic card from booking.com multiple times with an amount exceeding 325 (according to booking.com). With this we had to pay out of pocket for the room because staff claimed the card received from booking.com didn’t work. And at the moment, I’m still trying to get a refund for the first amount.

    Absolutely disgusting property ! I have pictures of the room. We spent 3 months on a road trip and travelled up and down the east coast. This was the worst room I’ve ever seen. Not to mention the noxious odor of cigarettes that had engulfed the entire 3rd floor. We stayed for about 5 minutes before we left. Bookings.com would not refund our money. I will not use bookings again.

    Although the location of this facility was near perfect for our needs, and the staff was unbelievably pleasant and courteous, the facility itself had an eerie feel to it, and smelled as though the actual scent was being masked with air freshener. It was clean as there was no dust or debris on the carpet or floors in the suite, although the carpet in the hallway was stained. The bed was comfortable enough, but still had reminisce of previous inhabitants. The chair in the room had been damaged. The whole unit was outdated. The bathroom seemed clean, but the towels were so rough, and also had reminisce of previous inhabitants. First impression was so severe that my son kept saying he was so uncomfortable being there and cried himself to sleep the first night and later on called it 'home, creepy, home'. The air unit was very noisy and took some time to get used to. We were told that there was breakfast in the morning - apparently that only consists of sugar and creamer for coffee. No actual food or fruits, and we were up very early to check. We ended up leaving 3 days early once our purpose for travel was finished. I couldn't leave there fast enough. I hate leaving such a negative review because the staff really was extremely sweet, accommodating and you can tell they try their best to upkeep the facility, but I feel like I'd be doing a disservice to travelers if I did not.     When I changed rooms the TV screen was broken and couldn't be used. The floors were also dirty. Beer bottles and cigarette butts all over the premises and stair wells. There was no noise ordinance as the people above us jumped around and moved thier bed, furniture and music until 2 am. The only positive was the front office staff. Even though we had A LOT of issues the staff was patient and at least tried to the best they could with the limited staff and resources they had. Even so, I will never stay at this hotel or another Extended Stay Hotel again.

    When I arrived, I saw some lowly looking people smoking in the parking lot and looked like the couple across the way were living there because these rooms all have full kitchens So, my guess is a number of people live there with some kind of government assistance. Breakfast was meager and coffee ran out. Area was safe, but I just got bad vibes from some of the people at the hotel. At least they didn't ask questions about me having a dog.

    Bed was shot on one side. Had a hard time adjusting the shower since it was a little off. It has still not been returned 3 days after we checked out and my bank has started a dispute since the hotel allowed the hold to process. Never had a hotel do this and I won't use this hotel.again.

    This was my second stay at this location. My first stay, I asked the front desk clerk for a coffee station (for my room) as I work odd hours. Unfortunately, while they had the coffee pot, they could only supply instant coffee. So, this time around, I specifically asked for a coffee station for my room during booking. I’d hoped the advance notice combined with the specific request would’ve been plenty… No luck. For a hotel to provide a stove, fridge, microwave, etc., yet be unable to supply a coffee station for its guests is unfortunate.     I stayed on the first floor of the property. When I checked in, the clerk told me that I could expect it to get "really cold" in my room. In actuality, the room was so humid, the only way to not allow the floor to become slick with condensation (able to be seendue to the lack of carpet in the room), was to keep the AC on and turned down to a colder setting. What's interesting is that it wasn't even humid outside, but inside made you feel sticky almost instantly. I live in Louisiana so I am more than familiar with humidity. I have never had to go to bed shaking from the cold in order to not feel suffocated by humidity though. Also, the chair in the room was torn in multiple places. As in the actual surface of the chair was torn in multiple places. I was stunned that they had actual left it in a room they were charging full price. The paint on the walls looked poorly done, with uncovered spackled patches visible from across the room. There was no good rest to be had in the bed, either. The sheets were stiff and scratchy and the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. This Extended Stay offers an in room kitchenette but absolutely no items (cookware, utensils, etc ) are actually in the room. Every item had to be requested from the desk. The phone in the room also had a sign stating that the guest would be charged for every outgoing phone call, local or long distance. Further added that even "non-answered" phone calls would be charged to the guest as well.

    1. Fleas on the bed (was bit several times) 2. Cleaning lady didn't clean the shower 3. Floor was dirty 4. Wokeup 2am with garbage pickup outside 5. Had to walk thru smoking areas to get into bldg (felt unsafe) 6. Mattress was cheap 7. Upon walking into the room I was overtaken by the smell of bleach. I opened the window and left. When i returned late in the evening the smell wasn't as overwhelming enough to speak to the front desk. I don't usually give reviews, life isn't perfect. But I'm 65yo, I've traveled quite a bit with my contractor husband. I really liked the kitchenette, bathroom, furniture, made it feel like "home".     Crowded and overbooked? Supposedly only “no rent” rooms were available. I could hear every single word spoken and just about whispered through the walls . The hotel was very loud throughout the night both inside and out. None of the amenities were actually there in the room, they had to be borrowed from the front desk making my very late arrival and early cup of coffee a little of a hassle.

    Honestly, it's a very pleasing hotel! The service in there is really good and workers are very respectful and nice! Now I will say the price of the hotel was a little pricey for its conditions and what it provides (free breakfast). Of course when you choose one with free breakfast you expect a lot but this one does provide a couple little treats for you to munch on and it's completely understandable due to the size of its lobby. Good coffee! Rooms are clean and it feels like a very comfortable spot to sleep in. Beds are as well very nicely stable and comfortable.
