    Old hotel with new "makeup." Room was oppressively hot and it was so packed with furniture, the furniture blocked thw AC unit air flow. 1 washcloth for 4 bath towels. Outdoor pool looks nice. Fitness center has very old equipment (ipod connectors), but it all worked. Breakfast was ok. Waffle maker was broken. No fruit or yogurt options. All bread slices and muffins were individually wrapped in plastic wrap. No soap in lobby restroom.

    The front desk clerk said I couldn’t check in until three. My reservation said check at 11am and I had a game at 4 so I had to change in the A Walmart down the Street. When I asked her to double check she said no because I booked with Expedia. I am also pretty sure she said something derogatory about me to a co worker at check out

    The buildings are old. They have replaced all the furniture, vanities, and shower but the bones show the age. Our TV didn’t work which was a disappointment. Plus, electronics were hooked together with an extension cord -possible fire hazard. Also, right next to the interstate where you can hear traffic and emergency vehicles going by at all times of the day. At best, it’s an economical stay. Beds were decent.

    Location was great. Right off our route. When we got there the room wasn't ready for us. Even though we showed up 1 hr after check in. Plus I believe it was that manager lady scolding a worker in front of me. Not very professional. Over such a minor issue. Lady wanted to use bathroom but her reservation hadn't been made yet. She was waiting on her daughter to get of work. She must have showed up earlier then expected. Then they couldn't get key card to work every time. But we used anyway as we were already in. Room was nice. Loved shower.

    Clean. Elevator was questionable loud sounds and pools was not open and wasn’t told it was closed until We tried to open the door. The staff wasn’t very helpful. Gave us an attitude when we told her our key card wasn’t working. She gave me one key card for three adults in the room.

    The room was clean and comfy. Check in was a bit iffy. They didn't check my ID for my reservation. I had reserved a handicap room. It was almost 4pm so I expected it to be ready. The clerk checked with housekeeping and was told it just needed final inspection from the supervisor. Turns out the sink was clogged and it might be hours before it was ready. There was not another handicap room available.

    I like that it was clean, and comfortable. I did not like that no one ever came to clean the room. We had to go get clean our own washcloths, toilet paper, and towels. That the pool was not operational. I received two different answers as to why it wasn't operating. They did not have a ironing board for adults. They had a ironing pad. I am 6 feet tall trying to iron on a bed.

    Room floors and lamp were very dirty, overall felt like random fixtures were just thrown into the room along with various dents in the wall and lights that were out or didn't work. We had to change rooms because the first rooms door lock didn't lock at all. Staff was helpful with changing rooms.

    Good breakfast Front desk staff attitudes were nasty and consistently negative. They were extremely unapproachable, any requests were met with a “no” response or “you can come back later”. The front desk is consistently left unattended for several hours at a time, mostly in the late afternoon hours. I happened to witness a potential walk in customer around 2 pm on my second day, show up seeking a room only to wait and walk around for over 15 minutes trying to locate an employee to assist him in getting a room. He finally looked my way and said, “Nevermind, I’ll go somewhere else.” On the positive side, there were two front desk representatives, both females, who were pleasant- Christine, and a female on the Monday early 6 am shift - 4/27/26, who were more customer oriented. I am attaching a photo of the front face side of the hotel with obvious exterior details of neglect. I would never stay in this hotel again.

    Police blocking the entrance when we arrived. Front desk person was unfriendly felt like I was an annoyance for checking in. Never greeted or made eye contact. Asked for my drivers license only. Pool and hot tub not open or even filled with water. Common area is dark. Hotel needs maintenance. Room was not cleaned stick drink rings on the bedside table. Maybe sheets were changed but not confident. Breakfast was decent and restocked. Too many options for places to stay for mediocre service.

    We arrived at 8:30 pm and was told our reservation was cancelled because the scheduling process overbooked customers. We made our reservation some time ago, so it was a good rate. I asked when we were cancelled and they said around noon. I checked my emails and text messages and did not receive any notice that our room was cancelled. We needed to go to 2 other hotels before we found a room and it was a last one available. Rooms were probably scarce because the Atlanta Braves were playing nearby that night and the 2 following days. ..

    First I would like to say that establishments should hire people that have skills to work in the public. The front desk staff the day of check in was horrible. They did not speak when I walked in to check in. The lady snatched my license out my hand . Did not give me any Information on incidental charge , just handed me the key card to the room and walked off . The pool didn’t have any water in it. We had to end up switching rooms bc the A/C and shower was not working. We didn’t have hot water most of Saturday. My son had football camp and couldn’t take a shower bc the water was cold . The water was shut off. It was one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time when booking through Expedia. No towels were available this morning upon check out so we had to use what we had to dry off. Please do better with staff and overall establishment . There was only one person I ran into that was so helpful and understanding and I met and spoke with her on Saturday morning, she was heaven sent and moved us to another room so we could shower and get ready for the day . The others did not care at all. My kids was looking forward to swimming but the pool was bone dry . And the hot tub looked disgusting.

    However, our experience was impacted by ongoing water issues during our stay. While this wasn’t a major inconvenience during the day since we were out, it became frustrating in the evening. When we returned late, we requested towels and were told they were out but would have more available in the morning. The next morning around 9:30 a.m., I went to request two towels and was again told none were available, and that it would be another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the lack of basic accommodations like towels, especially after being told they would be available, made the stay disappointing overall.

    Prior to checking out, my keycards both lost their programming on my final day's stay, which has never happened to me before, and for a brief period of time I was locked out of my room. I was fortunate that the staff were able to reprogram the cards without any issue I didn't bother trying their breakfast nor did I explore what Wyndham had to offer their guests

    Later, in the morning I explained everything to my fiancée and he called that hotel and explained how my night went but they hung up saying “i dont care, “you can do whatever you want”. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone as per my experience. If you’re looking something peaceful, clean and good environment i suggest you all to not walk away but Runnnnn from this place.

    I was put in a room all the way in the back when I walked in there was there insect in the room I went back to tell them she called someone the person spoke Spanish and said she didn’t see anything to just tell me they cleaned it but what they didn’t know is I spoke Spanish too so went back packed my suitcase and left the same day and was still charged for full stay

    Pool was closed and it was a beautiful weekend :( I wish there would have been a note stating the pool was not going to be open until a certain date, it was disappointing to find that out. Also the restaurant right next to the hotel was blasting music until 1am, past the closing time of 11pm. I know that’s not the fault of the hotel, but just something to be considered.

Secondly, and most importantly, a pipe burst while I was in the middle of showering, and going to my 2nd room barely helped as I lapped water to clean myself off. To the front desk’s credit, they acknowledged it and apologized, but that was it. I wasn’t looking for a handout, but something in the way of compensation offered would have gone a long way, even if I didn’t take it.

    This place was a disaster. We arrived at 3pm, our room wasnt ready until 6:30 pm. Pool was closed for two of our 3 day stay. Only one working elevator, and that too hadn't been inspected in over 2 years. The oustide door to the south of the building didn't lock and had no cameras, leaving ANYONE access to the building at any time. Bathroom door handle was broken and didn't lock. Hotel room door missing the peep hole so outsiders could see right in. Window blind in the room didn't close fully so no darkness or privacy. NO bodywash or shampoo in the reusable wall dispensers. No ice machines on any floor above main level. Breakfast had no protein. no eggs/sausage/bacon, only oatmeal and waffles. Would not recommend this place.

    My room was dirty. Mold was behind my bed, the beds were not made properly. Sheets were not clean. The door did not lock correctly. There was a hole in the door and the room was dusty. The AC control wall unit was torn off the wall and the AC was more like a window unit. Completely disappointed with the room and the hotel. More like a motel rather than a hotel.

    The check in was extremely slow. We received keys that did not work. When we went back to the front, they stated the check in wasn’t done correctly. So we waited another 20 minutes for new keys to entirely different rooms. Never again! There were people in the lobby complaining about the had no towels or wash cloths. The front desk attendant said “we only have one washer and dryer.” I will never stay here again!

    The water pressure could have been better but not sure they can control that, and the guy at the front desk did his job well but didn’t have much of a personality. That is important when making a first impression on guests. Overall though, we would definitely stay again!

    Didn’t know pool wasn’t open when booked on website. Hotel under renovation so some areas appeared dirty. Vending/ice on floor gone due to renovations, carpet in hall dirty and lumpy, latch on door broken, bathroom door wouldn’t latch, bathroom with stains on counter

    Try to secure a room in one of the front buildings as I-75 can produce a bit of noise in the back. Also take limited expectations to the breakfast room as yogurt and fruit were not avaiable during my stay, however the hot breakfast options were good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The parking lot is well lit and well planned out for plntiful parking near to the rooms.

    We paid through hotels.com and when arriving to this hotel was charged again. Held up our spending money so our trip was ruined. When we left the hotel they attempted to charge my card another 3 times. I will never stay at Wyndham again anywhere.

    The check in staff was not very friendly. The bathroom fixtures were loose . The shower head was off center and had to lean into wall . We have been staying there for years and the quality has gone downhill .

    This was one of the worst hotels that I’ve been in check-in was fine but when we got to the room, we had roly-poly’s on the floor hair in the sheets. They said there were no available bath rags they said the pool was down and the breakfast this morning was disgusting. The eggs were green.

    I had prepaid for my reservation through hotels.com and when we arrived at the hotel at 11:30 p.m. (had prepaid specifically assuming they would hold the room), we were told they were sold out and didn't have a room for us. The same thing happened to two ladies who walked in after me - they had prepaid via another 3rd party app. Exhausted from a long day of driving, this was not a good end to our day.

    Worst experience ever. They changed our first room because our door handle was messed up and promised a $60 refund. The second room was even worse and felt like a cheap motel at best. When we didn’t get the refund, we tried to contact them through both the hotel and expedia, but we never got through. It ruined our whole tour.

    Horrible check in experience. No elevator to second floor explained to girls at desk traveling alone with daughter for a week and couldn’t carry all luggage upstairs and since booked thru Expedia they wouldn’t help me or change my room! Told sold out put me in back of hotel and only 3 cars in parking lot at 11:30 pm! Very scared to be in this room alone with daughter!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! Scared to even fall asleep as no one to help back of hotel. Very poor help at front desk!

    Terrible choice of TV channels. Lighting was only right next to bed, no overhead light. Otherwise, room was adequate as a clean and convenient place to sleep.

    Hotel is disgusting. The outside looks up to date but not the inside. Roaches in the rooms and hallways. Very dark and dirty. The elevator are out of date and almost breakdown everytime you get on it.

    After booking I decided to read the reviews. I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews. Some negative, some mediocre, and some good. I had seen some pictures on the reviews and got nervous. As soon as we pulled up and went to the front desk my thoughts immediately changed. It was late, we were exhausted the kids were tired, but the lady at the front desk was so sweet. She took care of everything, had to make a few changes which was no problem at all. She got it all taken care of and got us off to our room. Due to an unexpected issue we weren’t able to have our conjoined room but she managed to keep us together a few doors down. The room was clean. Plenty of pillows. The bathroom was nice. Extremely hot water. It had a mini fridge & coffee pot. I do wish there was a microwave but that’s ok! Breakfast was great! The staff was very welcoming everytime we left or came back. I don’t tend to leave reviews, but I try to always give positive feedback if I see negative reviews to give reassurance to anyone like myself.
