Very very rude people Hotel very dirty. Not letting you know what’s going on. The elevator was broke air-conditioning system was broken. They did not even try to find me another room. I will never ever go to that hotel again.

Expedia will gladly steal your money by charging more than the establishment. If you’re going to stay at a crummy place and are in a desperate situation - skip the middle man, bypassing any third-party, and pay directly

The staff is very kind but the guest could be tricky. Domestic Violence could upset your peace of mind and your children definitely should not be in such an environment. Toxic guest are the issue here and not having security here after 7pm (office closes) is not good. 😵‍💫 Note: No one can predict people’s mind states & not everyone can read energy. Also, if you have a lot of personal items to bring at check-in, there isn’t a luggage cart for your convenience. 😧 In addition, I never expected a hotel to not have hot water at any time of the day. I found that odd along with machines not working in the laundry room. 😳 My family will be seeking accommodations elsewhere. 🫤 Advice to Intown Suites: Although you all have been kind, be mindful of where you place families with children. ⚠️

Internet was not working, light in the bathroom and next to the bed were not working, sofa was broken; even though this is an extended stay hotel, there were no dishes, no pans, no silverware in the room. Toilet clogged several times and we were told we use toilet paper! ! Reception is closed all day Sunday and on Monday when we complained , we were told we had to check the room when we came. The 800 number they gave us for help with the internet, was just a recording and couldn’t help. Reception is supposed to be open at 9, but they open at 11 and u can check out only between 11-12 or u r charged an extra day. No support from front desk ever, as they never answer phone calls. Expedia tried to contact them for hours with no one ever picking up the phone we paid for a week and they refused to give us a refund but because we could no longer tolerate the conditions, we left after 4 days.

It was the worst experience I have ever had. I made the reservation, for a premium queen room; however, when I arrived, they couldn’t find my reservation - it had been canceled. I had to pay a higher rate than what I originally had. The room had been recently renovated and was not cleaned thoroughly. There was paint and other residue on the floor; and by the window there was a bunch of red-orange seeds (which I thought was bug guts) on the floor and all over the windowsill. I had a wasp in my room, a spider in my bed and in the tub. I told the GM about it and asked him to have housekeeping clean my room - they were never sent. I had to buy Clorox wipes to clean all the dirt residue off of the table, nightstands, sinks and countertop. When I took a shower, the painted tub started peeling. There was a tv in the room but no access to cable. I couldn’t connect to the internet even with the instructions that were provided. I got locked out of my room - my key stopped working - and called the after hours attendant six times with no answer. He finally returned my call but was not on the premises. I had to wait two hours to get into my room and he didn’t even make me a new key - he said he’d get to it when he made his rounds. The walls were thin, I could hear the people in the other room snoring at night; the fourth floor always reeked of smoke and weed; my room only had one roll of toilet paper - in which I ran out of and had to buy more. Total waste of money - stay somewhere else.

Place was a mess cuz its under construction. Tenants are super loud. Place smelled like weed. Bathroom smelled super funky. Shower knob was broken and had to be toyed with to get hot water. Cleaning ladies didnt clean anything just remade beds with same old sheets. Didnt change linens. Wifi is a joke. Office staff is discombobulated and more concerned with chatting then actually doing their job. When i arrived they didnt have my reservation right. Tried to tell me i reserved a 1 bed room when the reservation said 2 beds. Then i proceeded to tell then i wanted to pay for 10 days, they led me to believe i had paid for 10 days then on day 7 came to my room and told me i had to pay for 3 more nights because I was only charged for 7 days and was gonna be locked out of my room in an hour if i didnt pay. 10/10 would not stay again. Place is a joke. Not worth the headache to save a few bucks.

This property was missing alot of amenities, when I chwcked in the room had no sofa, the toilet was leaking, and the stovetop only 1 burner worked, which made cooking a longer process than normal. I was told it would be fixed, and it was never fixed, so I checked out of this location and had to find better accommodations!

I honestly didn’t stay beyond the first night. I went ahead and counted that loss. The carpet was wet, which gave the room a terrible odor, so I said “let’s open a window” yeah jammed some metal hook holding the curtains up as I was sliding them open. The towels are hand towels not even a standard size bath towel, the kitchenette was raggedy and didn’t stay together. I ruined food cause the fridge was broken and didn’t retain its coldness.. ow do you have a smoking room and no ashtrays .. I don’t even see how this place is full as it is tbh I’ll stick to red roof lol I promise I learned my lesson. Good luck tho

The room was just what they said when I got there - extended stay (more like a 1-room apt with a dinette/kitchen-n-bathroom). Small, but comfy if you like small. Before you get the room, ya gotta sign a COVID-19 waiver. In a nutshell, keep yourself-n-the place CLEAN. Aside from some check-in 'anomalies', it was ok for me. I slept good, which worked for me...

The location is perfect for a family traveling to several spots in the Atlanta Metro Area. Driving minutes from SunTrust park, Olympic park, GA Aquarium, SixFlags Whitewater, Kennesaw State University, Chatahoochee River, Downtown Marietta Square and many more. The hotel is within walking distance to a shopping center where you can find groceries, fast food, local eateries, etc... The hotel itself has a nice exterior, the interior is a bit worn but it is expected on a budget stay. The staff, specially Vincent @front desk was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

One evening my key didn't work and the front desk was already closed, although the website said open til 9pm, there was a number, but they didn't return my call til 10:30pm and I called them @ 8:20. By then I had made other arrangements. Check out was the next day, when I got there at 10:25am, with check out at noon, they had already packed up my belongings and had them in a trash bag in the lobby. Who does that? I realized they did not pack up my yoga mat I called and talked to the manger, hoping to be reimbursed for the night I couldn't get in my room and to check on the whereabouts of the mat. And to let him know how inappropriate it was for them to pack up my room. He told me I had to contact the corporate office. So I emailed them, because there wasn't a phone number. They said they would be back in touch in 3 business days. I have not heard back yet, its day 5. So there you go.

We checked in at 7 and reception was already closed. I had a question about my bill and no one was there to answer it. We were in a non smoking room, but there was a strong odor of smoke when we walked into the room. The room was spacious and included plastic cups, soap and towels, but no shampoo. There was a full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove and microwave but no oven. The couch was stained and floor was dirty. I would not have used the bedspread, but there were no other blankets. Overall, the hotel was fine. I stayed there because it was near a conference I was attending.

Shower and toilet did not function as should. Toilet overran after every flush. Spoke to front desk multiple times and never saw anyone so I went out and bought plunger to use for every time toilet was flushed. Finally was able to get maintenance to come when water in tub would not turn off. I called at 715 am to report and left a little after 9 and had yet to see anyone so who knows how long it took. Returned in evening and water was off.

Made a reservation for a double but at check in was told there wasn’t any left at 1pm. They gave me a king with a sofa bed that was just awful. It’s seen better days. The king bed didn’t have a comforter on it and only had one pillow. Front desk gave me the items and bedding to put on myself because there was no housekeeping.

Nothing really nice to say about this place. I am a frequent traveler and stay in many hotels. This by far was not up to par. The bathtub moved when you moved. The beds were cheap and uncomfortable and very low to the floor. The amenities were lacking. Just too many things wrong to post here

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was much better than expected. It was fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove top, microwave and cabinets. There was also a sofa bed. The bathroom was spacious. It is in a convenient location, right across the street from several restaurants and next door to a shopping plaza with a grocery store. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because there were some worn out places on the carpet, and a couple of stains on the counter tops. No big deal though. Will definitely be staying here again.

I checked-in before the 9:00pm deadline but they told me they were all booked up. I made the reservation 2 months prior. They did not call me or even attempt to find me a different hotel for the night. I reserved a non-smoking room. They had one smoking room left but it was so dirty and run down there was no way I was going to stay there. I understand if they overbooked but they should have called me and told me that before I got there. Most unprofessional hotel I have ever been to.

You pay 99cents for internet and cable per night but neither work. The rooms are infested with roaches and ants. Weed being smoked in the hallways and in the elevator. Prostitutes sleeping with men that live with their women right across the hallway. I was put on a non smoking floor but me and my children have been exposed to second hand smoke, between the thin walls and the neighbor who smokes a whole pack throughout the night, has us gasping for air as we sleep. They tell you the room is $99 plus tax a night but dont tell you you can get a room for a week for less than 2 days. Staff is not friendly and ghetto as can be. Ive never had so many neck turns and eye rolls. Customer service is not what you will get here. Save your money and go somewhere else. This is motel 6 on a marriot budget.

Chose this hotel for it's location, close to a meeting point for an event. The hotel is no longer called "Crestwood", the sign out front says Hi-town or something like that.. the public areas of the hotel are a mess.. dirty carpets and generally run down. The front desk is only open from 9a-9p. there is 1 bar of soap in the room. nothing else. There is a kitchenette.. but not even a plastic cup to go with it. no coffee, no utensils.. nada. On the positive side, the desk clerk that checked me in, was very nice, and the room itself was nice and clean and comfortable. My general impression was this is being used by folks who get locked out of their apartments to make it until "the check" comes at the end of the month or something. It needs some major attention to re-enter the business traveler market.

Crestwood Suites of Marietta, GA is more of an apartment than it is a motel. They only clean the room once a week and only provide one small scratchy roll of toilet paper and one thin bar of hand soap per week. No extra amenities are provided. Although the unit had a kitchen, no dishes or utensils are provided so it is not very usable unless you bring your own stuff. It had a comfortable bed and was clean and quiet so it is passable, but I don't plan on staying there again.

The hotel had the immediate appearance of a HUD housing complex and/or drug haven. There were sketchy residents up and down the halls. The room was maybe the size of a closet or dorm room. Was so bad I did not even stay. I checked my internet and changed clothes before completely leaving. There is no staff after 6pm and my check-in was at the cutoff so I was unable to ask for a refund after seeing the actual condition of the room and overall property.

One of the worst places I've ever been in. Dirty hallways. No amenities at all including shampoo. Lost my sisters reservation which she made two weeks before mine. When you call for reservations you think you're speaking to the hotel but it's Expedia and then they charge 23 percent. So I'm out $50.00 for no reason. Can't get coffee until after 9:00 in the morning. Would never go back or recommend it to anyone. The charge should have been $234.00

The room was clean, and the staff friendly. However, the walls were paper-thin, and the elevator was chokingly smoke-smelling.

I absolutely loved it. I was very comfy, felt like I was at home or on vacation. It was a little noisy but nothing major. The room was very spacious almost as if it were an apartment. The front desk was customer friendly & accommodating.

The room had a horrible odor. We were scheduled to stay three nights. But we only stayed one.

Bed was comfortable but hotel and room had a sour dirty dishes smell. Old worn condition. Would not stay again.

At check in the front desk lady was very nice. Our second evening we got locked out of our room, we went to the front desk but was told she was outside---when we asked for her assistance, she seemed very bothered by the fact that we interrupted her smoke break. Speaking of smoke breaks----Employees and patrons really liked to hang out at ALL of the entrances/exits to smoke so it was a bit unpleasant for a non smoker.

I didn't really feel safe in the area. In addition, I was billed twice for the stay: once by hotels.com and once by the hotel. My next stay is in August at the Atlanta Sheraton, for which I've already been charged. I hope I'm not double-billed for that one also.

Had 2 rooms. The one near the washers and dryers heard the noise of people washing clothes and talking well after midnight. Second room heard the people in the room next door until after midnight.

I've stayed at this location several times and this was probably my best stay. It was quiet in my room, unlike some of my other trips. I reported the toilet seat was loose in room 115, Crestwood Suites,2030 Roswell Road, Marietta, GA. It was not a problem for me but it may cause future guests some issues.

My room was on the ground floor, the second one from the lobby. It was clean and spacious;but being so close to the lobby there were noise issues with people coming and going at night and late night music from the room next door. There was no spindle for the toilet tissue so the rolls were on top of the toilet tank. There was additional noise from a main water line in the wall and the refrigerator which periodically cut on and off through the night. Just too much noise!

Our first time in this hotel. They do not clean everyday the room for the day to day guest. We have in our room so many roaches that was impossible to leave our things outside our luggage. If they can correct this two issues the hotel is good. The room is very spacious and Is in a very good location near a mall and places to eat.
