The room was fine, plenty of space and clean. Mattress was comfortable and getting checked in & out was quick and easy. Staff was not overly friendly but did their job. Horrible remote for the tv with no instructions on how to use it ..It was almost impossible to find something I wanted to watch. The breakfast was ok but not great by any means. It would have been nice to have more fruit choices.

I liked the hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were very nice up to date. I felt comfortable. If I needed anything they were prompt to fulfill what I needed. Breakfast was decent. I really enjoyed the coffee machine. I would recommend for anyone to stay. More than likely will come back.

I didn’t get to eat breakfast was too tired from OTR trucking. It was a little noisy due to being Valentines weekend, but we were there for business /work. Very clean room. I Love the Dove Products. Next time I just live my Dove body wash on the truck and use theirs . I didn’t like the noise in the hallways , other than that, it’s really a good place to stay. Still enjoyed .

The staff was amazing. The coffee was amazing. Our room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. I slept very well. We will return to this location. We had no problems here. It's very well located between a cracker barrel and a convenience store. Also a davenbusters is right there.

The property and room were fine. However, we didn’t think the toilet flushed right. When used (nothing that shouldn’t and not excessive) it plugged. When the front desk was told of the plug we were directed to come to the desk for a plunger and to try and unplug it ourselves.

Location was good. People walking up to the hotel asking people for cigarettes and going in eating breakfast then walked back to the budget inn hotel.

Carpet in toom was damp and smelled like pet urine. A/C never really cooled off room until the next morning as we were leaving. Its a shame. Staff was super friendly and room was clean....just the smell was awful and gave us a headache.

We also spoke with the manager who told us there was nothing they could do. I don’t know at this point if I will ever use hotels.com or a holiday inn. This was a terrible experience for our vacation.

We ended up staying 3 nights due to the snow and our gymnastics meet was postponed from Friday to Sunday. The entire staff was super friendly, and helpful. When I needed to add the extra night, they made it so easy. The breakfast was great. I cannot say anything negative about this hotel and its staff.

Horrible design in where you have one elevator to cater to 5 floors with 5l15 rooms each. Slow slow slow. Then my room, 419, was directly across from the elevator door so I heard noise and people all night along with the elevator door slamming. Horrible engineering design.

Couldn’t find it! Even with the address in google maps! Desk clerk(when I found local phone #) talked us in to hotel!!! No carts available for luggage. No freezer in room frig( use freezer packs in cooler, not ice) Ice machine poor. Excellent evening desk clerk, though. Very patient with us.

Bathroom door was odd, didnt close completely as it was a barn door. Having privacy in the bathroom is something we cherish as a family so this was a bit of a turnoff. Only stayed one night or would have requested a room change. Help yourself breakfast was great, staff was friendly, helpful and kind.

I went back to the front desk and asked them if there were any other rooms and they said there wasn't. The room was nice clean, however it was located right next to the door leading to the stairs. The door slammed and rattled the room all throughout the night which made for a very long night. Another thing I'd like to add, the shower being handicap accessible is all tile, and the water is made to go down to a drain. However the slope for that is not accurate and the water runs all throughout the entire bathroom floor. This is a safety concern as if anyone who was handicapped stepped in there they would slide and fall.The room was 104. I expressed concerns the next morning when I checked out and the lady at the front desk said I'll see if there's something we can do about that. There was no empathy or any statement given to say I'm sorry about your rough night.

Checked in on Sunday night, happy to see a newly updated room. Woke up Monday morning to the room infested with ants. All over the desk, up the wall and ceiling, on the beds we were sleeping in. We were moved to another room and in that room we would find 3-4 ants daily. Tuesday morning, we went in our car and that too was infested with ants. The front desk was basically like “well, that’s Georgia.” The hotel property is infested. The room was cleaned daily, which was good. The food area was clean. (No ants seen there) The area around the hotel is not great.

Checked in on Sunday night, happy to see a newly updated room. Woke up Monday morning to the room infested with ants. All over the desk, up the wall and ceiling, on the beds we were sleeping in. We were moved to another room and in that room we would find 3-4 ants daily. Tuesday morning, we went in our car and that too was infested with ants. Hotel is nice, service good but behind on maintenance. One ice maker missing and 2 broken. TV missing from lobby. TV in room mounted crooked. Nice clean well laid out rooms and friendly people

Pulled in with a trailer Zero parking in a small area had to back out into traffic pulled back in to go other direction had to back out again. was told to park across the street in not a very good location ended up leavings and going to a different hotel with adequate parking. not happy after a 14 hr drive to have to relocate i wont be staying at any holiday inn anytime soon

Great location; close to I75. Safe neighborhood with restaurants within walking distance. Nice remolded room,great shower. Very nice breakfast with hot and cold foods. We always stay here as we pass through Atlanta

Short drive to downtown. Plenty of dining options within 5-10 mins. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast was good and had a mixture of hot & cold itens. Juice machine broke down, would suggest to bring some juice cartons when that happens. There’s a sliding door for the bathroom door in the rooms- that was strange and awkward at times.
