Helpful and informative staff

The property itself was not good. Dirty, sticky floors. Bed and shower were good. Filthy floors. The staff was IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. Check-in was done by a kid ( early 20s) who couldn’t be bothered with ANYTHING. Not even coffee in the morning !?!?!? No lobby at all. I will never stay at this place or its parent company again. I’m only mentioning SOME of the bad. It truly was like I was staying in a 3’rd world motel. Just awful.

Gave away my reservation along with 6 other peoples trying to check in at the same time as I was.

The staff wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly either. There are literally no toiletries. Not even a clock. No iron, no blow dryer. Only 1 rag & towel per person anything else is an up charge. The pots, pans, silverware, and kitchen utensils are also an upcharge. There were people smoking dope in the parking lot. People arguing & cussing in the early morning & of course no staff to intervene because the front desk is only occupied from 10-10 on the weekends & 9-10 during the week. On top of that the toilet was clogged & we didn’t notice till we tried to flush AFTER 10! And there was no one available to fix it.

I liked checking out most of all The manager was very unpleasant and insensitive to my partner and I. My partner is a retired disabled Vietnam veteran who recently had a kidney removed and the manager (Tracey Ambrose) said to me that he didn't want any dead bodies in his hotel and asked us to vacate the property. After the first night I stayed I noticed several red, itchy insect bites on different areas of my skin, when I brought it to his attention and showed them to him and another staff member they looked at me with no concerns or resolution and did nor said ANYTHING to offer a solution or even a room change. One of my clients paid for me another room and when I made attempts to get information regarding my checking into the room the same manager (Tracey Ambrose) was very dismissive and offered no assistance to help me locate my reservation and check into the paid for room. I never got to stay in the room and couldn't get a refund or explanation of any kind. I was constantly harrassed about payments even when I had paid already online and finally I was told by the manager Tracey Ambrose that "I don't care if it was a hurricane, I want to out tomorrow." Because my payment didn't process. Although I observed him tell other guests that they could pay when they got the money. I wasn't asking for any preferential or special treatment just understanding and to be treated with respect. I have never been so offended and humiliated. So now, instead of my partner being able to rest and recover he's up worried and having to walk the streets in attempt to seek refuge. I really hope my feedback is given to higher management and he is held accountable for his distasteful and down right rude behavior. Also they seem to have a pest infestation that should be addressed immediately

The place is more for voucher people that don’t have a place to stay. They even charge you 2 dóllars for each clean towel.No toiletries, don’t clean your room.

My stay was fine. The room was overall clean but the holes in the carpet and in the chair were a turnoff. The funiture was ok but it will need to be replaced soon. The dents in the fridge were a trun off as well.

We were able to get a room at the last minute through Expedia. The front desk staff was great and accommodating. Property was convenient to restaurants and the Truist center which is why we were there for a concert.

This isn't a full-service Extended Stay. You have to pay $1.75per day for clean towels. No breakfast, trash services. This wasn't told to me upon check-in nor while reserving. I found out all the non availables when I asked for towels the next day.

Too many people hanging out in the parking lot not very handicap accessible and front desk close with gate down from 10p to 10a we were told we had to take our own trash out to the dumpster, could not get t.v. to work no Kleenex. Room was clean and bed was comfortable

I hated it. Found a cockroach and a dead bed bug !! The stove didn’t work it back fired on me. Upon arrival I had to wait 3 hours outside to check in because there was many any power. Employee was extremely rude about it and the room had mold in the air conditioner. I hated it so bad !!

It was a Great Place to stay, but there was NO Parking, and there is a fee for room service. It was not what I expected, but overall, it was Great Service.

Thankfully we didn't have to stay here much longer than checking in, sleeping, and checking out! The only good thing was it was right off the highway. The parking lot had trash and the grass had dog poop. The kitchen was old, some drawers in dresser would not stay closed, tv remote did not work properly. Was not a good choice, would not go back.

They are pet friendly. I had a letter from my Doctor that they wouldn’t except and charged $25. The elevator didn’t work had to use stairs. Halls, stairs and lobby floor was filthy needed to be vacuumed. Broken glass on sidewalk when we walked out the door. No ice. High taxes

It stank of marijuana and cigarettes, was covered in roaches, the elevator was down, and the air conditioner tried to deafen you every time it turned on. Overall, I’ll never stay here again. The staff were friendly, but that’s about the only redeeming quality.

We have stayed at this hotel before and already knew what to expect. However, we did not expect to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs due to the elevator being out. Due to the elevator being out and the stairs being used more, the stairwell wasn't as clean as normal. That was really the only issue during this trip.

We booked a king room. They didn’t have any available. They said their elevators were broken and only had rooms on the third floor yet offered us a small room on first floor. We were only staying one night so it was ok.

I had visited this hotel a few years ago. It was so much better then. Rooms and hallways cleaner and less dingy looking. Hallway and room lighting was dim. Elevator was broken and the first room they gave me was dirty with an unmade bed. I eventually got a clean room but up and down the stairs with a bas knee was not helpful

Booked through hotels.com. Get to the hotel to check in only to see a sign at the front desk that states that a $100 deposit has to paid at the time of check in. This isn't stated on the website or hotels.com. Front desk clerk was trynna to convince me that all Extended Stays are the same way and their not. As far as I know only this location. We didn't stay and had to book another room at another location that does not charge the extra $100 deposit. Staff was very unprofessional. Look as if both were somewhere sleeping. Loud children running through the front lobby. So glad we chose another location.

Noticed live adult bed bugs on the furniture upon check in and immediately left, notifying staff with photos and videos before checking out and leaving.

The take away breakfast met basic travel needs.

Rooms rented out to workers with their families and barking dogs in rooms. No hot water etc.

The Power Ferry Extended Stay location called me around 3:00pm to say they had no room and transferred my reservation to the Extended Stay location on Leland…I get there and the front desk agent was rude and cancelled my reservation.

The wrost service I ever had. The front desk was sleeping did not open the door. She said that she was not going to help me out. I had a 4 years old sleeping in my arms. Very unprofessional

The young Lady who was working that evening was very helpful. The facility needs to work on the odors that is in the hallways and rooms.

The elevator needs to be repaired. The room smelled like pets, specifically dogs. The hot water pressure in the bathroom sink was really low.

Rooms was not cleaned and they had to put me in another room. Also charged me $100 deposit and said I wouldn’t get it back until after 34 days of my checkout. Will never stay here again!
