    I was able to check in early $20 fee. The bed was not comfortable,the bathtub around the mat was dirty,and the water pressure was horrible. But for the price what can you expect.

    When I pulled back the covers, it was obvious the linens had not been changed. There were makeup smudges on the pillowcases, dirt on the sheets, and a significant amount of hair that appeared to be both human and possibly pet hair. I took the sheets to the front desk and was asked to wait in the lobby while they “located” clean ones. The employee only went into a small side room, which I assume was the laundry area, yet it took quite a while. The second set of sheets also had stains and visible dirt and did not smell freshly laundered. I went back down and was given a third set after another delay. Those were not clean either. By that point it was very late, and after three failed attempts to get clean bedding, I slept sitting upright in a chair using my own blanket. The bathroom and hallways were filthy as well. The refrigerator and microwave did not work, and the room phone was broken, so I could not call the front desk when these issues were happening. The adjustable shower head barely functioned, producing only a few weak streams of water, making it nearly impossible to rinse my hair. Clean sheets, working appliances, and basic sanitation should be the minimum standard. I would not stay here again.

    For the price, I didn’t expect too much since it was an emergency stay and I needed something right away. The first day was cool, check in was just fine, the neighbors were cool and it was quiet. The second night my tv stopped working and I could only watch one channel. I called to inform the front desk and the young lady told me I needed to turn the tv on and off manually with the button on the side of the tv. I did so to no avail. I was too tired to go back n forth so I just took a shower and went to sleep. The next day was cool but my last night staying, the hot water went cold, housekeeping took my personal towels and turned my heater off. I got back to my room and it was FREEZING! I attempted to shower and it was COLD! I called the front desk and all the guy said was OK! Nothing to rectify or fix the issue! I was good until that happened. Even with the shower turning cold and the tv clearly not working, I was still cool until he told me ok to my concerns instead of asking how he could fix it. I had great things to say initially, but to hell with this place.

    The young guy working at the front desk made me want to be a loyal customer for Econolodge. He was so pleasant and personable and helpful in every way. Best reception person I've ever had. He may not be there forever, but the hotel management did very well in choosing someone. Room service was kind of late. And it only included changing the towels. Bed left unmade.

    We stayed in this Econo Lodge in Marietta instead staying in Atlanta. It was close to the highway that ran into Atlanta and had access to other close communities for dining options. No breakfast but we knew that up front. Our room was clean but the shower and AC unit were a little dated. Bed was comfortable.

    Roaches crawling all over the floors, tub flooded the floor outside the bathroom while in shower, toilet was rocking when needed to use, I know it's a smoking room but no reason why those sheets an blankets had holes in them, sat on the bed an it sounded like you was one move away from hitting the floor, fridge was leaking water, microwave looked like it hadn't been clean in months, asked for extra pillows since the ones they already had on the bed were flat and couldn't get more .. overall bad experience

    First room fridge not working and was on the carpet instead of it’s place. We got moved to a different room and one bathroom light not working so it was pretty dark shampoo dispenser no properly installed and it fell out and also fridge on carpet not in its place. No do not disturb signs available. Other than that all good.

    I arrived at property with a valid paper ID while I was awaiting delivery of the hard copy ID. I was turned away stating the paper application would not allow me to complete registration. The paper ID showed an expiration as a valid ID for 120 days issued 5/2025. The hotel mgr admitted they did not charge me because I didn't stay but Expedia will not refund the charge of $140.34. I was not allowed entry to hotel so had to book and pay for another room

    The location is great, while close to the highways. The bed was soft, seemed clean The property is outdated, the elevated didn’t seem up to code, we arrived to our room and there was no smoke alarm, no working phone, and a HORRIBLE smoke smell. When to back to the front desk and he was more than happy to change our room to a better conditioned one. When we arrived to the second room, the door was open, but in a better condition. No bad smell, but the AC was not running so the room was muggy, so we started it up. The bathrooms are outdated and need to be maintained. Seemed like they were going out of business. Advertised breakfast and jacuzzi, but both were false. Very disappointed, but if you need to save money, it’s only good for a one night stay.

    When you walk inside the property, there is an unpleasant odor. We were assigned a room next to the lobby, the workers were talking in the lobby all night until 2am, which you hear it, was unable to sleep because of it. They used a very strong fragrant in the room, which gave me a headache. My guess is that the frangrant is used to mask the unpleasant odor. The bed was ok, it could use better pillows. The toilet was leaking water when you flush it. The price was cheap. If you just need a place to sleep and take a shower before hitting the road again, than it is ok. But I wouldn't recommend for more than 1 night stay.

They used a very strong fragrant in the room, which gave me a headache. My guess is that the frangrant is used to mask the unpleasant odor. The bed was ok, it could use better pillows. The toilet was leaking water when you flush it. The price was cheap. If you just need a place to sleep and take a shower before hitting the road again, than it is ok. But I wouldn't recommend for more than 1 night stay.

    Lobby was inviting and clean. We checked in late and the desk clerk was in his pajamas. As soon as we got on the elevator, we were choking on heat. It seems they only keep AC on in the lobby. It took our room hours to cool down. The bathroom had not been cleaned and there appeared to be blood on the floor. On a plus note, we only saw one roach! The entire bottom floor smelled of marijuana. All in all, pretty much what we expected for the price.

    The hotel was excellent for exactly what I wanted. A one night stay before traveling on to my destination. It is a very convenient location, close to many different restaurants. The only thing that was disturbing and very frustrating was that my credit card was charged $20.00 for “incidentals”. What REALLY made me mad was at check out the next morning was that I had been told it would be put back on my card when I checked out. The lady checking me out that morning could not speak hardly ANY English and had to go ask why it would not be put back on my card until sometime after 11:00AM!!! RIDICULOUS! And UNNECESSARY! Her lack of English and not putting the $20.00 on my card immediately really ruined the ‘stay experience”. I doubt I will stay there anytime in the near future because of it.     The sheets were very clean, but the blanket had cigarette holes and stains. The shower handle, drain, and outside door and handle were broken. You can tell that they try to keep it clean and it smells like bleach other cleaning products. However, the property just desperately needs to be renovated.

    Upon arrival to our room, we walked into a hot hotel room that smelled horrible! We turned the air on which blew Luke-warm air out, and proceed to wait for the room to cool off. While waiting we decided to begin to unpack, while unpacking we found dirty stained lampshades and a disgusting rusted/plastered shower. The overall appearance of the room was nothing like what the Expedia website had advertised. My husband went downstairs to ask about the air and see how long it would take to cook off. They said the room should cool off within 20-30 minutes. So, we continued to wait and see. However, after 30 minutes the room was still close to 80 degrees. My husband went back downstairs to speak with a manager and see if we could switch rooms. We were told there was no other rooms available. My husband asked if we were able to get a refund as it would not be possible to stay in that room without air and 2 small children in the Georgia July heat. The manager said that since we booked through Expedia we would have to reach out to them. We reached out to Expedia, and after some time they stated that the hotel and decided not to refund our money. We have reached out to Expedia and we will be reaching out to the hotel again also. However, I would not recommend this hotel at ALL, and I would not use Expedia for any future bookings. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior! Both ruined our family trip and experience!!!

    Upon arrival to our room, we walked into a hot hotel room that smelled horrible! We turned the air on which blew Luke-warm air out, and proceed to wait for the room to cool off. While waiting we decided to begin to unpack, while unpacking we found dirty stained lampshades and a disgusting rusted/plastered shower. The overall appearance of the room was nothing like what the Expedia website had advertised. My husband went downstairs to ask about the air and see how long it would take to cook off. The next morning my wife woke up with an allergic reaction and the staff could careless, not surprise there. Not that they would have known of her allergies but no remorse at all. I would not recommend anyone from staying here.

    The hotel and staff overall was good. The location was horrible. I shoildve done more research and thats my fault, not the hotel. Also, a very small parking lot, which is not good for people like me that are not the best drivers....

    The clerk (female) was rude and condescending. They also had a weird book in the drawer. They removed the Holy Bible and put something else. This hotel is old, very old.

    Room flooded bath rub cracked charger by the beds didnt work Refrigerator was making a cracking noise i kept trying to reach the manager he or she wasnt there i was to Exhausted to change rooms with all my luggage contacted the manager and he wasn't no help. I finally was able to reach him two days later and I was told to take him to court. I won't be getting my money back or even half.

    Got what we paid for. Nothing special. Room smelled like smoke for a non smoking room. Throw blanket had a cigarette burn on it. Sheets were clean. There looked to be some mold on the cracks of the bathtub. And someone prior to had left a used soap bar. But again. Nothing special. We just needed somewhere to lay our head. Convenient location for the price.

    Many different food options within a short drive and close to major highways, roadways, and interstates. I will definitely stay at this property during my next business trip to Marietta.

    This hotel should not be open for business. The manager Kris has the worst customer service I’ve seen. Then the hotel offer Direct tv as there cable provider so if it rains the night of your stay. Don’t expect to watch tv or even have a working phone in your room

    First we did not have enough towels so i called the front desk from my own phone because room phone DID NOT WORK ! When i asked for more towels they said if we can find some , Then couldnt get tv to work ... Tub had an area in the corner that had just been patched up , blow dryer didn't work good at all .
