We stayed at Drury based on the recommendation of our daughter. Very glad that we did.

Treated like criminal while waiting for a rideshare and told how I could pay for my room. Said that they had been scammed in the past. TMI. Must be in a terrible location to where they treat the Black people as “suspect.” Not southern so not so much used to coons. I’m sure I would have just been told to have a nice evening while waiting for the ride share had I not been Black…odd.

My rooms are always clean and fresh. The food is always amazing. The manager over the food service is amazing! Over the past few years I have stayed at this hotel and she is one of the reasons I will keep coming back EVERYTIME I am in Marietta! She is the short Hispanic woman that wears her hair in a ponytail with the middle part. I absolutely love her! I did see a dog walking in the food area and I did not think that should be allowed. I think the owner saw my facial reaction and quickly moved his dog.

The staff was outstanding, with Ms. Luna from the kitchen particularly impressing me. Each morning, I was welcomed with a warm smile, which truly brightened my day. Additionally, Drury is exceptionally well-maintained, especially considering its price point.

Great location and great happy hour and breakfast

The rooms were clean and made up daily. The breakfast was very good and a variety of food was served. After a long drive to get to the hotel, it was very welcome to have a happy hour with delicious food and both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages served.

The breakfast and dinner, to the staff, to the dining hall layout was exceptional! The facilities, amenities, again the dining area, pool, fitness center was clean (BIG DEAL for me) and felt so peaceful. The staff---front desk, kitchen, cleaning, management---everyone was quite professional in their treatment. The kitchen and service staff were exceptionally excited to greet us each day--which put a wonderful exclamation into the experience for my family and I. Definitely would choose to stay again! I didn't like how high the pet fee was of $50 per night nor how the front door at one point went off the rail and did not open when the hotel access key was deployed. However the issue with the front door was resolved quickly.

Walls and floors are thin... Could hear luggage being rolled upstairs and clear converstions.. Stayed in room 500 overlooking the 2nd floor lobby and the sound from the lobby drifts up to these rooms around the overlook, noisy conversations and screaming children at the buffet was like the sound was coming from underneath the door... If your looking for some peace and quiet, make sure to mention it so you dont get room 500, 501, 502 or 503 surrounding the overlook to downstairs, otherswise the breakfast is basic at best and I dont think we ever visited for dinner and we used our 3per person drink tickets one tome on one drink each.. Go area close Truist park, 5 min. Uber to the field.. Alexandra at night was extremely healpful and pleasant..

I only stay at Drury Inns. They have a ‘kickback free dinner every night and a huge hot breakfast also free! The staff are good and friendly. The facility is super clean and has a welcoming atmosphere.

The staff were amazing and super accommodating. The breakfast and kickback snacks and dinner were amazing (breakfast was the best). Amenities are cool as well! Only thing is if your room is on the 1st floor sometimes early morning you can hear alot of rolling of things, walking etc. Be prepared.

Smelled and looked very clean.. the shower looks a little outdated with elderly handlebars. The pool was nice with the indoor/outdoor attachment. The hot tub was warm but the jet timer didn’t always work. Breakfast was good! We were given drink/dinner passes but we couldn’t partake since only available 5:30-7pm.

Staff was great! I made a mistake when booking and only booked one-bed room and they switched me to a 2-bed room with no issues or extra cost. Ice machine on our floor was down, one of the elevators was down on the day we left

Wonderful hotel just north of Atlanta. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Dogs are allowed but you'd never know because there is no animal odor at all. The 5:30 kickback with 3 drinks and hot food was so good and it was great to not have to go out looking for a restaurant after a long drive. The breakfast in the morning was so fresh and delicious! The grits were awesome. Even the eggs were good (2 different kinds-scrambled with cheddar and bacon and plain) and you know they are usually overcooked, dry and tasteless! Chef kiss to Drury in Marietta.

The Hotel has quiet time after 10 pm. The employee was very rude and disrespectful as she approached us about the policy. Demanded we take our kids and ourselves to our rooms. Just overall very unfriendly and unprofessional.

The staff are always so friendly. The breakfast and dinners there are wonderful. The kitchen staff are especially wonderful and are just always so friendly. The pool was really nice as was the hot tub. This has been my 3rd time coming to this location and it really helps as a nice (out of Atlanta) stay. The only thing I can think of is we asked for extra pillows and got some really flat pillows, but other than that I have nothing else negative to say.

Breakfast was good, everything you need. Main elevator was out of service , so it was a long wait for elevator every time. I chose a handicap accessable room for my elderly mom but it still had a tub. A walk in shower would be much better.

Our previous stays at Drury properties have been wonderful, and this Drury was no exception. Quick check in, clean property and great amenities like the 5:30 kickback and full breakfast. Drury knows how to do the hospitality business.

I have for a long time heard about Drury Inn, but am thankful to have now experienced the overall beauty of it. The staff was professional, room was excellent in all aspects, and the icing was the great food and mood of the place. The atmosphere was simply kind and caring because of the attitude of the staff. I’ll be back!

Always my go to anywhere I travel if it’s available. This is always the best hands down from the breakfast, to the nice spacious rooms, to the tasty dinner with complimentary cocktails.

First time staying at Drury and blown away by the amenities. Full free hot breakfast plus 530-7pm every night was a full free hot dinner and drinks! Check their menu online for details, not kidding this was a huge money savings. Pool was nice, beds were comfy. 100 💯 recommend.

There were ladybugs in the room up on our arrival I had big red stain on the carpet, which I don’t know if it was blood or what, but there was blood on the sheets when I pulled them back. There was popcorn on the floor in the room. The main elevator was out so it was a long wait for the one working and it was a very jerky ride

Checking in was OK up on the Robinson to the room. I noticed ladybugs in the room and I’m scared of insects so I immediately DoorDash raid roach, and bug spray. To kill the bugs there are stains on the carpet red stain. There were hair on the bathroom floor Hair on the towels and red blood spots on the sheets, the elevator is extremely extremely slow and they have two other elevators that’s out of order. They do have a kickback every night with food and drinks. Some days the food will be good some days it would be not.

We were there last week not last night.

Everything was fine until I saw a lady bug the first day staying there (3/8). I got rid of it and then I saw 2 more on my last night (3/11) along with some type of bug that was buzzing by the window. I asked for a different room and staff gave me one on the opposite side of the building to hopefully avoid more lady bugs…unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I ended up checking out and spending 17 hours at the airport, with only an hour of sleep.

The only draw back is they stop serving dinner at 7, I feel it should be.until 8, which gives people time stuck in traffic. We had only 20 minutes to take our belongings to our room and maked down for something to eat.

My room was immaculate and had what I needed. They offered a dinner buffet with pasta and salad plus drinks included in the room price. The manager was helpful and upbeat when I checked in as was the morning person. The hotel is near the interstate but not noisy.

Didn't stay because i had to leave a day earlier and they wouldn't switch it from Sunday to Saturday. So i had to pay anyway. I could understand if i canceled but not switching days. I can't comment on those things because i didn't stay

Our room #505 was pretty clean. The bed comforter did have a small stain that should have been caught by housekeeping and replaced with a clean one. there was also no trash can liner in the bathroom trash can which is just gross by all standards. other than that we would stay again

Room was amazing!! Super nice and very clean. The evening snack time in the lobby/dining area was so fun! Turned into a family night, eating snacks and playing cards or watching the FB game. Every person we dealt with at the hotel was polite and efficient. One of the absolute best hotels we have ever stayed in!

Friendly staff. Price was different from what the app was. We were supposed to pay $171 and was charged $289. The hotel is in need of some updates. Only had one elevator working and it was slow.

With 1 elevator out of service, only 1 cup for coffee, service cart blocking hallway, extended wait for someone at desk for check in, etc We will return but low on our list but location fits our travel plans

The hotel staff was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. I would like to give a big shout-out to Diane (or Diana) at the front desk/guest services, as well as to Lupe in the breakfast and meals services area, along with the other staff whose names I don’t know. They all provided excellent service. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to book a room at this hotel or another Drury Inn in the future.

Staff were great. Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast and reception saved lots of money but wish it lasted longer. Room was nice but bathroom door didn’t lock. Could hear people in halls but not horrible. Bed was comfy and pillows too. Lots of charging outlets for phones. Only one elevator was working so that was a headache. Parking was difficult as it was always full and not enough handicapped spots. Area was ok. McDonald’s right next door. They let the delivery guy come to the room so that was convenient. Great stay.

Very nice staff at check in but not at check out, old hotel, very clean bath tub for a hot bath, bed ok, pillows not great, room was hot in winter time, room was right over front desk so we heard everyone come in and out, car doors slamming, traffic on interstate and people in dining area. Have never stayed at a Drury Inn and will never again. Did not eat at hotel.m so can't say anything about the food.

Comfortable hotel just off Hwy 75 near Atlanta bypass. We have stayed many times and it has been consistently a quality property with good service and value. On this trip one of the two elevators was off line for service so we used the stairs which was OK from the 4th floor down just two levels.

The staff at this hotel was amazing! From the check in to serving staff, all went above and beyond. The room was spacious and comfortable. The kick-back was excellent, and the breakfast amazing. We travel this way to visit family, and will stay here again.

Cons-One elevator isn't safe for the people that was in the hotel. Also, the price of rooms shouldn't be gouging. That isn't fair to your customers.

The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely accommodating . The breakfast was wonderful each of our three days there and the vegetable soup was nice in the evening. I would stay there again without thinking twice!

When we left a 4:30 am there was a truck back in behind the hotel with head lights on. It sat there for at least 20 minutes that i am aware of.

It was extremely cold on the 7th floor but all in all the hotel was great the hot tub was wonderful exercise equipment was clean and wonderful to stay there was excellent that's why I always choose durian and I'm a proud Rewards member

Fun atmosphere for a hotel with the free happy hour drinks and food. Someone had accidentally set off fire alarm so hotel was loaded with firemen, beeping alarms, and elevators stopped working but the staff handled well to keep everyone happy through the chaos.

Great hotel with an indoor / outdoor pool and a hot tub. Also had an on-site gym and a wonderful breakfast! Would definitely stay again!

I’m so glad I picked to stay here for my quick getaway to ATL for a concert. It was easy to check in/check out and the room was very clean.

Had an issue when we checked in. Our room key wouldn’t work. Turned out there was a maintenance person in the room with the privacy lock on. Claimed he was doing something, I don’t know what. I believe he was using the bathroom.

This was my second sports-related stay at this hotel. Both stays were excellent. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the breakfast bar was well stocked and had plenty of great options. The check-in and check-out staff was friendly and the entire stay was great. This is my go-to hotel when traveling to Atlanta.

Ryan, the front desk agent, was SO nice and respectful! Loved his vibe! The hotel was in the perfect location from Truist Park. Close enough for an Uber to get you back and forth in basically no time at all, but far enough away to be in the middle of all of the hustle and bustle.

Only issue was the noise they cant control...so no reflection on the hotel itself...loved my stay definitely plan to come back real soon.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Convenient location right off interstate, clean, great breakfast, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. We didn’t eat dinner there because we had other plans but other guests we spoke with said it was very good. The only negative comment I have is housekeeping knocked on our door the morning we were leaving...seems like they should have better communication with front desk to know which rooms have checked out and not disturb those who haven't (it was 2 hours prior to checkout time). Would definitely stay here again and will try to book more Drury Inns when traveling.

Note: The pool can be chaotic in the evening due to kids, but morning and afternoon are great. Note: The oatmeal and grits weren't very hot, but tasted great.

The main problem was checkout was at 11:00am but at 9am housekeeping was knocking on our door. It was a light knock and we barely heard it. Fortunately we were awake because when we answered the door the housekeeper was standing there with the key card ready to let herself in. Two hours before check out! Then when checking out we were trying to get out a door and had to stand and wait because the housekeeper was blocking the door vacuuming.

The perfect hotel to stay in when transiting Atlanta. Staff, room, cleanliness and location. We’re all perfect.

I enjoyed my stay at the Drury Inn. The check in was easy and fast, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and check in was very easy and smooth. My only issue was that when we checked in the room there was previous trash from the guest before us and we never had anyone replace the old towels that we used. I guess maybe because we stayed only one night, idk don't know, but minus those two things everything else was awesome. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and we had many options.

The only issue is that the cleaning lady came knocking on the door @ 8:30 AM (my wife and I were trying to sleep in since we never get to) to clean. I asked her to come back after 11:00 AM, lol . But other than that, it was good.

I have stayed at several Drury Hotels; in fact, most of my out-of-town stays are at a Drury property. This is the first one where the cleanliness was way below par. I told a friend that if this had been my first experience at a Drury, it would have been my last. So I will give Drury another shot at my business, but I'm not sure I'll give this one another chance. I'm very disappointed; in fact, a friend was going to Atlanta this weekend, and I told him to stay elsewhere.

Dark long hair on bed, in bathroom on toilet and walls. Noisy. Asked for quiet room away from elevator and was by elevator on pool side which was noisy. Tried booking at another hotel but reservations were full due to traveling baseball teams in town.

I booked this property because the rating said "exceptional". However, I would not classify this property as "exceptional" - maybe "wonderful". The property was dated, and the bathroom sink was very small compared to the picture advertised (only big enough for one person sink) not the advertised dual sink. The breakfast was good and provided many options.

My only real complaint was that the fridge in our room wasn’t working. Although we called the front desk and someone came to check on it, it was never actually fixed, and all the food we brought spoiled. Despite this issue, I still enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again. Next time, though, I’ll be sure to check that everything in the room is working properly before getting settled.

We love to stay at Drury but this one is old, small, and needs renovations. The staff was excellent especially in light of guests who were obnoxious and inconsiderate to other guests.

We booked a room to see a concert in Atlanta and arrived the night before. The staff at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. He explained to us how the dinner and Breakfast service was done and said that if we needed any assistance to let them know right away. The inside of the hotel seemed very clean. Upon entering our room, the only issues I found was that the mini fridge wasn't plugged in, which we fixed easily. The other was there some hair on the bathroom floor. Neither were a huge deal breaker. The parking was free and super easy to get to. I didn't feel unsafe at any point during our 2 day stay.

Complementary “Kickback” snacks and beverages 5:30 to 7 pm and excellent real food breakfast with plenty of comfortable seating. Very accommodating and personable staff.

Very clean, nice amenities, very kind friendly staff. My only concern was that there was Inns very close by, so warning on don't leave vaulables in your car. We had no issues, the hotel was great!

We checked in at 4pm and our room still wasn't ready. They rushed to clean it and there was hair on our bed sheets. The room was near the atrium and you could hear every chair pulled out in the dining area on the tile floors. The breakfast was not what it used to be. No bacon with the eggs.

Great place to stay. First time staying at a Drury Inn. Rooms are a bit dated. Some of the outlets did not work but there were plenty to use, along with USB outlets. Rooms and property are clean. Staff are great. Take care of Lupe during the evening happy hour and dinner. She is fantastic. Look for Scott. He is everywhere doing everything for everyone. One negative - hard to connect with cleaning staff. It is evident the property is very short staffed, thus Scott is everywhere, Lupe is sorting your morning breakfast (literally making the pancakes and the fresh eggs right in front of you) then serving as your bartender in the evenings. All in all, absolute value for the buck. I would stay here again without giving it a second thought.
