Friendly staff. Right off the interstate Old and outdated, could use a face-lift.

We arrived for our stay but the door to the lobby was locked, a large notice posted on the door basically stated to enter at your own risk due to any Covid-19 (in 2026?), we used the courtesy phone to call an attendant but no one answered, we called the hotel line but no one answered, parked cars in the lot appeared to be abandoned, and general exterior appearance seemed worn down. Left to go eat and decided to listen to our gut and not return to stay. Sketchy is one of the best descriptive words I can use. Ick is another.

THE 2 LADIES THAT CHECK ME IN AND OUT WERE VERY NICE. But other than that, the experience was horrible. The rooms were old and dilapidated. The TV didn't work, the internet didn't work. The hot water ran out about 5 minutes into my shower. As soon as we pulled up and stopped the car, it wasn't even turned off yet; a young man above us on the balcony asked us for cigarettes and beers. It looked as if there were people living in these hotel rooms. We left as soon as we could the next morning. This place needs to be updated. Fix the things that are wrong in the rooms. CLEAN THEM! It seems like it could be a nicer place. But there needs to be some changes, unless the owners don't care what the facility/property looks like.

This is an older hotel with dated furniture and fixtures. However, the staff are all very pleasant and professional. Checkin was very smooth and each time we encountered a member of the staff they asked if we needed anything or could help in any way. As a budget hotel the linens are not high quality but clean and readily available. While near Interstate 75 the traffic noise wasn't too distracting. There are plenty of good dining options nearby.

The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The loud Ac, tv connection was poor and the toilet flush was scary.

We had alot of people in my group, ranging from 1yr old baby - 41yr old mom/aunt/nana. Total of 11 all together. We had 2 different rooms that were just a few doors down from one another. And, we hàd a blast. We were all just ready ro get back home after 3 nights at 2 different hotels in Georgia.

The staff that checked me in were nice, and I was unexpectedly upgraded to a larger room upon arrival. The room itself needs updating and the blanket on the bed was stained. I encountered a few roaches in the room, and I had the unpleasant task of killing a very large water bug (cockroach). I noticed the next morning that outside the room door were more water bugs.

Location to surrounds events was pristine No security measures whatsoever, loud environment (backs up to highway and had surrounding guests blaring music from their hotel rooms with their doors open at 11:30pm. Called office/ management and no one answered, so we contemplated packing up everything and leaving to go sleep in our car somewhere else. We did not feel safe and were worried for our safety and well-being. I don’t think we slept more than 2 hours, as we LITERALLY took 2-3 hour shifts with one of us staying awake while the other slept. We did not want to confront guests an start altercation.We checked out immediately first thing the next morning and left it in our rear view mirror as fast as we could

The cable connection to the tv was loose so the picture wasn't clear.

Stairwells we're dirty with trash as well. Room was acceptably clean. Beds were clean. Bathroom was mostly clean. There were drink stains on the sink counter wall and the bathroom tub caulking was coming loose. TV was barely functional. Most of the channels were scrambled. There was a strong smoke oder that would come and go in the non-smoking room probably with the air conditioning filter. I inquired about it with the desk management who said "we can't help it if people lie" was the response. All nearby hotels were booked up otherwise I would have requested refund and found somewhere else to stay. Would not recommend.

The hotel is close to Truist Park. The room was clean , air conditioner worked fine, but it was a basic room. Older hotel but good enough.

Just about adequate. Never got WiFi with internet even thought they system was supposedly rebooted. Could not use the general sink as the faucets sprayed water everywhere from the base of the mixer pipe. The hot water wasn’t really hot enough for a shower. The smell in the room was unpleasant. The bed mattress soggy. Good to have a fridge but it froze my hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit salad. The door was missing a rail so nowhere to put tall bottles. The microwave was good.

Only stayed one night for a concert at truist park. The room was ok nothing special. The room smells like a musty smell combined with a cigarette smell the shower needs fixing the pipes for the shower is loose from the wall. The air conditioning conditioning needs service or replacement had to turn it down to 65 degrees to get it cool in the room

We stayed here due to our son Travel Ball game. it was ok for what we needed. The beds are not comfortable way to small the rooms need upgrades . It was clean though just not up to date.

All of the power outlets were loose and only two of them worked. Not the best hotel experience I've ever had, but far from the worst, and when all was said and done I got a good night's sleep.

I was having a rough morning that morning because I get to the hotel that I actually had booked and when I pull up people in the parking lot tell me not to stay there.. so I get on Expedia looking for a room that is up to my high standards but not wanting to pay much. I came across the country hearth and read reviews and booked a room immediately. Now check in wasn’t till 2 or 3 pm but I still went ahead over. They got me into a room as soon as i got there. Took all the stress off of me. Staff was awesome.. room was in perfect condition and it’s easy access to the rooms!! Highly recommend this place!

This hotel has been here for many years and shows its age and is kind of shabby. The fundamental structure is very good. The cost of refurbishing the place might be high.

the place is very dirty and stinks. half of the outlets in our room did not work and the overhead light was just not there period. we checked for bugs and thank god there were none. when we went to check out there was no one at the desk even though they were supposed to be open at that time. we waited for 40 minutes for someone to show up to check us out.

The young people sat outside with radio's blaring. The address was wrong, not Windy Hill Rd. We checked with several people who didn't know. 1 hr. later we phoned motel and was told the address was Leland. Not impressed. The ony thing positive was room was clean. Room did not look the picture. Definetly not DELUXE. Do you not check the properties you recommend?

One of the best and nicest places we have ever stayed at! We had a bad experience at a motel 6 in town and this place made up for it above and beyond. From letting us check in early to get a shower and clean up from feeling dirty from having to stay at the other place. Front desk was beyond nice and understanding.

There was also food left in the fridge from the previous occupants. The people beside us also kept their door open, and had people coming in and out throughout the night. We were not told that there was a connecting door between us and the next room either.

I would suggest this "Hotel" to anyone who has no other choice but to end up here. One the plus side, beds were comfy and front desk staff were friendly. This hotel should be called "Last Resort Hotel". I would recommend owners to step up their game and invest in some serious renovations.

While the staff was very nice and accommodating, the brick & mortar property was very "cheap" and dreary. There was no phone in the room, fixtures were in various states of rust and disrepair. The room felt very small, yet the bathroom was of ample size (this was a "handicap" room). The bathroom tile was rusty & moldy. The rooms lighting was pretty awful. There were only very bright fluorescent - type lighting fixtures. The addition of lamps would help. No eating options. To sum it up, this hotel is "Cheap" - in value AND accommodations.

When we got to the room we noticed that it was dated, smelly and the furniture was beaten. After we came back from lunch, we got neighbors that were smoking and the smell went through the divider door. We asked for a room replacement but ended up deciding to leave. The staff was very accommodating, but the place is horrible. Would not recommend at all

The owners were so very nice! They made every effort to accommodate my requests and made sure I was happy. They even put me on the preferred guest list for future visits at a great rate. The room itself is an average motel. Clean but not sparkling. The TV made a buzzing sound that made it unwatchable. There could be more plugs and usb outlets. It was generally quiet and I felt safe.

The motel was built in the 70’s but it was still good I would stay again great owners rooms were just like the picture on the site was very happy with everything. King size bed and slept like a baby. Thank you for providing agreat place to stay at a reasonable rate. Overall 5

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was kinda close to the stadium and it’s what I could afford. Room smelled bad but we sprayed Lysol to help combat the smell. Shower water pressure was awesome! AC wasn’t working too well but we survived. People live at that hotel so it’s pretty busy. Night time was also busy in terms of law enforcement having to come to the hotel for whatever reasons but overall it was a good comfortable bed, nobody bothered us, and the price was great!

Very cozy, very clean. Priced nicely. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed it. The staff was nice, it’s in a nice area and the pillows are comfy. The bedding and bathroom was also clean

No one is at desk most of the time and lobby is locked up. The employees kids are running around yelling all day right in front of my room. Everything is older than i am including the bedding.

So overall the property was very underwhelming. There was dead roaches in the room, and signs of someone smoking in the room. It smelled like cigarettes and one of the drawers had ash in it. That same drawer had the roaches. The lights in the room were all plug in lights there was no actual built in lighting other than the bathroom counter one. The bathroom was super small as well. When walking up the stairs and down the hall to our room the corners smelled like pee. Also there was a lot of clutter by the stairs, a table full of paint cans some ladders and even someone's bike just all shoved into the corner. The lady at the front desk was super sweet though. Overall the property itself left me very dissatisfied, honestly wish I could get my money back.

But oh boy, the motel it’s extremely bad, first thing you see coming in, crackheads right around the corner, extremely weird and questionable people staying at the hotel and the absolute worst part, the room. First thing coming into the room, there’s a really bad horrible pee smell in the entire hallway outside the room, when we went in it wasn’t that bad as it was cold and it smelled ok, but turns out the ac was broken and you couldn’t change the temperature, it was stuck in cold, cold, the room was missing the main bulb in the ceiling, so since they didn’t have bulbs what did they have, led bars, for which there were 1 in between our beds and 1 by the tv, the one by the tv didn’t work because 2 of the 6 outlets by the tv didn’t work, the desk to do work looked okish, but guess what,it’s really hard to do any work because there’s no lamp close to the desk, the floor was damaged and the wood was coming up. The noise reduction in the rooms it’s non-existent, you can hear everything that’s going on in the the room next to you, in the on one top. This is a really long review but the motel it’s probably the worst if not one of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed, at least the beds where clean and staff seems ok, Very likely everything faults into management. We didn’t die so ig it’s not horrible

Got there 259 pm she said check in was at 3.,i said so in one minute she said maybe 330...unbelieveable place is run down eye sore in nice neighborhood

First check in was smooth.Beds were exceptional in comfort and clean with good sheets and pillows. Room smelled good and it had been recently updated with nice flooring laminate. Now the bad. There were no lamps and had florescent light hanging on wall that would blind you. The type you would put under a cabinet with no dimmer, not a good look and seriously obtuse! Also no coffee pot that had been pictured in hotel website. There were a lot of guests hanging out in parking lot around cars , and I actually saw a man hit a woman in the parking lot. I felt unsafe. They were loud and drinking! I would not stay here again! Beware

We were disappointed in the Breakfast - there wasn't any. I went down the first morning and there was a thimble of coffee left in the pot and no food. Also, the lighting in the room was odd. There were no lights on either side of the bed, and there was a chair with a little table next to it that would have been nice to sit and read, but there was no lamp there. And lastly, we came back 1 day, and our bed had been stripped and not remade. I was able to contact someone and about an hour later someone came to make the bed. She was very pleasant and apologized for the oversight, but this all added up to not the most pleasant stay.

I didn’t stay long enough to really have an opinion on the hotel. I didn’t die so I guess that’s pretty cool
