Great stay, close to Truist Park!

The staff was very welcoming

The room reeked of a heavy mildew smell and it was awful. My things even smelled of it when I left. It was hard to breathe in there but after all the trouble I went through I couldn’t bare trying to find yet another hotel or room somewhere. They need to strip that room down and do a deep clean and use an ozone machine to get rid of the awful smell. And the whole building smelled like weed and cigarettes.

Very clean room staff very accommodating and everything was maintained enough for us to be comfortable.

From the moment I arrived, everything at this hotel was exceptional. Extremely clean, great customer service, comfortable bed, good breakfast, good rate & importantly very convenient to Truist Park.

Hotel has older exterior, but completely new inside. Room had lots of drawers and closet space and shelves to put luggage. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. There was also a small market in the lobby where you could purchase water bottles and snacks. There was a bit of a funky smell in the hallway, probably because they allow pets. Also, could easily hear noise in the hallway from the room - however, the hotel got very quiet at 10 pm even on a weekend and it was not a problem for me.. I would stay there again.

It was overrated by reviewers. Our room was at the back of the building and we could hear the traffic thundering by on I75. Breakfast was borderline okay and not excellent as some reviewers had stayed. No bedside lights. Room dark and borderline dingy

Shower had rack for soap only, no shelf for shampoo or anything else. Vanity was small but functional. Ask for room at front of building or you will hear highway noise all night.

Great location for our needs. Well decorated, clean room, breakfast was over the top! Only negative was initial musty smell. Lowering AC corrected that issue. Room for 4 but only towels for 2, corrected easily. Will use it again if needed.

Worth the money paid. Never had room cleaned the entire time I was there even though it says on their sheet that they do it daily. Even put the “please make up room” sign to try to entice them and was out of the room by 9:30am every day.

The staff was nice and room was clean. The beds were comfortable. I didn't like the barn door on the bathroom. The breakfast was not the best, but was okay and the dining area was very clean. The lady who was preparing and keeping the food going was very nice and attentive. Over all it was a good stay and we got the rest we needed in the middle of a long trip. I had to pay an extra $25 incidental deposit when I got there so hoping they do the right thing and refund it without me having to follow up.

Look everything was great, even breakfast. The bfast lady was very nice and helpful. My biggest complaint is that the room i was in, 1st floor, the floor (carpet) was absolutely disgusting. Sticky and made my bare feet black. They really need to deep clean it.

It served it's purpose...somewhere close to stay near the Truist stadium. The biggest problem was the congestion at the complimentary breakfast bar. There was not near enough room for all the guests to select their items with everyone bumping in to each other and waiting. The room was clean. The shower has been upgraded with new doors; however in our room the door kept sliding open while in the shower.

The rooms were much better than the appearance of the exterior building. Rooms were updated and clean. Keurig in room w/ good coffee. We didn't eat breakfast but dining area looked nice.

The pictures look 100x better than what this property actually is. It may be updated but it's still old and gross looking. Wpuld never stay here, again!

For our purposes, staying for one night to just sleep, it was perfectly fine. Although hotel has been slightly updated it is still older. The room was clean and the staff, especially Luly, was fantastic. The breakfast was also pretty good compared to other places i have stayed.

Clean room, pleasant staff, ample parking and a hot breakfast to start our day. The proximity to Truist Park was great. A great value for our visit to Atlanta.

This hotel/motel is average. I tried to use my Expedia perk of early check-in, but without even looking up my reservation, I was told it would be a $30 charge for that. When I said "no", the manager said she could waive it and check us in. And they had a room available!!!! We stayed nights and not once did they refresh our room. We had to ask each day for new towels and toiletries. You can hear everything inside and outside the hotel, so if you're looking for a quiet stay, look elsewhere.

I spent the weekend here very good staff and it was great location. Perfect for baseball fans, just 25 minutes walk to the Braves stadium. Breakfast wasn't my favorite, they can do better on that.

I liked the ease of check in and complimentary breakfast. While it was easy to check in, the door to the room itself was extremely hard to open. The shower is not six foot height wise friendly and probably not even 5’5. The AC took forever to cool down. The lobby smells horrible. The juice during breakfast was all watered down; shouldnoffer soda or just bottled juice.

The furniture was actually nice and relatively new. The bathroom was well-appointed, though the grab bar’s trim ring was broken and hanging from the bar’s middle. The bathroom was clean, but my dog kept pulling out trash from under the bed. The landscaping is completely unmaintained, without mulch for years. There IS a box for dog waste pickup and it was well-supplied. The picnic pagoda in the back is actually cute, and the pool looked good but I didn’t try it. There was no breakfast activity when we left at 6:15 am Saturday morning. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. They were the shining stars!

Room had shards of broken glass bottles on floor and there was a trash bag over the smoke detector. Simple things like this should not be overlooked. I brought up to the staff and even after turndown service, the issues were still there.

A great place off I-75 to stop in Marietta. Blocks from Convention Center.

The woman at the front desk was an angel. I wish I could remember her name. I was having trouble with my card for the deposit (had paid room rate in advance, but small refundable deposit is required at check in). She was so patient and helped me figure it out. Safe, clean facility with great breakfast. Surprisingly comfortable bed-- i slept better than i do at home. AC also worked great. No complaints.

We’ve been coming to this Best Western for several years as we travel to Florida and it is consistently clean and staff is always helpful. Really like the easy access to I75. I recommend a room facing Leland Dr as the other side can have noise from the interstate. Always happy with our stay.

This is our go to hotel for when we are traveling to Florida to see our daughter, which is multiple times a year. The reasons we keep returning are decent pet fee, rooms on the ground floor that open up to the outside, and LULY! LULY has been on night shift every time we have checked in. She makes check in super easy and always tries to put us as close to the outside dog area as possible.See you soon, LULY.

This place definitely exceeded our expectations! We had the room right next to the lobby, and I was worried that it might be noisy, but it wasn’t! Very quiet and clean. The breakfast was excellent! The staff were all helpful. The only ding I’d give would be that the shampoo bottles weren’t completely full. No points off. Great location! Would stay here again.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in! Rashonda and Lu la are great at their jobs! These ladies have made my stay so peaceful. I suggest you request a room on the quiet side because one end is nearer to the freeway. I was very appreciative that the young man at the front desk allowed us to move to a different room after our first night and there was no hassle. I will definitely be back to this place the next time I come to Atlanta.

All of the staff at Best Western Atlanta-Marietta Ballpark Hotel were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, too. We were very pleased with our stay.

The heating trays in the breakfast service were not set at the appropriate temperature and all of the breakfast food was questionable that had been placed in those trays. My husband and I were concerned about the safety of eating food that had not been kept adequately warm.

Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and lots of pillows. Breakfast has a good variety - eggs, meat, biscuits, pastries, hot waffles, etc. Really the only issue was someone had some extracurricular activities that made the halls smell so incredibly bad. Otherwise it was excellent, and they even had an EV charger we could use. Would stay again.

Manager gave me 20% off hair in towel and 1 towel had soiled black stains and desk has old sticky coffee wasted on it.

Only thing stood out was check in that’s why yall got a two star. other then that they can get rid of this place this place need or is like a H hotel it’s really a motel not a hotel. Room wasn’t clean frfr they need to upgrade but wanted 100 plus to stay a night. No love it need to be like 80 n under they getting over frfr plus the outside look like a project or old folk living place food ain’t shi&t. The big thing is the door don’t look it’s all the way close room 137 just fyi.

Fast service, easy check in, I didn’t eat breakfast but it looked good, it was easy to grab a snack from the main lobby, room was comfortable, just as described other than the vent in the bathroom not working but for a quick overnight stay it didn’t matter. Room was clean, area felt safe, easy access to I-75, lots of restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.

The room was nice but they advertised microwave and refrigerator in the room but room I was in didn't have one. When it was questioned. We were told they had been ordered but hadn't come in. But you could to the lobby and heat your food up.

They have couple type 2 charging station for EV as well.

Minuses: loud bathroom fan, barn-door style bathroom closure.

Everything was great including breakfast. Would be nice to have teabags in the room along with coffee. Also the faucet was too short for the sink opening in the bathroom not much room for hands which lead to splashing water over the sink and dripping on the floor.

Front desk staff was very rude and stubborn, especially when it came to the fact that the TV in our room did not work did not offer any solutions except to have us move rooms, which was a complete inconvenience for us

Room was exceptional clean. The hotel was being painted and renovated so there was some noise in the lobby area but it didn’t affect the noise level in our room. Will plan on staying here again.

Excellent beds and bedding. Some parts of hotel was in disrepair, ie elevator button (inside) had fallen off for main floor.

The carpet in the hallways were extremely dirty, the shower trim on the glass shower door was coming apart. The desk in the room had a large stain on the surface. The button inside the elevator was broken for the first floor. The property outside at night is poorly lit. So it can be scary for someone traveling by themselves. The front desk is non accommodating when ask to change rooms. I was told that all rooms are pre assigned. What kind of nonsense is that. If I tell you I'm not happy, I would expect some kind of hospitality other than the lame excuse of such. Yeah probably would never stay here again unless I'm hard up for a bed only.

It is easy access off I75. The staff was very helpful and although close to the interstate, we couldn’t hear traffic inside the room. Our pet-friendly room was close to a grassy area.

Pros: the bed was comfortable and great to sleep on. (2) The tv was a great size with clear quality. (3) The breakfast was good however the sitting was quiet small. Con: (1) The room lighting was very dim in the room but especially in the bathroom. (2) The bathroom sink keep spilling water backwards when we would wash our hands which was often. (3) The bathroom tub kept backing up even when the shower was on for 1 minute and I knew this because I timed it. (4) At first glance the bathtub looked unclean but it was chunks of paint chipped off in the tub. (5) The room was stuffy and dusty when we walked in. (6) One of the biggest complaints about this room was the air conditioner. This ac smelled really bad like a funky wet smell. The smell would be really strong at night and it caused me to be nauseous and to get headaches at times. The smell would come and go but when it started it was very strong and pungent. (8) Also since our hotel room was in the back you could hear cars driving by on the highway clearly while in your room because the room door was not sealed properly. I only stayed for two nights in room 128 in the back of the hotel. I really wanted to like this hotel because of the great reviews and because I’ve stayed in great best western hotels before but this hotel room 128 was not a good stay. Also when checking out I asked for a receipt which I have yet to receive via email.

Breakfast was amazing.

Hotel and room were clean, staff was friendly, and amenities were good. The area outside was a bit sketchy with people constantly walking outside at night but otherwise it was pretty quiet. The hotel room itself was pretty dark, the bathroom didn’t have much lighting so it’s hard to see well when you’re getting ready in there. Complimentary breakfast was good and had a wide variety of options.

This issue extended to breakfast as well, where the smell of smoke was very noticeable—our table was near the kitchen, and I assume someone was smoking just outside. On a positive note, the location is convenient. TRUIST Field is only a 5–10 minute drive depending on traffic, and the hotel sits in a quiet area away from busy roads. Overall, if you are simply looking for a place to shower and rest for a few hours, this property might work. However, for families, solo female travelers, or groups of women, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

My room was very clean & the bed was extremely comfortable. I appreciated the low cost of the pet fee compared to other hotels I've stayed in.

Our stay was decent, beds and pillows were comfortable, breakfast was okay, this best western is set up more like a motel with doors on the outside which made for a lot of noise and shady characters around, someone banged on our door and woke us up at 7am on our second day, we didnt answer so no idea who it was, it wasnt cleaning though as they dont come until after 11am, shower pressure was terrible and the tub was slippery with no anti slip grip, pool is very old and very small so we didnt get into it, room AC did not work very good because of heat beating in from having motel like outside doors.

The room was extremely clean, the hotel cleaning crew does an amazing job. But the air conditioner units need to be replaced, the one in my room worked but was pretty loud, the one in the laundry area didn't blow cool at all. But, overall im very happy with my stay.

Easy to get to. Great price. We had an outside entrance room and the parking lot noise and interstate noise was very noticeable. Air condition unit couldn’t keep up so the room was humid. Shower was hot and good pressure. Beds were reasonably comfortable with plenty of pillows. Breakfast was good.

Our stay was just a one-nighter as we were traveling home. This BW is fine for that purpose. The mattress was rather thin. Not much cushioning, but not uncomfortable. The breakfast was just fine. I only ate scrambled eggs and an apple. Eggs were quite tasty and the apple was crisp and sweet. Overall, I recommend.

Upon arrival, the room was exceptionally clean and had a pleasant aroma. The amenities were top-notch, except for the universal remote, which prevented us from switching to HDMI, which could be beneficial for families with children. Despite this minor inconvenience, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when my husband misplaced our car keys in the gym. The only downside was the presence of other noisy guests. 8.5/10

Food was permissible, they seem to always be cleaning and will provide anything you need as far as extras. However, the shower and sink drained slow but I saw a notice of an upcoming water shut off that will probably fix that problem.

We stayed here for a weekend of Braves baseball at Truist Park, it’s less than 2 miles away, so a very easy drive over, and one night we walked back to the hotel. It took about 30 minutes, but it was a very easy walk. Staff was great, the hotel room was super clean and nice, we ate the complimentary breakfast once on our stay, it was great! The fitness center left a little to be desired, but overall 10/10 experience, we will definitely make this our go to place when we come to Atlanta!

It was fine. Nothing that stands out but nothing to complain about either. It was clean and comfy and service was quick and kind. Our room did faintly smell of smoke and was an exterior room so some road noise could be heard in the daytime but just request an interior room in that case!

The area was in-between where i needed to go and Atlanta so I was able to get to both locations within 30 minutes.

Great location for Braves games. Fire alarm went off twice in the night but things happen, no big deal Will for sure being staying here again next trip to Atlanta.
