    I actually had a room and a pool cabana booked. I couldn’t believe they let me check in my room early because I had the cabana! The staff was super friendly, I really had excellent service and I can’t wait to go again! This was our first time at this casino and I think it’s better than Talking Stick!

    From the minute we got there we were given wrong information and greeted by unfriendly staff. We were double charged at the pool. No one was helpful to fix any issues that arose. We booked a birthday dinner about 4 weeks prior at Chop, Block &Brewery. Although our waitress was nice, the manager was not. He was rude and unfriendly from booking and again at dinner. He made it a point to make us feel like we were taking up “too many tables because it was waiver Wednesday” I told him we were guests of the hotel and celebrating 2 birthdays, he could care less. A lot of us work in hospitality industry and would never treat others the way we were treated. It was like no one liked their job and boy did it show. I will never return. There are plenty of other stay cations or Vegas. Traveling with a child with special needs too and they were not just unfriendly but not accommodating at all.

    Quick check in. Room was clean and well furnished. Ate at restaurant/bar for dinner. Great bar waitress. Food was good but a bit expensive. No coffee service in the early am hrs. We were leaving hotel 4:40am for Amtrak depart.

    The room was comfortable and clean, two of my highest priorities! The staff was exceptional throughout all departments. Bell Service, registration, casino floor staff, restaurant staff, poolside staff, etc. All excellent. I even made a formal COMPLIMENT to the casino manager as all the employees were helpful and many went beyond and above. The amenities are awesome. Never need to leave the resort! This was my 2nd trip and there will be many more.

    Need to add another pool. Also get a face recognition to servers so they can verify you at pool bar we did not want to bring purse or ID to pool and just charge to room but we were denied. If you had face recognition to verify person match room that could work.

    Atmosphere is very peaceful which is unique and inside is the usual casino Rush which is also nice to have that duality. However, For those on the more passionate side, their beds need to be a little bigger because seriously those sides of the bed hurt when you ram into that bare wood. The beds don't seem big enough.

    My only complaints was that I had to bring my ID for the pool to use my debit card. I’m in the pool where am I suppose to put my ID. If I was told at check in that I would have to have my ID to use my debit card or put a purchase on my room I would have brought my ID with me. My other complaint was when I went to Chop Block and Brew. When I was waiting for a table there was a guy in a suit who ignored me and the gentleman in front of me. After about 10 minutes of waiting the guy in the suit finally acknowledged the gentleman in front of me and told him to go the hostess desk. Also, The waitress that helped me was paying more attention to the other guests than me. I had a great experience at the Caesars Sports Bar. Alyssa was very attentive even though they were busy. If I would have known that the Caesars Sports Bar was going to have better customer service than Chop Block and Brew I would have spent my money at Caesars Sports bar.

    We arrived at 3:15pm and were not allowed to check in before 4pm without paying a $15 fee. Our room was extremely dated and there were a ton of birds nesting outside our window which at times got extremely loud. The window was covered in bird poo. The bed was comfortable but the thermostat needed to be set often or it would turn off (??). I tried to order dessert at the bar of one of the restaurants and was told I could only get it to go. The pool was gorgeous, otherwise I probably won’t be back.

    We flew in from Washington in the morning and arrived to the hotel. We understood our room may not be ready that early but were shocked that in order to use the amenities and the pool we had to pay $50 plus tax! It was mind blowing. Because we had our grandkids and it was hot we agreed but felt like it was a money grab! Otherwise the property is very nice and has a lot to offer. On our last day though, landscapers came and a mass amount of the debris was in one side of the pool! A couple people had a small net and got the large pieces but that side of the pool wasn’t usable. All in all we had a great stay but the first and last day left a little to be desired.

    We booked this hotel only because we wanted a nice pool during our 6 night stay as the weather was to be hot this past week. The evening we arrived we went to see the pool and it was fenced off with construction fencing and had no water in it. The sign stated it was closed for maintenance until the day after we checked out. We were very disappointed to say the least as we don’t gamble. We spoke with a manager and hoped they could offer some type of compensation however she just said there was nothing she could do for us.

    Really nice room. A lot of wear and tear. Ac unit was under the table and we were unable to adjust the temperature properly. It would only allow me to adjust it 3 hours at a time and would reset back to 76 which is a little warm for me.

    The room was nice but few issues with cleanliness. There was a toenail in the bed and long strands of hair left on both the sink and shower floor. The casino has real people dealers which is very important to me. Loved the slot choices I left a winner! Chop Block & brew Denise our waitress gave great recommendations.     The room was nice but few issues with cleanliness. There was a toenail in the bed and long strands of hair left on both the sink and shower floor. The casino has real people dealers which is very important to me. Loved the slot choices I left a winner! Chop Block & brew Denise our waitress gave great recommendations.     Front desk was not at all accommodating to our needs. Tried to call ahead of time to get one person from the Philippines- call center. Next time we called we got the hotel but spoke to someone who can not help us in any way and didn’t have anyone to transfer us to. The internet was horrible unless you buy it. No free coffee or breakfast of any kind. I asked about a coffee bar and was told to go to Dunkin’ doughnuts. Motel 6 would’ve been better.

    I don’t think they have a valet. I didn’t see one. Also no room service which is no big deal. I did order a movie by accident I told the front desk and she was pretty rude about the whole matter. After playing two days at the casino I could really care less about a $25 movie Overall the hotel is a solid 8/10 half the staff was rude the other half great. Also if you like steaks they have a great place to eat for that. But I will never go back. There are other places that I will check out

    In the room, it was hot. It took a bit to understand that a key card is needed to start the AC. Did that, but I could not change the room temp. It was preset and due to not cooling off enough, i didn't sleep well. I will not stay here again. The place is set up for a gambler not a traveler. I have stayed in Vegas and Reno. Never have I encountered this. I have been early to check-in at other places and was told my room wasn't cleaned but if I upgraded, a room was available. On that one, I waited, and you could tell the room had just been done. For Ak Chin, this was not the case. It was just sad. You could tell that there weren't a lot of people staying there. Now, I know why.

    Key system was terrible and over 3 days our keys failed at least a dozen times even a key sitting on a wooden desk with nothing new would repeatedly fail. Smells, the hallway on the 5th floor smelled like raw sewage. Really pungent Service. Cell service was intermittent and even the hotel WiFi was not very good. My wife needed a taxi or uber. Because of above could not call herself. She asked the front desk, concierge and bell hop if they could please help. All refused. Really, a guest is requesting help just to get a ride into town to go see her husband and nobody will help. That was really pitiful. Not being willing to help my wife to get a ride to come see me it’s really inexcusable.

    Our room must’ve been in the old section. The chair you bottomed out in when you sat down. The iron was garbage. It took an hour to iron a shirt. Poorly lit room. Only really the one chair to sit on other than the bed. 3 bath towels to last 3 days then you could make an appointment to get your room cleaned??? What’s up with that? If I pay $180 a night I expect towels and at least a pad of paper to write addresses down. We were here 8 years ago, and won’t be back again.

    The rooms air conditioning is controlled with a key card given to you at check in counter, so when you arrive to your room in the 110+ Az heat it is HOT. The room took hours to reach a comfortable temperature which made it impossible to get a goodnights sleep. There pool area is not Family friendly, there are too many drunk adults, and smoking is allowed in and around the pool, so ashes are falling into water where kids are swimming.

For some reason their designers thought a drawer pull that sticks out right in the middle of the desk was a good idea. It’s not. Few wear spots on the leather wall headboard. Couple stains in the carpet. It was ok for the price

    Wait staff at restaurants and bars were slowest on the planet. 4 tiny pillows on king size bed. AC wouldnt hold temp throughout the night and woke up sweating.

    Beautiful and clean hotel with a fantastic pool area even has a swim up bar. Lots of amenities for the whole family, even the dog! However the reception staff came across as very rude. Not friendly at all very short in their answers and would ignore you standing in line while they carried on their personal conversations. Thankfully you don’t have to deal with them for very long! The rest of the hotel staff was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again.

    I checked out the next day. NO WAY WAS I GOING STAY A ANOTHER NIGHT. WE COULD NOT EVEN GET BANDS FOR THE POOL UNTIL 4P. THAT IS RIDICULOUS YOU SHOULD AT LEAST BE ABLE TO USE THE POOL. THEY KNOW YOU ARE STAYING AT THE HOTEL .

    Great fun here. We love the pool vibe with music and alot of lounging its the best area. The clean casino and drinks and food at the streak house are also good. Negative is price of food,drinks,and early check in charge,even in vegas you can check in early with out a fee. We arrivedb35min early and could not check in with out a fee. It was obviously not a busy day but had to wait. Also machines seemed to be a bit tight. I seen less people winning at slots then some others casinos we have stayed at. I had no luck here but it is gambling so dont spend what you cant afford to loose.

    Nice property. Stayed in older rooms. Need to be updated. Backboards of beds were brutal. Material pealing off. Marks and scratches in materials. Dirty!!!!!!!. Need to be washed down but really needs to be replaced. Initials carved in material. Carpet is rolling. Curtains are hard to close. Rods need to be replaced. Shower was good. Safes are outdated. Couldn’t get unlocked twice. Had to call maintenance to pen my safe twice in a 2 day stay. I had a late arrival check in. No bell boy after 10 o’clock… I needed assistance with my bags since I use oxygen and nobody was available to help me!!! Last restaurant closes at midnight. Should always have something open. Especially if you have a 24 hour casino!!! Lady at Copper Cactus was very helpful. I felt lightheaded with low blood sugar. I asked for a soda and she says I have something better for you. She handed me an orange blend of juices and said it was no charge. Very kind lady. Dealers, players club rep and slot attendants are very nice and helpful. Overall I would come back but stay in newer tower of the hotel!!

    No tables next to lounge chairs so made difficult to eat, place drinks, etc. Otherwise, my only complaints, this place is fabulous, very laid back atmosphere, good deals on gambling, promotions, swim up bar (although drinks expensive and not so good) Fried food from bar excellent. We just brought our own beverages, etc. Will definitely stay here again😎

    My wife and I stayed at this property during our summer road trip. The staff is very friendly and always greeted us with smile and provided excellent service. They have a great selection of casino games. Our room was clean and even on the first floor next to the hotel entrance it was still quiet. Automated self check in and check out was seamless. Walking distance to an entertainment center with bowling alley, movie theater, pool hall and bar. Great for families. Really liked this place so much. I would stay there again

    I would recommend this hotel to any one going with children, pool was nice and clean with a swim up bar, Bowling, Movie Theater and Arcade on at the resort and can get to it from inside the hotel.

    Our room smelled like mildew and dirty laundry!!! Continuously hearing and feeling the doors slamming shut... It would shake the whole room and the hotel representative didn't really care to much when it was brought to their attention... It smelled like marijuana all through the hallway and it's supposed to be a non-smoking hotel

    There was a vomit between the bed and the side table. Dried There was dirty tissues between the sheet covers of what was supposed to be a clean bed. There were scuff marks all over the white floor it came up easily. The manager tried to make up for it. But it just wasn't enough. They offered to move me across the hall to this nether room that the same person didn't clean before on that floor.
