Best hotel for that price in area , clean and well maintain

Old, outdated, dirty hotel. Shower and tub were broken and disgusting. Breakfast was meh compared to most hotels out there. Pictures really sell this hotel online….

Photos are not telling the truth. Room was gross with sticky floor and dated bathroom. Hallways were hot and humid. Staff was either stoned or not with it. Can’t even charge to the room when you go to the bar. We were excited to leave. Thank God it was only one night.

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. There is however only one elevator and it was at the opposite end of the building from the entrance and from the breakfast room and it did not always open its doors when prompted to. I was stuck for several minutes. Breakfast was fine but had no accommodations for gluten free persons.

The beds and linens were very comfortable. I killed 3 spiders within the 10 minutes of being in the room. The light fixture was full of dead bugs. The toilet and shower had no water pressure. The elevator was broken.

The property was good, however the bed was very uncomfortable. Example I could feel the springs and breakfast wasn't good. The eggs were cold along with other breakfast items. I had to leave the hotel and go to a restaurant to get a hot breakfast.

The property was clean and in a good location. We were there for 5 days and only had maid service one time. We had to ask a maid in the hallway to get clean linen and to empty our trash cans. You had to go thru a cloud of smoke at the entry way even though the sign stated no smoking within 25 feet. Very poor management. The ice machine was broke on our floor during our entire stay. Would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was helpful and provided all the necessary information. Check-in was smooth and easy. One elevator was out of service during our stay, but another elevator was working, so it was manageable. The main issue was the noise. The walls seem thin, and the guests in the room next to us were making loud noises, laughing, talking, and knocking on doors until midnight. Early in the morning there was again loud talking and running in the corridor, which made it difficult to rest properly. Guests should be more considerate and avoid disturbing others. The AC in the room was a bit noisy too, but that was manageable if you are very tired and just need a place to rest for a night. However, the disturbance from neighboring rooms really affected the sleep experience.

One of the biggest frustrations was the lack of staff presence. Any time assistance was needed, we had to go searching for someone because the front desk attendant was constantly hidden away in a back room. To make matters worse, the employee was dressed in casual street clothes rather than anything remotely professional, which only added to the overall sense that the hotel was poorly managed. The room itself was shabby and visibly dirty. Fixtures throughout the room had grime buildup on them, and it honestly looked like the space had not been updated in decades. The refrigerator was unbelievably tiny — smaller than what you would expect on a boat — and barely useful. The air conditioning malfunctioned consistently during our stay, making the room uncomfortable. Adding to the inconvenience, the front elevator was out of service, forcing guests to walk the entire length of the hotel just to reach the working elevator. Overall, aside from the nice-looking lobby, this hotel felt neglected, poorly maintained, and far below expectations. Our room was never serviced during our stay, and the previous guest’s alarm clock settings were never cleared during room turnover, so we were awakened by it at 5am. Will not return. Stay elsewhere.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. The air handling unit in the room was very noisy. It was also hard to regulate the temperature. The unit had a note to use the controls on the wall. Wall control indicated to use the unit controls.

Good hotel with a nice swimming pool. We stayed here for a night, the room was good, beds comfortable, decent shower and free continental breakfast was a bonus.

Everything was nice but the beds was really hard !! Think if they got mattress pads to put on the bed then the hotel will be a very nice hotel. It’s very clean. Also pillows was uncomfortable as well . Maybe invest in new bath towels.

A quick overnight stay that was relaxing and comfortable.

Just off the highway, so depending upon what you are hoping from, could be a great location. My drive to DC was <40 minutes although I used the express lanes (dynamic pricing in effect). They have lots of events happening and while they usually wrap up by 10pm, you could find your room to be affected by the noise.

There were good activities for my family. The room was fairly clean, and housekeeping was amazing in their work. Staff members were extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was okay, but there should be more halal meat options. Overall, 9.9/10!!

They were doing some remodeling at the time but they were very good about keeping it quiet during relaxation hours. They also made sure they cleaned up the area they were working on so no one could see the ugliness of remodeling. We were very happy about our stay. I didnt like how I rebooked and u was charged another 75 dollars for them to hold on to for deposit so I stayed a total of 3 nights,the first 2 nights I was charged the 75 and then I added another night and they charged again the 75 so I asked when do I get it back and they said up to 48 hours well its been 5 days and nothing yet I dont like that.

Room on the 5th floor was nice and quiet. A/C worked really well. The couch was great to relax. Work table could have been a little bigger but did the trick. Breakfast was good. It was a convenient location close to everything The room was not clean, the bed had a stain at the bottom of it, the door handle needs repair, toilet wasn't working properly, stained dirty pillow cases were left in the room upon arrival

The pool 2 of the front desk staff were very rude and they don’t give you enough towels and wash cloths

The hotel was located very well to our destination and to several places to eat and shop.

We were inconvenienced by a hotel remodeling project. Could not walk from the lobby to our room, or from our room to the breakfast area, without going outside. Fortunately, the weather was not too bad. Hotel should not operate this way.

The stuff were great!!! Especially the young man by the name "Reason" he deserves all the points or raise he can get!! We had asked for ADA room, we both were handicap, the floor was very slippery for my boyfriend, (not your fault) the bed was very comfortable, but VERY TALL, you need to remove the box spring, since there is base! The room was very tight for two mobility scooters.

Thankfully we were still able to get a room. Pool was closed, breakfast was cold. Had to let the desk know that table was wobbly, loose fitting around shower head and no do not disturb sign available. Told front desk and was immediately fixed when we got back from concert.

The shower head fell and hit my husband while he was in the shower. They came in “fixed it“ it was still on the floor so we kinda had to Jerry rig the shower quite a bit we were on the first floor and that entire floor was just hot. It was muggy and hot inside the hotel. The staff wasn’t the friendliest. Our phone did not work in our room so to call to the front desk, I had to actually call on my cell phone. I would not come back to this hotel.

The hotel was very hard to find. The hotel is way behind a couple of buildings. There were no signs posted to where the hotel was. We wasted time trying to find it. The room was clean and nice.

I’m wish I had got the insurance plan, but i figured since it was only for a night I’d be okay. Not, was sleeping tv was not on and kept getting calls from the front desk and banging on my door for a noise complain i let them know i am asleep there is no noise coming from my room and it continued for at least 3 times! I was so annoyed and nervous I got up at 2 am and left because it scared me! Wish i could get my money back

The breakfast was good and our Friday evening meal in the restaurant was nice. The pool was great especially in the HOT temps. The air conditioning in the room was great and the beds comfortable. Location for where we were wanting to go perfect.

I really like this hotel - the only downside is that they turn off the door key cards randomly - especially annoying in the morning when you’re trying to pack up your vehicle. This was my third stay here and I recommend it highly (except for the key card annoyance).

Overall, the stay was just alright. Couple of things they rushed made the room seem dirty. You could hear people screaming and fighting above us as well as the toilets flushing. Would i stay there again, probably not.

I told the girl she didn't have to clean the room but I needed towels. So when I came back out, she said, we have no big towels. What??????? The deactivating cards were a big pain in the behind because we were on the fourth floor. Food was good for breakfast. Saturday, I went out and bought 2 pills because I didn't trust that I was gonna get the pillows. I was in so much pain from not sleeping correctly. I don't think I was asking much. I told the girl she didn't have to clean the room but I needed towels. So when I came back out, she said, we have no big towels. What??????? The deactivating cards were a big pain in the behind because we were on the fourth floor. Food was good for breakfast. Saturday, I went out and bought 2 pills because I didn't trust that I was gonna get the pillows. I was in so much pain from not sleeping correctly. I don't think I was asking much. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with real eggs, instead of the usual powdered scrambled eggs. The only reason I didn’t rate the stay as excellent was that the bed was a queen, not the kind I had reserved. Moreover, the bed was so high, that my wife needed a stool to get into it. I am 6’2”, and it was hard for me to get in! Nevertheless, I recommend this hotel.

Booked into a dirty room that was not clean. The second room had dirty towels; the bed showed black dust under the blanket. The floor was not mopped. I will never say at this location again.

One of the nicer Wyndams and very convenient. The room was large however there was an issue with the AC/heater and periodically it sounded as if someone was rattling a bag all through the night. I would stay here again.

Needless to say, my husband who has memory problem had to shower and pop Breakfast is horrible. It tasted like it’s been fried refried several times. Hard scrambled eggs, hard country fries,hard suasage. Hard to believe, it’s for human consumption!

Check in took a really long time. Only other thing was housekeeping tried to come into the room at 9 am but check out is at 11. Was sleeping and they opened the door and came into the room. Other than that everything was good.

There was always someone speaking or laughing loudly in the halls every night between the hours of 11pm to 3am, which woke me and my guest every time. There was no courtesy from the loud guests as they walked the hallway to their respective rooms. It was like they didn't believe people slept during those hours. The toilet was extremely low, which was not easy to use as an adult but it was just the right height for a toddler. Overall my stay was okay.

Basic hotel that I stayed at because my flight came in very late and I didn’t want to drive that night to my final destination. Breakfast was terrible inedible hot food. I wouldn’t stay here for more than one night.

They said there is no one who can take it to the room. Can you deliver the bed????? I am pregnant. I had to move the bed to the room myself. The hotel is very dirty. The room was left dirty for two days. I asked for towels. They said you take them. No one can deliver them. The breakfast is very bad. There is no variety. This hotel does not deserve half a star. I expect that it will be forced to close in the future.

The hotel was dated and dirty. The air conditioner was set and then we left for an outdoor concert. When we returned hours later the AC had shut off and our room was 85 degrees. We were so excited to return to our air conditioned room after sweating for hours and no AC. Staff was not helpful and were rude. I do not recommend staying here.

Building and elevator was old and not working. Needs renovation

Mold all over around the shower tub area and sink was clogged up. Missing hair dryer and everything was mentioned to the staff however nothing was done. People within the building was loud till late

The room was comfortable and clean. It was easy to travel to historic sites from this location. Breakfast was good too.

This was the most comfortable bed that we have ever had. I will be purchasing a mattress like that for our new home.

Hotel has moisture problems not good for asthmatics. We checked out at 8:30 am but did not get electronic check out till 5.

Room was clean, toilet seat is too low to the ground. Hotel needs to be updated. Restaurant had great breakfast but limited food options for lunch or dinner.

Didn’t like the fact that there was a very unruly party with people not staying at the hotel wondering the hallways and making a lot of noise. No one came around to ask them to stay in the banquet area. Very scary at times.

The property was clean, and I felt safe. I had intended on using the pool; however, I never got down to it so perhaps next visit.

Toilet in room was very low to floor. Not appropriate for anyone over 5 ft tall. The air conditioner unit sounded like a semi truck in idle, microwave did not work, and dirty fingerprints on the back of the bathroom door. Bathroom sink never did get hot water.

Just did one overnight. Hotel was very nice.

No closet or dresser

The faucet in the bathtub could not be turned off so the water dribbled constantly. The water backed up in the sink and finally on the last evening the toilet would not flush. I had to use the bathrooms in the lobby area. They have updated the most obvious things but caulking and trimming was shabby in comparison. Television options are very limited. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice.

Nice room. Clean room and public areas. Crib was solid and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was kind and professional

The only good thing about this hotel was the free breakfast each morning and the wonderful ladies who provided the food and the service. Guests were allowed to run up and down corridors all hours of the night, be loud, and bus tours of international students arriving each day of our stay. Will not book another stay even though it is conveniently close to our daughter’s home.

This place is a bit dated. Overall it was good to make a stop and rest for the night .
