The front desk staff, specifically Tiffany, was amazing! Got checked in quickly and room was clean. The staff even checked in to see if everything was good. Very nice staff. Room was great.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We didn't sleep the first night due the noise level coming from a busy road. The staff was very accommodating and put us across the hallway in a room that faced the back. This certainly made it easy to move our belongings, but the second room had a slight odor of food and twice we found stink bugs. It just wasn't very clean, the bed sheets were rough and the pillows were not great. Unfortunately we still didn't get good sleep because the garbage truck drove by twice around 5AM during our short stay.

Our fireplace in our suite did not function, was told it would be repaired and was never working no one looked into the issue the entire 4 days we stayed.

Everything in the room was in excellent condition. Had enough toiletries in the bathroom including shampoo, conditioner y body wash. The kitchenette was fully stacked with all utensils being very clean as the kitchenette area. Heated indoor pool, included breakfast, 24-hour mini-market, laundry facilities on site make this an excellent location. A++ all the way. Also, upon check in I was greeted warmly and respectfully by the front desk attendant that was very receptive and helpful about my personal needs. He made the check in process seamless, quick and informative. Everything was great but if I had to change anything, it would most likely be new refrigerators with more modern ice-makers. This could be a needed upgrade for someone that likes ice with their drinks like myself.

I made my initial reservation here and then at 8:00pm the night before I got an email telling me they couldn't accommodate my reservation and were moving me to the hampton inn next door. Thankfully im the type of person who checks my email often. I called the Hampton Inn to see what type of room I was getting and it was nothing like the type of room that I booked at the residence inn that would accommodate my stay. Thankfully, I reached out too expedia, and their customer service was able to communicate with them and find a room that would work. It took me until almost ten o'clock to get this cleared up. So needless to say, I can't leave a true review because I didn't stay there. I was told the reason they couldn't accommodate my stay was because of students and concerts in town.etc. Which was the exact reason I booked at their hotel because my nephew and I were going to a concert. Expedia was amazing and gave me a $50 credit for my troubles. Which I thought was very nice because it was not expedia's fault. Not a peep from the residence inn. I will say the staff at the Hampton Inn Manassas that I stayed at were great. So be wary of booking at the residence inn, because they can just move you to another hotel and throw you in any type of room. We had a wonderful time. The pool was nice and warm. The grandkids loved it. The two bedroom unit was perfect for my wife and I and the two granddaughters absolutely wonderful will be back. A couple of burn marks in the rug, but not a big deal

We were told that the hotel overbooked and they did not have a room for us. They moved us to a smaller, cheaper hotel without the amenities that I originally booked the hotel for. I have extremely disappointed children in a room 1/3 of the size that I reserved. Extremely angry about the entire situation.

Honestly, I have a lot of bad free breakfasts. THIS WAS NOT ONE OF THOSE. Simple options. It's not dried, crusty whatevers or very wet sloppily cooked scrambled eggs. You could tell whomever was running the kitchen loved what they do. If you're going to have a sinple menu, do it right. As they did. I brought my kids 17,8,6 and we sat for an hour in the dining room having a chat. It was a nice vibe.

Overall, my stay was very good. The staff were pleasant and friendly, especially the lady at breakfast each morning. The accommodations were good and everything I needed was provided and comfortable. Everything was clean and the location was excellent for my travel plans. Breakfast was also delicious and there were plenty of options. I only wish I could've used more of the amenities like my room's kitchenette or the spaces like the patio and the gym. I was unable to connect to my company's VPN using the free wi-fi provided at the hotel, but I had good enough cell service to use my mobile hotspot instead. The towels were not very comfortable but were still able to do the job.

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for me and my friends to have an after party following a concert at Jiffylube. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was the icing on the cake! Great room with a fireplace and awesome amenities. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again. The accept Affirm which made payment easier on my budget.

Milk was spoiled at breakfast both days.Not happy at all that I used my complementary Marriott night only to be assigned to a room that smelled of smoke!!! It worked out well for us. We had a kitchenette with enough space to prepare food for a party nearby. We were on the ground floor a few rooms down from where we parked our car. Would have gotten a better review, but the wifi was intermittent. My laptop kept getting bounced off after the few times I could get on. It only worked late at night. Had to do a tether with my cell phone to get internet. Clearly Marriott/the hotel owner does not want to spend the money on enough bandwidth for wifi to work on holiday weekends.Used to be a common problem a decade or more ago, but haven't run into it since then. We paid significantly more for this room and would stay again as we will be probably be visiting once a year. Also, the room was surprisingly cold. The heat apparently did not turn on until early Sunday morning. I guess the owner wants to save money over getting good reviews. They cancelled my hotel room then never actually cancelled the booking.com reservation.

Fire alarm went off 2 nights in a row. Over 30 minutes 2nd night. Ruined sleep. No explanation or apology. So loud- fire department was there but it kept going off- never really got an explanation. No coffee pot. Only 2 towels. Refrigerator not cold.

-Enough space for my family and me -Decent kitchen area -Indoor pool -Breakfast included -Housekeeping could be done more often (it was done, but only after I requested it) -Garbage wasn't all emptied, even though it's supposed to be done every other day -Breakfast variety for eggs could have been better (quiches were great); there could have been more variety with the pastries and also pancakes (not just waffles). Perhaps a fruit salad/fresh fruit selection.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I love having a full kitchen and a fireplace in the room. The beds are comfortable. The hotel was quiet. Feel safe in the local area also.

The stay was excellent. I had great time there with a private celebration of New Years with friends for the fifth year. The staff was very profession and it was very clean. The breakfast was good and filling. I will be using this place for the next year's New Years.

Carpet wet in a dozen places from some sort of COVID cleaning method. Key cards won’t open outside doors and interior deadbolt will not work. However, the young lady at the front desk on 9/19/20 when we checked in, did everything within her means to make it right! Great job! This morning at breakfast we discovered the toaster wouldn’t work and Mike at the front desk was quick to respond and very helpful! Both employees were outstanding!

Carpet wet in a dozen places from some sort of COVID cleaning method. Key cards won’t open outside doors and interior deadbolt will not work. However, the young lady at the front desk on 9/19/20 when we checked in, did everything within her means to make it right! Great job! I was very pleased with the service and the room! Everything was very clean and I liked the social distancing measures that were taken. We reserved a pool time at the front desk. The room was fantastic. It was the two bedroom and it even had a fireplace. We loved the room

Hotel is clean and rooms are nice. The breakfast is not hot as advertised, it is a small bag with a banana, pop tart, and OJ. The suite does have some dishes in it and plenty of towels. However a major negative is that the bedroom has the hvac unit in it behind a closet door. It is very, very loud. We made the room hotter than normal just so it wouldn’t kick on so much. It was very hard to sleep with it running constantly. This hotel would have been off the charts amazing if it was not for that one major flaw.

The free grab n go breakfast and dinners with included alcohol was nice. The dirty face masks left in the room was a huuuuuge turn off. They claim to be following stringent COVID cleanliness yet housekeeping overlooked two used masks on a door hook that was left from previous guests.

This was my first hotel stay since COVID and I was very happy with all the measures put into place to keep guests safe. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and met my needs perfectly for the stay.

Was surprised at the number of pets at this hotel. The living room couch needs to be thrown out in room 128. Beds two bedrooms were excellent. Very" plain Jane" furniture. No luggage racks in either rooms. Very nice personnel throughout.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice and clean the room was and how comfortable the bed was. Front desk person was smiling and very nice. Breakfast was good the next morning. Quiet hotel in the heart of Manassas.

Good location for exploring Manassas. After a long flight it’s only a short drive from Dulles airport. Staff are friendly, hotel is clean and most days the breakfast was great although there aren’t many tables so at peak time for a family this can be tricky.

It was strange that one of the rooms I had didn't have a desk. Also at the breakfast they didn't have regular spoons there were only large soup spoons to use. And the area for the breakfast was not practical. I had 2 small children with me and 2 other adults. There was only one table that could fit 4 people there. They had a large cushioned area to sit at but the table that was at the seat was triangular shaped and didn't have enough room for more than two people to sit at it. It seemed like it was more for looks or single adults traveling alone. I don't think the seating was family friendly.

Great stay for the price with clean room, reception and and good breakfast in the morning. Wish I had time to use the pool and basketball/tennis court but I'll stay here again in the future.

I'm in the area several times a year, and have stayed at literally all the hotels in town over the past 6 years (many are downright disgusting), and this hotel is a veritable oasis and the only place I'll stay now.

The breakfast was sub-par. The hot food needed to be replaced (everything was out of low), the waffle section was a disaster, there were no omelets, there was no where to sit, and there were screaming kids everywhere. For a small eating area, it would have been helpful for the AC to be on... it was very warm.

Our group of 7 had a two bedroom suite and a l bedroom suite, with room for games, eating and TV watching!. The 2 kids traded rooms back and forth and enjoyed the pool. The breakfasts were excellent! We were treated with professionalism and politeness. The location was a plus for visits to a nearby new baby in the family!

The front desk was very helpful getting the wifi working with my computer (the problem was my computer: it had been a long time since I had used wifi with my computer and settings had to be made correctly).

Service was excellent and the hotel was nicely amenitized. Complimentary breakfast was quite nice. Only complaint is that the hotel needs a little TLC. For example, the carpet was frayed at a transition and the marble threshold piece was cracked in multiple places. The toilet was missing the screw covers and had the wrong side tank lid on it. The beds were also a bit on the firm side. Beside that, the room was quite clean and the kitchen was very well-appointed. It was great having a TV in both bedrooms as well as the living area that had access to streaming TV so that we could use our Netflix subscription while away from home. My husband and I, our two young children, and our two labradors managed better than expected in the two-bedroom suite for a three-night stay.

The air conditioner was extremely loud and I informed the front desk supervisor upon check out. Room number was 123.

A/C in room was so noisy we had to shut it off to sleep. Room got very warm. I though the breakfast area was small for the size and type of motel we booked. The A/C problem was going to be investigated by the staff.
