THE STAFF!!! They were absolutely amazing! Especially the 2 young ladies working 3-11PM shift. Both of them were beyond kind and welcoming. Made me feel like I was part of something special. I am from that area originally, but currently live on the Coast of Mississippi, where I constantly am greeted by astounding Southern hospitality. I knew immediately the young lady who checked me in was NOT from Northern Virginia. So I asked where she was from, lo and behold she too is from the Coast of Mississippi! Just absolutely kind and warm! I was blown away! The room!! It was HUGE & CLEAN! As was the rest of the hotel! The elevators… the is ZERO air flow making them hot stuffy and with a slight odor. And the lighting in the bathroom of my hotel room. Although modern, it was not efficient in lighting up the room.

Rooms were nice. Bathroom was a decent size. There is a $100 fee that you pay and is given back when you check out if there are no issues. I received a second charge on my card that I used for the deposit, not the card I prepaid with, At 1:30 AM. I did not give consent for this charge and why was my card on file for them to do this. When I questioned this charge, I never got a reason as to what it was for and why it was charged. I did receive all of it back after check out but if I hadn’t noticed the second charge, it makes me wonder if I would have gotten it back.

Great location for taking train into dc from Manassas park. Safe area with lots of restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again!

Stay was very nice till I checked out and found out they somehow charged my debit card several hundred dollars that were not mine. I was charged the initial 100 incidental fee which is normal. But I had almost 300 in separated charges over two days

Noon checkout was great as well. The indoor pool was FREEZING COLD! I wish it was noted somewhere that it wasn't heated. My kids were looking forward to playing in the pool, but we could barely walk down the steps before we realized it was an easy 40 degree water. The day of our check-out, which was at noon I went down the hall with a few bags around 10:30. I was just taking a load to the car. The housekeeper that was on my floor caught me at the elevator asking if I was ready to leave. I told her no amd continued on my way. Once we were ready to leave the room, which was around 11, the same housekeeper caught us as soon as we opened the door and once again asked if we were leaving yet. Maybe this lady had plans after work, but it was kind of rude and annoying to be hassled about leaving when it was a full hour before check out. I did inform the front desk person as we were leaving of the incident (s) and told her that it left me feeling very rushed.

I like that it was easy to find and local to many stores, places to eat, and to gas up! The room was large and spacious. Check in was easy and the lady at the front was so kind and pleasant to talk to. You could tell that likely the building had been renovated, there was a sort of damp smell in the rooms, and I couldnt get the room as cold as I would have preferred. For the price there was no complimentary breakfast - which was fine except when your trying to get a move on in the morning you want to be able to grab and go and not have to wait (though waiting is fine).

Staff were exceptionally nice. Hotel was clean, grounds were as well. Felt safe. Overall great experience.

2nd floor I only had a view of the roof and it was in an industrial area with the freeway in back so no views. Staff dud not come in to replace coffee and creamer or towels. Sinks in bathroom cracked in several places but everything was clean so that's a plus.

They need to upgrade some of their things in the rooms (TV, air conditioning), and I wish all hotels were mandated to enclose the entire mattress to protect against bed bugs - just puts me at ease

The pool was ice cold to cold to swim in and was informed something is broke that is keeping it cold also not informed of that til after . The toilet broke in my room making me have to pack up and switch rooms in the middle of the night . Not a good stay at all .

The entire time we were there the hall smelled of weed. I reported it but was told there was nothing they could do by the front desk worker. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked and broken. Cut my foot on a lifted tile. The indoor pool was cold which i figured since it was winter but the hot tub wasnt even 95 degrees. Would never stay there againThe only positive was the check in woman was very nice

We go into our room, and my wife finds a chunk of hair on the bed, so we throw that away. Go into the bathroom and the toilet seat it only being held one side. Ok, then we go down to the restaurant, the service was good, as well as the food, but they didn’t have several beverages they showed they have. Overall not a good experience.

Only criticism was the bathroom had a mat in the shower that my fiancé almost slipped on which when we picked up to put on the floor noticed a stain in the floor of the shower. That would be my only concern.

My husband and I stayed here one night over the weekend. The checking was easy and staff pleasant. Our room was comfortable and well supplied.

The mattress was horrible. A hammock would have been more comfortable. The service at the restaurant was abysmal. The server forgot ordered orange juice 3 times after 2 reminders! It is the first time I have not given a server a tip. I would recommend serving a complimentary breakfast for the guests. I have a feeling the staff would be better to keep up with that rather than serving individual tables. I regret not having paid extra to stay at Hampton Inn.

There was a stale smell when I walked in. The tub was old (stained). One bed was way too soft. Had to move to the other bed for a little more comfort.

The bedding was very nice and the room was quiet even though it’s on the Interstste. The bathroom needed updating. The floor tiles were cracked and the bathtub was very stained.

I got over charges twice and when I called they said i should call Expedia. Very bad experience will never recommend.

Easy parking, super clean, and very friendly people! The room was large, the bed was so comfortable, and the sheets were the softest I’ve encountered in a long time! My only issue was the hot tub could have been warmer. Highly recommend if you’re going to stay in the area.

The Staff was excellent, but the property was dated, l was there when it first opened and it was excellent. Seems like it hasn’t had a renovation in a long time. Rust on the light base, cracked tiles in the bathroom. The property needs an upgrade

Our sheets and bathroom were clean but there was dead bugs squished to the wall, a mildew smell when you walked in (I’m guessing due to the pool being beside us so whatever) the room outlets looked dirty and outdated, however my biggest complaint I have, I got charged double with out permission due to being checked in wrong. When asked for help asma was very kind but I was told to call Expedia myself for their mistake. After all morning of trying to contact someone through Expedia I was given multiple dead end phone numbers. When dealing with the manager I was rushed off the phone and told he will deal with it later. My husband called and was still not helpful . Apparently it is being dealt with however we will see what bs they come up with. Will never book with this hotel again. I shouldn’t have to deal with this the following morning after returning from our stay.

We were from out of town and no exceptions were made. The front desk guy was rude and had no customer service skills and was asleep in the back. We also had an invasion of ants in the room. They were all on the floor and on the kids shoes, trash can,tables and bed. When I told the guy at the desk he stated that the room had been rented out all week and there was no problems, implying that I was not telling the truth and he refused to look at the video or move us. When the manager came in he did offer a 20 voucher for breakfast. I wont be going back there. Not to that location anyway.

The property was well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue at check in and they quickly changed our room with no problems. It was quiet and parking was great. My only issue was the beds. They were very comfortable but really high off the ground and hard to get into for a shorter person.

Checked in very late around 2AM with family. Staff person was not very welcoming. Hotel rooms were outdated and couldn't believe they felt the conditions were acceptable for guest. Furniture, walls, doors were scraped and chipped. The chair and curtains were stained and ripped. Tub was discolored couldn't know if it was clean. Cobwebs and couldn't get the heating/cooling unit to work.

Very nice, clean, safe, comfortable hotel for a great price, right off I-66. very convenient. I will use again if that good price continues.

Only issue was dealing with the front desk (couldn’t locate my reservation AT FIRST despite making it mere HOURS before arrival) and having to stand there for 20-30 minutes while watching everyone else get addressed FIRST.

The gentleman at the checkin was friendly and efficient with checkin, however, I was given a room assignment and key to a room on the second floor. Went up and the key did not work, so I returned to the front desk and said they key did not work for the room. The gentleman realized that I was given the wrong key and room assignment. Got into my correct room and it was okay, nothing glaringly dirty or anything. However, went to take a shower and the shower did not work. I will say that the front desk identified another room for me pretty quickly, and offered free breakfast, which was nice. However, will not stay at this property again.

web site that there was Free Breakfast available but the front desk stated this was not accurate--the breakfast was at their restaurant & there was a charge for these items. Also, we were under impression the Battlefield site was closer than listed on web site--also should factor in the outrageous traffic & road construction in the area. It like triples the time.

The people that works there are very nice

I had requested a refrigerator with freezing capacity for my ice packs for my insulin. Was not done. They also had us down as handicap accessible requirement. I did not request this.

Nice place for a over night stay, the bedding was very comfortable and clean and no issue with check in/ out. My cons was having issues with the tv when we arrived it was off line and unplugged so we had to wait for it to start up and load and once on it seem like it would freeze when channel surfing and the pool and Jacuzzi area was nice and clean on the small side but it was a nice weekend getaway.

Want to say thank you to all staff for making our stay memorable. Also, wanted to give kudos to the morning waitress who made our dining experience great despite accidentally spilling one of our beverages.

Not what i expect from a hotel.

Terrible

The manager was great that worked at night.

Building was in a weird location, when first went into room it smelled strong like weed. Hotel was a smoke free zone. Smelled the whole thing I couldn't get smell out of the room. We came back one night and are room key got deactivated, so we had to get reactivated which was not the problem the problem was once i got home i saw they put on hold my money twice. Then it took 1week to come off my card.We we're also supposed to get breakfast free. And I never saw and we breakfast was. We did not get any paperwork stating what the room info was. Meaning we didn't know WiFi password, if there room service ect.Which the other Holiday inn we stay are down the street had all that and then some. So it's not holiday inn it was that holiday inn.i will not stay at there again. I will stay at the other Holiday inn downtown Manassas near cracker barrel
