I lost a long navy blue sweater there, left in the room, when I told you about it no answer and no sweater. I would have been happy to pay the postage to have it sent back to me.

Not as nice as you would think based on the photos online.

The room was clean and staff were nice the continental breakfast was horrible needs a little work and the elevators did not work and also the bed was comfortable

Dirty hotel! Lots of patchy places where they tried to fix stuff. Hallway smelled like hot garbage. Staff was very friendly. Parking was easy.

Hallway has a moldy chloride smell. Room looks near but dont feel clean. Carpets feel sticky. When I first turn on bath water, it was black. I let it run for about 3 minutes before it cleared up. There is no breakfast. You can also smell weed inside the room if people are smoking in the parking lot. I would not want to stay in this property again.

Location was great. Parking lot was shared with large busses so parking was problematic. Entryways reeked of marijuana, building is supposed to be smoke free! The hallways and air conditioner were extremely musky. In our room the shower didn’t work properly and toilet seat was broken.

Excellent check in. Room was clean. They actually cleaned the room while I was out and made the bed. Havent had that in years. Thank you.

Price was the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. There were two employees that were willing to help me...but overall I will never return to that hotel.

The hotel itself was ok, but the parking was atrocious with all the work trucks and tractor trailors.

parking was good, the breakfast location was not easily known. the plumbing in rm 214 needs adjustments. and the phone in rm 214 says you are in room 206.

The breakfast consisted of coffee, 2 kinds of cereal and bread and frozen waffles that could be toasted. There were also a few apples.

Noisy at night when trying to sleep, breakfast was terrible. Concern at night,around the parking lot for safety.

It was creepy to us and although it was cheap for a hotel, we didn't feel comfortable and would not return there.

I did not stay for the breakfast ,I had to check out early due to the cleanliness of the room. Female hair in the tub, major dust on the head boards, female hair intertwined in the comforter , an acid or substance stained the Plexi glass badly degraded paint in living room, peeling and bubbling paint in the bathroom. I have photos as proof.

This place is incredibly run down and in need of improvements. The bedding was stained and things were dirty like the sink and the toilet had hair on it…beds were super firm but we didn’t mind… We just stayed here 1 night passing through. Staff was nice and checkout was smooth. I didn’t see any bugs.

The staff was very nice. It was a convenient location. The bed was comfortable and had lots of pillows, and the water pressure was fantastic. It was quiet and overall a very pleasant stay. The price was great. The hallway floors look like they are coming apart and it has a really weird smell. Not only the hallway but the room as well. Not a pleasant smell at all but not overpowering . You especially smell it when you first walk in the hallway and room. Kind of like something really old and molding. In the room, when I walked barefoot, black stuff got all over the bottom of my feet. Which tells me the carpet is not properly cleaned.

The bathroom tub spigot leaked all night. The room was clean. The property itself looks to have been remodled from an old jail.

This property was relatively clean but certain things like the remote controller and other things felt disgusting. The walls and doors had dents. The floating floors looked as of they weren't professionally laid and was placed on top of uneven flooring. The continental breakfast was a joke. They had eggos from the grocery store that could be toasted, fruit loops and raisin bran cereals. They had juice and coffee but no hot eggs, no meat, no fruit, no yogurt, nothing. So really the option was cereal and eggs. The weight room was locked and couldn't be opened. I choose this place for the breakfast and weight room but both were a huge disappointment. The worst part was my daughter and I felt unsafe. I only saw two other females in the whole building which I contribute to the proximity of the truck stop. It was so uncomfortable that my daughter and I left before our stay was over and found a room at the Best Western located next door. We packed our stuff and walked to the neighboring hotel.

I stayed 4 nights and the beds felt the springs on my back I asked to change my room because it was uncomfortable and they said they had nothing else available. Definitely if I have the opportunity I would never stay there again.

Stayed here during snow storm. Management did a terrible job keeping snow and ice off sidewalks and parking lot.

The room was okay, but other guests would go into the hall and talk which was very disruptive. The walls are very thin, you could hear everything going on outside of your room. The hallways also smelled like pee.

We were told breakfast was in the second building but never found it. The beds are HORRIBLE! I felt like I was sleeping on concrete! Nothing was upgraded as shown in photos. The location was not good and the entire facility was run down. They didn’t even have an elevator! This place needs some serious upgrades. I will never go back there again! All I can say is the room was clean. Other than that it needed repairs. Lamp shades were broken. Wood was rotten in the bathroom.. Sink was terrible and needed repair.

The room had a strong order when I walked in and after I turned the air on and sprayed air freshener it was better! I think the carpets hold odors and when it is warm in the rooms the odor is strong. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable, the staff was pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast did not have many options, but if you are looking for a quick fix it will do the trick!

I will say the staff was absolutely fantastic. However there was mold in our bathroom, water stains on the ceiling in the room, stains in the carpet in the room, the tub was consitantly dripping even when the shower was 100% turned off. The company needs to upkeep the property better. The staff was really the only positive note I have on my stay.

I reserved a handicap accessible room online but when we got here, they said they had none. I have a roblem sitting on the toilet and the shower had nothing to grab. They did give me a room on the first floor but breakfast was on the second floor. Not easy for handicapped people.

there waa one hallway of rooms in the process of being renovated and the hallway being used by guests had been renovated. Also, the gentleman at check in was very pleasant. On the needing improvement side... The rooms were neat and as clean as they could be but definitely needing an update as it all was very worn looking. The bed was lime sleeping on plyboard. Way too hard!! No breakfast of any sort availble. No microwave or coffee in room. Went downstairs and only coffee available was regular. I was looking for decaf or hot water to mke tea or oatmeal and none was available. Recommendations... Keep upgrading the rooms, but get softer matresses or put a mattress topper on the bed. Include hot water and decaf coffee on the lobby bar, a box of tea, and a jug of ice water. Put out a bowl of candy or mints, something that says thanks for staying.

The ceiling in the bathroom needs to be fixed and the pineapple light in the room should be replaced with a fixture switch on the wall.

I would like to express my gratitude to Ronnie, the front desk associate. Upon arrival to the my room, I thought someone had smoked in a non-smoking room. Ronnie assigned me a new room with no questions asked. While relocating to my new room, Ronnie explained to me that the smell was from the air freshener that's commonly sprayed and it had not settled. The new room was outstanding, with everything clean and the shower had hot water. Thanks again Ronnie.

The wall outlet was so worn out, nothing would stay plugged into it. There are no plugs to charge phones/computer at the room desk. The power strip next to the TV did not work. The TV would not turn on. Only one AC plug next to the bed to charge electronics. The USB plug next to bed charged very slow. Breakfast is fruit loops, rasin bran, toast, or the lowest quality waffles imaginable. The coffee was terrible. I get that this is a budget hotel, but do better.

While the staff was extremely nice and accommodating, the hotel was in desperate need of an updating. Let me preface this with, we came in very late and were exhausted and therefore never called the front desk for them to correct the situation, that’s on us. The air conditioner was loud and did not smell good. The entire place could use a good spackle and paint job. It was very clean (albeit a little mold in the bathroom). Breakfast was minimal; coffee, juice, toast, eggos, cereal…. But Cracker Barrel is around the corner so it ended well. All in all, it was inexpensive so we didn’t really expect much.

The best part are the beds. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. The breakfast is pretty terrible. Nothing but frozen waffles and two choices of cereal. TV is just okay and there aren't any premium channels like HBO or Showtime and Cartoon Network is unavailable for some bizarre reason. The showerheads are also very nice and high pressured.

The purpose was a last minute overnight stay for a funeral the following day. The rate was very affordable. Check in was quick and easy. When I got to the room about to swipe the keycard there was a roach on the doorknob... woof... before bed my friend saw a roach in the bathroom that same night. We left for dinner and when we returned the smoke detector kept going off. We had to call the front desk 3x before they finally decided to solve the issue by removing it from the room. It was 1:30am. Aside from the bugs the place was cleanish. The water pressure in the shower was the highlight.

Very bare bones. Only one light, no coffee maker, breakfast was cold cereal, toast, coffee with powdered creamer, No grab bars in the shower and during the 4 night stay NO ROOM service, did not empty waste basket, check towels or make bed. Very bare bones. Only one light, no coffee maker, breakfast was cold cereal, toast, coffee with powdered creamer, No grab bars in the shower and during the 4 night stay NO ROOM service, did not empty waste basket, check towels or make bed. I didn’t like that continental breakfast is in a separate building. The lobby are where the coffee machine is has roaches. No elevator. The shower water pressure is low. Not enough toiletries.

Bit of a sketchy area, but did not feel totally unsafe. Lots of road noise, but I am a country girl. Checkin and checkout super easy.

Had a horrific time at check in after money was already taken from my cash app prior to arriving the wanted me to pay again at the desk after I explained several times that it was already been taken out. The vending machine area had roaches in there saw one crawl across the table. Then I was asked the second day I was there if I had pets with me and I said no your more than welcome to check the room. Overall bad and experience with this hotel will never go back there again

I purchased a room with queen beds and received full size beds. The shower was moldy. The condition of the hotel is run down. The breakfast was not what was pictured on line. Then to top it all off, there were ROACHES in our room. I will NEVER stay here again and I will make sure that my family does not recommend it to anyone..

The front desk clerk was very helpful. There are odd smells in the halls and in the rooms. The rooms don't look throughly cleaned.

Check in fine, decent price. Room OK, bed comfy decor pretty nice. Was a “weird “ smell throughout property. Not very pleasant Very noisy could hear neighbors but at 2 a.m. complained and management immediately quieted it

We stayed for 3 nights. This property was good for the price what you would expect for a 2/3 star motel it was clean and tidy the room had a mini fridge and microwave staff were very friendly. I love that it was walking distance for places to eat. I would definitely stay here again for a short stay

The shower did not work in our room.

Overall my experience was good. Becz my friend living near to this place. I will recommend traveler to stay there.

It was not great. The first room we were assigned was super rundown and smelled like mildew or mold. We got a room change and the front desk people were great. The second room was better. The AC had a mildew smell when you used it that made the room smell. We found a few cockroach like bugs a couple of days. No elevator. The hallways and 2nd entrance area smelled like marijuana. No coffee in the room which is whatever but the “breakfast” was toast and an apple. A couple of the workers struggled to understand English so when trying to ask them about coffee and if it was decaf we were met with blank stares or just fully ignored in favor of Spanish speaking individuals who were just flirting with the girl setting up coffee. We were paying about 100+ per night and it was not worth that at all.

Was just okay. Needed a shower and bed for a night. Strong wifi and had cable TV. Building is old.

Looks like a $50 motel. No cable, internet kept dropping. Smoke detector was removed from room. Phone was non operational, with buttons missing. I wish i would have spent $20 more for another place. Will not be back

Looks like a very run-down property with a very indifferent staff. Ok for a some night stay just to sleep

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The floor in the room was carpet and moist and considering how disgusting the bathroom was, we kept our shoes on to walk around our room. This entire building needs a renovation or a LOT of work in general. I do NOT suggest you stay here unless you're ok with this level of cleanliness. We were so grossed out we cancelled our stay and went elsewhere.

Bugs. In the bed. On the nightstand. Dead on the bathroom floor. Building was rundown, dirty, stained. Area surrounding the building did not feel safe.

Staff were very professional and courteous. The room was dated, with no fridge or microwave. It was clean and the bed was VERY COMFORTABLE!!!! Nice clean hallways.

Run run run! It was hectic staying here , from the roaches to the peel paint on the hallways walls , a bunch of people on house arrest living there, and not to mention the refrigerator inside the rooms didn’t work ! There was only one kind staff member there and he worked during the day. I asked to be relocated because there were roaches coming from the bathroom sink and they told me they were too booked to move me . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

I had a few problems with the bathroom: there was a bug as soon as we walked in (not sure what kind, we just flushed/washed it away) the walls above the shower needed to be cleaned and the toilet, to put it nicely, wasn’t in good condition for anyone over 90 lbs! Lol Uhh what else? Tv with cable, nice/okay AC, and they had a cute folded towel in the bathroom (Soaps and shampoo are green tea scented) and free wifi you just have to get the password. Not some fancy hotel but it did the job… wouldn’t stay too long though because most of the food places nearby aren’t too easy to walk to (we walked everywhere so that’s on us!) Hope this helps anyone else!
