The property was very well maintained, all of the staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Our bartender Erica was so welcoming and after a long day of travel we to were have a bite to eat and a drink with nice conversation. 💕

My oldest attends Mercer University so a hotel right by her is definitely convenient. Especially during the move out of a dorm & into a storage unit just down the road from her. So I liked the convenience very much. And the staff. You have amazing staff! That coffee isn’t available 24/7. It truly was my only hang up.

Rooms need to be cleaned more than once on a 3 night stay. You should not have tonask for fresh towels everyday

The front staff was very gracious and accommodating, However, our room was awful. The toilet had feces down the front of the bowl. My wife who is a cancer patient had to clean it with a washcloth after housekeeping failed to respond. One of the twin beds has blood or some type of red fluid dried. I gave my wife the covers from my bed. Finally, both beds were worn beyond usefulness. Overall, the worst Hilton experience I have ever had. Cleanliness and beds beyond useful life

2. Ants were everywhere in the room 3. An alarm went off twice during the night took front desk way to long to answer so woke my son up to evacuate to find out it was a heat sensor. 4. Due to ongoing renovations things were a little inconvenient. Admittedly, I booked thru a third party but we were not aware that renovations were occurring. I would have chosen a different hotel it I had known that.

We ended up having to go to a local restaurant. The next morning construction beganin the room next to ours at 7 AM in the morning. It continued until we left at approximately nine.

Hotel main lobby was under construction very noisy we booked through a third party so there was no notice of the construction. Due to the construction noise it was hard to understand front desk person at check in. Also paid a $50 pet fee which was a surprise, voiced my displeasure and got comped two free breakfast. Free breakfast would have been great ($16.00 a piece) gesture except that the breakfast was not good at all. I hope it was a reflection of construction mode and not the normal because it left a lot to be desired. Room was clean with new carpet, bed was comfortable bathroom was not remodeled and was aged and the toilet seat was very loose and ready to fall off. Staff was nice a polite and apologetic for the construction.

January 2026 undergoing intensive remodeling and the lobby area was a very dusty, busy place. The staff were so kind and helpful, room and location were just what I needed.

Staff caring. But unable to do much. It was literally a construction site!!!. Remodeling in progress so very noisy and many areas covered up. Food service very bad. Food un-eatable. TV wasn't working til repair done.

First room we got has a bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain. Help came right away but couldn’t clear it. So we had to repack and move rooms. Frustrating! And they didn’t offer any concessions.

The staff was excellent. They were friendly and helpful the entire stay. Breakfast was really good. ($15.95 for the buffet was a good value). The beds were pretty broken down and furnishings were very worn. For the price-per night of $280 for a room with 2 queen beds seems pretty steep. We chose to stay here for the location as it is 7 minute drive to the Atrium Amphitheater .

Located near the soccer field. A very spacious suite with 2 queens. I love a living room! The shower water ran all over the bathroom even with a towel on the floor. My shoes got soaked and I could have fallen if I had not seen the water. All the towels got soaked to clean it up. The toilet does not run properly.

Nice place. Very happy with the facilities and location. It was definitely an upgrade over many other areas, so was worth a few extra bucks. Beatrice at the front desk was especially accommodating and made sure our visit was great.

I stay here frequently and will probably continue, however, this stay wasn’t great. The in room smoke detector went off very loudly just after I fell asleep. There was no smoke or heat. Then I waited for the maintenance guy to come from home to say he had no idea why. Then in the morning the coffee machine didn’t work. On the good side, Larraine runs the restaurant very well!

Everything went great, after we got our room... check in was 3pm, when we arrived, a little after 4, it still wasn't ready... had to wait another 30 minutes or so... we went out to the pool deck to relax for a bit our last night there... only to have a local lady, that i guess someone at the hotel knows, and was a little tipsy and a very chatty woman decided that we were her new best friends... she said she brings her daughter there to swim sometimes... she was harmless, but there was no relaxing with her chatting so much... not sure also the hotel wants the liability of locals coming and swimming at free will....

The pullout couch mattress had every spring on it popping out and it was stained. We requested linens for it since the room didn’t have any and we were only able to get sheets because they didn’t have extra comforters.

The individual at the front desk when I checked in was rude and acted as though I was just bothering them. The room was fine but the TV remote was not working correctly. The location was fantastic but that’s about it.

The beds were old and did not have any support in them. The gentleman in the kitchen was so kind and friendly, but the lady taking the orders at 7AM hated her job. She was fussing about why so many people was up at 7AM.

I stayed two nights. First the night I stayed on the 2nd floor and it had a urine smell on the carpet or Mattress I couldn't Detect where the smell actually came from. It wasn't clean I'm the bathroom it had rust all around the bathroom tub and floors. Well, I asked for a bottom room for my next morning night stay. It was better nice and clean but when I went to shower it was a roach crawling down under the sinks. I did take photos of both nights because no one believed me. This never happened to me before and my first business trip in Macon Ga. The staff was awesome!!! They asked me did I wanted free breakfast I said no and also to take some off my room. They couldn't because I used third-party booking. But please fix this issue

This property was so close to Mercer we were on campus!!! All staff exceeded expectations at every interaction! Our room was clean and quiet which was so nice! We didn’t have a chance to visit the pool but will at our next visit!!

The reception area looked great! However, our rroom left a bit to be desired. The carpets were not very clean, especially next to the A/C unit. The foyer light worked when it wanted. The A/c kept shutting itself off, not just in “down mode” but completely off. Try shower curtain rod was bent so that the curtain would not close on either end, leaving a puddle on the floor from the shower. Front desk was friendly and helpful. They were great!

Try shower curtain rod was bent so that the curtain would not close on either end, leaving a puddle on the floor from the shower. Front desk was friendly and helpful. They were great!

Great location. Beautiful and safe place for walking. The stay is consistently good. Didn’t get 5 stars for cleanliness as there was some scuzz on table between beds.

I really enjoyed staying here even though for only one night the area was incredibly nice. The only negative in the entire property was that the television did not work properly. Other than that excellent day.

Very nice hotel and the staff provided excellent customer service.

The hotel was under staff and when you wanted to get something g from the bar the bartender was not there. Only one person at the check in desk for it to be a weekend and unable to leave the desk to find the bartender. The light switch for the lamp by the bed did not work and it gives the room limited lighting it makes the room seems dark.

The front desk clerk when we checked in around five was totally rude. Unfriendly rolled her eyes. I was amazed at the lack of customer service checking in. She should not be at the front desk.

The woman working at the front desk acted like we were bothering her. The room was on the warm side. The AC was very loud on and off all night. People loud in the hallway.

When I arrived I was ignored by the front desk while she was on her personal cell phone. Then when she final started to help me she said I didn’t have a reservation only to find out that I was already checked in. They checked someone else into my prepaid room. After resolving that they tried to tell me that I didn’t book a room with a king bed even tho I should her that I did. All she kept saying is that I booked through a 3 rd party and that what I get. At one point she actually shushed me and said she needed to think. It took a lot out of me dealing with her. For being a so called high end hotel they should have staff that can handle themselves better. I understand that this may have been a lot to deal with but they should be able to defuse the situation instead of escalating it.

The location was great. A/C worked well. Staff was great. If you are going to a Mercer Sporting event. This is the place to stay.

Everything was good

Kind of pricey for an average room. Had to book for 2 nights they didnt allow just one night stay. Had a problem with billing. Reserved 2 rooms and upon check in was charged for 3 rooms. Cost of room was put on hold on my account. It did get straighten out within 3 days.

The hotel was extremely noisy and felt as if it was overcrowded or booked by noise. Could not sleep at all. Guest above my room we’re running back and forth all night. The a/c fan would not stay on to help with the noise and when it did turn on it had a whining noise too. The staff upon check in obviously didn’t want to be there and that was first impression. The staff who checked us out with two bags of candy and deck of cards ($16?????) was very nice. Hotel room was clean!!!

The bathroom had only one light over the sink and was too dark in the shower. There was almost no counter space to put make-up or shaving stuff as the area around the sink was very small. The $40 "incidentals" fee that is placed on your account is ridiculous. I don't think I would stay here again.

The beds were hard, room floor borders were dusty, shower corners moldy, shower curtain smelled sour, and price way too high considering the consolation of the room.

The staff is the best The vibe is great I love it here
