Rooms were clean, but the linens and towels had stains in them. Asked staff to bring new towels and had to get them. Did not make my husband happy. Coffee was good and breakfast was ok.

Would stay again. Very convenient in my travels.

We made reservations at this location due to them having a hot tub and pool. Once we arrived, we dropped off our bags in the room and went straight to the pool, hot tub area, where there were clumps of hair and in the pool was a large clump of hair see pictures. We immediately went back to the front desk and requested a refund. We were told the pool and hot tub had been cleaned the day before. The front desk clerk called the maintenance man who came and just scoopedthe hair out. We left and went to another hotel.

Staff was rude and not helpful. They would not honor my reservation. I stayed somewhere else and would not recommend anyone stay here in the future.

it was a great location right off the main road, but the a/c did not work like it should. i was not trying to get it freezing just stay cool all night and it did not stay there.

As always, it's a safe and clean facility. The employees are great and the breakfast in the mornings is always a plus. It keeps us coming back year after year. I have not found any issues with the facility and/or the personnel at all. Everything meets and exceeds our expectations.

The night manager was extremely rude. He gave me a huge hassle when I checked in even when I showed him my id, receipt, and the credit card it was under. He made the whole stay bad.

This was at one time the greatest place in Macon to stay out! The last few times the pool was extremely cold and the hot tub was Luke warm! The staff were great !

Comfortable beds and indoor hottub and swimming pool. I got there at 8:35 PM tired from driving all day, and the room key card didn't work. But with in minutes staff came and checked it out and replaced battery in door lock. We were back in business in no time. Great job to staff for fast fix. I only didn't like it because I was so tired.

The room had clear cleanliness and safety issues. There were bugs present, and the window appeared to be broken and covered with plastic, which did not feel secure or acceptable for a paying guest. In addition, the overall environment did not feel safe, with concerning activity in the parking lot late at night. This stay was valued at over $100, and even for a budget property, basic standards for cleanliness and safety should still be met. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I raised these concerns with Hotels.com and am currently waiting on resolution.

I booked my room on expedia. I specifically booked a pet friendly room. When I arrived, they told me the room I booked does not allow pets. They had to switch my room but no price adjustment. Probably a miscommunication between expedia and the hotel.

Pool ice cold, “hot” tub cold, breakfast was ok minus when asked for more items to be restocked they made a big fuss even with 30mins left, everytime when asked for extra towels I was always asked why multiple times which is odd, given two towels for a family of 6… don’t think I’ll ever return here

It was pretty clean for a remodeled roach motel. Pictures were not AT all accurate. Too expensive for what it is by far. Also staff was very rude.

Pool and spa are great. Rooms are clean. Only issue is I booked a smoking room on Expedia and was told there are NO smoking rooms. I smoked outside but my neighbors were smoking very smelly skunk weed and I could smell it in my room.

I liked it had a large flat screen tv and microwave and fridge was a must have in the room. The room was very clean no issues there. What was served for breakfast was good enough variety to pick to eat. We couldn't see our vehicle from our hotel room because of how the parking lot was set up.

Noise to close to the airport runway all night!!!!!! Dogs barking TV did not work.

Breakfast very good. Really needed a 1st floor room. My wife and I have trouble with stairs. That is my only complaint. 1st floor rooms were not available when we got there.

I was sitting on the lounge where television is and the clerk told me I could not sit in that area. He was rude ? He could have more friendly.

Breakfast was disappointing. Arrived only halfway through breakfast time to find offerings almost completely depleted. Staff was harried in his response, but did improve. Bed band on edge of mattress broken and sagged badly when sitting on the edge. Guest two doors down smoking marijuana in the stairwell.

Such an awful, not family friendly experience, we did not end up staying there. & we did not successfully get refunded by the hotel or booking.com Women walking around in lingerie. Tons of people sitting outside smoking illegal substances. Not a safe or family friendly environment.

I arrived around 9:30 pm and was told there was no room available to me. I had booked a pet room and they told me “they decided today to put those rooms out to do renovations.” They did not offer to compensate me, put me at another hotel, nor did they contact me prior to this. I definitely do not recommend.

This place was good for an inexpensive hotel. Beautiful pool and hot tub area but very disappointed the hot tub was just warm. Breakfast was nicely done but the coffee was ice cold and it seemed the staff did not know how to correct this.

Door had a slight gap around it, so you could see a sliver of light constantly coming through. Also because of this there was more noise. Luckily we were very tired driving all day coming from Michigan. Eggs were crusty, waffle maker was broken, and there were teenage girls blaring rap music and wouldnt turn it down or off. Smelled like an ash tray. Cigarette burn marks on all surfaces. burn holes on bead spread, couch and even the curtains. No heat. Very cold that night. Took all night to raise the temp a couple of degrees. High 50s maybe low 60s.

I’m pretty sure the front desk guy was high. For some reason, my Hotels.com reservation was not coming through and the gentleman at the front desk was not very helpful. I asked for a first floor room and he gave us a second floor room without even explaining it or talking it over with me. Everything else was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

There was left over pizza in the bed, it looked like poorly cleaned up puke in the shower and there were bugs in the bathroom.

Management arranged to paint 5 of the 6 stairways to second floor very day for the three days I was there. Very inconvenient for those of us on the second floor. Everyone had to carry all luggage and enter from the one stairway and they did not inform the front desk so no one was warned that parking near your room was the worst place to be.

Shady area. Loud, people in room next us were incredibly loud…fighting. I thought we would need to call the police. No security I guess. Kids were exposed to things they shouldn’t have been. Never will I ever stay at a best western. Reviews must be fake..cause I can’t believe they get anything above terrible.

Came quickly when I needed assistance. I had mistaken the turn into the entrance. It was right next to another motel. I fell in the parking lot and they were most helpful in getting me to the right motel, which was Best Western, and your people at the desk was very helpful to getting me medical attention.

The room was ok, but checking in was a nightmare, the clerk was lost and took nearly an hour to get my room due to lack of knowledge.

My family (five kids and a dog) had to evacuate away from Florida due to Hurricane Milton. We made a reservation on October 5th for three nights from Oct. 7th - 10th, and paid. On the 7th, we were on the road for eight hours. When we arrived at around 1:30am, we were told that they did not have a room available for us. The lady at the front desk (refused to give us her name) lied saying we canceled the room. When we showed her that our reservation was still intact, she shrugged it off. Not only so, when we were on the road, we made several phone calls to ensure that everything was in order, but no one picked up the phone (this was between 8:30pm - 10:00pm). When I contacted hotels.com, we were informed that the hotel overbooked our reservation. We got our refund, but we had to search for another hotel at 2am. We ended up driving to Atlanta. We called for the manager the following day, and did not receive an apology of any sort. Front desk didn't care, management didn't care. Although many people left positive reviews, I would not recommend this hotel during evacuation.

The staff was very nice. The room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place.

great place if you’re in town for a concert!

Pleasantly surprised with the hotel. We had an issue with our toilet leaking but the lady at the front desk was so helpful to get us comfortable in a new room. She was very sweet and professional. Breakfast the next day was good. Room was clean and comfortable

The staff were great and the rooms were clean. Hotel is in a very convenient location.

Hotel just off I475. There are a few restaurants around. Lots of parking. The room was spacious and had a sitting area. All the rooms have an outside entrance. The breakfast was OK....we might have been the first ones there, so not everything was ready, but a decent selection. Good hours for breakfast.

There was a very rude employee at the breakfast area, I had to go grabbed coffee from the store.

Stay here when traveling. Nice room, comfortable beds.

I can't remember the names of the young ladies names when i checked in but they were very pleasant and courteous would definitely come stay again!!!

Paid extra for a place with a pool & jacuzzi… It’s wasn’t open… they don’t open it which is false advertising & cost me an extra $45 for nothing…They room was pretty clean… Other then that it really sucked…

We have stayed at many Best Westerns over the years and decided to stay at this one on our road trip because of it's proximity to the highway and because it had a hot tub. When we called to confirm our reservation the day of our stay we asked how late the hot tub would be open and were told 10 pm. We were NOT told it was closed for maintenance. The night staff, Stephanie, apologized for the inconvenience and set us up in the room with a jacuzzi tub at no extra charge. We used the tub, which was nice until we noticed small black flakes floating in the bubbles. We got out of the tub and left if full to see the black residue in the morning after the bubbles settled. I wish I could upload a photo here showing that the bottom of the tub was covered in what looked like pieces of the piping laying in the bottom of the tub. We notified the morning staff of the situation and the fact that we had to kill roaches in the shower before we could get in. She was very apologetic, but wasn't in a position to offer a discount. The staff was really very nice and professional, but the property needs work. We would not stay here again.

The only great part about this hotel is the front desk staff. They deserve to be working elsewhere. The hotel is a dump. I have pictures to prove it. Roaches crawling on the bed and floors. Musty smell.

For a budget hotel was impressed. Clean room, comfortable beds, nice indoor pool and hot tub and good fresh breakfast.

first room had a tiny bug on the night stand so I requested a new room and the employees was so nice and understanding. room was fine considering it’s a hotel. Breakfast had lots of options and was good

Lot of bedbugs and fleas in our room. Had room for 3 nights but housekeeping was never done even once. Manager asked be to just cancel reservation if bed bugs are present. Breakfast staff was rude too. Overall a terrible experience

It was a motel and not a hotel. The room 222 had bad odor in it we could not sleep . The pillows were hard like rocks . Very disappointed. Breakfast lady very rude and unprofessional.

Easy check in. Stayed for a night. It was fine. Visited a couple convenience stores nearby to pick up some things - not the greatest area, but it was fine for a night passing through.

It was an ok stay for traveling down the highway. Was within several miles of a lot of restaurants.

Room was decent and comfortable. Definitely an older hotel that has been given a facelift. Stains on the carpets and tub. Breakfast was eh. Front desk staff was polite, kitchen staff not so much. All that said you get what you pay for this isn't a 5* by any measure but if you are passing through Macon and need a safe comfortable bed for the night you could do way worse...
