The crowning touch was the excellent breakfast in the morning!

We arrived at midnight and Tia was so welcoming for us weary travelers. We were so tired, we slept in and missed breakfast. We noticed the sink drains really slowly, hence the 4 stars. Other than that we slept well. The hair dryer was brand new. We love the convenience of this hotel to the airport, highway entrances, shops and restaurants nearby. We always had a parking spot available despite a full lot. The staff were nice and greeted us as we were coming and going. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

everything was great. anything i asked for was immediately completed or taken care of. i made a mistake on a booking and they helped me correct it as well. no complaints. everyone of the employees in any of the positions were helpful and so sweet and friendly. i recommend and would be sure to stop here next time i’m traveling through. i wish i could afford to tip them all 5x’s as much! thanks for the wonderful experience.

My family of three stayed here for 2 nights. The suite with two beds and separate living area with desk/couch was perfect, giving us room to spread out when needed. The hotel is clean and we took advantage of the included breakfast and fitness center. There’s a lot of shopping within a quick car ride, as well as a restaurant right next door which we took advantage of for a late dinner after a long day out. The only downside is that it’s on a busy road so there was some road noise in the room, but not enough to keep us awake. I’d stay here again next time in the area.

Everything here to help you feel comfortable and actually enjoy your trip. This location takes away all worries when it comes to safety, cleanliness, amenities, parking. I was very HAPPY with my stay. REALLY clean room which gets an A+.

Clean Room, Staff were lovely and the breakfast was decent. The room was nice and cool but the bed mattress was a little stiff but all in all a great hotel especially as it is close to the airport, literally down the road from the airport and there is a Chili’s restaurant next to. They also have a mini store next to reception of snacks and drinks and other small things for your travels.

Room 406 is facing the main road and was quite noisy. I had my phone playing brown noise so I only woke up once or twice from it.

Very nice and clean. Staff was friendly! Only complaint is the walls are thin and could hear everything from people walking, running, dropping bowling balls from above, elevator rumbling when used and outside noise. The Ac/heater unit squeaks loudly when kicking in. Would recommend if not a light sleeper. Breakfast was great with a variety to eat.

Comforter was dirty with recent stains and towels were not clean.

The pool was not open, so no pool. The beds & bedding were very comfortable. The bathroom was fine except for the very short shower curtain and water all over the floor when showering.

Staff went above and beyond. Clean. The only thing I would complain about is our room faced the busy road which could be loud at times, but it wouldn't stop me from staying again. I'd recommend them planting hedges by the road as a buffer.

The staff was more than I'd expect at an average hotel. We needed two things and usually I'd expect I'd have to go downstairs to get it but it was brought to us. This was a younger black girl, I should have gotten her name, but she went out of her way for us.

Everything was fabulous but what really stood out is that it was the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel has a notice in the elevator about quiet hours being 10-7 and anyone under 18 needs to be with an adult if outside their room during these hours.

Close to Liberty, clean Both mornings they were out of most breakfast items. No fruit, no oatmeal, no waffle mix, no orange juice…very limited options. No one cleaned the room or replenished towels and washclothes. They were very busy and it was very evident.

The room was very nice. The location was extremely convenient to LU. Check-in was slow, but they had installed a brand new computer system earlier in the week. Breakfast options were somewhat limited. Staff were very courteous.

The staff was great. We had lukewarm water the first night but it was fixed for the second night. Breakfast had a few good options but wasn’t replenished to provide for all the people.

The location was the best part of staying at this hotel. I also thought it had good parking and the hotel itself was clean and rooms had good space. Our heater stopped working and we had to pack our stuff and be escorted to a new room the next night. I felt like it would have been easier if we could have been given the new key first and returned the old one when we were done situating our stuff. Its not like the old room could be turned over for a new guest. Also, we ended our business in Lynchburg early. I was told a note was put into the reservation that we left early. When I asked Booking.com to consider a refund for the one night, the staff at the location could not confirm the early departure. Even though the front desk said they added a note. I get that a refund was not guaranteed, but it was a bit frustrating dealing with the back and forth.

Waffle machine/mix was not working 100%. Selection was adequate. Staff very helpful. Fresh fruit was nice. I would still return if in the area.

It is a trundle bed design, where the bed area pulls out and is only about 6 inches off the floor, uncomfortable, and only a bed for a young child. I ended up sleeping on the couch itself, not the trundle. The hotel's description should be updated to clearly state that this is a kid's bed, not one for an adult. And to add to this bad situation, you need to make-up the bed yourself with bedding found in a plastic bag in the closet. All together, this "third" be in our room was a joke -- count on it only if you have very young children!

Location was perfect for our campus tour of Liberty. Room was much larger than expected & I wish we could have stayed longer! Bathtub drain ran slow so taking a shower resulted in several inches of standing water. Fan in bathroom was very loud, wish the control was separate from the light so we could use bathroom without the loud fan.

Check out time was great. Night staff Tikia was excellent. Very courteous and made you feel welcome. I liked the walk-in shower and having a telephone in the bathroom. My husband and daughter needed handicap accessible bathroom so we were well pleased. The breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff and clean facility.

We've stayed here twice and this is really nice for the price. The airport is surprisingly quiet. Good coffee and pretty good selection for breakfast location is great for downtown.

This hotel is convenient to the airport. The room design was different. The breakfast was good. Dylan was very helpful and excellent at his breakfast duties. The hotel is under renovation, and we were told that previous to our stay.

So, the property was good and clean, and the service was great. However, our stay was not great as our whole family fell sick while we were there. My son actually ended up spending 2 days in the hospital. On our last night there the hotel lost power due to a storm and it was out for about 4 hours or more. They did not offer a refund for this even though their emergency lighting also was not working making traversing the stairwells dangerous. They only offered points to Mariott customers. So even though our stay was good up until the last night, with being sick and not being offered any refund for the last night due to the power being out, this left a bad taste in the mouth. They should at least have offered a refund for the one night without power.

I have stayed here previously, and the cleanliness and attention to detail seems to be lacking. There was mold in the shower, hair visible in the couch, I had to call the front desk several times to ask that the people above our room stop stomping and jumping off of the beds early in the morning. It would stop for an hour and then started again. Probably won’t be staying here again.

I have stayed here before, first time was better, lobby is nice, room size is good, room was clean, but this time I found the bed not so comfy. I stay in a lot of hotels during the year and normally sleep well, this time it felt as I kept rolling to the center as if there was a v in the bed, mattress was a bit unsupportive as well

Our room faced a busy highway and the airport. It received all the afternoon sun. That said, it was clean and the staff was friendly. Also, not sure the toilet could be any lower to the floor. If I stay here again. I will be specific about room requirements.

Pool was really small. 5.5 feet deep. Snacks up front was expired. Our room had sunflower seeds all over the floor and under the bed. Food was terrible. And Chili’s restaurant beside the hotel. The food was terrible. Fake Mexican food.

The room was amazing, the staff were very friendly to our stay. Breakfast was good, had different variety. the shower was amazing, the pressure and the steamy hot water was a bonus to our trip! Amazing hotel and would definitely come again!:)

The room was quiet even though it was located on a busy highway and right across the street from the airport. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and just what we were looking for as a quick stop for our trip.

Beautiful rooms that were clean and spacious

The room smelled of smoke and musty mold odor and I called the front desk and asked for Lysol. I was told by the clerk that she would call housekeeping. I never heard from them afterwards. Not a call nothing. It was late so we just tiffed it out. My allergy got worse after staying in that room. I would never recommend that property to anyone else and I'm a frequent traveler.

The only complaint I have was our bedroom wall at the head of the bed was by a bathroom and the people used the restroom all night and we could here the water running thru the wall seriously every 15-30 minutes

Nice property. Spacious rooms with microwave, fridge, desk, seating area, smart tv and breakfast included. The staff was kind. Will stay there again.

The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Jovi handled my reservation issue with great care. Jovi and trainee, Julie, answered our questions about the area of Lynchburg patiently. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. Breakfast had good options.

The hotel accomplished its purpose for me. I had a nice bed to lay my head for the night. I couldn’t have stayed any longer than one night. My couch had what appeared to be sexual stains on it. Like really bad. The rest of the couch was filthy too. I was too tired to change rooms and the bed was fine so I went to be and got breakfast and headed out. Breakfast was good but the breakfast area was very tight. People bumping in to each other trying to get food.

The hotel was nice and the location was great. The room was a bit dusty, especially the sleeper sofa. Accommodations were nice and the front counter receptionist was fantastic.

Bathroom was ok, a little mold on the caulking and mattress for sofa bed had a large stain on it.

Easy check in. Room was very clean and the bedding smelled so fresh! I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed in a nice large suite with my 4 children. There was plenty of room for everyone, and breakfast was clutch. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. I'm sure we'll stay here again on our trips through Virginia.

There was an odor in the room that permeated everything, it was even carried out in my luggage after one night. It seemed a combination of mold and cleaning solution, horrible!

Check in and out was quick and easy, great customer service. My room was clean and furnishings were modern, in good shape. Comfortable bed!

Great place, clean, good location. Breakfast was not the best, but it is free, hot and ready.
