Hotel staff was very nice. Hotel room was very dirty. Couldn’t go barefoot on the room. Floor was filthy. room wasn’t cleaned. Had soap slivers in drain from prior occupant. Also something orange and sticky on chair. Stains on bedspread Fridge couldn’t be adjusted. Froze my drinks and exploded canned soda

We came here to celebrate my husband’s over the weekend for his birthday (5/22-5/24)and quickly ended up regretting our decision. The only positive thing was the front desk staff. Our main issue was the condition of our room. Upon first glance it seemed ok but then the saxophones started getting louder! Pulled back the comforter and there was so much spice and pubic hairs and stained pillow cases. It was clear the housekeeper just made up the bed without changing the sheets. The floors had so many stains and crumbs from previous guests in almost every corner. Housekeeper didn’t vacuum or clean the floors (just the bare minimum) We didn’t feel comfortable setting our stuff down. We asked for a different room which front desk kindly obliged but quickly decided there wasn’t any difference so we kept our room. Went to the nearest Walmart and got some clean sheets and comforter/pillows of our own and a few cleaning supplies. I’m a professional housekeeper so I was going to make sure our environment was sanitary at the least. The worst part was the 2 mattress covers/comforter and pillows that were all covered in bodily fluids. Refused to use any of that stuff and stripped the bed completely. The mattress was old boxspring which was super uncomfortable to sleep on and it creaked a lot. The shower and toilet were also sprinkled with hairs and more spice. I used Lysol wipes (to wipe the floors down) and sprayed bleach all over the bathroom. Decided to leave a day early just unhappy.

Need some room updates and a specific filtered water bottle fill up station, the water fountain by the lobby bathroom tasted funny. There were cigarette burn holes on my bed comforter and the TV struggled to keep a good signal, was constantly flickering and buzzing, good thing I had my ipad and the internet seemed to work fine. Other than that it was a decent stay, a little overpriced for what it was but the breakfast was good and the coffee was pretty alright.

This was the worst hotel experience I have had in forty years of travel. The room was filthy. Blood stains on the blanket, shoe prints on the sheets, floor was so dirty I had black stains on the bottom of my bare feet, cable service that only worked half the time, wireless that was ridiculously slow, stains on the walls, and lint growing in the air ducts. We were gouged on price due to availability and a major event in town. The staff was completely indifferent to our needs and concerns. Slumlords come to mind.

The night shift desk clerk who prepared the breakfast was the best thing about the motel. He was very kind and welcoming. Pleasant to speak with. It’s because of him that I didn’t rate this place lower. CLEANESS WAS EXPECTED BUT NOT AT ALL DELIVERED.

It was graduation weekend so I desperately needed a place to stay. I knew this was not a four star hotel but I believe basic things could have been better i.e. clean (sheets, floor, bathtub). Room was not serviced everyday. The breakfast was good however. For the price I paid $408.66 per night (I stayed 3 nights), it should have been better. The bed was comfortable though which at least was a saving grace.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly and helpful but the building and rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade.

We were fortunate to find other accommodations the following morning, as we were there for my husband's graduation; so we were able to check out after one night. The manager agreed to a full refund, which we learned must be obtained from Expedia. Time will tell whether Expedia lives up to its reputation. This motel most certainly did not live up to a 5 star rating!

The bed was clean but the floors needed to be swept and the corners had debris. The bathroom sink back trim had a layer of dust/dirt. The corners and around the toilet looked dirty probably due to age but it made it feel dirty. When we went to the store to pick up some snacks we bought Lysol wipes & spray and did a good job wipe down of all the surfaces k the air conditioner.

Convenient location and decent breakfast with biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and waffles. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean, but dated.

$3,600 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. Bedspreads had cigarette burn holes in them Floors and bathroom were NOT clean. Both rooms wreaked of cigarette smoke. You would never let your bare feet touch anything in that room. Just simply repulsed that we had to stay there as all decent hotels were sold out.

Do not stay here! Immediately had to clean when I got there. Floor was disgusting, refrigerator had not been cleaned, food still in the freezer and the shower head was broken so badly I couldn't use it. I had to go to the desk and get duct tape just to be able to use it. Desk and end tables were filthy and the chair was stained. I didn't even want to put my stuff down. I paid over 1100$ for 3 nights because of a local university's graduation, so all of Lynchburg price gouged. I will be calling corporate

Hair was everywhere from the previous visit, floors, tub, sink, in the bed and towels. Floor was extremely dirty, walked on it with gray socks for less than five minutes and were black with grim, had to throw socks away. Staff were nice, but seeing that I had come from way out of town for my graduation, I couldn’t just leave the hotel for another option.

I’m a senior citizen, I was not offered a room on the first floor, instead I had to limp up 2 flight of stairs, walk past several rooms, before I got to my room. I was not pleased at all!

Check in was easy, the staff was friendly, the location was very convenient. Despite being near major roads, noise was not an issue. The room was not properly cleaned. The sheets and towels were clean, but the floor had stuff all over it and the comforter cover was stained and dirty. I didn't want to take my shoes off in the room.

Our room wasn't cleaned properly as anytime we stepped into the shower our feet were covered in dirt, furniture was covered in dust, bed looked stained and had signs of mildew, lamps were covered in something I couldn't recognize. No wifi despite it advertising free high speed internet. Signal on the television was constantly going in and out. Tv remote was also broken as some buttons didn't work. Shower was broken and had an exposed rusty nail. Food from whoever stayed in that room before was left in bags in the freezer, didn't want to touch out of concern as it looked like it had been there for a long time. Found room key cards left in end table. Fire alarm not mounted to ceiling properly was activated by steam due to poor ventilation.

The check in process was easy. The location is great. Friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious. The cable signal never worked properly. The room could have been swept and mopped a lot better.

Sheets were changed but remainder of room and bathroom were NOT at all cleaned! Used napkins, spoon, timesheets, crumbs, dog kibble, empty bottle of liquor! Shower drain clogged and we showered with water above our ankles. We went out to eat breakfast and told housekeeper we were returning to brush teeth. We refurned and she was in our room!!!! Keep your valuables and financial identity on your person at ALL times in this place. We go to a yearly event in Lynchburg and will be staying inn our camper van in the future!

I forgot to ask for a room on the bottom level, my husband is handicapped and I have 2 bad knees. With no elevator we would have been just miserable. We were first told no that there wasn't any rooms available. BUT to the rescue I think the manager hooked us up and we got a room. That was greatly appreciated . Room was clean, bed was EH. But we are not picky people just want a room a toilet and shower and pray that the bed is comfortable and clean. Thanks again for getting a room on the first floor !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There was also an individual sleeping at a table in the lobby and not in a room. The folks at the counter chose to ignore the man sleeping in the lobby as if it were normal. I would. It recommend staying here if you have other choices.

The room was run down, which I can accept, however the room was not clean. Walls had old coffee/soda marks on it, bathroom floor had hair ball annd dirt in corner, with what looks to be a handprint on the wall, and our A/C register actually had candy stuck in it when I went to turn on.

The room was clean and the staff members were friendly. However, the rooms towards the back of the hotel have less than acceptable internet, and I was unable which created a problem. If you need to have wi-fi for work, then keep this in mind.

The hotel was fine for our purposes but certainly not anything special. It was clean enough but not really clean. The doors open outside and there was a fair amount of noise at night. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent but again not anything special. It worked for our purposes at a decent price but if you are looking for more than just somewhere to sleep and put your stuff it may be best to look elsewhere.

When we booked this room we were not told the room would be on the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. I am elderly and getting my suitcase up and down was very hard on me.

The staff was very polite and the property was clean. But the tubs were stained and whatever they used to clean the floors left them slippery and sticky and would leave a residue on the bottom of your socks and barefeet.

Service was friendly and responsive. Breaking was excellent. Room was comfortable, clean, good working condition, and we had no issues with noise. Note to bring your own conditioner as shampoo only is provided in the shower. Although rooms haven’t been recently updated (and bathroom showed some wear), they are attractively furnished with quality linens and great adjustable shower head, instant hot water, comfortable bed.

We had to change hotels. To say the condition of our room was disgusting is a gross understatement. If you don’t mind what look like bodily fluids on the walls and unsanitary conditions this is the place for you to stay.

Room was not clean when I came in. There was visible debris and even a coin on the floor. The bed looked as if someone had sat on it and the bedspread was very worn. The sheets appears clean and the bed was comfortable. However on my second night I noticed water seeping through the floor tiles by the AC unit - it must have been leaking condensation into the floor. I tried to call the front desk but the front desk button on the phone did not work. I tried the main number and it was busy so I walked to the desk to report the water in the floor. I’m not confident they will remediate seriously so I would expect mold to be an issue at some point.

The hotel attendant was helpful and courteous. This hotel unfortunately was old and not clean. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The smoke alarm on the ceiling was covered in a baggie. Probably due to previous guest smoking, vaping. The bedspread had stains. There was a large pest repellant plug-in. Very outdated, bathroom had lots of rust spots and mold. Floors felt very dirty and sticky. But shower had good pressure and hot.

Kind of odd but there was no closet or place to hang clothes in room. And WiFi was not good in the room, however it was excellent in the lobby/breakfast area.

Did not feel room was a clean as I should be.Visible stained bedspread. Had problems with key card after many attemptsby desk clerk he had to get key for me to get back into room.

When I shared this with the attendant/manager on duty, Mark, he was very kind and apologetic. I did not stay the second night and he verified that he would refund me for that night.

The Good (there is some): - The staff was very cordial and professional. - Parking was abundant and easy to get elsewhere in town. - The A/C worked well given it was quite warm outside (and very humid). The Bad (and there's a lot more of this): - The complimentary breakfast was okay but there was no meat options (e.g., bacon, sausage, etc.) - There was a roach roaming the loo when I came in. It was led to a swirly. - There were water stains in the back corner of the room. - The bathtub is VERY SMALL. Be aware of that! - The room was not cleaned before I arrive (except for the trash). - The property had a lot of smokers and right outside of the door (which came in through the exhaust of the A/C unit). - The property overall was somewhat dirty. - The 'Business Center' didn't work. Since I am likely to come back to the area, I will stay at a different property next time. Hopefully the feedback will ensure they have a properly taken care-of property and one that is better cleaned.

The hotel was gross. Floor was sticky and walls were dirty. Only thing that looks nice was the bed because it was made.

This was in a very convenient area. It is quiet with plenty of parking and easy off and back on to the main highway.

Check out was at 11 am. We went to the store and arrived back at our hotel room at around 9:00 am only to find the staff already cleaning our room as if we had checked out, which we had not. I mentioned it to the manager in duty and his response was that they were behind from the day before. Unacceptable!!

Front desk after calling said wifi was working fine…ipad and iphone could not connect….but other wifi worked at other establishments

The TV situation is frustrating and out of date. There is no digital guide or timetable describing shows and their schedules. Channel Surfing is almost impossible because if the long lag while it changes channels. A printed list of channels and networks is incorrect and inadequate. So winding down after a long day of travel did not include catching up with the day's news or entertainment.

NO ELEVATOR! Had to call for clean towels. When I came back to my room the second day I discovered I did not receive any clean towels. I called front desk and was asked “Did you call this morning for fresh towels?” I replied I have never had to request fresh towels before.

Even linens were subpar. Only instant coffee available. Spent 1500.00 for 3 nights for 2025 LU graduation, booked November 2 2024. Very dissatisfied

It wasn’t a problem with the cleanliness, their equipment need to be updated and their bed slept horrible.

Checkin was smooth. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Room was not fully clean when we arrived and the bathroom smelled like sewage. My moms door did not close unless she slammed it.

This hotel was outdated and dirty. It had bugs that we found in the bathroom. We cut our stay short by leaving a day earlier. We will never stay there again.

When we first arrived, our room was filthy. The floor was sticky stains on the bedding something icky on the window. Everything is covered in dust. When I talked to the woman at the desk, she took down all the information and while we were gone for the day the room was cleaned very very well

I booked this room for a visit for a college graduation. When I checked into the room I there was a homeless person living in the room. There seemed to be prostitution going on out back. Still waiting for my refund.

I did not feel safe as a single female traveler, the room gave me the feeling of clostrophobia, and the overall feeling of the hotel and location just gave me the creeps.

Very dated and dingy. Room was not clean, air conditioner didn't work. Bugs on the ceiling, tub was dirty, TV service was inconsistent, open screw holes in entry door and door jam, spackled hole in the wall not painted, floor was not clean.

Hotel was old but basically OK except bathroom floor had hair on it. The place just didn’t feel good.

Biggest issue was the tv did not work which when you are stuck in a small room for 2 days; it's a huge thing.

and down the hallway all night and an intoxicated guest must of forgotten their room number as they decided to bang on the door at 2:30am. Pay the extra money and pick a different hotel. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for. This was not a $135/ night motel.

Great location - close to Liberty University and many places to eat.

It was a lovely stay, everyone was nice and sweet. My only issue was that the bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned. As there was hair in the shower wall, floor and on the back of the toilet. But everything else was extremely clean and put together.

The Quality Inn was a basic hotel in a great location. We loved the breakfast. The staff was friendly. The price was affordable. I will stay again next time we visit Liberty University.

Room smelled of marijuana. Staff offered to switch my room but I asked for spray instead. Later in the evening people smoking marijuana and coughing outside on the balcony. Smell came through the cracks around the door. Everything else fine. Staff is polite and accommodating.

Our room was non smoking but reeked of THC vape. We had an outside door that the bottom was rotted/rusted out and you could see light coming through and didn’t make me feel great about bugs. The heat in the room was set to high heat and I woke congested due to the vape and dust in the vents. I checked for bedbegs, didn’t see any but the bedskirt had a what looked like a coffee stain that had not been washed yet. Very dated room. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was decent, and guy at night desk was pleasant. Most likely will not stay here again due to price and other choices available in the area.

We have stayed here for the proximity to work in area several times and because they have smoking rooms. This particular visit we found out in the morning after throwing the covers back that the blanket in between had dried vomit on the bottom side. Pretty grossed out and nausea inducing way to wake up.

Had to do a quick one night stop due to my Commercial Truck breakdown. Breakfast was hot and fresh, front desk was very accommodating. Buildings and rooms were clean and well lit and very safe.

Fair conditions for a hotel.

My room was so…clean. On another level actually. I am a big person about the look of any room I’m staying in and the quality inn did not disappoint
