I don't know why we was given this type of unit?? Our stay last year was great.. this unit was more for a small person or kid.. our really only complaint was the toilet was so small height wise.. which is a task for ur elderly people.. and the picture of the unit was not what we got?? Other than that our stay was great

they Cancelled our reservations made 2 months in advance, with no warning. Just so they could get the higher rate

I think it is time for a whole property upgrade.

This Motel was what I expected for the price. It's a great place if you need to crash for one night and have a hot shower. The area is quiet, however; there was quite a bit of noise in the room above 113. The room had a strong smell of fragrance. The double bed was ok. The decor is outdated. Again, not fancy at all but serves the purpose for a brief stay. No office staff after 6pm. Ample parking. The room looks exactly like the advertised photos.

It's basically an apartment living but had to call a number to find out how to check in during the day office was closed.

Had a fantastic stay. It was well equipped, clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and very convenient for what we needed. We will not hesitate to stay here in the future when we are in the area. A very special shout out to Jessica in the office. She is amazing and was great at communicating with us to make sure we had a nice stay.

The office was closed. We needed to call a phone number for a code to a key box to access a room key. On check out day no one was in the office, so we had to leave the keys in a drop off slot. The room seemed newly renovated and decorated, and was mostly very clean. It smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke though. The bathroom vent/light fixture was black with dirt.

The kitchenette was nice and we appreciated the ability to cook simple meals, make coffee with Keurig and wash dishes. Water for showering was nice and hot, the room was pleasant and the air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfortable and everything was neat and clean - great place to stay for us as a couple!

The area seemed safe, but at one point around midnight, there were other guests next door hanging out and having loud conversations outside. There were times where I arrived back at the hotel around 1:30AM, and people were hanging outside on the bench and/or the picnic area. Room was super clean, lots of room, nicely supplied kitchen. It met our needs well. The directv in the bedroom didn’t work but was a very minor inconvenience for us.

Was pleasantly surprised. Room was mostly clean, but the floors need a serious mopping. My feet were actually black on the bottom after walking around. It surprised me, because everything else was spotless. Bed was amazing and the response from the office was excellent, when our reservation was messed up (not their fault). We will consider staying there again.

Synthetic chemical plug ins were used to cover smoke smell. Just made it worse. Toxic smell residue from cheap chemical cleaners. Attendant not always on site. We have chemical allergies and could not stay there and they wouldn’t refund us

I drove up from Fl and so it was cold here when we arrived. A cold im not used too. I loved that the room was already warm. The staff was sweet and made sure we had all that we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to stay. I loved it had alot of great reviews.

There appeared to be mold on the wall above the shower. The mattress was hard as a rock. We couldn’t get any channels on the TV. Overall the room was decent. Pretty clean and nice and quiet.

Trio up to Lynchburg to see my son in college. This was an amazing place to stay. It was very inviting and comfortable. The only thing missing was an extra blanket for the hide-away bed. I was a very late check- I n so i didnt disturb the office for one. 10 out of 10, would recommend and plan to stay again on my next visit.

Absolute beautiful little room with everything you need. Comfy bed everything is clean nice bathroom too. Water doesnt get too hot though so if you want a dragon bath you might wanna bring a kettle

It has a fully furnished kitchen, living/dining room, etc. Although the hotel is in a nice and safe neighborhood, there aren’t any restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint is the staff!! When l arrived at 2:45pm, the office was closed and had a note on the door saying they were out to lunch and included a cell phone number. (The Check in time on the website is 2pm). I called the number and the employee said she was at lunch and asked if I could l wait for an hour? I told her, No! I was dropped off by an Uber and was not going to wait outside in the heat for an hour.” She sighed heavily and says …”Ok I’ll be there in a few!” About 15-20 minutes later, she pulls in with another employee, unlocks the office, and checks me in. Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience. She actually acted as if l inconvenienced her.

The toilet paper was too rough to use. it would be great have a box of facial tissue in the bathroom.

The hotel was good-the only negative about it was that the neighbors next door were constantly yelling at their kids-early in the morning and late at night. It was sad to hear. 😢

Comfy bed, loved having all the accouterments of home living. BUT!!! The location is incredibly noisy - next to train tracks. Also, the walls are paper thin and every time someone showers, it feels like a thunderstorm coming through, only inside. You are at the mercy of your neighbors. I’m my case, I was kept up until after midnight then awakened at 5 am. No sleep for the weary.

Donna was very helpful and kind with our check-in. The room was very clean, spacious. It was also very close to our chosen activities.

The rooms were very spacious, like a one bedroom apartment. There was a full frig and other cooking utensils and dishes so we didn't have to eat out the whole time. Everything was clean and the staff were nice and accommodating.

It is a decent place to stay but definitely not a 9+. There is nothing wrong with this property but I wouldn’t compare it to a Hilton or Marriott. I think that the rating was a bit generous. I’d give it a 7.5 or maybe even an 8 but then again, most ratings on this site seem to be inflated. If Four Seasons is a 10, there is no way that this property or even any Fairfield Suites, Homewood Suites, or even Doubletree properties can be a 9 IMO. Nevertheless, this property was clean, large, and definitely satisfactory. I would stay here again.

term traveler. The ONLY thing I would have liked were directions to all their TV/ streaming/ DVD devices. Otherwise, I will be staying here from now on.

Clean, comfortable

A great relaxing stay, manager and her assistant was very accommodating in ensuring room was cleaned and properly stocked with needed supplies.

These rooms were really like an apartment. It made our stay very comfortable to have a small kitchen available.

Very clean place with nice dinning /kitchen area. The walls are very thin and I could hear ppl talking and even getting sick during the night. Property manager was very nice.

Immaculately clean. Couldn’t have been better. The Keurig in our room wasn’t working and there wasn’t anyone there to bring us a new one, but that doesn’t affect our 10/10 rating.

Very clean and comfortable!

The only down side was the noisy ac unit outside the bedroom window and the strong smell of either floor cleaner or the air freshener used, couldn’t determine, it didn’t bother my husband. All in all, much nicer than other accommodations at that price point.

Great property, great staff, good location.

I wish I could be more enthusiastic about our stay. The unit was clean and in good condition. The price was right. But... the couple in the unit next to ours kept us awake with verbal "fussin' and feudin'" from 1am to after 5am! That made us wonder about the other clientele. We won't be back.

I had a very pleasant stay at Affordable Corporate Suites. I was in Lynchburg for a bike race the following day so I only spent one night, but it was perfectly fine and a great rate.

Major up side is they don't have carpet in the rooms...

Our stay at Affordable Corporate Apartments was very clean, great manager, and overall wonderful place to stay. The only thing is would prefer a larger bed. Everything else was just perfect!

Donna was awesome and made it easy. Loved how it was actually like a little apartment and not just a room with a bed and tv.
