They charge for parking, which I don't remember seeing when I booked this property. I can't post the review with a dollar amount, but it is the largest single-digit dollar amount per day.

Everything was great! One of best hotels I've stayed at. I mainly enjoyed the numerous choices for breakfast. There's nothing I didn't like about my stay. I'm thankful for the handicapped parking in front. Keep up the good work ?

Spacious, clean room, well furnished. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, except for the very weak coffee. Need some larger luggage carts, as the ones offered are small and unstable, requiring multiple trips to move in and out. Parking is a real hassle, because the lot is shared with another hotel and several restaurants, so if one leaves for dinner and comes back after 9 pm, you may find yourself having to park two blocks away, and that is even after paying daily for the parking. But, having stayed at all the other hotels in the area, this place is certainly the best available option.

Room isn’t cleaned every day we needed to request. When it was cleaned they still left some trash. We bought some food to keep in fridge. Fudge don’t work and food spoiled. When we let front desk know they just apologized.

The staff consisted of literally the NICEST people in FL! I was checking out & the person behind the desk must’ve just left, the lady who was sweeping the floor was like “ma’am, I can help you no problem.” She didn’t even have to do that, I would’ve waited. People that take initiate are what makes everything better. Thank you for having great people who care about their job as well as the people they’re helping. Immeasurable value for sure!!

We stayed overnight on a road trip to Orlando. The hotel met expectations as it was clean, satff were friendly, and there was a nice breakfast in the restaurant in the morning (extra cost).

The Hotel was great. Expedia was the worst we have been using Expedia for awhile now but won’t again. We got to the desk, they couldn’t get the info from yall to check us in. The Assistant General manager came to the desk to help us. I was visiting family nearby and this Hilton was super convenient for staying over and having access to restaurants literally across the parking lot! Staff was super nice and the beds were really comfortable. Definitely staying there again on my next visit!

Check out was 11 am, I had put my do not disturb sign out as I had worked 14 hours the day I checked in and was on call all night and the next day. Around 10 am, on the day of check out, housekeeping ignored the sign on the door, unlocked my door, turned on the light and entered my room!! I was trying to sleep!! I was VERY unhappy with this.

Quiet. Airy. Surrounded by safe walking paths in treed area. I missed the morning buffet you had 2 years ago… Being able to have a coffee, OJ, a yogurt or bowl of cereal on sight, below $15.00 was nice… felt welcoming.

I always stay here when in town. But my experience gets worse each time I’m there, and on top of that, more expensive. Now you all charge $8 for parking a night, in a parking lot that is filled with Bar patrons next door. Found a spot down the road I’ll be trying next.

The hotel was very nice. It’s modern looking and clean. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. The only two negatives are no buffet breakfast and no access to apps on the tv.

Our stay was short but all was well. The hotel was very clean and bright, the room was great, the service was great. My only complaint was lack of parking. It took a while to find one empty spot.

First night was fine. Night two, a large dog barked for hours in the room next to mine. I reported it twice but this went on for many hours. No offer to move us, a discount or anything. Awful night.

If you like sushi or Thai then don't skip Bangkok Sushi. For Italian there is a Carabba's and very close by an even better spot Bella Brava. A great craft beer brewery is right also near by, Thirsty Buffalo. There is plenty of parking in front and the staff is very welcoming. The fitness center is well appointed and spacious.

Ryan Cole Manager and staff tried to accommodate us in every way they were able. there were a couple days that the elevator was not working, but in the midst of a hurricane, this was definitely an oasis for us not having power in our apartment.

We evacuated due to the hurricane. We were very comfortable during that storm. Accommodation was very good and we were able to bring our dog.

I was there during hurricane Milton and the staff was friendly, courteous went above and beyond to be helpful.

Nice, safe & quiet. Couldn't even hear storm outside when in my room. Polite staff, clean rooms & beds were comfy. Maybe bring your own pillow, as they were very flat. Will definitely stay again!!!

TV didn’t work properly through out my stay, if there are nuisances to operating the system they should be clearly spelled out.

We came to stay after a power outage, due to storm damage to our home. Arianna was amazing and provided the best customer service. She was very friendly and empathetic to my situation. I appreciated the extra effort of texting to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that everything was good. We ended up booking a second night and she even remembered who I was. This was our first time staying at a Hilton hotel. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this location to all my friends and family.

The only complaint I have is the free breakfast advertised. Apparently some rooms are priced differently if no breakfast wanted. So depending on what rate you have depends on if you get free breakfast. So for a couple days there was confusion by us when we got handed a bill. If we had known a head of time we would have known how to handle it
