The room is spacious and clean. The staff are super friendly. Great location which is walking distance to Farmer's Market and museums. Breakfast is ok and we grabbed a banana and milk from it only during our stay. There are several coffee shops within a couple of blocks. Parking at night is a bit challenging on the street, but manageable. We found parking each night within a block.

The hotel was cute boutique vibes, quiet, and closely located to everything we wanted to do in WeHo. The staff was friendly, and prompt when we requested supplies. They were even gracious enough to allow a late check out. Would highly recommend!

Quaint spot with lots of room. No ice, water, or drink machine though. Breakfast was a fair continental style with Starbucks coffee.

The hotel is a two story building in a pleasant residential neighborhood. The hotel is well maintained and clean and, during our visit, quiet. A human is on duty at the front desk which is a great convenience. The cleaning staff was friendly, efficient, and did a good job. Our room faced Crescent Heights Blvd which produced considerable traffic noise, but was acceptable when using the good A/C. Otherwise, the hotel was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.

It was good enough for the area. A bit overpriced for what you get (and more specifically what you don't get, like a decent breakfast). Otherwise, the staff was helpful and accommodating with our requests.

This is a very clean no frills hotel. If all you need is a good sleep in a hotel with clean rooms but not much else to offer, then this is it. Breakfast was disappointing: prepackaged pastries and oatmeal, some uncut fruit (bananas) and yogurt. That was it. I went to a breakfast place afterward. Staff is friendly but there was no remote for the TV in my room. After asking seceral questions of “have you looked?”, -Yes! - he gave me a remote that did not work. It is conveniently located in West Hollywood.

Parking was much easier than I expected based on past reviews. The hotel provides a parking pass that works for both sides of the street, which made things pretty convenient and stress-free. The only downsides were the breakfast selection, which was a bit limited, and that you can hear some noise from downstairs in the morning. That said, it wasn’t too bothersome. Overall, the place felt well-kept and comfortable, and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The concierge let us make a late check in, he made us feel welcome and helped us to a smooth paperwork process. He found us a convenient parking spot. The bed was so soft and it made me fall sleep right away. You guys have amazing sheets and comforters, I felt sleeping on a cloud literally. Great location too. I had a really good experience at this hotel

Cons: Room door is an actual key; not card. Parking is impossible to find close in the evenings (parking pass for street parking, but had to walk 1 block after unloading to/from car). Lastly, soap and shampoo in shower is not sealed (so 1 had cap that looked already used) kind of scary an unsanitary so; I didn't use any.

Breakfast is non-existent and you have to make your own coffee. Overall the room was fine though and the location was great!

The beds were on the hard side but not any worse than others. The toilet did not flush as well as I'd like. There was an odor in the lobby area but did not extend to the breakfast room or rooms.

The location is on a smaller surface street. There should be street parking but you will need to drive around the block to find a spot. A FANTASTIC location to visit Museum Row: Academy Movie Museum; Los Angeles County Museum of Art; Peterson Automotive Museum; La Brea Tar Pits Museum

Parking was a little bit of a disaster at times. We had a rental car, as we were going to be coming and going to explore the city. One evening, we drove around for nearly 10 minutes and finally found a place almost 3 blocks away. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about and they only had a keurig for coffee, which we had to wait to use at times. No ice available unless you ask someone, and they will get it from the kitchen. Also, no hairdryer in room, have to ask someone for that as well. Just some of our experience that might help other travelers. Place was relatively clean and AC worked great. It was close to the Troubadour, which was the main reason we were in town.

My room was clean and newly remodeled. My bed was comfortable, a little squeaky, Lol but comfortable with nice linens. There were two coffee shops in walking distance both with good food as well as nail salons, restaurants, and other businesses in the neighborhood. And they give you a parking permit to park on the street. That was a God send.

I also felt very safe during my stay, which was really important to me. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby areas. What a charming hotel! It is extremely comfortable and although the building is older and charming (no elevator), the facilities and accommodations are modern, spacious, and very comfortable.

My only real complaint is the continental breakfast was really lacking. Most stuff was prepackaged pastry, instant oatmeal, you get the picture. There was yogurt and dairy, but the only thing fresh were the bananas. No eggs, or other hot items unless you count the instant oatmeal. We didn’t have coffee as we were put off.

The hotel is in a residential area, so quiet and safe. Big museums were walking distance (6th Street offered a pleasant walk). There are good amenities and restaurants on 3rd Street, which was 15 minutes away. I would stay there again.

Then the old carpet that contributed to smell, paper thin walls and single pane windows that didn't block any sound whatsoever. The room locks were basic household locks that didn't feel safe at all. The key was simple residential key. Perhaps the worst of all was the beds. They were beat up, old and sagging in places. The mattresses made so many sounds. There apparently was a party upstairs and they kept us awake most of the night. Like I said before this place has no soundproofing and with old single pane windows you can hire people whispering outside. We booked 2 nights here and only stayed one. We couldn't imagine staying there another night. The wall heater unit doesn't work properly. It just blows cold and supposedly maintained set temperature. We ended up getting sick from it. We stayed at 4 hotels during our LA trip and ironically this place was the most expensive and worst experience from all.

This room is filthy and after I checked in I heard a noise and dirty water was coming down from a ceiling light over the tub, I went to the front desk and he gets on the phone to call the room he told me they are taking a shower and the water is falling on the other side of the tub. I’m like do you have another room but after all the moving I did not want to lugged everything upstairs. I laid out the towel and it’s filthy. This morning, more water trickling down at 5am from my window that woke me up, it’s California and there’s no rain all week.

It’s a great spot if you are staying in the area…. Several museums in the area, and it’s close to Hollywood.

This is a great spot on a budget. Room was comfortable, the staff polite, overall a good place to get some LA work done. I will return for sure!

Hotels was fantastic and very neat. Room was clean and well maintained. Lobby and grounds were immaculate. Only 2 complaints here actually 1) Parking it’s street parking only( no parking charges though) and 2) TV , no local channels and or movie channels, ie HBO or anything like that. But these are the only complaints

I booked this hotel for a small family trip, I was looking for budget friendly options and I picked this hotel due to the cleanliness. It had a lot of good reviews but I was extremely disappointed as there were hairs all over the bathroom floor, boogers on the bathroom wall, stains on the towels, and bed sheets.

The place itself is very unsuspecting, but once you’re inside, it has a very comfortable feel. The help at the front desk was great. The room itself is very comfortable. You don’t feel cramped when you’re in your room. There were two small downsides to this stay. 1). The distance between the bed and the TV is a little far. It makes it hard to watch things like sports because you can’t always see all of the action. So the TV needs to be bigger for the room. 2). There’s not a parking lot or a parking structure. The hotel is located in a neighborhood. It’s street parking only!! To make sure you don’t get towed, they give you a parking pass to put on your dash. Other than that, it was a great stay!! This was a business trip for me. I will definitely come back again.!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast offerings were slim, but made a perfect snack to hold off for a big meal later in the day. I liked the little courtyard, and the location was out of this world (I enjoy walking, and everything I wanted to do was within a coupleof miles of the property). This was a clean, low key, enjoyable hotel.

We stayed in room 104, 2 double beds. Both beds were noisy, like a wood on wood sound. Pillows were good as were sheets and covers. 104 is on the street side, Fairfax, a main drag so traffic noise. We ran our A/C fan on constant to drown out noise. It’s not terrible as my husband didn’t notice but I’m a light sleeper. The room is spacious. The tv is small. Lighting is great. It is an older hotel, boutique like, nothing fancy. The door to our room needs refitting. The included breakfast is simply sugar (packaged muffins, cookies, nutri-gain bar, yogurt, carton orange juice) all high sugar. There were bananas. No hot side or any type of protein. Good coffee choices for keurig. Carton milk and small creamers. Our floor was sticky in areas. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a very basic motel and that’s all we needed. You can’t beat the price for location, convenience, walkability, and closeness to cedars, the grove and farmers market, auto museum and more. I will stay here again. Most other hotels in the area are double the price. The staff is friendly and helpful.

When I booked my stay at Wilshire Crest Hotel, it stated there was parking included and I was under the impression that there was a parking lot. They gave you a permit for street parking. And you are not guaranteed a good spot.

Our room on the first floor facing to the street is very noisy. We heard every movements from upstairs, the street and the hallway. Neither my husband and I could sleep the 1st night. the room has no security lock(the one locks from inside). bathroom has no hocks for hanging cloths. the sink has no stopper almost dropped my ring in. I gave it the one star is only for the staffs. they are nice and helpful. they moved me to a room on the second floor. Anyway I wasted 1 night of the 2 nights I paid staying there.

The hotel is located in a walkable neighborhood nearby museums. Some facilities need to be updated, but a spacious, clean, and quiet room is more desirable.

Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly cooled, something I really appreciated given the L.A. heat. It felt like a refreshing escape at the end of each day. Both times I’ve stayed here, the overall atmosphere has been so comfortable and relaxing that it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Another huge plus is the pricing, both of my visits were very affordable, especially considering the quality of service and accommodations. I’ll definitely be rebooking whenever I’m in the area again. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the bed was comfortable.

It’s a very cute hotel at a very convenient and safe location. Facility is a bit old but you get what you paid for. Just set your expectation and would recommend 5/5.

Excellent stay and a nice clean hotel that was very quiet, and within walking distance of a lot of good dining and museum options.

Just a basic, no frills, hotel. Clean and comfortable. Close to Cedar Sinai Medical Center.

The only downside is the parking . You gotta park on the streets and there is a lot of rules like move your car before 9 because sweepers goes in that area every Monday and tuesdays…

Everything was great

Really liked the property. Small, clean, staff very helpful and nice, rooms were nice, close to where we needed to go. Will definitely go back.

It was good except for parking might take some time finding parking down a street or two, but overall good stay and will use next time. Everyone friendly. Can get noisy with cars on a major street.

I stayed for a week on my vacation, and I enjoyed the area. It is a nice and safe neighborhood, it is close to The Grove, the Farmers Market, and some museums. The staff is really kind, the hotel is clean. Don’t expect a big breakfast, but it is ok. I would say that it may need a carpet change soon, but I definitely recommend it

Hotel was very nice. We were only able to check in at 3, which we knew ahead of time. The breakfast was a cold one with many options (banana muffins, blueberry muffins, a few kinds of cereal, a few kinds of Greek yogurt, brownies, oatmeal, juice, milk, coffee, tea). Parking was on the street and you get a permit when you check in. The room was very spacious!

Stayed for one night and it was perfect. Had to visit a consulate on Wilshire Blvd and it was within easy walking distance. Breakfast was basic but did the job! We arrived later at night so parking was sparse and we had to walk a bit but really not a problem.

I liked that the lobby was very spacious with an outdoor patio, and areas to do work if needed- small breakfast options like muffins, oatmeal, and cereal available with coffee.

Nice hotel

Lovely local hotel with far more charm that plastic chain hotels. Greeted pleasantly, hotel on a quiet side street, an easy walk to restaurants. Would stay here again!

It is in a lovely neighborhood with lots of restaurants. I felt very safe. Easy street parking with a permit from the hotel.

Decent place for the money. Old hotel. Breakfast is only muffins and cereal. Good location to visit museums.

Right by La Brea Tarpits. Walking distance to great food and coffee. Street parkking and a safe neighborhood. For the price, great deal! And a free continental breakfast.

Room was basic but nice. The ‘breakfast’ was ver sad processed food - all in wrappers coffe was some of the worst I have had in recent memory. The area is interesting but at the same time dodgy- keep you head on a swivel and walk with purpose!

It was quick and easy to check in and the room was comfortable. It was a large room.

We will stay at Wilshire Crest Hotel again i the future.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. Parking was available only on the street which was somewhat limited. The breakfast provided was very nice but would have appreciated having a coffee machine in the room. The shower was excellent, especially for my husband who has difficulty standing. Overall it was a nice hotel within easy walking distance of restaurants yet very quiet despite its proximity to a very busy avenue.

Dingy room. Crappy bed. Overhead lighting was terrible. “Breakfast” was more unhealthy snacks from Costco. Will not return. Would not recommend.

I found multiple hair pieces in the bathroom (shower and walls). It was not properly cleaned. The floors were uneven. Parking is on the street which can be challenging. Lastly, the hotel has a sign that states no guest who are not on the reservation. This was not mentioned prior to booking online.
