Wish I could've extended my stay the day of check out. I had to leave because of that but I will book again if I need to.

Great location! The bus line was right there. The staff was exceptional, especially James! I would have like a top sheet.

This is one of my favorite hostels I've ever stayed at. It is incredibly well managed and clean. The other guests were friendly and considerate. The location is amazing. I highly recommend staying here!

The location isn't bad. Communication with James was good. Room and facilities were clean. Tiny room for 8 people. My top bunk was directly next to the heat unit, which one of the guests kept setting to 74. She slept with the remote. I believe this set up would not pass building code. Check-in was weird. There were no street parking spots, so I had to Venmo a man the parking fee. The lockers are tiny, unable to fit even a backpack. Not even coffee available in the morning. Fridge and cupboards were packed full, including several gallons of milk from the longterm guests.Weird vibe here. Worst hostel I've ever stayed in of over 100 in my travels. The ratings are skewed by one profile who posted at least a dozen times saying it's a 10. Maybe for the long term guests it is. I would have been more comfortable sleeping on a mattress in my car and saving forty bucks.

The room and the whole place is clean. There're parking in front of the hostel for you to park shortly and unload/load stuff, but if you want to park overnight, you should follow the process and pay the parking fee. The room mate I had on the 1st round of stay (2 nights) were unrespectful of the other guests. They seemed like long term guests who know each other and they talked to each other fairly loud no matter if it's 1am or 5am. One lady wants the window + the room door next to the window open to get fresh air, but the room then dropped to freezing over the night. All guests had only a thin blank but somehow this lady had more and she didn't feel cold while I was shaking in the bed. I somehow made it to the morning with my own jacket on top of the blanket on the 1st night. On the 2nd night it got worse. One other lady turned on the air conditional and closed the door. It soon got turned off, and the door back open at 1 am. 5 am, another lady tried to turned off the door and the air conditioner on again, and it got turned off (again). Finally one person said to the lady who keep on making the room colder that it's not one person's room but 8, and she needs to think about the others feeling comfortable too. It finally ended without more noise, but I lost almost a whole night of sleep. The 2nd time we returned and we were assigned to a different room. Thank god this room had only normal people and we had good sleep although this room had no air conditioner, it also didn't have someone who opened the window and the door over the night. I would recommend the hostel to think about changing the room allocation policy. It's a nice place to stay, however it'd be better to separate the long term guests and the travelers. The long term guest may have their own routine and level of bedding, however traveler just want to have a good sleep then go out for another day or drive, and don't have much bedding when it's in winter and both the window and the door got open throughout the night.
