Using the parking garage right next to the hotel was great.

Very clean and exactly like the pictures shown. Only complain is there is no parking for the hotel so you have to use a parking garage next door. Other wise everything was great.

The neighborhood is alittle tricky so if you plan to walk around use caution. Once you are inside it is fine. The staff is great.

Good location. Close to food and Convention Centre. Staff are accommodating. The room I was put in had a dingy old hotel smell and they rectified it. Parking in the area can range from $15-30 so do your research before parking.

Friendly staff. Helpful. Accommodating. Clean rooms. Great family suite to hold our family of 6!

Everything was amazing

I just want to say that Dekwon at the front desk made everything so simple and was just an amazing stay and great place to stay at. Bring it was a short stay and I’m from LA this is a beautiful hidden gem - the inside spacious and beautiful

It’s a great location if your main purpose of staying is going to Crypto.con arena because it’s walkable to the venue (less then 10 minutes walk to stadium). But the hotel itself is not that great.

Nice hotel, I had a micro room but it was just me so it was perfect. Rooftop bar made for a nice evening.

Clean and quiet room, though small. Convenient restaurant and coffee shop for breakfast options in the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Overall good stay. Food was good and it was really close to the venue I had to be at. Location was perfect. There was an incident that was resolved right away, manager was the nicest and extremely accommodating. Will be staying again next time I need a spot in the area. Disappointing

The lock for the bathroom didn't actually lock it as it was a sliding door. The room didn't initially come with a mini-fridge but you can request one at the front desk and they delivered one to the room quickly! Weirdly there wasn't hand soap at the sink? But the beds were comfortable! The air conditioning didn't circulate as much as it could've around the tight space so only the top bunk was being cooled but it wasn't too too bad.

The room was to small , the tv had a big line in the middle of the screen. No conditioners on the bath , no iron , they let me wait to the parking lot for almost 8 hrs till he the room , they can find a room for me cuz “ was busy “ and they look empty the rooms .

Enjoyed our stay. The room was perfect size, good size private bathroom, comfortable beds and little sitting area. If I had one complaint it would be that there was no iron, but a steamer which didn’t really do much to get out wrinkles. I really enjoyed the rooftop bar and speak easy! Staff. Tobias was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with so many tips and suggestions. The young lady at the front desk also went out of her way to help me get an uber on my phone. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a fantastic visit

Water pressure of showered is a bit low. However, I do believe that if I report it promptly to the staff, the problem would be solved.

Room could’ve been much cleaner. Found trash from previous stay around the room and a safety pin on the bed. The room itself was very small. AC was good and bathroom was spacious. The nearest parking garage wasn’t too far but it is inconvenient no onsite parking. Overall wouldn’t stay here again as I was weary of how cleanly the room actually was.

The Speak Easy and Restaurant was good! They charge a resort fee. There’s nothing at this hotel.. no pool, no hot tub, there’s no gym, no coffee maker in my room … no complimentary coffee in Lobby. It’s a clean room but the absolute most basic room ever!

Hotel is really nice and good amenities. Room was very spacious and clean. Service was good. The area is a bit dangerous at night with the homeless population and we did get followed to the hotel so really the one point off because of the area.

Stayed for 2 nights and it's near most shops and landmarks around LA downtown. The room is clean, not that spacious but comfortable enough for 2 people.

Upon arrival, there was no parking structure attached to the building. So, I drove around and called to see where to park. There was public parking next to the hotel. That garage charged $30 for over night, and almost charged me the same on the day I left which was at 6 am. The view I got was of all the .echanical equipment on the building next to the property. I called to check if refrigerators were in rooms and was told there was, but when I entered the room, no refrigerator was in the quarters. I called the front desk and they had a refrigerator delivered and placed on the ground. Very disappointing stay at a Hilton property. I am an Honors member.

Rooms close to Central Air Conditioners are very noisy 24/7. Hotel should remind the guests before guests entering the room, instead of checking them out or changing rooms after a restless stay.

They should have a business center with PCs and printers to arrange pre check-in to theit flights. Bathroom light gets down while taking shower.

The location and vibe was great. The parking next store was convenient a discount would have been nice.

The food in the lobby and at the rooftop restaurant was delicious. Parking was 30 dollars for one overnight stay. The structure next to the hotel was fine but in the listing it should have the number of the structure so you can book ahead of time or call to find out how much it is before you arrive.

I really liked how easy it was to check in, along with great staff that was super friendly and understanding as I had a flight delayed and I called to let them know so my reservation wouldn’t be cancelled. Amazing stay overall. Super nice room.

We had the bunkbed room and it was kind of small, but we were only there to sleep and get ready for the event we were there for! Just an fyi the bunkbed rooms don’t have mini fridges I did have to ask for one. The staff were wonderful and responded to requests quickly!

This hotel is an acceptable place to stay if you’re working and need a cheap clean room.

staff was very friendly, but rooms are VERY small and a little misty. My first room was horrible. The mattress all the way up to the bedspread was soaking wet so I had to change rooms.

The decor was absolutely beautiful and unique! I loved the area as well, there were lots of food spots walking distance from the hotel. I felt safe every time I walked around the neighborhood.

We booked the room with bunkbeds thinking it will be cool for the kids. Do not! It is just 4 bunk beds, no place to sit, no table, not refrigerator, not even a place to stand! The bathroom room is a barn one, 0 privacy! The room is more like a closet. You got what you paid for. The garage is next door, a public one. But, hotel location is great to get the Metro and discover the city. Staff was really friendly.

Was a ok place that's in the middle of down town LA. What I didn't like was the surprise $125 a night as a security deposit and travel fee. $100 should be refunded and the $25 would be credited to food from the onsite restaurant. A/C won't cool past 72 so that was a bummer.

Clean property with great essentials. Very cozy I love the bed such a comfy place to get away.

The room itself was a bit small and basic with kooky decorations. For one person - the size was sufficient. It would have been a bit uncomfortable if traveling with friends. The bathroom only has a slide door separating it from the bed area. The shower was fantastic! My biggest complaint was the unclear resort fee (what does that go to?) and that the room did not have a mini fridge or coffee maker. For two weeks that was nearly a deal breaker. If I could have borrowed a fridge from the front desk as I had an extended stay and could have kept some small food supplies or leftovers - that would have upped my review to a 5.

The overall property was nice my room 211 was horrible it literally sits by the exhaust and fans of the building between the smell and noice from the fans made my stay not good. They didn't have rooms to move me so i had to deal with it

the washroom door would not close and i saw things no one wants to see cuz i accidentally opened the door. my friend tripped on the iron board and landed face down (lowkey her fault), my friend choked on the lemon from the water downstairs, the cleaner did an okay job there was still hair in the washroom and my friend has hair phobia ( she is bald) so she was uneasy while using the toilet. the light under the bed had no off button so my friend laid flat on the floor to look for it and while getting up she hit her head and there was an egg shaped injury on her head. the thermostat in the room would not work my freind got such bad hot flashes she start hallucinating at one point she hit her twin sister in the dark cuz she thought bob ross was in the room.

I like the location of the property the most.

I only stayed one night but it was in a great location (a very quick walk to Crypto.com Arena). The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but the rest of the room was. Nice staff (front desk, front door attendant, breakfast servers). Will stay here again when I’m in town for a hockey game.

it was amazing, it was quiet the bed was so soft, and the bed frame was very sturdy, honestly would come back here fr, the lobby was real nice too!!

Doorman and housekeeping were very friendly, all other staff including restaurant seemed pu off by contact with customers. Disliked the shaded glass wall between beds and shower as it showed shadows and made showering awkward for our family. Close to crypto arena.

When we walked in the toilet had fecal stains. Additionally, when trying to shower the water would not warm up but the sink water was boiling hot. I read other reasonable reviews for this property but after my experience it was not worth it. Pay the extra $20 for a better spot!!!!

We chose the room with 4 bunk beds, but the size of the bunk bed was a little too short for my tall family member. Still it was a good hotel with clean rooms and in a convenient location.

The only bad part was that there was no hotel parking and the parking structure was expensive especially if you need to use your car to go places and come back and pay overnight. No ice machine or little fridge was a bummer but the hotel and bathrooms were clean and updated.

I loved our stay here! It was very clean and the room was beautiful. The heater and AC was easy to figure out and the rooftop bar and cafe was great! The front office lady was nice and helpful! The toilet seat didn’t fit to the bowl which was a little odd but everyrhing else in the room was perfect! The only issue I had was the homeless people right outside the hotel but you can’t escape that in LA. Overall wonderful stay and it’s close to a lot of important things in La!

Great stay, thank you for your hospitality. Staff was truly amazing from the check in to the restaurant to check out.

The room was beautiful and all staff members were extremely friendly and very helpful. I just don’t understand why there isn’t a fridge in the room. We brought some food to help keep costs down on our trip but most of it ended up being wasted and this was disappointing.

Great service and walking distance to Crypto! Felt very safe! Loves the modern rooms!

I also appreciated the food in the lobby. I wish my room was a bit bigger.

I Love the staff my girl and I felt so much Love and respect from the staff. I love the Decor so cute rooms are different and nice would stay here again. Next time need to hit the bar but food was so good burger melts in mouth and the ceviche was different but so worth the try. Omg just love everything thanks so much staff u Rock give urself appreciation for a job well done we loved r stay worth the money

Bunk option, room service restaraunt credit. "Library" atrium room. A fun hotel conveniently located near the USC campus. Enjoyed our stay!

Attention, par contre, la vitre de la douche est givrée et fait face aux lits. Nous avons adoré cet hôtel et y retournerions.

Dirty Sheets and a muggy room

It was within walking distance of Whole Foods, Macy's, the Apple Store, public transportation stops/stations, and close enough to event venues such as BMO Stadium or Crypto.com Arena.

Always at the top of my list to stay in LA. Very cozy and clean, elegant place with amazing staff

I would’ve rated this property as excellent but the few things were that broke made me rate it a little lower. I had a special request for roses and champagne for checkin for a romantic evening, but they said they didn’t do that, which was fine but the person who assisted was a little rude over the phone. That was my first interaction. Other than that, the staff were entirely amazing once I checked in. Second, there was no fridge, which was disappointing. Same with the lack of free water and coffee maker. Third, was that they mentioned breakfast but made it seem like it was included in the stay. They charged it to the hotel room. That was a little disappointing. There was also convenient parking, but at an extra $30. It was safe and very close by at least. We were there for the “Fork & Film” event which was amazing! That and the rooftop bar along with the hotel ambience and aesthetic were amazing and well worth it!

I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious and the hotel felt very safe. The area around, naturally, was very chaotic but that’s because it’s in the middle of DTLA so it was also near lots of stores, restaurants, and cafes. I would stay again!

It smelled really bad of urine around. There were soo many homeless around and then using drugs soo close to the hotel entrance.

They have an amazing lobby, lounge and cafe on the first floor, speakeasy known as the Lily Rose (inquiry within) and Rooftop Restaurant & Bar. I stayed for two nights, definitely tempted to stay longer as the room accommodations are stellar. The blackout windows, cozy beds and endless pillows, open closet area/racks, standing desk and very spacious bathrooms I'm all a fan of. Minor extra charges for accessing the rooftop as well as longer elevator wait times were a bit unexpected. Though the staff, service and security were all polite, personable. Would stay again and do recommend. Note: A daily deposit is added on for each night stay. And you get a $25 credot for "The Kitchen" cafe

they had some problems to fix, they said about fixed the problem but not happens. so was very bad, other than that i like the hotel all the staff everthing.

Inside the hotel is awesome but not good outside. The garage elevator next door could have been kept clean

hot water did not work for sinks nor showers. bathroom door lock did not work. outlets in bathroom did not work. tv placement was too far from the bed. no on-site parking availed.

Overall had a decent stay. Biggest complaint was that there was never hot water running to the shower at night. There's a parking garage 2 doors down from the hotel so that was super convenient and felt safe - just gotta be okay with $30 nightly parking.

We had a bunk room. The shower was cold regardless of the time of day or night. The mattresses in the bunk beds deflate immediately so it feels like you’re sleeping on wood boards. The walls are very thin. The people who work there are amazing and helpful. The property is a motel disguising as an upscale hotel and that it is not.

The room we were in was right by all the AC units and they were extremely loud. Because I booked through Expedia they would not comp any of our stay like the other guests were receiving.

Employees were friendly and hotel was very cute. Unfortunatley we had NOOO hot water our entire stay. Mentioned it a few times and nothing came of it.

Hot water did not work for our entire stay. They’re was also a big riot outside the hotel due to the dodgers parade. Parking was $80 for the 2 days we stayed.
