The only thing I would say is that the parking to expensive for guests

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. I would rate it 100%. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options and had everything you could want. In addition, guests can request items from the menu, and the chefs are happy to prepare whatever you prefer, providing excellent service and flexibility. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend the Sheraton Universal Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I DID NOT LIKE STAYING THERE MY CHECK IN TIME WAS 4PM I GOT MY ROOM AT 8PM MY KIDS WERE TIED I WISH I WOULD HAVE STAYED SOME WERE ELSE FOR THE PRICE I PAIED ,NO MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM I HAVE TO ALMOST TEN TIMES JUST TO HEAT UP THE MILK. I WONT GIVE ANY STAR

Such an incredible and relaxing stay! The food was absolutely amazing! Breakfast chilaquiles & for dinner the steak & frites, incredible! Staff was so kind annd caring. Overall comfy & cleanliness room. Perfect for those who are going to universals studios! They provide a free shuttle. Definitely coming back!

First night here and shower was clogged and we never got hot water only Luke warm, lighting is very low, no mucrowave and fridge makes loud noises theoughout the night, tried room service since they advertise it everywhere and the app didnt work but we also couldn't call in an order so had to go down to the restaurant. Hotel advertises shuttle every 15 minutes to universal studios but itd actually more like 25 to 30 minutes and only fits 30 people at a time so we waited over an hour the first day and 25 minutes the next day. Tried the actual restaurant the 2nd day and food is over priced and mediocre plus the bill already has 20% gratuity in it bit they have 3 different people serving you its expected you tip more on the bill where it says additional tip. Starbucks workers in hotel were not happy and one woman was snippy. Better food at universal city walk and half the price. Air conditioning worked, the beds were very comfy and they do have bell boys (who also expected tips) . Otherwise maybe stay at the Hilton next door.

We always love staying here when we are going to Universal Studios. Of the three or four times we've stayed, our room was upgraded twice. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Automatic 20% charge isn’t necessary. The billion dollar company should be paying higher salaries and not pass the cost to guests. Guests may not eat at the restaurants due to this. The food was delicious though and great staff.

Greatly exceeds customer service expectations. Our family just got back from a Mexican Riviera cruise and arrived early morning. We requested an early check-in, and the hotel was able to accommodate our request without an extra charge.

We love it at the Sheraton in Studio City and keep going back. The views are beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable and staff is amazing.

The water in the bathroom would not turn completely off. There was a long steady stream of water. Informed the guy at the front desk when checking out but seemed like he did not care. Was only there one night and got in late so didn’t really notice until the early morning.

Trip was for a family trip. Wish they provided a microwave rather than taking the elevator downstairs to the lobby from the 18th floor. The foods cold by the time you get back to your room. I booked a 2 bed, room but received a king with sofa bed. Room was very small and stuffy. Parking was insane, $55 a day! I think it should included in the stay. Overall a very expensive stay.

We stayed 3 days. Not bad if you just need a place to sleep while universal trip. But my room was def not worth what i spent. Starting from the unswept floors. To the broken backboards from the bed. To the person laying in the area of the sliding doors in our room. Definitely wished I would’ve gone with my first option and stayed with family at the hotel over :(. Im happy the staff were great, i was too shy to complain:/.

-location is fantastic - Front Desk staff and valet staff are extremely nice and helpful -there is a Starbucks just down from the front desk, which is really nice to get coffee or a sandwich or breakfast -rooms are clean, but showing signs of wear and tear Valet parking- $63 per night (outrageous) Rooms are nice size, but the bathroom is small. ***Probably the most difficult thing in our room is that there is basically lack of sufficient lighting-can’t see anything

It's pretty close to the Universal studio walking 10 minutes but they also have shuttle to the park as well. Staff are very friendly. The hotel doesn't offer any thing other than shampoo/condiitioner and boddy wash. I expect to be more clean.

The bathrooms were nice and the room was clean. The restaurant had great food and the staff were so nice about my wife birthday. The pool was pretty fun and heated. The staff were super helpful whenever I needed info. The bar had good drinks and even improvised a drink for us. The parking was convenient and the hotel was in a great location for universal studios. The shuttle that picks up was also very convenient for going to the universal city walk and park and you could track it with your phone. The room was rather small but we didn't need too much, the bed wasn't very comfy and my back hurt each morning. the pillows didn't provide much support.There was only a small fridge and no microwave except the communal one in the lobby around a corner.

It’s a decent place but outdated

Excellent stay. Convenient Shuttle to and from Universal Studios. We were able to eat order Uber/Door dash/Lyft to the front entrance.

The cleaning staff did an amazing job: the room was in order when we arrived back after a day in the parks. It felt great to came "home" to our beautiful room. The hotel has a lot of amenities like a pool, gym, restaurant, bar... The parking lot was very close by, just 3 minutes by foot. We had a great stay! The price of the parking is intense... I do understand that you cannot provide it for free but a discount as a hotel guest would be great.

We love the convenience of staying near universal studios however the carpets are just dusty and stained, they cause my kids allergies to flare immediately. The room didn’t feel very clean. The wall had stains. The bathroom was not wiped down/ cleaned correctly. Disappointing for sure! On a positive note, Staff was accommodating with early check in. We enjoyed the pool. All staff we interacted with was very friendly.

The layout is very confusing if you aren’t staying in the tower. Trying to find our way to the lobby, my son and I took an elevator to the 3rd floor. When the elevator doors opened, we were met with an open construction site. There was debris and a saw out in the hallway. There was no warning signs or tape. Super dangerous.

All of the staff was naturally friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the view was nice. Soft lighting was also a huge plus. Got food poisoning both times I ate at the restaurant. Which was unfortunate because the food tasted great. The shower door tended to get water all over the place.

Amazing location and very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! They have a free shuttle to and from universal city walk but it is also close enough to just walk. Very convenient for our two day universal trip

We were in the older part of the building. They have replaced carpets, etc. Still looks so old and dreary. Old elevator. Had pool view but wouldn’t open curtains because people could see us. Didn’t feel private. This part of the building is just two levels. We were on the second level. Bus travel to park was long wait times. About 20 mins.

Room and location were excellent. Staff were all super helpful and friendly. Starbucks in lobby was a great bonus. The pool can get a little crazy with all the kids screaming and jumping so would be nice if they set an adult hour (9-10pm) but otherwise my son had an incredible time and the proximity and free shuttle to Universal made it all totally worth it. Will be back again for sure.

The room was super clean. The cleaning staff was helpful and friendly. The entire lobby staff was respectful and resourceful. The shuttle bus to universal studios picks you up in front of the hotel doors! Loved all the options to grab food inside the hotel. Definitely staying at this hotel made my trip a whole lot better.

We LOVED our stay at the Sheraton Hotel! I went with my husband and 2 kids (teenager age and elementary school age) and they loved it as well. The hotel was super nice and clean as well as the room we stayed in. My husband and I also visited the bar in the lobby and that was very clean and open. The staff were super nice and there were many drink choices available. Our trip was to visit Universal Studios and it was so nice that the hotel even had a shuttle there every 15 mins even though the walk to universal was probably an easy 5-6 mins. Our last day we went to the restaurant in the hotel and the staff there were so nice and professional! The food was amazing and the restaurant was very upscale looking but also casual enough for my kids to wear basketball shorts and hoodies. Over all a 10 out of 10 and we will always be coming back!

The beds were comfortable, although I wish we could get a comforter for the sofa bed, not just blankets. The pool was a hit and the restaurant by the pool was very good. We had dinner and breakfast there. All the staff was amazing and accommodating, even getting us a back area elevator ride when a special event was taking up the lobby elevators and the wait was very long. Very appreciative.

Check in felt like a nightmare :( The person who was checking us in was dismissive to us saying that the card reader wasn’t taking cards despite the cards we tried having money MULTIPLE TIMES. Sends over to another computer and it works. Then sends us in an all around unhelpful loop to find our room which had a super disappointing view 😭if you aren’t above the 3 the floor, I would NOT recommend this hotel if you want a view of literally anything.

There was hair on the pillow upon arrival, mildew on the ceiling of the floor we stayed at. Brown spots in the shower. Microwave was filthy the whole 3 days we used it. Staff was so inattentive and cold

Issue that I have is I spent $800 dollars for 3 nights and on of that I have to pay $55 dollars a night to park in the garage. That is crazy that guests have to pay for parking. I won’t never stay here again.

So the hotel passes by as a 4 star, but the rooms are a 3 star. Beds were comfortable and clean. Room service was great. The parking situation is outrageous. $55 a day is crazy. I have clients who were going to stay for a week at this hotel, but gave up because of the parking price.

Room itself was decent size, though I thought it was overcrowded with a table and office chair combo, bench and then small sofa. Plenty of outlets to plug in devices. I like the multiple end tables on each bedside vs only one in the middle. I really didn't have to explore: pool, hot tub, etc. The description on 2 queen beds is very misleading: they are NOT queen beds (i had trouble sleeping since beds were smaller than expected), air conditioning is loud, the heavy sliding doors to bathroom was heavy, closet space was small and compact with the small fridge and coffee maker area. Bathroom shower stalls was lacking shelf space for your products. Some areas you can tell the hotel has been in business for some time: scuff marks, some board not aligned or piece missing. It’s my third time staying at the Sheraton and the service/stay was great as usual. We came for the Fan Fest held at Universal so it’s close proximity and free shuttle service to the park keeps us coming. The staff is great .Jerry checked me in and was super gracious. This is a great option if you want to be close to the park. The shuttle is pretty easy to use and we got on every time. The hotel has a bar/restaurant too which is convenient. The rooms are well appointed and recently updated. We always stay here when we are going to Universal Studios.

We went for Universal Fan Fest and the hotel shuttle ran late to accommodate this event, picking us up after 1 a.m.. Also the pool was very nice and breakfast was delicious.

Clean, convenient, and the hotel staff were friendly and professional! Great food, Starbucks. Large pool! Hotel restaurant and bar. Loved the quick shuttle to Universal Studios and Universal City. Shuttle made their rounds every 15 min. Complimentary water in the room. We booked the room through booking.com and did not get our terrace room that we paid for. If you are looking for an upgraded room book straight through the hotel that you're going to stay at, not booking.com. Standard rooms are ok to book through booking.com. This has happened to us once before when booking through booking.com. paid for upgrade and got a standard room :( No partial refund :(

Nice big rooms very clean. My first night there was a very, very loud booming pounding musical event on the floor right above me keeping me up way too late. My complaint did, however reach management who credited my room with a generous amount. I felt very well taken care of. I had one dinner and breakfast in hotel quite excellent.

Stay was great, only downside is self parking is expensive at $60 a day. That’s not valet, it’s $55 for the self parking and then $5.50 overnight parking.

Both calls went unanswered and the bedding never arrived. The second night was worse. We called three separate times and still never received a fitted sheet for the sofa bed. We had to make do without proper bedding for the entire stay, which was uncomfortable and unacceptable for a suite meant to accommodate five people. Went into the room. The bed was extremely old and mattress was so uncomfortable that my wife had a severe back ache. Hair dryer was not working, they didn’t give enough complementary waters. Phone set wasn’t working. We asked for toothpaste and towels and they never sent it and ignored any request you made. Look elsewhere if you value your comfort

Almost sounded like a crazy storm. Woke up like 6 times throughout the night. Again, it was a perfect trip and the wind is out of the hotels control lol but if you really want to rest and get a good nights sleep, don’t stay during windy weather.

Staff was awesome. Pool and grounds were nice. Tesla supercharger was great. Room and hotel take a good amount of wear and tear due to its proximity to universal. It’s nice but could really use some sprucing up.

Only complaint is housekeeping knocking at our door at 9 am. We requested late check out the night before, not only did they knock on our door at 9am, they knocked on our door a second time before 11am. Our check out time was 12:30. I wish they would notate who has late check out before waking people up.

Great staff, esp at front desk (Jeremy) went above and beyond. Great views and nice restaurant and pool area. We stayed for a school event in the ballroom the next day snd could not have been more thrilled we did. Great stay! Will be back

It was great to have our family of 6 in one room. The beds were comfortable. The staff were great and very helpful. The pool was nice and warm. Universal is and 8 min walk if you don’t want to wait the 15 minutes for the shuttle.

Room was cramped and dingy; bathroom was not clean; the two-queen rooms were clearly designed for two doubles and don't really fit the two queens. Freeway is loud and the windows are thin/unsealed. Feels like a 1980s motel, not a nice hotel.

The door lock appeared to have some problems responding to the cards being issue. I noticed the cover for the tap on the card was removed given the impression that the issue had happen before . Some of the molding on the floor six elevator exit appeared to be missing and not replaced. .other than those issues the breakfast was awesome I paid for it when I booked it . The staff was friendly although my son locked me out of the room …. lol that was a learning experience. The gym was small but it had the bare equipment. The elevator from the parking structure to the front lobby was extremely hot from the sun you will be sweating while going down to the lobby . Parking spaces on the parking are super small . The pool was nice my son enjoyed it . Other than that I give it a 3 being a close to the the park hotel you sort of expect the details to be there .

Staff upon arrival was amazing. Valet was amazing beginning to end. However there was some of the female staff that were very rude when asking for directions. Housekeeping did well. No complaints :)

Self parking was fast & easy to get to. Check in took a little long waiting on our room. Staff were all super friendly & helpful. They were constantly handing out popsicles to the guests. Hotel was clean but needed better a/c. It was rather hot. Room was super nice & clean. Room was a lil warm but once a/c was turned on it was perfect. Beds were nice and comfy. Bathroom was roomy and had a nice large shower. The only bad thing was when using the bathroom theres a weird window into the room that lights up and can be super annoying during the night. Pretty much wakes you up because it’s so bright. Other than that, our stay was excellent.

Went to the restaurant one night where you have to pay 45 dollars for a steak and 30 dollars for incredibly dry chicken, it's shown with sauce in the picture however mine did not come with any sauce. Went to spend our last day in the pool with the kids, figuring we would relax, however a few hours in and there was poop in the pool, which I know wasnt the hotels fault but this left us with not much left to do since not much else was planned and the pool was tapped off. Parking there if you do it yourself is 55 dollars a night, but they add on a parking tax too which brings it to over 60 a night, and since my room service with the parking brought my total to over the initial 200 they hold for incidentals they decided to place a hold on another 200 from my account. Fun fun...

The on site restaurant was absolutely delicious. The staff were all wonderful. The only negatives I would say we had were our first floor patio room only had 1 lock instead of the 2 that the sticker said it had, and the younger girl who worked at the Starbucks was very unfriendly. Other than that, the room was great and awesome location.

Only complaint was the room could have been a little better kept. The bathroom door latch was broken. The coffee/kerig machine was dirty with water buildup. Could use coffee maker at all.

The property itself is fantastic and very conveniently located within walking distance of Universal Studios and Universal CityWalk. Because of how close it was, I was able to rest and recover in the room while my husband and kids still got to enjoy the first day of our trip. The amenities were great and ended up being incredibly helpful given our situation. Being able to order ginger ale from the bar and purchase medicine right in the lobby made a big difference while I was recovering. The shuttle to and from the park was a nice perk as well, though the walk is only about 8 minutes and very manageable. After long days at the park, the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing and easing sore legs from all the walking. I would absolutely recommend this property for families or anyone looking for a clean, safe, and accommodating place to stay. The staff was so friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. I’m very grateful to them for taking such good care of us.

The property location is great if you’re going to Universal Studios! We really enjoyed being able to walk to the park or take the shuttle. The rooms are ok kind of on the smaller side. It was 4 of us and the room layout is a bit awkward.

It was a great choice specially of you are planning for universal. Very close to a lot of food places, walking distance to universal and the hotel provides shuttle too every 15 minutes. the hotel was clean and the stuff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing, the parking was little high- $55/day or $63( for valet)/day seemed too high.

Great Place to stay. A walk away from universal studios and city walk.

Comfortable, good pool, Starbucks coffee in the room. Great views of the valley.

The concierge Dia was amazing and the front desk staff. The buffet was great as well.

For the age of the hotel it was in good condition but you can’t change when it was built so you can still see that even when they’ve tried to update everything

Excellent stay, short walk to universal, staff will go out of way to make you feel taken care of and very helpful. No 24/7 services, which isn’t a big deal but good if you are flying in late. Otherwise great stay!

Always a good stay, a bit of work going on outside our room but didn’t affect the stay

The room did not have steady cooling or heating in the room the two nights and three days I was there. We froze at night and sweated in the day time. Brought up concerns and nothing was ever addressed. Staff was friendly but just not on ensuring all guest were happy in their rooms

Too dim lights in rooms

I have stayed here before but this time i was near the freeway side. I don't recommend. Very noisy. Traffic all night. Cars racing sounds coming from somewhere. Lots of sirens throughout the night.

Some of the staff was great, our issue was the water in our room. We had no cold water at all. They had two engineers come and try to fix it but we were told to let the water run for 30 minutes before showering/washing our hands and the water would be warm. I had to complain four times to even get to this point. We received complimentary breakfast for our four day stay but our days were all planned so we were only able to enjoy it one day. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Room was nice. Front desk was helpful. Concierge appeared bothered when we asked him questions about the property. While waiting for shuttle to Universal Studios, we were accosted by a very aggressive guy who claimed to be from Tesla that really wanted to give us a “free” ride to the park. Why are solicitors and outside vendors allowed to peddle on hotel grounds? We ate dinner in restaurant and were charged a 20% service fee. Not very attractive for hotel guests to want to dine on property.

Room was clean amd staff went above a beyond for accommodations.

The staff was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also had a great view of the pooll. Just be aware that the lanai rooms are very small.

Nice place to stay that is close to Universal. However, lookout for those food prices! How do people survive in California with those prices? Yikes.

Room was great. The staff were excellent. I love the shuttle they have into universal. It is super convenient. We have stayed here twice now. We will be back again. Beds are comfortable and love that they have grab and go little market.

Spotless Room. Very Clean and nice

Great location. Clean rooms with excellent service and staff. Rooms were somewhat small, but modern and updated. Found ourselves waiting forever for an elevator more than once, but service staff was kind enough to let us use the service elevator.

Our rooms were very clean and the staff is especially courteous. The shuttle to Universal Studios was very convenient and saved us the parking fee.

I had ordered a Family Room style room and they had a Double Queen room for me and when I questioned why the different room they stated that was the way that Expedia sent it to them. The hotel was great.

Lovely, clean and spacious hotel right next to the park. Absolutely loved staying here and would definitely book again for future visits.

Super fast amd friendly

Room was very small and the furniture was sort of odd. There was a hole in the wall behind a round table under the TV, sort of looked like an empty fireplace insert ? It was odd lol. But the beds were comfortable and the daily turndown service (without having to ask) was very nice. No microwave which was annoying with kids. I booked a lanai room but we didn’t get a balcony, only a very stiff sliding glass door that simply gave access to the walking path between the pool and building. No outdoor furniture to enjoy as I had expected. It was disappointing.

overall good stay the only issue the TV remote either low batteries and barely worked , did ask for another but did not get it. To make this an exceptional trip would be the ice machine on my floor working and having to pay for $55 a day for self parking then I think the elevator should be working.

Beautiful hotel in a great location! The staff were very kind to help us get into our room a little early. There were a few things broken or in disrepair in our room that made things a little wonky, including the TV remote being very slow to work, but otherwise a nice and comfortable room.

Clean room, friendly staff and great service. Stayed here twice and I will continue to pick the Sheraton universal. The front desk staff, David helped me when I was in need of a room for an extra night and he made sure i was taken care of!

The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. But it was cold and the thin blanket wasn’t enough. We turned the heat up but the air was dry it was uncomfortable so we turned it off and wore our sweatshirt and sweat pants.

The hide-away bed was creaky & uncomfortable. We were only given a fitted sheet & a heavier blanket so had to call down for another sheet Fridge was nice & big but was cranked to high & was barely cold enough for our milk products. Bathroom was nice, with good water pressure but shower door did not seal well so we always ended up with water up to the toilet. Room attendant staff were wonderful people, & We admit we were late to leave our rooms pretty much every morning; however, we always had to ask for something that evening or the next day (coffee, didn’t bother for the one day of water, shampoo, liquid soap for shower was empty for 2 days). That being said our room always looked nice. Minor issue: One day our pillow cases barely fit the pillows. I doubt pillows get washed after each person’s stay so it grosses me out that while sleeping we might have been touching someone else’s face. Fortunately when the staff knew about being short on sheets for the hide-away, they brought extra sheets so I covered the pillows There was only one microwave on the 1st floor/ we needed it for our kid’s medications so it was a pain. There is an automatic 20% tip for all food, including take out.

HEATING NOT WORKING, and too noisy

Easy check in and check out. Staff were really nice. Room is okay but could be cleaner. Mattress is too soft for me. Complimentary starbucks coffee beans is great. Best part is the complimentary shuttle service to Universal Studios every 15mins, service hours is the same hours as the park hours and last trip is 1hr after the park closes.

Within seconds of entering the second room, I started itching. I looked at my arms and back and then around the room — and I saw bugs everywhere: on the bed, ceiling, floors, and curtains. I panicked and went straight back to the front desk and showed them the situation in person. They apologized but told me there was nothing they could do. No other rooms. No solution. This was a late-night check-in, and due to an airport situation in San Diego (many flights being rerouted to Los Angeles), every hotel nearby was booked. I ended up leaving around midnight, crying and scrambling for hours to find another place to stay. Before I left, the front desk agent, Angel, assured me I would not be charged and that all I needed to do was call the hotel in the morning to speak with the manager for a full refund due to the circumstances. This was completely false. I was charged for the entire stay. No one ever returned my calls, no manager followed up, and Angel never answered or assisted afterward. This hotel is unsanitary, unprofessional, and dishonest.

Room was very clean and very comfortable. Staff at the front desk was very nice and cleaning crew was very kind with our requests. Bathroom was a bit broken but overall very nice hotel with a shuttle to universal studios but you can even walk. I’ll definitely try to stay at this hotel again

Everything was great! Wit the exception of front desk gentleman I did not catch his name but was rude and did not help when I asked for some information. So I moved on to the lady next to him and she was extremely nice and helpful!!!

Highly recommend hotel. Staff is friendly. If you are visiting Universal Studios Hollywood and want a hotel with easy access, this is your place. They offer a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes and takes you to the main entrance and back. No need to make reservations it runs all day. Sheraton offers a wide variety of food in their breakfast buffet. They are have a pool and jacuzzi.

I stayed for two nights and was charged the room+tax (~$600.00) to my debit card a day before arriving. This has not happened at other hotels, all is placed on hold the day of check-in. Odd as it was, I thought they would only then place a hold for the $200 incidentals. I checked my bank account the next day and there was a pending charge for ~$800, not $200. So they charged the room fee and deposit again. This was on top of the already charged $600. This left my account overdrawn as I was running on a super tight budget. I was therefore unable to purchase anything at Universal and had to rely on less than $50 spare cash to buy food. I did order food at the restaurant which put me $69 over the $200 deposit after parking etc. I had to rely on my wife's credit card to pay that (embarrassing). The extra room charge did fall off and the correct $200 was posted after two days. I also noticed that they charged $1 and $68 dollars to my wife's credit card; instead of simply $69. The $69 was posted/cleared on that card the next day, but they still left the charge for $68 pending. These were two different banks’. So regardless of payment method credit or debit, this hotel will place twice the amount of holds and dollar amounts on your account. Avoid this hotel altogether until they can get their accounting fixed. The staff was rude and downright confrontational.

We arrived at 5:30 and we were told the room with a balcony was not ready yet even though check in is at 4pm. We were simply offered another room with no apologies and the room had no balcony and overlooked cement. We called and they said the only other room available was a king with the a pullout for our family of four.

Service was very poor, there was discrimination against Asians, the room’s air conditioner was very noisy, and the carpet had an unpleasant odor.

Beautiful hotel in heart of Universal City. Many dining options but no free breakfast. Superb holiday decor and very spirited, helpful and efficient staff. Free shuttle to Universal for hotel guests running every 15 minutes. Large pool and hot tub outdoors but both warm. Great time

No hot water and AC was too loud we couldn’t sleep !!

The A/C didn't work that well but all in a all the hotel was pleasant. Loved the jacuzzi and heated pool!

Staff was friendly and very informative. I appreciate their hospitality and the convenience of the location is excellent!!! Would highly recommend!!! And would definitely stay again!!

Room was dirty, they gave a room next to the freeway we could hear every car, we couldn’t sleep. Too expensive hotel, everything is old, cabinets are falling apart. Never again

Carpets in the rooms very worn out, flooring had a lot of smudges. Shower doors did not close properly causing a lot of water to spill out. Not worth the money you pay. The only reason I would come back is the accessibility to the park is very easy. Staff were courteous too.

Wasn't able to keep heater set at a comfortable temp?

I’ve stayed at this property before and all stays were excellent. This last stay was in a Lanai Room that had a pool view. The room had hair in the sink and tub when we arrived. Hair was on the bathroom floor and many areas in the room were dusty. The folding door lock was broken when we arrived and maintenance came to repair. The pictures on the wall had cracked frames and paint was chipped on the dresser. I didn’t complain because the customer service and staff are always so friendly and kind. If I stay there again, I’ll make sure not to get a Lanai room.

Bad: The room was poorly maintained. There was damage to the drawers, floors, carpet, couch, bathroom wall and shower, curtain and even the ceiling. The room was right next to the elevator and we could hear everytime the elevator was used. The view was of the top of the parking structure (which is really ugly). We also didn't like the veggie burger or the truffle fries. The rigatoni is good, regular burger and fries are also good. The room wasn't very clean. There were stains on one of the duvet covers and on the sheets of the other bed. There were stains on the couch and fingerprints on most of the shiny surfaces (tables, nightstands) and the remote was very greasy.

Close to universal studio. Walking distance but they have a shuttle. Shower pressure is amazing compared to other hotels we’ve tried near by. Staff is helpful. Starbucks on site
