It was pretty friendly staff a nice stay but wasn’t that nice could use a lot of upgrades but for the price wasn’t that bad just the area and the type of people staying there make you feel nervous

this place is horrible they had bed bugs and when i showed them videos of the bed bugs they didn’t care and claimed it wasn’t from here and wouldn’t give a refund and said the most they can give me back is $20

Unfortunately this was not the cleanest or nicest room. Bed sheets and pillow cases had stains. Bed frame has some type of stains close to the bed. The toilet had stains around the seat. The floor had random trash lying around. The “front desk” weren’t friendly, made me feel like I was bothering them when I tried to check in. My boyfriend and I bought our own bed sheets and disinfectant after we walked into the room

The room had no microwave, mini fridge; had burnt blankets, dirty curtains, couldn’t open the window, the AC didn’t work, the tv remote couldn’t change the input so all I was able to put was whatever was on the antenna. And the room just smelled musky had to leave the door wide open to try and cope with it but didn’t end up staying the night just wasn’t the right feel wasn’t comforting or relaxing. And the AC filter was dirty.

Rooms were not so great. The key was only good for 24 hrs, which they never told us. The area was horrible. Could not understand what the person at check in was saying. The A/c, Heater was very loud and didn't work so well. could hear everything outside the room.

I was treated at the check in window as if they were doing me a favor. There was some kind of mix up with my payment information. I believe it was conveniently not processed onlive so that I would be charged more at the window with at the time of check-in with limited resources. The room was below satisfactory with stained sheets dirty towels and roach droppings in various areas of the room. I also requested a non-smoking and handicap access suite, but not until I arrived was I notified about the lack in accomodations. What was suppose to be nice getaway for my wife and myself turned out to be a night of disappointment and disaster. I believe the Expedia in association with the regal motel worked together in cat fishing me into taking my business to a hotel that If not for Expedia I would of never have chosen.

Very unsafe area. We had to wait outside to check in because i think the employee was sleeping. He was very rude and we didnt end up staying for many reasons. Dirty and unsafe were the top reasons.

My friend and I stayed here because we were going to a concert at BMO stadium and wanted to be relatively close to the venue as well as the airport. I am a very patient person and I really try to give people and places the benefit of the doubt but this place was absolutely not worth the price. The room was dirty, with hair and dust on the surfaces as well as marks all over the walls and doors. On top of this, the shower didn't quite work, where we had to shove in the handle to turn on the hot water and then were unable to turn it off. There were no towels so we had to go back to the front desk to get some. Honestly, the best part was the free beer left by the previous guest in the fridge. The man at the front desk was nice, but not very helpful and returning our second night the key wouldn't work, so we had to go get it fixed which the man said every night the keys reset? I guess it was not what I was expecting and paying over $300 for two nights I hoped for a lot more.

It was a good experience everything went very smoothly. I asked if the room would be available earlier and it was given to me right when I arrived! The only bad thing I would say is the A/C didn’t work.

Room was massive. But blanket was a sheet. Asked for a 20 dollar cash deposit for my room key to bought it was weird but I did get it back. Paid 140 dollars for the room which I thought was highway robbery for the location. But that is my only complaint.

There's no shampoo or conditioner in the rooms, WIFI didn't reached my room and I was on top of the office, I had to be exactly next to the office to get signal, second floor just doesn't get any.

Definitely a go to if you’re looking for a super cheap , not spending much time in the hotel kinda place or last notice kinda spot .The water pressure was horrible . Towels felt like a freaking old rusty carpet . Only two bars of soap . Room wasn’t clean just looked decent from far away. I wouldn’t go here if you’re looking for a good quality stay .

The room got have only one night stand because the other one got ripe off the wall and you can see the wall damage, in the bathroom the tube is full of rust, everything was bad, never have an experience like this, too bad I didn't took pictures.

The walls are thin. Woke to people arguing and a guy playing pool music very loudly at 7am. The floors were so dirty and sticky I had to clean myself and the toilet was leaking. Don't desk was nice but almost booked me for the wrong nights if I had to corrected him and house keeping just hella rude.

Was close location and convenient to the LA Convention Center and a place to rest, shower and sleep. Had an issue with the refrigerator not working so the owner and his son replaced it right away.

The website and photos are misleading as this is a subpar establishment in a very rough neighbor hood. It looks like they are trying, but the rooms are infested with roaches, floors are sticky, walls/floors/furniture are all damaged and with stains (including blood splatter on the ceiling). The parking lot spaces are way too small for people to get in or out of their vehicles, and the stench in each parking spot is horrid (Urine, fecalmatter, and rotten food/trash).

Despite having a reservation the check-in man told us he had no rooms available until the late evening, he did not comprehend what we were saying, and this place looked nothing like the photos. This was a scam on Expedia’s part because you recommended we get trip protection but did not make an effort to contact the hotel to make our reservation?! This hotel should not be advertised to people. In the end we were not given a room and we could not stay here.

The staff is nice and friendly. Half the stuff does not work or needs to be replaced. One of the night stands was barely being held up and wobbly, phone did not work, toilet seat was super wobbly, and the chair was badly destroyed but i do not blame the owner blame the people who stay there and damage the property.

I loved how clean, cool and smooth the sheets were. I slept comfy and curled up. Hotel staff was very hospitable. Will definitely be returning.

Room was dirty there were female hairs in the shower and in the sheets. The room was facing the street and the noise didn’t let us sleep. Worst of all the Hotel manager knocked on our door at 1am to ask us for the TV remotes. Besides the dirty ness we had our sleep interrupted. Worst place ever!!!!

El cuarto estaba muy limpio y las dos camas king muy cómodas, el área en la que esta ubicado el Motel no es muy buena, nos recomendaron no dejar nada en los carros porque el area de estacionamiento no esta cerrada, no tuvimos ningun problema pero el área no es delo mejor, el servicio muy bueno y los baños y camas estaban limpias así que para dos noches que estuvimos y solo llegar a dormir estuvo bien

Sarah was very helpful even though it was her first time helping people out, the outside looks sketchy but dont bee fooled the rooms are very clean and neat and renovated. My family and I had a great emergency stay! Thank you Regal Inn!

My card was charged even though I never stayed and tried to cancel my reservation because the pictures on app grossly misrepresented the MOTEL that was obviously being used for prostitution.
